| 7 | The Influence of Hedonistic Culture to Minangkabau Juveniles’Social Behaviors in the Twenty-first Century显示文摘This study is based on the emergence of teenagers1 behaviors which is deviated from the tradition of Minangkabau society.It aims to determine how hedonism affects Minangkabau's local pearls of wisdom.A qualitative approach with phenomenology research design was used where 25 Minangkabau teenagers,religious and traditional leaders who live in Lima Puluh Kota,Tanah Datar,and Agam involved in the study.The data taken from observation,interview,and documentation.The results reveal that the paradigm shift of young Minangkabau's social behavior is caused by hedonism that can be seen in both positive and negative aspects.In positive ways,they live their lives mainly to fulfill their needs,add experiences,create a sense of secure for the community,and be open minded.Meanwhile,in negative ways,traditions based on Islamic laws and the Holly Quran were regarded only as symbols.Such hedonism tends to trigger crime,individualism,laziness,free-sex,insecurity,and consumptive.Thus,this kind of behavior was caused by the absence of religious and custom education they had in the family and social lives. | Remiswal Remiswal Martin Kustati Besral Besral Zainimal Zainimal Arham Junaidi Firman | 2021 | Fudan Journal of the Humanities and Social Sciences2021，14，3： | 0 |
| 8 | On the mechanism by which nose bluntness suppresses second-mode instability显示文摘A physical mechanism by which nose bluntness suppresses second-mode instability is proposed.Considered are 7 degree half-angle straight cones with nose bluntness radii of 0.15 mm, 3.556 mm,5 mm, 9.525 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm at tunnel conditions relevant to the AFOSR-Notre Dame Large Mach 6 Quiet Tunnel. It is shown that second-mode suppression is achieved via entropy layer modulation of the basic state density gradient. A weakening of the density gradient disrupts the acoustic resonance necessary to sustain second-mode growth. | 9 | Lack of proper reimbursement is hampering adoption of minimally invasive gastrointestinal endoscopy in North America显示文摘Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)and related procedures are minimally invasive and cost-effective alternates to surgery.However,there is no approved or listed current procedural terminology(CPT)for ESD.We aimed to review the current reimbursement process hurdles for ESD procedures in private practice model in United States.We reviewed the data of two advanced endoscopists(one in New York and other in Pennsylvania State)performing ESD in their private practice set-ups.We found the reimbursement process was complex,with number of refusals varied from 0-9 for ESD procedures.It was not paid at all in 8.3%of cases by the medical insurance.Endoscopic mucosal resection,which is considered inferior as compared to ESD,but has a listed CPT,was denied in only 0.83%cases.Our data highlights the billing hurdles by the endoscopists to adopt ESD-related procedures in private practice model. | Shahzad Iqbal Aman Ali Arham Razzaq Eman Shahzad | 2020 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2020，12，1： | 0 |
