1全科医务人员和社区卫生人员对身体虚弱的老年人提供营养支持的看法:一项定性研究显示文摘背景营养不良可导致发病率和死亡率增加。营养不良在身体虚弱的老年人群中很常见,但是很少有研究涉及如何在基层医疗机构中管理体质量减少的身体虚弱的老年人群。目的调查全科医务人员和社区卫生人员对如何管理身体虚弱营养不良的老年人的看法和做法,以探索对此群体可能的有效干预以及提供这些干预前需要对相关人员进行哪些培训和支持。设计与场所本项定性研究在全科医疗机构和社区医疗机构中开展。方法分别对来自英国伦敦和赫特福德郡的全科医务人员、社区多学科虚弱诊疗人员和社区营养师(共60例)进行7个焦点小组访谈和1个附加访谈。对访谈结果进行主题分析。结果访谈对象认为管理虚弱老年人群的营养不良干预需要从多方面着手,并一致同意目前社区营养不良干预服务还不能满足患者的需求。然而对于职业责任制的看法却有分歧。全科医务人员提出,如果由其负责的话,通常的困难为工作量太大以及缺乏营养干预培训。社区多学科虚弱诊疗人员和社区营养师认为,最好是在基层医疗机构中向虚弱老年人群提供干预以解决营养不良问题,而且建议提供机会性筛查干预。对于虚弱或者被社会孤立的老年人来说,不管提供任何干预,健康教育都是必要的组成部分,同时辅以社会、情感和/或实际支持。结论未来对身体虚弱营养不良的老年人提供的营养支持方案应涉及多方面,比如应包含针对性的健康教育,同时,照护者和医疗卫生人员的支持服务也是必不可少的组成部分。AVGERINOU C BHANU C WALTERS K 本刊编辑部(整理) 2020中国全科医学2020,23,12:5

3Achieving higher strength in Cu–Ag–Zr alloy by warm/hot rolling显示文摘High-strength Cu–3Ag–0.5Zr alloy plates were produced by multi-pass rolling in the temperature range of500–800 °C. An increase in strength was observed by rolling in the aforementioned range without significant loss in ductility. All the rolled samples show higher strength than solution-treated and aged samples. The maximum strength was observed for plates rolled at 500 °C with a yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of 311 and385 MPa, respectively, and retaining a ductility of 23 %.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) studies showed uniform distribution of fine silver precipitates and high dislocation density in the rolled samples. Nevertheless, the size of precipitates and dislocation density varied with the rolling temperature. The superior strength achieved in the rolled samples is attributed to grain refinement, dislocation strengthening, and precipitation hardening. 4基于关联规则进行词对齐的跨领域情感分类算法(英文)显示文摘文本情感分类被应用于企业用户管理系统,通过自动对诸如评论、博客等带有情感倾向性文字进行分析,帮助商家更好地了解用户对商品或者服务的态度。然而,评论和博客等内容常源于不同应用领域,为每个领域训练一个能准确预测情感倾向的分类器非常困难。主要原因是,在不同领域,人们通常会用不同特征词表达相同情感,并且难以找到一个直接的映射函数,以建立不同领域特征词间的映射关系,从而消除领域间差异。因此,将某个领域训练好的分类器直接应用到另一个领域时,会因为领域间差异使得分类器准确率急速下降。本文提出一个新的基于关联规则进行特征词对齐的跨领域情感分类算法,该算法通过在同一领域中挖掘具有强关联关系的领域共享词和领域专有词词对,建立直接映射关系,并以领域共享词为桥梁,在不同领域的特征专有词之间建立间接映射关系,从而在一定程度上消除了源领域和目标领域之间的差异,有效提升了跨领域情感分类准确率。在亚马逊数据库上的实验结果证明该算法提高了跨领域情感分类性能。Xi-bin JIA Ya JIN Ning LI Xing SU Barry CARDIFF Bir BHANU 2018Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2018,19,2:4

6吸入型糖皮质激素用于哮喘患者的效果研究显示文摘目的借助于哮喘控制测试(ACT),论证使用吸入型糖皮质激素作为控制哮喘患者病情的临床疗效,与未使用任何药物控制哮喘症状或疾病发作的患者进行数据比较。方法在2012年7月,总共60名哮喘患者被要求做ACT问卷,其中32名患者作为对照组(n=32)未使用任何控制药物;28名患者作为观察组(n=28)使用吸入型糖皮质激素;并对两组的ACT结果进行了比较。结果所有患者都进行了ACT,并得到了相应的ACT分值。在对照组中,所有男性(n=13)患者的哮喘病情都控制不佳,19名女性中只有2名(10.53%)患者的病情得到了轻微的控制,其余的17名女性患者(89.47%)哮喘病情都控制不佳。在观察组中,男性患者(n=13)有6名(46.15%)患者哮喘病情未得到控制,女性患者(n=15)中,只有3名(20%)患者哮喘病情未得到控制。总体来说,ACT分值高于19的情况下,11名(39.29%)患者的哮喘得到了良好控制。结论使用吸入型糖皮质激素的哮喘控制物,例如倍氯米松和去炎松在维持哮喘的良好控制方面取得较好结果 ,ACT分值结果展示了这一点。使用吸入型糖皮质激素与未使用任何控制物相比,ACT分值得到了显著改变。Bhanu Siva Kumar Sileveru Dinesh Babu Abbadasari Neelesh Taticherala 冯宇峰 2013中国实用医药2013,8,29:3
7A study on textural characteristics, heavy mineral distribution and grain-microtextures of recent sediment in the coastal area between the Sarada and Gosthani rivers, east coast of India显示文摘The current study aimed to describe textural characteristics,heavy mineral composition,and grain microtextures of the sediment from three micro-environments(foreshore,berm,and dune).A total of forty-one(41)representative surficial sediment samples have been collected from fifteen(15)locations along the beach area between the Sarada and Gosthani rivers on the east coast of India,where the length of the stretch is more than 100 km.The study reveals that most of the coastal sediment is medium to fine sand with relatively high ratios of coarse sand at Yarada beach,and the nature of the sediment is moderately to well sorted.These characteristics indicate a high energy environment.The heavy mineral analysis of the sediment in the current study was done for coarse(t60#)and fine(t230#)size fractions.Studying the weight percentage(WT%)reveals that a high percentage of heavy minerals is associated with fine fractions.Ilmenite,sillimanite,garnet,zircon,and rutile are the major heavy minerals identified in the current investigation.The concentrations of these heavy minerals show great variations from south to north of the study area.From an economic point of view,a considerable amount of heavy minerals(average 48.41%)are present on both sides(north and south)of the Gosthani River mouth.In the Sarada Estuary,the concentration of the economic heavy minerals was found under the minimum economic range.The grain microtextures of the major heavy minerals from the different locations along the study area demonstrate the variation in grain microtextures,which is controlled by the chemical and mechanical processes.These microtextures reflect moderate to high wave energy on the beach area,in addition to high mechanical impact on the grains from the estuary point.Ali Mohammad Parvathaneni Bhanu Murthy Edupuganti Naga Dhanamjaya Rao Hari Prasad 2020International Journal of Sediment Research2020,35,5:2

10Molecular architecture of mouse and human pancreatic zymogen granules: protein components and their copy numbers显示文摘A molecular model of pancreatic zymogen granule (ZG) is critical for understanding its functions. We haveextensively characterized the composition and membrane topology of rat ZG proteins. In this study, wereport the development of targeted proteomics approaches to quantify representative mouse and humanZG proteins using LC-SRM and heavy isotope-labeled synthetic peptides. The absolute quantities of mouseRab3D and VAMP8 were determined as 1242 ± 218 and 2039±151 (mean ± SEM) copies per ZG. Thesize distribution and the averaged diameter of ZGs 750 ±23 nm (mean ± SEM) were determined byatomic force microscopy. The absolute quantification of Rab3 D was then validated using semi-quantitativeWestern blotting with purified GST-Rab3D proteins as an internal standard. To extend our proteomicsanalysis to human pancreas, ZGs were purified using human acini obtained from pancreatic islet trans-plantation center. One hundred and eighty human ZG proteins were identified for the first time includingboth the membrane and the content proteins. Furthermore, the copy number per ZG of human Rab3 D andVAMP8 were determined to be 1182 ± 45 and 485 ± 15 (mean ± SEM). The comprehensive proteomicanalyses of mouse and human pancreatic ZGs have the potential to identify species-specific ZG proteins.The determination of protein copy numbers on pancreatic ZGs represents a significant advance towardsbuilding a quantitative molecular model of a prototypical secretory vesicle using targeted proteomicsapproaches.
