1A review of GaN-based optoelectronic devices on silicon substrate显示文摘Group Ⅲ-nitride material system possesses some unique properties,such as large spectrum coverage from infrared to deep ultraviolet,wide energy band gap,high electron saturation velocity,high electrical breakdown field,and strong polarization effect,which enables the big family has a very wide application range from optoelectronic to power electronic area.Furthermore,the successful growth of GaN-related III-nitride material on large size silicon substrate enable the above applications easily realize the commercialization,because of the cost-effective device fabrication on the platform of Si-based integrated circuits.In this article,the progress and development of the GaN-based materials and light-emitting diodes grown on Si substrate were summarized,in which some key issues regarding to the material growth and device fabrication were reviewed.Baijun Zhang Yang Liu 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,12:10
2Impact of gas pressure on particle feature in Fe-based amorphous alloy powders via gas atomization:Simulation and experiment显示文摘Gas atomization is now an important production technique for Fe-based amorphous alloy powders used in additive manufacturing,particularly selective laser melting,fabricating large-sized Fe-based bulk metallic glasses.Using the realizable k-εmodel and discrete phase model theory,the flow dynamics of the gas phase and gas-melt two-phase flow felds in the close-wake condition were investigated to establish the correlation between high gas pressure and powder particle characteristics.The locations of the recirculation zones and the shapes of Mach disks were analyzed in detail for the type of discrete-jet closed-coupled gas atomization nozzle.In the gas-phase flow feld,the vortexes,closed to the Mach disk,are found to be a new deceleration method.In the two-phase flow feld,the shape of Mach disk changes from“S”-shape to“Z”-shape under the impact of the droplet flow.As predicted by the wave model,with the elevation of gas pressure,the size of the particle is found to gradually decrease and its distribution becomes more concentrated.Simulation results were compliant with the Fe-based amorphous alloy powder preparation tests.This study deepens the understanding of the gas pressure impacting particle features via gas atomization,and contributes to technological applications.Yutong Shi Weiyan Lu Wenhai Sun Suode Zhang Baijun Yang Jianqiang Wang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,10:4

5Carboxyl-functionalized Nanocellulose Reinforced Nanocomposite Proton Exchange Membrane显示文摘Nanocellulose(NCC) was prepared through the acid hydrolysis of microcellulose(MCC) and was reacted with maleic anliydride to obtain carboxyl-functionized nanocellulose(MA-NCCs). The presence of .OH and .SO3H on the surface of rod-like MA-NCC was confirmed by Fourier transfonn infrared spectrometry(FTIR). Sulfonated poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(Ph-SPEEKK) was synthesized with bis(4-fluorophenyl-methanone) and 2-phenylhydroquinone as monomer. MA-NCC/Ph-SPEEKK nanocomposite membranes with different MA-NCCs content were prepared, and their properties were characterized. Compared with Ph-SPEEKK, MA-NCC/Ph-SPEEKK nanocomposite membrane showed better mechanical and thermal properties and higher proton conductivity. The proton conductivity of the composite membrane with 4%(mass fraction) MA-NCCs under 80℃ was 0.095 S/cm. 7Bioinformatic Analysis and Experimental Verification of QJHGD on Caerulein-induced Inflammatory Response in SAP Model Rats Based on TLR4/NF-κB/My D88 Pathway显示文摘[Objectives]To conduct bioinformatic analysis and experimental verification of Qingjie Huagong Decoction(QJHGD)on caerulein-induced inflammatory response in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)model rats based on TLR4/NF-κB/MyD88 pathway.[Methods]The effective component groups and potential targets of QJHGD were collected by the network pharmacology method.A drug-component-target network was constructed.The GO and KEGG of targets were enriched and analyzed with the aid of Metascape database,and the target pathway related to SAP inflammation was screened.The SAP rat model was established by caerulein combined with lipopolysaccharide,and QJHGD was intragastrically administered.Pancreatic tissue was observed by HE staining.In addition,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry were used to verify the anti-inflammatory effect of QJHGD on SAP rats and its regulatory effect on TLR4/NF-κB/MyD88 target pathway.[Results]A total of 105 active components of QJHGD and 148 key targets of SAP were predicted and screened;KEGG was enriched in 320 different pathways including toll-like receptor and NF-κB classical pathways.Animal experiment verified that QJHGD reduced serum amylase,serum lipase activity,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in SAP rats;HE staining showed the effect of QJHGD on the pathological changes of pancreas,and QJHGD inhibited the positive expression of key proteins of TLR4,NF-κB and MyD88 in the inflammatory transduction pathway.[Conclusions]The mechanism of QJHGD improving pancreatic injury in SAP rats may be related to down-regulating the expression of key proteins in the TLR4/NF-κB/MyD88 pathway.Baijun QIN Xiping TANG Xin YANG Xianzhong BU Wenhao GONG Yueqiao CHEN Guozhong CHEN 2022Medicinal Plant2022,13,4:0
8Identifying the potential transcriptional regulatory network in Hirschsprung disease by integrated analysis of microarray datasets显示文摘Objective Hirschsprung disease(HSCR)is one of the common neurocristopathies in children,which is associated with at least 20 genes and involves a complex regulatory mechanism.Transcriptional regulatory network(TRN)has been commonly reported in regulating gene expression and enteric nervous system development but remains to be investigated in HSCR.This study aimed to identify the potential TRN implicated in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of HSCR.Methods Based on three microarray datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus database,the multiMiR package was used to investigate the microRNA(miRNA)-target interactions,followed by Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses.Then,we collected transcription factors(TFs)from the TransmiR database to construct the TF-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network and used cytoHubba to identify the key modules.Finally,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was determined and the integrated diagnostic models were established based on machine learning by the support vector machine method.Results We identified 58 hub differentially expressed microRNAs(DEMis)and 16 differentially expressed mRNAs(DEMs).The robust target genes of DEMis and DEMs mainly enriched in several GO/KEGG terms,including neurogenesis,cell-substrate adhesion,PI3K-Akt,Ras/mitogen-activated protein kinase and Rho/ROCK signaling.Moreover,2 TFs(TP53and TWIST1),4 miRNAs(has-miR-107,has-miR-10b-5p,has-miR-659-3p,and has-miR-371a-5p),and 4 mRNAs(PIM3,CHUK,F2RL1,and CA1)were identified to construct the TF-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network.ROC analysis revealed a strong diagnostic value of the key TRN regulons(all area under the curve values were more than 0.8).Conclusion This study suggests a potential role of the TF-miRNA-mRNA network that can help enrich the connotation of HSCR pathogenesis and diagnosis and provide new horizons for treatment.Wenyao Xu Hui Yu Dian Chen Weikang Pan Weili Yang Jing Miao Wanying Jia Baijun Zheng Yong Liu Xinlin Chen Ya Gao Donghao Tian 2023World Journal of Pediatric Surgery2023,6,2:0

10Deformation behavior of Al-rich metallic glasses under nanoindentation显示文摘To clarify the deformation behavior of Al-rich metallic glasses(MGs), two kinds of Al-rich MGs(i.e. bulk and ribbon samples) with different frozen-in excess volume have been analyzed under nanoindentation.It was found that, with the decrease of frozen-in excess volume, the serration behavior becomes inconspicuous together with the increase of hardness. Further, shear transformation zones(STZs), related to the occurrence of shear banding, have been evaluated by different methods: the cooperative shearing model(CSM), the rate-jump method(RJM) and the dynamic-mechanical response(DMR). In contrast,the STZ volumes, calculated by the RJM, increase from 2.77 nm^3 in the bulk to 3.59 nm^3 in the ribbon,which are in good agreement with 2.60 nm^3 obtained from the icosahedral supercluster medium-range order structure model in Al-rich MGs. This result reflects that an intrinsic correlation exists between the formation of STZs and the medium-range orders(MROs). 12Thermally Conductive Study of Polyethylene/Al2O3 Composite Networks Cross-linked by Electron Beam Irradiation显示文摘The surface-modifled Al2O3 particles were introduced into polyethylene(PE)to enhance the thermal conductivity,and PE/Al2O3 cross-linked networks with improved thermal and mechanical properties were prepared through electron beam(EB)irradiation technology.The incorporation of reactive irradiation sensitizer was useful in fabricating a high degree of cross-linking(DC)PE networks under a low irradiation dose.In the PE sample containing 2%sensitizer,DC ca.67.1%could be obtained under 60 kGy(1 kGy=1000 J/kg).EB-irradiation greatly improved thetensile stress of PE-based samples,and the tensile stresses of the samples with 0.2—5%TMPTA(trimethylolpr pane triacrvlate)under 60 kGy were 24.61—27.77 MPa.All the EB-irradiated samples had higher Vicat softening temperatures than the samples without irradiation.After treatment at 120 kGy,the Vicat softening temperatures of PE-Al2O3-44/TMPTA-2 increased from 127℃to 130.4℃.SEM images revealed that PE-Al2O3-5O samples with increased amount of Al2O3 particles showed a conduction'pathway,'and thennal conductivity reached 0.67 W/(m·K).Thus,high-performance pipes were extruded,which could satisfy the static hydraulic blasting test and exhibit improved thennal conduction capability.SHI Chengying YANG Jiayu LIU Yang WANG Yanmiao XU Wenge XU Yiquan HU Wei LIU Baijun 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,5:0
