| 1 | New geological evidence of crustal thickening in the Gangdese block prior to the Indo-Asian collision显示文摘Recent mapping in the Gangdese block has revealed many leucogranites that are similar to those in the High Himalaya. These leucogranites formed at ~140 Ma as indicated by monazite Th-Pb ion-microprobe dating and cooled at ~130 Ma as indicated by muscovite 40Ar/39Ar dating. In conjunction with previous structural and paleogeographic studies, the new data indicate that the Gangdese block underwent crustal thickening and associated exhumation during ~140-130 Ma. In this regard, the southern margin of Eurasia continent was comparable to the modern South American Altiplano-Puna plateau, the prime example of active ocean-continent subduction and associated thickened crust. Specifically, the early stages of crustal thickening and uplifting of the Gangdese block may result from subduction of the Neo-Tethyan Ocean. If the Tibetan Plateau would form by accretion of a series of blocks with thickened crust, an elevated topographic plateau similar to the Altiplano- Puna plateau had formed before collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates. Then the Tibetan Plateau would have quickly thickened, uplifted, and begun to extend soon after onset of the collision. | 2 | Toxic epidermal necrolysis related to AP(pemetrexed plus cisplatin)and gefitinib combination therapy in a patient with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN) is a rare acute life-threatening mucocutaneous disorder that is mostly drug-related(80%-95%). It is clinically characterized as a widespread sloughing of the skin and mucosa. AP regimen(pemetrexed plus cisplatin) has been the preferred first-line chemotherapy for metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Gefitinib, a small-molecule epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI), has already been recommended as a first-line treatment in EGFR-mutant metastatic NSCLC. We report rare presentation of TEN involving adverse effects of AP and gefitinib combination treatment in a 42-year-old woman diagnosed with metastatic NSCLC harboring an EGFR mutation. On the 21 st day after administration of the first cycle of AP regimen and the 8th day after the initiation of gefitinib treatment, she developed an acne-like rash, oral ulcer, and conjunctivitis, which later became blisters and ultimately denuded. The characteristic clinical courses were decisive for the diagnosis of TEN. | 7 | Molecular dynamics simulation of small gas molecule permeation through CAU-1 membrane显示文摘CAU-1 is one of aluminum-based amine-functionalized Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs).Gas permeation and separation behaviors through CAU-1 membrane were simulated by the dual-control plane nonequilibrium molecular dynamics(DCP-NEMD)method.The thickness of membrane was 3.55 nm.Gases CO_(2),N_(2),CH_(4),H_(2),He,Kr and Xe were chosen for the calculation in both single component and binary mixtures.The permeation process was calculated in grand canonical(μVT)ensemble with periodic boundary conditions(PBC)in x-and y-directions at different temperatures.The calculated permeance of H_(2),CH_(4),N_(2),CO_(2) and Kr decreased with increasing temperature in both single and binary system,while that of Xe with kinetic molecule of 0.41 nm increased with increasing temperature.It shows Xe permeation is governed by activated diffusion.The simulated separation factors of CO_(2)/N_(2) and CO_(2)/CH_(4) of 4.2 and 1.3 respectively were lower than the experimental ones when only considering van der Waals interaction.Further consideration of electrostatic potential leads to improved calculation CO_(2)/N_(2) and CO_(2)/CH_(4) separation factor of 23.0 and 12.9 respectively that were consistent with the experimental ones of 26.2 and 14.8.It suggests the necessity of considering the Coulomb interactions between CO_(2) and NH_(2)-on the pore wall of CAU-1 for permeation of CO_(2).For H_(2)/N_(2) and H_(2)/CH_(4) the ideal selectivities also keep consistent with our experimental results.Interestingly,the simulated separation factor for noble Kr/Xe reaches infinite,predicting that CAU-1 membrane possesses potential separation properties for radioactive Kr/Xe. | Mingming Zhai Tomohisa Yoshioka Jianhua Yang Jinqu Wang Dinglin Zhang Jinming Lu Yan Zhang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021，34，5： | 1 |
