| 1 | Synthesis of silicon-functionalized polyolefins by subsequent cobalt-catalyzed dehydrogenative silylation and nickel-catalyzed copolymerization显示文摘Metal catalyzed olefin hydrosilylation and metal mediated olefin polymerization are both of great academic and industrial importance. In this article, these two aspects are combined to prepare siliconfunctionalized polyolefin materials. First, pyridine-diimine cobalt-catalyzed dehydrogenative silylations of various terminal olefins with alkylsilanes lead to the formation of a variety of allylsilanes at high yields.Then, the allylsilanes are copolymerized with ethylene using an a-diimine nickel catalyst, leading to the formation of branched polyolefins with high molecular weight and moderate comonomer incorporation.This subsequent catalytic process is an efficient strategy for the synthesis of silicon-functionalized polyolefins using widely available and inexpensive starting materials. | Shixin Zhou Changle Chen | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018，63，7： | 5 |
| 2 | A phase 3,double-blind,randomized placebo-controlled efficacy and safety study of abiraterone acetate in chemotherapynaı¨ve patients with mCRPC in China,Malaysia,Thailand and Russia显示文摘Objective:This double-blind,placebo-controlled phase 3 study was designed to compare efficacy and safety of abiraterone acetate+prednisone(abiraterone)to prednisone alone in chemotherapy-naı¨ve,asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic metastatic castrationresistant prostate cancer(mCRPC)patients from China,Malaysia,Thailand and Russia.Methods:Adult chemotherapy-naı¨ve patients with confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)performance status(PS)grade 0e1,ongoing androgen deprivation(serum testosterone<50 ng/dL)with prostate specific antigen(PSA)or radiographic progression were randomized to receive abiraterone acetate(1000 mg,QD)t prednisone(5 mg,BID)or placebo t prednisone(5 mg,BID),until disease progression,unacceptable toxicity or consent withdrawal.Primary endpoint was improvements in time to PSA progression(TTPP).Results:Totally,313 patients were randomized(abiraterone:n Z 157;prednisone:n Z 156);and baseline characteristics were balanced.At clinical cut-off(median follow-up time:3.9 months),80% patients received treatment(abiraterone:n Z 138,prednisone:n Z 112).Median time to PSA progression was not reached with abiraterone versus 3.8 months for prednisone,attaining 58%reduction in PSA progression risk(HR=0.418;p<0.0001).Abirateronetreated patients had higher confirmed PSA response rate(50%vs.21%;relative odds=2.4;p<0.0001)and were 5 times more likely to achieve radiographic response than prednisonetreated patients(22.9%vs.4.8%,p=0.0369).Median survival was not reached.Most common(≥10% abiraterone vs.prednisone-treated)adverse events:bone pain(7%vs.14%),pain in extremity(6%vs.12%),arthralgia(10%vs.8%),back pain(7%vs.11%),and hypertension(15%vs.14%).Conclusion:Interim analysis confirmed favorable benefit-to-risk ratio of abiraterone in chemotherapy-naı¨ve men with mCRPC,consistent with global study,thus supporting use of abiraterone in this patient population. | Dingwei Ye Yiran Huang Fangjian Zhou Keji Xie Vsevolod Matveev Changling Li Boris Alexeev Ye Tian Mingxing Qiu Hanzhong Li Tie Zhou Peter De Porre Margaret Yu Vahid Naini Hongchuan Liang Zhuli Wu Yinghao Sun | 2017 | Asian Journal of Urology2017，4，2： | 3 |
| 3 | Source Recovery in Underdetermined Blind Source Separation Based on Artificial Neural Network显示文摘We propose a novel source recovery algorithm for underdetermined blind source separation, which can result in better accuracy and lower computational cost. On the basis of the model of underdetermined blind source separation, the artificial neural network with single-layer perceptron is introduced into the proposed algorithm. Source signals are regarded as the weight vector of single-layer perceptron, and approximate ι~0-norm is taken into account for output error decision rule of the perceptron, which leads to the sparse recovery. Then the procedure of source recovery is adjusting the weight vector of the perceptron. What's more, the optimal learning factor is calculated and a descent sequence of smoothed parameter is used during iteration, which improves the performance and significantly decreases computational complexity of the proposed algorithm. | 4 | Effect of pulsatile perfusion during cardiopulmonary bypass in terms of radial artery sphygmogram显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate a quantitative method for using radial artery pulse waveforms to assess the effect of pulsatile flow during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS: A total of 34 adults with heart disease who underwent open-heart surgery between April2010 and January 2011 were randomized into a pulsatile perfusion group(n=17) and a non-pulsatile perfusion group(n=17). Radial arterial pulse waveforms of pulsatile and non-pulsatile perfusion patients were observed and compared before and during CPB.RESULTS: No pulse waveform could be detected at patients' radial artery in both groups when the aorta was cross-clamped. Pulse waveforms could be detected at pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery, but could not be detected at non-pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery during CPB. | 5 | A classification-based method to estimate event-related potentials from single trial EEG显示文摘A novel method based on machine learning is developed to estimate event-related potentials from single trial electroencephalography. This paper builds a basic framework using classification and an optimization model based on this framework for estimating event-related potentials. Then the SingleTrialEM algorithm is derived by introducing a logistic regression model, which could be obtained by training before SingleTrialEM is used, to instantiate the optimization model. The simulation tests demonstrate that the proposed method is correct and solid. The advantage of this method is verified by the comparison between this method and the Woody filter in simulation tests. | 7 | Ribonuclease H-like gene SMALL GRAIN2 regulates grain size in rice through brassinosteroid signaling pathway显示文摘Grain size is a key agronomic trait that determines the yield in plants.Regulation of grain size by brassinosteroids(BRs)in rice has been widely reported.However,the relationship between the BR signaling pathway and grain size still requires further study.Here,we isolated a rice mutant,named small grain2(sg2),which displayed smaller grain and a semi-dwarf phenotype.The decreased grain size was caused by repressed cell expansion in spikelet hulls of the sg2 mutant.Using map-based cloning combined with a Mut Map approach,we cloned SG2,which encodes a plant-specific protein with a ribonuclease H-like domain.SG2 is a positive regulator downstream of GLYCOGEN SYNTHASE KINASE2(GSK2)in response to BR signaling,and its mutation causes insensitivity to exogenous BR treatment.Genetical and biochemical analysis showed that GSK2 interacts with and phosphorylates SG2.We further found that BRs enhance the accumulation of SG2 in the nucleus,and subcellular distribution of SG2 is regulated by GSK2 kinase activity.In addition,Oryza sativa OVATE family protein 19(OsOFP19),a negative regulator of grain shape,interacts with SG2 and plays an antagonistic role with SG2 in controlling gene expression and grain size.Our results indicated that SG2 is a new component of GSK2-related BR signaling response and regulates grain size by interacting with Os OFP19. | Yunshuai Huang Hui Dong Changling Mou Ping Wang Qixian Hao Min Zhang Hongmin Wu Fulin Zhang Tengfei Ma Rong Miao Kai Fu Yaping Chen Ziyan Zhu Cheng Chen Qikai Tong Zhuoran Wang Shirong Zhou Xi Liu Shijia Liu Yunlu Tian Ling Jiang Jianmin Wan | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022，64，10： | 1 |

| 13 | Replacing fishmeal with soybean meal affects survival, antioxidant capacity, intestinal microbiota, and mRNA expression of TOR and S6K1 in Macrobrachium rosenbergii显示文摘Using alternative plant-derived dietary protein to replace fishmeal,combined with practical evaluation indexes,is a recent focus for aquaculture practices.An 8-week feeding experiment with giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii post-larvae was conducted to determine the eff ects of replacing fi shmeal(FM)with soybean meal in the feed,in terms of growth performance,antioxidant capacity,intestinal microbiota,and mRNA expression of target of rapamycin(TOR)and ribosomal protein S6 kinase B1(S6K1).Four isonitrogenous diets with isocaloric value were prepared to contain 100%,75%,50%,or 25%FM as the protein source(dietary treatments FM100,FM75,FM50,and FM25,respectively).Each diet was fed to post-larval prawns(mean weight 0.045±0.002 g)twice a day in four replicates.No signifi cant diff erence in weight gain was observed among all groups,but the survival rate of prawns fed the FM50 and FM25 diets was signifi cantly lower than that of prawns fed the FM diet.The mRNA expression of both TOR and S6K1 were the lowest in hepatopancreas of prawns fed the FM25 diet.Superoxide dismutase activity of prawns fed the FM25 diet was significantly lower than that of prawns fed FM50.In contrast,the malondialdehyde content was signifi cantly higher in prawns fed FM25 as compared with those fed FM75.The proportion of fishmeal in the diet did not affect the composition of core(phylum-level)intestinal microbiota,but greater fishmeal replacement with soybean meal had a potential risk to increase the relative abundance of opportunistic pathogens in the gut when considered at the genus level.These results suggest that fishmeal replacement with soybean meal should not exceed 50%in a diet for post-larval M.rosenbergii. | Zhili DING Dongsheng ZHOU Jinxian ZHENG Xuefeng CHEN Youqin KONG Changle QI Yan LIU Qiongying TANG Guoliang YANG Jinyun YE | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022，40，2： | 1 |

| 20 | Moisture-proof and Enhanced Effect of Inorganic Coating on Porous Si_3N_4 Ceramic显示文摘Inorganic coating was fabricated on the surface of the porous Si3N4 ceramic by polymer derived(PD) and spraying technology, via using vinyl-polysilazane(PSN-1) as a preceramic polymer and Si3N4 and lithium aluminosilicate(LAS) powders as fillers. The phase and microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. The effect of the coatings on mechanical property and humidity resistance of the porous Si3N4 ceramic was investigated. The experimental results showed that we successfully fabricated the uniform and dense coating which preferably combined with the substrate upon the addition of fillers. The bending strength of the porous Si3N4 ceramic sprayed the coating increased by more than 18%, and the surface hardness increased by 1.7 times. The apparent porosity of the materials reduced by an average of 97.7%, and water absorption was below 0.5%.
