| 1 | A novel extractant bis(2-ethylhexyl)((2-ethylhexylamino)methyl) phosphine oxide for cerium(Ⅳ) extraction and separation from sulfate medium显示文摘By introducing the amine group into phosphorus extractant,a novel aminophosphine compound bis(2-ethylhexyl)((2-ethylhexylamino)methyl) phosphine oxide(DEHAPO,abbreviated as A) was synthesized for the extraction of cerium(Ⅳ)(Ce(Ⅳ)) from sulfate medium(H2 SO4).The influence factors including extractant concentration,H2 SO4 concentration and temperature on the Ce(Ⅳ) extraction were investigated and discussed.It is found that the extraction ability of Ce(Ⅳ),thorium(Ⅳ)(Th(Ⅳ)) and rare earths(REs(Ⅲ))(La,Gd,Yb) decreases in sulphate medium in the following order:Ce(Ⅳ)> Th(Ⅳ)> REs(Ⅲ).The extraction process is an exothermic reaction and the thermodynamic parameters were calculated.The extracted complex of Ce(HSO4)2 SO4·A in loaded organic solution was identified by the slope methods and further proved by FT-IR spectral analysis.Stripping studies indicate that Ce(IV) can be effectively stripped from the organic phase.The results of separation factors(β) and saturation loading capacity demonstrate that DEHAPO could be used to selectively extract Ce(Ⅳ) from sulphate medium with high separation efficiency and good extraction ability. | Mingxia Huang Yongmei Fu Youcai Lu Wuping Liao Zhongjun Li | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12: | 3 |

| 3 | Separation of trivalent rare earths from nitrate medium using solvent extraction with a novel extractant 2-ethylhexyl((2-ethylhexylamino)methyl)phosphonic acid显示文摘By introducing the amine group into the structure of P227,a novel extractant 2-ethylhexyl((2-ethylhexylamino)methyl)phosphonic acid(EEAMPA,abbreviated as HA)was synthesized for the extraction and separation of trivalent rare earths(REs)from nitrate medium.The influence factors including extractant concentration,equilibrium time,HNO_(3)concentration,separation factors,cycle regeneration,stripping acidity,and actual leach liquor of metal ions,were studied systematically.The results show that the extraction ability of EEAMPA for REs decreases with increasing acidity.A possible extraction mechanism is proposed and the extracted species as REHA_(3)(NO_(3))are confirmed by the slope analysis method.The extraction equilibrium can reach faster than P227.It shows good chemical stability and cycling regeneration.Stripping studies show that HCl is an excellent stripping agent and REs can be effectively stripped from the organic phase. | Yongmei Fu Mingxia Huang Zhulin Zhou Zhongjun Li Wuping Liao Youcai Lu | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,3: | 1 |

| 6 | Method and application of knowledge organization system for S&T literature显示文摘In the big data environment, the construction of massive S&T literature data resources needs intelligent technical assistance. With a focus on comparing the domestic and foreign knowledge organization systems and their applications, this article analyzes and summarizes the gaps in related researches and applications at home and abroad. A knowledge organization system framework for S&T literature data resources is presented in the article. Starting from the basic element of knowledge organization system, it also proposes and designs terminology-based analysis methods and technologies for S&T literature. Based on this framework, it proposes ideas and develops corresponding software tool to carry out relevant experiments. | 7 | Application of Mythen detector:In-situ XRD study on the thermal expansion behavior of metal indium显示文摘A Mythen detector has been equipped at the beamline 4B9 A of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility(BSRF),which is expected to enable BSRF to perform time-resolved measurement of X-ray diffraction(XRD) full-profiles.In this paper,the thermal expansion behavior of metal indium has been studied by using the in-situ XRD technique with the Mythen detector.The indium was heated from 303 to 433 K with a heating rate of 2 K/min.The in-situ XRD full-profiles were collected with a rate of one profile per 10 seconds.Rietveld refinement was used to extract the structural parameters.The results demonstrate that these collected quasi-real-time XRD profiles can be well used for structural analysis.The metal indium was found to have a nonlinear thermal expansion behavior from room temperature to the melting point(429.65 K).The a-axis of the tetragonal unit cell expands with a biquadratic dependency on temperature,while the c-axis contracts with a cubic dependency on temperature.By the time-resolved XRD measurements,it was observed that the[200]preferred orientation can maintain to about 403.15 K.While(110) is the last and detectable crystal plane just before melting of the polycrystalline indium foil.This study is not only beneficial to the application of metal indium,but also exhibits the capacity of in-situ time-resolved XRD measurements at the X-ray diffraction station of BSRF. | Rong Du ZhongJun Chen Quan Cai JianLong Fu Yu Gong ZhongHua Wu | 2016 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2016,59,7: | 0 |
| 8 | A High Gain, Noise Cancelling 2515-4900 MHz CMOS LNA for China Mobile 5G Communication Application显示文摘With the development of the times,people’s requirements for communication technology are becoming higher and higher.4G communication technology has been unable to meet development needs,and 5G communication technology has emerged as the times require.This article proposes the design of a low-noise amplifier(LNA)that will be used in the 5G band of China Mobile Communications.A low noise amplifier for mobile 5G communication is designed based on Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company(TSMC)0.13μm Radio Frequency(RF)Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)process.The LNA employs self-cascode devices in current-reuse configuration to enable lower supply voltage operation without compromising the gain.This design uses an active feedback amplifier to achieve input impedance matching,avoiding the introduction of resistive negative feedback to reduce gain.A common source(CS)amplifier is used as the input of the low noise amplifier.In order to achieve the low power consumption of LNA,current reuse technology is used to reduce power consumption.Noise cancellation techniques are used to eliminate noise.The simulation results in a maximum power gain of 22.783,the reverse isolation(S12)less than-48.092 dB,noise figure(NF)less than 1.878 dB,minimum noise figure(NFmin)=1.203 dB,input return loss(S11)and output return loss(S22)are both less than-14.933 dB in the frequency range of 2515-4900 MHz.The proposed Ultra-wideband(UWB)LNA consumed 1.424 mW without buffer from a 1.2 V power supply. | Xiaorong Zhao Weili Cheng Hongjin Zhu Chunpeng Ge Gengyuan Zhou Zhongjun Fu | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8: | 0 |
