1Key technologies for the construction of the Xiluodu high arch dam on the Jinsha River in the development of hydropower in western China显示文摘Hydropower development in China is concentrated in the country's western regions.Among all the rivers in China,the lower course of the Jinsha River contains the richest hydro-energy resource,and therefore,4 mammoth hydropower plants are under construction on this particular section of the river at Wudongde,Baihetan,Xiluodu,and Xiangjiaba.The water-blocking structures of the hydropower facilities at Wudongde,Baihetan and Xiluodu are all arch dams of around 300 m high.In view of changes in the geological conditions at the foundation of the Xiluodu dam on the riverbed after excavation started,the designs of expanding foundation surface excavation and dovetailing the dam body and foundation rock on both upstream and downstream sides were introduced,allowing the arch dam and foundation to fit each other and improving the stress conditions of the dam body and foundation.By dividing the dam body into various concrete sections,the dynamic properties of concrete were adequately adjusted to the distribution of stress in the dam body.In addition,the use of the most optimal concrete material and mixture ratio allowed thermodynamics of concrete to satisfy the requirements of the strength,durability,temperature control and crack prevention of the concrete.Moreover,rigorous temperature control measures were introduced to prevent harmful cracking,thus enhancing the integrity of the arch dam.Furthermore,sophisticated construction machinery,scientific testing methods,and sound construction techniques were employed to ensure the uniformity and reliability of concrete placement.The 'Digital Dam' for the Xiluodu project,which is based on the theory of total life cycle,has supplied strong support for construction process control and decision-making.Lu Youmei Fan Qixiang Zhou Shaowu Li Bingfeng Li Wenwei 2012Engineering Sciences2012,10,2:3
2A Cumulative Prospect Theory Based Counterterrorism Resource Allocation Method under Interval Values显示文摘Strategic resource allocation into decision-making model plays a valuable role for the defender in mitigating damage and improving efficiency in military environments.In this paper,we develop a defensive resource allocation model based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT),which considers terrorists' psychological factors of decision-making in reality.More specifically,we extend existing models in the presence of multiple attributes and terrorists' deviations from rationality using a multi-attribute cumulative prospect theory.In addition,interval values are used to cope with uncertainties regarding gain and loss.Comparative studies are also carried out to demonstrate the differences among minmax,Nash equilibrium (NE),and traditional probability risk analysis (PRA) strategies.Results show that the defender's optimal defensive resource allocation will change along with terrorists' behaviors and the proposed model makes more sense compared with other traditional resource allocation strategies.Bingfeng Ge Xiaoxiong Zhang Xiaolei Zhou Yuejin Tan 2019Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2019,28,4:1

122-2 Lifetime Measurements of the Low-lying Excited States in 87 Zr and 87 Nb显示文摘Lifetime measurements of low-lying excited states in 87Zr and 87Nb have been performed via and coincidences. The 124 MeV 32S beam was delivered from the Sector-Focusing Cyclotron (SFC) of the Heavy Ion R-esearch Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL). 132-3 Lifetime Measurement of the First Excited State in 37S显示文摘We have found that the excited energy from the ground state with 1f7=2 configuration to the first excited state with 2p3=2 configuration in 37S is obviously lower compared with that in nearby N=21 isotones 35Si, 39Ar and 41Ca (see Fig. 1, The insert indicates the relevant single-particle orbits of proton and neutron). This interesting phenomenon may result from the collapse of N=28 closure, which gives the sufficient valence space for collective deformation which can been revealed from the B(E2) value.
