1中国农业航空植保产业技术创新发展战略显示文摘农业航空是现代农业的重要组成部分和反映农业现代化水平的重要标志之一。该文在分析中国农业现代化建设中对航空植保技术的需求及国内外航空植保发展现状的基础上,对中国航空植保产业体系进行了深入剖析。指出了制约中国农业航空植保产业发展的主要问题,包括现有农业航空政策法规体系不完善、配套核心科学技术研究不足、专业队伍人才匮乏、社会化服务体系不健全、与农业航空相适应的农田作业环境基础建设被忽略、制度上缺少支持农业航空发展的公益性安排等。并从提高航空植保作业适应性的多机型多作业方式、加大资金投入增强配套核心科学技术的攻关、以及出台有针对性的政策加强管理和规范等方面提出了大力推进中国农业航空植保产业快速健康发展的战略及对策建议。最后对未来3个五年计划内中国对航空植保技术的需求情况进行了预测。分析预测表明,中国农业航空产业是一个尚未真正启动的大产业,未来中国农业航空市场的需求将会有爆发性增长,拉动新增机型投入将达到465亿元以上。随着相关制度及配套核心技术的不断完善,中国农业航空产业必将得到健康、有序和高速发展,有利于实现农业病虫害统防统治,实现精准作业,极大地提速中国现代农业的进程。周志艳 臧英 罗锡文 Lan Yubin 薛新宇 2013农业工程学报2013,29,24:187
2Inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 (previously 2019-nCoV) infection by a highly potent pan-coronavirus fusion inhibitor targeting its spike protein that harbors a high capacity to mediate membrane fusion显示文摘The recent outbreak of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection in Wuhan,China has posed a serious threat to global public health.To develop specific anti-coronavirus therapeutics and prophylactics,the molecular mechanism that underlies viral infection must first be defined.Therefore,we herein established a SARS-CoV-2 spike(S)protein-mediated cell-cell fusion assay and found that SARS-CoV-2 showed a superior plasma membrane fusion capacity compared to that of SARS-CoV.We solved the X-ray crystal structure of six-helical bundle(6-HB)core of the HR1 and HR2 domains in the SARS-CoV-2 S protein S2 subunit revealing that several mutated amino acid residues in the HR1 domain may be associated with enhanced interactions with the HR2 domain.We previously developed a pan-coronavirus fusion inhibitor,EK1,which targeted the HR!domain and could inhibit infection by divergent human coronaviruses tested,including SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV.Here we generated a series of lipopeptides derived from EK1 and found that EK1C4 was the most potent fusion inhibitor against SARS-CoV-2 S protein-mediated membrane fusion and pseudovirus infection with IC50s of 1.3 and 15.8 nM,about 241-and 149-fold more potent than the original EK1 peptide,respectively.EK1C4 was also highly effective against membrane fusion and infection of other human coronavirus pseudoviruses tested,including SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV,as well as SARSr-CoVs,and potently inhibited the replication of 5 live human coronaviruses examined,including SARS-CoV-2.Intranasal application of EK1C4 before or after challenge with HCoV-OC43 protected mice from infection,suggesting that EK1C4 could be used for prevention and treatment of infection by the currently circulating SARS-CoV-2 and other emerging SARSr-CoVs.Shuai Xia Meiqin Liu Chao Wang Wei Xu Qiaoshuai Lan Siliang Feng Feifei Qi Linlin Bao Lanying Du Shuwen Liu Chuan Qin Fei Sun Zhengli Shi Yun Zhu Shibo Jiang Lu Lu 2020Cell Research2020,30,4:81

4Prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder in China:A Nationwide Multi-center Population-based Study Among Children Aged 6 to 12 Years显示文摘This study aimed to obtain the first national estimate of the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) in Chinese children.We targeted the population of 6 to 12-year-old children for this prevalence study by multistage convenient cluster sampling.The Modified Chinese Autism Spectrum Rating Scale was used for the screening process.Of the target population of 142,086 children,88.5%(n=125,806) participated in the study.A total of 363 children were confirmed as having ASD.The observed ASD prevalence rate was 0.29%(95% CI:0.26%-0.32%) for the overall population.After adjustment for response rates,the estimated number of ASD cases was867 in the target population sample,thereby achieving an estimated prevalence of 0.70%(95% CI:0.64%-0.74%).The prevalence was significantly higher in boys than in girls(0.95%;95% CI:0.87%-1.02% versus 0.30%;95%CI:0.26%-0.34%;P <0.001).Of the 363 confirmed ASD cases,43.3% were newly diagnosed,and most of those(90.4%) were attending regular schools,and 68.8% of the children with ASD had at least one neuropsychiatric comorbidity.Our findings provide reliable data on the estimated ASD prevalence and comorbidities in Chinese children.Hao Zhou Xiu Xu Weili Yan Xiaobing Zou Lijie Wu Xuerong Luo Tingyu Li Yi Huang Hongyan Guan Xiang Chen Meng Mao Kun Xia Lan Zhang Erzhen Li Xiaoling Ge Lili Zhang Chunpei Li Xudong Zhang Yuanfeng Zhou Ding Ding Andy Shih Eric Fombonne Yi Zheng Jisheng Han Zhongsheng Sun Yong-hui Jiang Yi Wang LATENT-NHC Study Team 2020Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,9:158
5Expenditure of hospital care on cancer in China, from 2011 to 2015显示文摘Objective: A solid understanding of levels and trends of spending on cancer is important to evaluate whether our healthcare resources were wisely spent and to prioritize future resources for cancer treatment and prevention.However, studies on economic burden of cancers in China are scant and the results are inconsistent.Methods: The Chinese hospital information database and nearly 350 million inpatient medical record data were used. As the ratios of cancer inpatient payments to total inpatient payments were mainly influenced by the grades and sites of hospitals, the estimates of payments of cancer inpatients in this study were stratified by hospital grades and provinces. Only the payments of cancer inpatients happened in grade 2, grade 3 and specialized cancer hospitals were included in the analyses. The total medical payments of cancers in China were estimated based on the ratios of outpatient payments to inpatient payments in specialized cancer hospitals.Results: From 2011 to 2015, the payments of cancer inpatients in China have increased by 84.1% and the total inpatient payments reached 177.1 billion RMB in 2015, accounting for 4.3% of the total health expenditure in China. Based on the ratio of outpatient payments to inpatient payments, the total payments on cancer treatments in China were estimated to be 221.4 billion RMB in 2015. Among different cancer types, the highest payments were the treatment of trachea, bronchus and lung cancer. The major cancer inpatient payments(67.1% in 2015) spent in grade 3 general hospitals and this ratio increased continually from 2011 to 2015. 8Serum pepsinogen levels and their influencing factors:A population-based study in 6990 Chinese from North China显示文摘AIM: To explore the essential characteristics of serum pepsinogen (PG) levels in Chinese people, by analyzing the population-based data on the serum levels of PG Ⅰ and Ⅱ and the PGⅠ/Ⅱ ratio, and their influencing factors in Chinese from North China. METHODS: A total of 6990 subjects, who underwent a gastric cancer screening in North China from 1997 to 2002, were collected in this study. Serum pepsinogen levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). H pylori status was determined by histological examination and H pylori-IgG ELISA. The cut-off point was calculated by using receiving operator characteristics (ROC) curves. Factors linked to serum PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio were identified using a multivariate logistic regression. RESULTS: The serum PGⅠ and PGⅡ levels were significantly higher in males than in females (95.2 μg/L vs 79.7 μg/L, P < 0.01; 12.1 μg/L vs 9.4 μg/L, P < 0.01), PGⅠ/Ⅱ ratio was significantly lower in males than in females (7.9 vs 8.3, P < 0.01). The PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio decreased significantly in the aged groups following the progression of gastric mucosa from normal to non-atrophic and atrophic lesions (10.4, 8.8, and 6.6, respectively). The serum PGⅠand Ⅱ levels were significantly higher in patients with H pylori infection than in those without H pylori infection (88.7 μg/L vs 81.4 μg/L, P < 0.01; 11.4 μg/L vs 8.4 μg/L, P < 0.01), while the PGⅠ/Ⅱ ratio was significantly lower in patients with H pylori infection than in those without H pylori infection (7.7 vs 9.6, P < 0.01). For patients with atrophic lesions, the area under the PGⅠ/Ⅱ ROC curve was 0.622. The best cut-off point for PGⅠ/Ⅱ was 6.9, with a sensitivity of 53.2%, and a specificity of 67.5%. Factors linked to PGⅠ/Ⅱ were sensitive to identified PG using a multinomial logistic regression relying on the following inputs: males (OR: 1.151, 95% CI: 1.042-1.272, P = 0.006), age ≥ 61 years (OR: 1.358, 95% CI: 1.188-1.553, P = 0.000), atrophic lesion (OR: 2.075, 95% CI: 1.870-2.302, P = 0.000), and H pylori infection (OR: 1.546, 95% CI: 1.368-1.748, P = 0.000). CONCLUSION: The essential characteristics of serum PG levels in Chinese are significantly skewed from the normal distribution, and influenced by age, sex, gastric mucosa lesions and H pylori infection. 11Antimicrobial resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii : From bench to bedside显示文摘Acinetobacter baumannii(A. baumannii) is undoubtedly one of the most successful pathogens in the modern healthcare system. With invasive procedures, antibiotic use and immunocompromised hosts increasing in recent years, A. baumannii has become endemic in hospitals due to its versatile genetic machinery, which allows it to quickly evolve resistance factors, and to its remarkable ability to tolerate harsh environments. Infections and outbreaks caused by multidrugresistant A. baumannii(MDRAB) are prevalent and have been reported worldwide over the past twenty or more years. To address this problem effectively, knowledge of species identification, typing methods, clinical manifestations, risk factors, and virulence factors is essential. The global epidemiology of MDRAB is monitored by persistent surveillance programs. Because few effective antibiotics are available, clinicians often face serious challenges when treating patients with MDRAB. Therefore, a deep understanding of the resistance mechanisms used by MDRAB can shed light on two possible strategies to combat the dissemination of antimicrobial resistance: stringent infection control and antibiotic treatments, of which colistin-based combination therapy is the mainstream strategy. 12Reactive capillary hemangiomas: a novel dermatologic toxicity following anti-PD-1 treatment with SHR-1210显示文摘Objective: SHR-1210 is a new and promising anti-PD-1 agent for solid tumors. During the phase I study of SHR-1210, we encountered a novel but prevalent immune-related dermatologic toxicity: reactive capillary hemangiomas(RCHs). Thus we tried to summarize the features of RCHs and estimate their relationship with tumor response.Methods: This prospective observational study systematically enrolled 98 patients with advanced solid tumors from April 27th,2016 to June 8th, 2017 in the context of the phase I clinical study of SHR-1210. This report focused on the skin toxicities. Patients underwent entire skin inspection every two weeks while taking medication. The clinical course of RCHs was recorded and their association with tumor response was estimated. The data cut-off date was November 15th, 2017.Results: After a median follow-up of 242(range, 29–567) days, RCHs were observed in 85.7%(84/98) of patients on cutaneous/mucosal surfaces; 84.5%(71/84) of the RCHs were evaluated as grade 1 adverse events. No grade 3 or 4 RCHs were observed. The time of onset of RCHs was dose dependent and shortest in the 400 mg-dose cohort(P < 0.001). Spontaneous and complete regression of RCHs was observed both during and after treatment. The objective response rate of tumors for patients with RCHs was 28.9%(24/83). However, no responders were observed among the patients without RCHs.Conclusions: RCHs were prevalent but manageable during treatment with SHR-1210. 13Apoptosis,proliferation and p53 gene expression of H.pylori associated gastric epithelial lesions显示文摘AIM: To study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) and gastric carcinoma and its possible pathogenesis by H. Pylori.METHODS: DNEL technique and immunohistochemical technique were used to study the state of apoptosis,proliferation and p53 gene expression. A total of 100 gastric mucosal biopsy specimens, including 20 normal mucosa, 30H. Pylori-negative and 30 H. Pylorf-positive gastric precancerous lesions along with 20 gastric carcinomas were studied.RESULTS: There were several apoptotic cells in the superficial epithelium and a few proliferative cells within the neck of gastric glands, and no p53 protein expression in normal mucosa. In gastric carcinoma, there were few apoptotic cells, while there were a large number of proliferative cells, and expression of p53 protein significantly was increased. In the phase of metaplasia, the apoptotic index (Al, 4.36% ± 1.95%), proliferative index (PI, 19.11% ± 6.79%) and positivity of p53 expression (46.7%) in H. Pylori-positive group were higher than those in normal mucosa (P< 0.01). Al in H. Pylori-positive group was higher than that in H. Pylori-negative group (3.81% ±1.76%), PI in H. Pylori-positive group was higher than that in H. Pylori-negative group (12.25% ±5.63%, P<0.01 ). In the phase of dysplasia, Al (2.31% ± 1.10%) in H. Pylori-positive group was lower (3.05% ± 1.29%) than that in H. Pylori-negative group, but PI (33.89% ± 11.65%)wassignificantly higher(22.09± 8018%, P< 0.01). In phases of metaplasia, dysplasia and gastric cancer in the H. Pylori-positive group, Als had an evidently graduall decreasing trend (P < 0.01 ), while Pis had an evidently gradual increasing trend (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01), and there was also a trend of gradual increase in the expression of p53 gene.CONCLUSION: In the course of the formation of gastric carcinoma, proliferation of gastric mucosa can be greatly increased by H. Pylori, and H. Pylori can induce apoptosis in the phase of metaplasia but in the phase of dysplasia H.pylori can inhibit cellular apoptosis. And H. 15The Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer: system and applications显示文摘The Sunway Taihu Light supercomputer is the world's first system with a peak performance greater than 100 PFlops. In this paper, we provide a detailed introduction to the Taihu Light system. In contrast with other existing heterogeneous supercomputers, which include both CPU processors and PCIe-connected many-core accelerators(NVIDIA GPU or Intel Xeon Phi), the computing power of Taihu Light is provided by a homegrown many-core SW26010 CPU that includes both the management processing elements(MPEs)and computing processing elements(CPEs) in one chip. With 260 processing elements in one CPU, a single SW26010 provides a peak performance of over three TFlops. To alleviate the memory bandwidth bottleneck in most applications, each CPE comes with a scratch pad memory, which serves as a user-controlled cache. To support the parallelization of programs on the new many-core architecture, in addition to the basic C/C++and Fortran compilers, the system provides a customized Sunway Open ACC tool that supports the Open ACC2.0 syntax. 16Effect of chlorogenic acid on antioxidant activity of Flos Lonicerae extracts显示文摘Flos Lonicerae is a medically useful traditional Chinese medicine herb. However, little is known about the antioxidant properties of Flos Lonicerae extracts. Here the antioxidant capacity of water, methanolic and ethanolic extracts prepared from Flos Lonicerae to scavenge 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and reduce Fe3+ to Fe2+ is examined. Chlorogenic acid, a major component of Flos Lonicerae, is identified and further purified from 70% ethanolic extract with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and its antioxidant capacity is characterized. The total phenolic compounds and chlorogenic acid con-tents in Flos Lonicerae are determined. 17Peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations in different clinical stages of chronic HBV infection correlate with HBV load显示文摘AIM: To characterize the peripheral T-cell subpopulation profiles and their correlation with hepatitis B virus (HBV) replication in different clinical stages of chronic HBV infection.METHODS: A total of 422 patients with chronic HBV infection were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into three stages: immune-tolerant stage, immune active stage, and immune-inactive carrier stage. Composition of peripheral T-cell subpopulations was determined by flow cytometry. HBV markers were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. SerumHBV DNA load was assessed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: CD8+ T-cells were significantly higher in patients at the immune-tolerant stage than in patients at the immune-active and -inactive carrier stages (36.87 ± 7.58 vs 34.37 ± 9.07, 36.87 ± 7.58 vs 28.09 ± 5.64, P < 0.001). The peripheral blood in patients at the immune-tolerant and immune active stages contained more CD8+ T-cells than CD4+ T-cells (36.87 ± 7.58 vs 30.23 ± 6.35, 34.37 ± 9.07 vs 30.92 ± 7.40, P < 0.01), whereas the peripheral blood in patients at the immune-inactive carrier stage and in normal controls contained less CD8+ T-cells than CD4+ T-cells (28.09 ± 5.64 vs 36.85 ± 6.06, 24.02 ± 4.35 vs 38.94 ± 3.39, P < 0.01). ANOVA linear trend test showed that CD8+ T-cells were signif icantly increased in patients with a high viral load (39.41 ± 7.36, 33.83 ± 7.50, 31.81 ± 5.95 and 26.89 ± 5.71, P < 0.001), while CD4+ T-cells were signif icantly increased in patients with a low HBV DNA load (37.45 ± 6.14, 33.33 ± 5.61, 31.58 ± 6.99 and 27.56 ± 5.49, P < 0.001). Multiple regression analysis displayed that log copies of HBV DNA still maintained its highly signif icant coefficients for T-cell subpopulations, and was the strongest predictors for variations in CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio after adjustment for age at HBV-infection, maternal HBV-infection status, presence of hepatitis B e antigen and HBV mutation.CONCLUSION: Differences in peripheral T-cell subpopulation profi les can be found in different clinical stages of chronic HBV infection. 18Extract of Naotaifang, a compound Chinese herbal medicine, protects neuron ferroptosis induced by acute cerebral ischemia in rats显示文摘Objective:Our previous research showed that Naotaifang(a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine)extract(NTE)has clinically beneficial effects on neurological improvement of patients with acute cerebral ischemia.In this study,we investigated whether NTE protected acute brain injury in rats and whether its effects on ferroptosis could be linked to the dysfunction of glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)and iron metabolism.Methods:We established an acute brain injury model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)in rats,in which we could observe the accumulation of iron in neurons,as detected by Perl’s staining.Using assay kits,we measured expression levels of ferroptosis biomarkers,such as iron,glutathione(GSH),reactive oxygen species(ROS)and malonaldehyde(MDA);further the expression levels of transferrin receptor1(TFR1),divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1),solute carrier family 7 member 11(SLC7 A11)and GPX4 were determined using immunohistochemical analysis,real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot assays.Results:We found that treatment with NTE reduced the expression levels of TFR1 and DMT1,reduced ROS,MDA and iron accumulation and reduced neurobehavioral scores,relative to untreated MCAO rats.Treatment with NTE increased the expression levels of SLC7 A11,GPX4 and GSH,and the number of Nissl bodies in the MCAO rats.Conclusion:Taken together,our data suggest that acute cerebral ischemia induces neuronal ferroptosis and the effects of treating MCAO rats with NTE involved inhibition of ferroptosis through the TFR1/DMT1 and SCL7 A11/GPX4 pathways.Bin Lan Jin-wen Ge Shao-wu Cheng Xi-long Zheng Jun Liao Chao He Zheng-qing Rao Guo-zuo Wang 2020Journal of Integrative Medicine2020,18,4:37
19A nomogramfor predicting overall survival in patients with low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma: A population-based analysis显示文摘Background:Low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma(LG-ESS)is a rare tumor that lacks a prognostic prediction model.Our study aimed to develop a nomogram to predict overall survival of LG-ESS patients.Methods:A total of 1172 patients confirmed to have LG-ESS between 1988 and 2015 were selected from the Surveillance,Epidemiology and End Results(SEER)database.They were further divided into a training cohort and a validation cohort.The Akaike information criterion was used to select variables for the nomogram.The discrimination and calibration of the nomogram were evaluated using concordance index(C-index),area under time-dependent receiver operating characteristic curve(time-dependent AUC),and calibration plots.The net benefits of the nomogram at different threshold probabilities were quantified and compared with those of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)criteria-based tumor staging using decision curve analysis(DCA).Net reclassification index(NRI)and integrated discrimination improvement(IDI)were also used to compare the nomogram’s clinical utilitywith that of the FIGO criteria-based tumor staging.The risk stratifications of the nomogram and the FIGO criteria-based tumor staging were compared.Results:Seven variables were selected to establish the nomogram for LG-ESS.The C-index(0.814 for the training cohort and 0.837 for the validation cohort)and the time-dependent AUC(>0.7)indicated satisfactory discriminative ability of the nomogram.The calibration plots showed favorable consistency between the prediction of the nomogram and actual observations in both the training and validation cohorts.The NRI values(training cohort:0.271 for 5-year and 0.433 for 10-year OS prediction;validation cohort:0.310 for 5-year and 0.383 for 10-year OS prediction)and IDI(training cohort:0.146 for 5-year and 0.185 for 10-year OS prediction;validation cohort:0.177 for 5-year and 0.191 for 10-year OS prediction)indicated that the established nomogram performed significantly better than the FIGO criteria-based tumor staging alone(P<0.05).Furthermore,DCA showed that the nomogram was clinically useful and had better discriminative ability to recognize patients at high risk than the FIGO criteria-based tumor staging.Conclusions:A prognostic nomogram was developed and validated to assist clinicians in evaluating prognosis of LG-ESS patients.Jie Wu Huibo Zhang Lan Li Mengxue Hu Liang Chen Bin Xu Qibin Song 2020Cancer Communications2020,40,7:35
20Phase II clinical trial using camrelizumab combined with apatinib and chemotherapy as the first-line treatment of advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Background:Effective therapeutic options are limited for patients with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).The incorporation of an immune checkpoint inhibitor and a molecular anti-angiogenic agent into the commonly adopted chemotherapy may produce synergistic effects.Therefore,we aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab plus apatinib combined with chemotherapy as the first-line treatment of advanced ESCC.Methods:In this single-arm prospective phase II trial,patients with unresectable locally advanced or recurrent/metastatic ESCC received camrelizumab 200 mg,liposomal paclitaxel 150 mg/m2,and nedaplatin 50 mg/m2 on day 1,and apatinib 250 mg on days 1-14.The treatments were repeated every 14 days for up to 9 cycles,followed by maintenance therapy with camrelizumab and apatinib.The primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(version 1.1).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and safety.Results:We enrolled 30 patients between August 7,2018 and February 23,2019.The median follow-up was 24.98 months(95%confidence interval[CI]:23.05-26.16 months).The centrally assessed ORR was 80.0%(95%CI:61.4%-92.3%),with a median duration of response of 9.77 months(range:1.54 to 24.82+months).The DCR reached 96.7%(95%CI:82.8%-99.9%).The median PFS was 6.85 months(95%CI:4.46-14.20 months),and the median OS was 19.43 months(95%CI:9.93 months–not reached).The most common grade 3-4 treatmentrelated adverse events(AEs)were leukopenia(83.3%),neutropenia(60.0%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(26.7%).Treatment-related serious AEs included febrile neutropenia,leukopenia,and anorexia in one patient(3.3%),and single cases of increased blood bilirubin level(3.3%)and toxic epidermal necrolysis(3.3%).No treatment-related deaths occurred.Conclusions:Camrelizumab plus apatinib combined with liposomal paclitaxel and nedaplatin as first-line treatment demonstrated feasible anti-tumor activity and manageable safety in patients with advanced ESCC.Randomized trials to evaluate this new combination strategy are warranted.Trial registration:This trial was registered on July 27,2018,at ClinicalTrials.gov(identifier:NCT03603756).Bo Zhang Ling Qi Xi Wang Jianping Xu Yun Liu Lan Mu Xingyuan Wang Lidan Bai Jing Huang 2020Cancer Communications2020,40,12:38
