| 3 | Mechanisms and characteristics of mesocarbon microbeads prepared by co-carbonization of coal tar pitch and direct coal liquefaction residue显示文摘DCLR-P was prepared by direct coal liquefaction residue (DCLR) with ash removal.In the present experiments,mesocarbon microbeads (MCMBs) were prepared by co-carbonization of coal tar pitch (CTP) and DCLR-P.With the increase of DCLR-P content,the yield of MCMBs increased from 47.8% to 56.8%.At the same time,the particle sizes distribution of MCMBs was narrowed,resulting in the decrease of D9o/D10 ratio from 154.88 to 6.53.The results showed that DCLR-P had a positive effect on the preparation of MCMBs.1H-NMR,FTIR,SEM and XRD were used to analyze the mechanisms and characteristics of MCMBs prepared by co-carbonization of CTP and DCLR-P.The results showed that the Proton Donor Quality Index (PDQI) of DCLR-P was 13.32,significantly higher than that of CTP (0.83).This indicated that DCLR-P had more naphthenic structure than CTP,which leads to hydrogen transferring in polycondensation reaction.The aliphatic structure of DCLR-P can improve the solubility and fusibility of mesophase,thereby making the structure of MCMBs more structured.The microstructure of the graphitized MCMBs had a substantially parallel carbon layer useful for its electrical performance.The performance of graphitized MCMBs as a negative electrode material for Li-ion batteries was tested.The particle sizes,tap density,specific surface area and initial charge-discharge efficiency of graphitized MCMBs met the requirements of CMB-I in GB/T-24533-2009.However,the initial discharge capacity of graphitized MCMB was only 296.3 mA h g-1 due to the low degree of graphitization of MCMBs. | Bingfeng Yan Guangyao Wang | 2019 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2019,6,4: | 2 |

| 13 | Enhancement of CAR-T cell activity against cholangiocarcinoma by simultaneous knockdown of six inhibitory membrane proteins显示文摘Background:Existing treatments for cholangiocarcinoma have poor efficacy.However,chimeric antigen receptor-T(CAR-T)cells are emerging as a potential therapeutic strategy.Solid tumors possess multiple adverse factors in an immunosuppressive microenvironment that impair CAR-T cell infiltration and function.This study aimed to improve the function of CAR-T cells through knock down immune checkpoints and immunosuppressive molecular receptors.Methods:We evaluated the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and B7 homolog 3 protein(B7H3)antigens in cholangiocarcinoma tissues using immunohistochemistry and screened specific immune checkpoints in the cholangiocarcinoma microenvironment via flow cytometry.Subsequently,we engineered CAR-T cells targeting EGFR and B7H3 antigens.We simultaneously knocked down immune checkpoints and immunosuppressive molecular receptors in CAR-T cells by constructing two clusters of small hairpin RNAs and evaluated the engineered CAR-T cells for antitumor activity both in vitro,using tumor cell lines and cholangiocarcinoma organoid models,and in vivo,using humanized mouse models.Results:We observed high expression of EGFR and B7H3 antigens in cholangiocarcinoma tissues.EGFR-CAR-T and B7H3-CAR-T cells demonstrated specific anti-tumor activity.We found an abundance of programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1),T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3(Tim-3),and T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain(Tigit)on infiltrated CD8^(+)T cells in the cholangiocarcinoma microenvironment.We then decreased the expression of these 3 proteins on the surface of CAR-T cells,named PTG-scFV-CAR-T cells.Furthermore,we knocked-down the expression of transforming growth factor beta receptor(TGFβR),interleukin-10 receptor(IL-10R),and interleukin-6 receptor(IL-6R)of PTG-scFV-CAR-T cells.Those cells,named PTG-T16R-scFVCAR-T cells,potently killed tumor cells in vitro and promoted apoptosis of tumor cells in a cholangiocarcinoma organoidmodel.Finally,the PTG-T16R-scFv-CART cells showed greater inhibitory effect on tumor growth in vivo,and were superior in prolonging the survival of mice.Conclusions:Our results revealed that PTG-T16R-scFV-CAR-T cells with knockdown of sextuplet inhibitory molecules exhibited strong immunity against cholangiocarcinoma and long-term efficacy both in vitro and in vivo.This strategy provides an effective and personalized immune cell therapy against cholangiocarcinoma. | Yidan Qiao Jie Chen Xuemei Wang Shumei Yan Jizhou Tan Baijin Xia Yongjian Chen Keming Lin Fan Zou Bingfeng Liu Xin He Yiwen Zhang Xu Zhang Hui Zhang Xiangyuan Wu Lijuan Lu | 2023 | Cancer Communications2023,43,7: | 0 |
| 14 | Degradation prediction of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack using semi-empirical and data-driven methods显示文摘Degradation prediction of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)stack is of great significance for improving the rest useful life.In this study,a PEMFC system including a stack of 300 cells and subsystems has been tested under semi-steady operations for about 931 h.Then,two different models are respectively established based on semi-empirical method and data-driven method to investigate the degradation of stack performance.It is found that the root mean square error(RMSE)of the semi-empirical model in predicting the stack voltage is around 1.0 V,while the predicted voltage has no local dynamic characteristics,which can only reflect the overall degradation trend of stack performance.The RMSE of short-term voltage degradation predicted by the DDM can be less than 1.0 V,and the predicted voltage has accurate local variation characteristics.However,for the long-term prediction,the error will accumulate with the iterations and the deviation of the predicted voltage begins to fluctuate gradually,and the RMSE for the long-term predictions can increase to 1.63 V.Based on the above characteristics of the two models,a hybrid prediction model is further developed.The prediction results of the semi-empirical model are used to modify the input of the data-driven model,which can effectively improve the oscillation of prediction results of the data-driven model during the long-term degradation.It is found that the hybrid model has good error distribution(RSEM=0.8144 V,R2=0.8258)and local performance dynamic characteristics which can be used to predict the process of long-term stack performance degradation. | Yupeng Wang Kangcheng Wu Honghui Zhao Jincheng Li Xia Sheng Yan Yin Qing Du Bingfeng Zu Linghai Han Kui Jiao | 2023 | Energy and AI2023,11,1: | 0 |
