| 1 | Protein misfolding in neurodegenerative diseases:implications and strategies显示文摘A hallmark of neurodegenerative proteinopathies is the formation of misfolded protein aggregates that cause cellular toxicity and contribute to cellular proteostatic collapse.Therapeutic options are currently being explored that target different steps in the production and processing of proteins implicated in neurodegenerative disease,including synthesis,chaperone-assisted folding and trafficking,and degradation via the proteasome and autophagy pathways.Other therapies,like mTOR inhibitors and activators of the heat shock response,can rebalance the entire proteostatic network.However,there are major challenges that impact the development of novel therapies,including incomplete knowledge of druggable disease targets and their mechanism of action as well as a lack of biomarkers to monitor disease progression and therapeutic response.A notable development is the creation of collaborative ecosystems that include patients,clinicians,basic and translational researchers,foundations and regulatory agencies to promote scientific rigor and clinical data to accelerate the development of therapies that prevent,reverse or delay the progression of neurodegenerative proteinopathies. | Patrick Sweeney Hyunsun Park Marc Baumann John Dunlop Judith Frydman Ron Kopito Alexander McCampbell Gabrielle Leblanc Anjli Venkateswaran Antti Nurmi Robert Hodgson | 2017 | Translational Neurodegeneration2017，6，1： | 4 |
| 2 | 应用PFCL和内界膜剥离治疗黄斑裂孔伴视网膜脱离(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨在对黄斑裂孔伴视网膜脱离眼进行内界膜剥离中使用PFCL(过氟化碳液体)的手术技巧和手术效果。方法:本研究包括在2001-12/2002-10 8 例(8眼)诊断为完全视网膜脱离伴黄斑裂孔患者,年龄13~65(平均39)岁,男女比例5∶3,近视组和非近视组各4 眼。对患者施行玻璃体切除术、ICG染色内界膜、手术中用PFCL 使视网膜变平、内界膜剥离、气液交换以及在裂孔外围行眼内激光手术,并使用硅油或C3F8 填充。结果:随访6~9(平均6.5)mo。非近视眼组随访结束时,3 眼(75%)黄斑裂孔完全封闭,1 眼(25%)裂孔变小,边缘变平。近视眼组4 眼在随访结束时黄斑裂孔全部成功封闭。两组对照,在随访结束时,黄斑裂孔完全封闭为7 眼(88%),未封闭但边缘变平1 眼(12%)。结论:使用PFCL 对于黄斑裂孔伴视网膜脱离眼行内界膜剥离非常有意义。 | Nazimul Hussain Anjli Hussain Sundaram Natarajan | 2005 | 国际眼科杂志2005，5，2： | 1 |
