| 3 | Facet-induced coordination competition for highly ordered CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelets with strong polarized emission显示文摘Controllable anisotropic growth of perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)is challenging since it is difficult to separate the nucleation and growth processes.Here,a two-step nucleation strategy is proposed to control the binding interaction between surface ligands and NCs,resulting in facet-induced coordination competition.Oleic acid as surface activated ligand leads to the formation of defective lead bromine octahedron,and the binding interaction between 4-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and lead atoms promotes the formation of two kinds of binding interactions.Based on this strategy,the anisotropic growth of CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelet(NPLs)with adjusted length from 11.4 to 24 nm,and the evolution of NPLs from stacked to tongue-shaped have been realized.Elemental line scan reveals the sulfur atoms mainly distribute at the edge of NPLs.Furthermore,binding energy calculation and experimental results illustrate the coordination competition of different binding interaction on specific facets induces the anisotropic growth of NPLs.Importantly,strong emission anisotropy of highly ordered NPLs with polarization ratio up to 0.58 is illustrated.This work not only deepens our understanding of the controllable synthesis of perovskite NCs,but also provides a reference for the regulation of light emitting diode and soler cells. | Dandan Yang Xiaoming Li Yuelei Li Bo Cai Lin Su Shengli Zhang Zhili Juan Cuifang Meng Dongling Geng Jiaxin Chen Feng Xu Haibo Zeng | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,1: | 0 |
| 4 | Design and simulation of a novel E-mode GaN MIS-HEMT based on a cascode connection for suppression of electric field under gate and improvement of reliability显示文摘We proposed a novel Al Ga N/Ga N enhancement-mode(E-mode) high electron mobility transistor(HEMT) with a dual-gate structure and carried out the detailed numerical simulation of device operation using Silvaco Atlas. The dual-gate device is based on a cascode connection of an E-mode and a D-mode gate. The simulation results show that electric field under the gate is decreased by more than 70% compared to that of the conventional E-mode MIS-HEMTs(from 2.83 MV/cm decreased to 0.83 MV/cm). Thus, with the discussion of ionized trap density, the proposed dual-gate structure can highly improve electric field-related reliability, such as, threshold voltage stability. | 5 | Neuro-11:a new questionnaire for the assessment of somatic symptom disorder in general hospitals显示文摘Background Somatic symptom disorder(SSD)commonly presents in general hospital settings,posing challenges for healthcare professionals lacking specialised psychiatric training.The Neuro-11 Neurosis Scale(Neuro-11)offers promise in screening and evaluating psychosomatic symptoms,comprising 11 concise items across three dimensions:somatic symptoms,negative emotions and adverse events.Prior research has validated the scale’s reliability,validity and theoretical framework in somatoform disorders,indicating its potential as a valuable tool for SSD screening in general hospitals.Aims This study aimed to establish the reliability,validity and threshold of the Neuro-11 by comparing it with standard questionnaires commonly used in general hospitals for assessing SSD.Through this comparative analysis,we aimed to validate the effectiveness and precision of the Neuro-11,enhancing its utility in clinical settings.Methods Between November 2020 and December 2021,data were collected from 731 patients receiving outpatient and inpatient care at Shenzhen People’s Hospital in China for various physical discomforts.The patients completed multiple questionnaires,including the Neuro-11,Short Form 36 Health Survey,Patient Health Questionnaire 15 items,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale.Psychiatry-trained clinicians conducted structured interviews and clinical examinations to establish a gold standard diagnosis of SSD.Results The Neuro-11 demonstrated strong content reliability and structural consistency,correlating significantly with internationally recognised and widely used questionnaires.Despite its brevity,the Neuro-11 exhibited significant correlations with other questionnaires.A test-retest analysis yielded a correlation coefficient of 1.00,Spearman-Brown coefficient of 0.64 and Cronbach’sαcoefficient of 0.72,indicating robust content reliability and internal consistency.Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the validity of the three-dimensional structure(p<0.001,comparative fit index=0.94,Tucker-Lewis index=0.92,root mean square error of approximation=0.06,standardised root mean square residual=0.04).The threshold of the Neuro-11 is set at 10 points based on the maximum Youden’s index from the receiver operating characteristic curve analysis.In terms of diagnostic efficacy,the Neuro-11 has an area under the curve of 0.67. | Silin Zeng Yian Yu Shan Lu Sirui Zhang Xiaolin Su Ge Dang Ying Liu Zhili Cai Siyan Chen Yitao He Xin Jiang Chanjuan Chen Lei Yuan Peng Xie Jianqing Shi Qingshan Geng Rafael H Llinas Yi Guo | 2023 | General Psychiatry2023,36,4: | 0 |
