| 1 | Genetic diversity of Tricholoma matsutake in Yunnan Province显示文摘To investigate the genetic diversity of Tricholoma matsutake,we studied ITS and IGS1 sequences and PCR polymorphism of a retrotransposon in 56 fruit bodies collected from 13 counties of 9 regions in Yunnan Province. We found one and three haplotypes based on ITS and IGS1 sequences,respectively. Moreover,there was no significant difference in PCR polymorphism of the retrotransposon among different populations. | 2 | Carbon isotope composition and correlation across the Cambrian-Ordovician boundary in Kalpin Region of the Tarim Basin, China显示文摘Biostratigraphically constrained sequences at the Wushi Yingshan and Kalpin Cement Plant sections (Kalpin Region; Tarim Basin) were densely sampled for geochemical studies. Carbonates across the Cambrian-Ordovician boundary of both sections mainly record negative carbon isotope values. Stable isotope curves show four negative and four positive excursions appearing alternately at the Wushi Yingshan section and five negative alternating with five positive excursions at the Kalpin Cement Plant section. The carbon isotope logs of these two sections are correlated with the international Cambrian-Ordovician boundary key sections: (1) Dayangcha section in China, (2) Green Point section in Canada, (3) Black mountain section in Australia and (4) Lowson Cove section in USA. | 5 | Characteristics of Milankovitch Cycles in the Mid-Permian Liangshan and Qixia Formations of the Sichuan Basin——Examples from Well-Long17 and Well-Wujia1显示文摘The Liangshan and Qixia formations in the Sichuan Basin of central China were formed in the earlier middle Permian. Based on outcrop observation of the Changjianggou section at Shangsi, Guangyuan region and 3 rd -order sequence division in typical drillings, one-dimensional spectrum analysis has been used to choose the better curve between the natural gamma ray spectrometry log(ln (Th/K)) in Well-Long17 and the gamma ray log(GR) in Well-Wujia1, respectively, for identifying Milankovitch cycles in Sequence PSQ1 which comprises the Liangshan and Qixia formations, and then to identify the variation in the Milankovitch cycle sequences. On this basis, the system tract and 4 th -order sequence interfaces in Sequence PSQ1 were found via two-dimensional spectral analysis and digital filtering. Finally, a high-frequency sequence division program was established. Among these cycles, long eccentricity (413.0 ka) and short eccentricity (123.0 ka) are the most unambiguous, and they are separately the major control factors in forming 4 th -order (parasequence sets) and 5 th -order (parasequences) sequences, with the average thicknesses corresponding to the main cycles being 11.47 m and 3.32 m in Well-Long17, and 14.21 m and 3.79 m in Well-Wujia1, respectively. In other words, the deposition rate in the beach subfacies is faster than that of the inner ramp facies. The ln(Th/K) curve is more sensitive than the GR as the index of relatively ancient water depth in carbonate deposition. One-dimensional spectrum analysis of ln(Th/K) curve could distinguish the Milankovitch cycle sequences that arose from the Precession cycle (20.90 ka), with a much higher credibility. Sequence PSQ1 in Well-Long17 contains 10 4 th -order sequences, and the growth span of Sequence PSQ1 consisting of the Liangshan and Qixia formations is about 4.13 Ma. The single deposition thickness of the long eccentricity cycle sequence has the characteristics of thinning and then thickening in the two-dimensional spectrum, which could be used to identify the system tract interface of the 3 rd -order sequence. The precession sequence thickness remains stationary. As a result, the early deposition rate in the mid-Permian of the Sichuan basin was very slow, remaining nearly stationary, and this reflects a sustained depositional environment. Whole-rock carbon and oxygen isotope curves could also prove this point. | 6 | Carbon and oxygen isotope variation and its implication for marine sequence: A case study of Ordovician in Tarim Basin显示文摘Carbon and oxygen isotopes of marine carbonate rocks or fossil shells could indicate global sea-level relative change.Generally,heavier carbon isotopes or lighter oxygen isotopes reflected rise of global sea-level relative changes,and vice versa.For carbonate rocks deposited before Tertiary,carbon isotope was more stable than oxygen isotope,and thus it was more suitable to indicate global sea-level relative fluctuation.Within time limit of the 3rd-order sequence(1-10Ma),large scale migration of carbonate platforms would not occur and carbonate productivity would not change greatly,therefore,a research method of marine tectonic sequence(i.e,a contrastive analysis method of carbon and oxygen isotopessedimentary cycles)was proposed.Thus,the marine 3rd-order sequences were divided the global sealevel sequence which was controlled by global sea-level change and the tectonic sequence which was controlled by regional tectonic subsidence and uplift.The global sea-level fluctuation indicated by carbon and oxygen isotopes were consistent with variation of sedimentary cycles and water depth of the global sea-level sequence,but were not consistent with variation of sedimentary cycles and water depth of the tectonic sequence.As a case study of Ordovician in Tarim Basin,two 3rd-order global sea-level sequences were identified in the Lower Ordovician,while six 3rd-order tectonic sequences controlled by collision and compression between Arkin island arc,Kudi active continental margin uplift and Tarim Plate were identified in the Middle and Upper Ordovician.Particularly,OSQ6 in the Upper Ordovician(Lianglitage Formation)was a typical tectonic sequence. | Zongju Zhao Jianguo Wang Peixi Wang | 2017 | Petroleum Research2017,2,3: | 1 |

| 12 | The blue light receptor CRY1 interacts with GID1 and DELLA proteins to repress gibberellin signaling and plant growth显示文摘Improvements in plant architecture,such as reduced plant height under high-density planting,are important for agricultural production.Light and gibberellin(GA)are essential external and internal cues that affect plant architecture.In this study,we characterize the direct interaction of distinct receptors that link light and GA signaling in Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana)and wheat(Triticum aestivum L.).We show that the light receptor CRY1 represses GA signaling through interaction with all five DELLA proteins and promotion of RGA protein accumulation in Arabidopsis.Genetic analysis shows that CRY1-mediated growth repression is achieved by means of the DELLA proteins.Interestingly,we find that CRY1 also directly interacts with the GA receptor GID1 to competitively inhibit the GID1-GAI interaction.We also show that overexpression of TaCRY1a reduces plant height and coleoptile growth in wheat and that TaCRY1a interacts with both TaGID1 and Rht1 to competitively attenuate the TaGID1-Rht1 interaction.Based on these findings,we propose that the photoreceptor CRY1 competitively inhibits the GID1-DELLA interaction,thereby stabilizing DELLA proteins and enhancing their repression of plant growth. | Baiqiang Yan Zongju Yang Guanhua He Yexing Jing Huixue Dong Lan Ju Yunwei Zhang Yingfang Zhu Yun Zhou Jiaqiang Sun | 2021 | Plant Communications2021,2,6: | 1 |
| 13 | A MICRO-IMAGE FUSION ALGORITHM BASED ON REGION GROWING显示文摘Due to the limitation of Depth Of Field (DOF) of microscope, the regions which are not within the DOF will be blurring after imaging. Thus for micro-image fusion, the most important step is to identify the blurring regions within each micro-image, so as to remove their undesirable impacts on the fused image. In this paper, a fusion algorithm based on a novel region growing method is proposed for micro-image fusion. The local sharpness of micro-image is judged block by block, then blocks whose sharpness is lower than an adaptive threshold are used as seeds, and the sharpness of neighbors of each seed are evaluated again during the region growing until the blurring regions are identified completely. With the decreasing in block size, the obtained region segmentation becomes more and more accurate. Finally, the micro-images are fused with pixel-wise fusion rules.
