| 1 | 人格特征与血脂水平对心绞痛患者心肌酶的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨人格特征和血脂水平对心绞痛患者心肌酶的影响。方法:采用调查法对45例不稳定型心绞痛患者、60例稳定型心绞痛患者和50例健康人进行A型和D型人格问卷检测,同时检测血脂、肌钙蛋白(ICTNI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及乳酸脱氢酶1(LDH_1)水平。结果:与稳定型心绞痛和健康对照组比较,不稳定型心绞痛患者血清高密度脂蛋白水平显著降低;A型人格和D型人格得分、血清心肌酶水平显著升高。血清高密度脂蛋白水平与LDH_1显著负相关,时间紧迫感与血清LDH、LDH_1水平显著正相关,竞争和敌意与血清LDH水平显著正相关;D型人格特征与血清心肌酶水平无显著相关。高密度脂蛋白、时间紧迫感、竞争和敌意对心肌酶的效应值分布在0.125-0.039之间,为中等和较小效应值。结论:血清高密度脂蛋白、时间紧迫感和敌意与冠心病心肌损伤密切相关。 | 王一赫 杜金玲 Angie LeRoy 刘德祥 吕倩 潘芳 | 2017 | 中国临床心理学杂志2017，25，6： | 5 |

| 3 | 应用DNA条形码结合形态特征鉴定口岸船舶截获蛾类研究显示文摘口岸船舶检疫截获昆虫之中,鳞翅目蛾类占较大比例。然而,截获的蛾类标本外部形态常磨损严重,加之涉及类群多,所需参考资料广泛、复杂,给口岸船舶检疫截获蛾类的鉴定工作带来了许多困难。本文以海南出入境检验检疫局八所口岸船舶检疫截获的18头蛾类作为研究材料,通过DNA条形码技术批量初筛与外生殖器特征鉴定核查相结合的方法,对其进行鉴定。其中,10头蛾类标本通过线粒体COⅠ基因片段序列比对直接鉴定到种级水平,隶属于4科8属8种,经形态学特征检视复核,鉴定准确率为100%;其余8头标本依据线粒体COⅠ基因片段序列比对先鉴定到属,再进行外生殖器特征检视,鉴定为4科7属7种。本次鉴定出的15种蛾类之中,12种为全国口岸首次截获,3种为海南口岸首次截获。研究结果表明,DNA条形码技术批量初筛与形态特征鉴定复核相结合的鉴定方法,既能够解决传统形态鉴定对标本保存要求高、鉴定难度大的问题,有效提高检出率;同时又减少了检测周期,提高工作效率,为检验检疫部门截获蛾类的快速、准确鉴定提供重要参考。 | 胡晓雯 门丽娜 吕海英 蔡波 Deng Angie 张志伟 孟瑞 | 2018 | 植物检疫2018，32，1： | 4 |
| 4 | Photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction by photocatalyst innovation显示文摘The rising CO_2 level, population boom and increasing energy demand prompts the need of an efficient and sustainable solution to tackle the global warming issue. Reduction of greenhouse gas(GHG) emission through the conversion of detrimental CO_2 into methanol is one of the most promising solutions for optimising economic and resource efficiency. The utilisation of the abundant and sustainable sunlight to replace thermal and electric energy for CO_2 conversion to valuable chemicals is a highly sustainable process and attracted much research interests. Herein, we summarised the catalytic methods for CO_2 conversion to methanol, reviewed the photocatalytic properties and efficient photocatalysts, as well as their performance. Carbon [78_TD$IF]quantum dots(CQDs) as a new member of the carbon nanomaterials family have attracted increasing attention owing to their excellent photoluminescence property, light harvesting capability, charge recombination suppression and effective electron transport ability. This paper highlighted the multifaceted roles of CQDs in photocatalytic reactions. | 5 | Rice bicoid-related cDNA sequence and its expression during early embryogenesis显示文摘Bicoid is one of the important Drosophila maternal genes involved in the control of embryo polarity and larvae segmentation. To clone and characterize the rice bicoid-related genes, one cDNA clone, Rb24 (EMBL accession number: AJ2771380), was isolated by screening of rice unmature seed cDNA library. Sequence analysis indicates that Rb24 contains a putative amino acid sequence, which is homologous to unique 8 amino acids sequence within Drosophila bicoid homeodomain (50% identity, 75% similarity) and involves a lys-9 in putative helix 3. Northern blot analysis of rice RNA has shown that this sequence is expressed in a tissue-specific manner. The transcript was detected strongly in young panicles, but less in young leaves and roots. This results are further confirmed with paraffin section in situ hybridization. The signal is intensive in rice globular embryo and located at the apical tip of the embryo, then, along with the development of embryo, the signal is getting reduced and transfers into both sides of embryo. | 7 | Ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir + dasabuvir +/-ribavirin in real world hepatitis C patients显示文摘BACKGROUND The hepatitis C virus(HCV) NS5A inhibitor ABT-267(ombitasvir, OBV), the HCV NS4/4A protease inhibitor ABT-450(paritaprevir, PTV), the CYP3A inhibitor ritonavir(r) and the non-nucleoside NS5B polymerase inhibitor ABT-333(dasabuvir, DSV)(OBV/PTV/r + DSV) with or without ribavirin(RBV) is a direct-acting antiviral regimen approved in the United States and other major countries for the treatment of HCV in genotype 1(GT1) infected patients. Patients with HCV who are considered 'hard-to-cure' have generally been excluded from registration trials due to rigorous study inclusion criteria, presence of comorbidities and previous treatment failures.AIM To investigate the efficacy of this regimen in HCV G1-infected patients historically excluded from clinical trials.METHODS Patients were ≥ 18 years old and chronically infected with HCV GT1(GT1a, GT1b or GT1a/1b). Patients were treatment-na?ve or previously failed a regimen including pegylated interferon/RBV +/-telaprevir, boceprevir, or simeprevir.One hundred patients were treated with the study drug regimen, which was administered for 12 or 24 wk +/-RBV according to GT1 subtype and presence/absence of cirrhosis. Patients were evaluated every 4 wk from treatment day 1 and at 4 and 12 wk after end-of-treatment.RESULTS Many of the patients studied had comorbidities(44.2% hypertensive, 33.7%obese, 20.2% cirrhotic) and 16% previously failed HCV treatment. Ninety-six patients completed study follow-up and 99% achieved 12-wk sustained virologic response. The majority(88.4%) of patients had undetectable HCV RNA by week 4. The most common adverse events were fatigue(12%), headache(10%),insomnia(9%) and diarrhea(8%); none led to treatment discontinuation. Physical and mental patient reported outcomes scores significantly improved after treatment.
