1Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased.NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22:51
2Morphological Characteristics of Sand Waves in the Middle Taiwan Shoal Based on Multi-beam Data Analysis显示文摘A DTM map of the study area in the Taiwan Shoal was drawn based on precise and highdensity data acquired in a field survey by a multi-beam sounding system(R2Sonic2024). We identified sand waves in the study area at water depths of 13.89–49.12 m; the main sand waves had heights of 5–25 m, lengths of 0.1–2.0 km, and crest lines 0.1–6.5 km long. The spatial distribution of the sand waves on the seabed is dense in the north and sparse in the south and the directions range between 50°–80° and 90°–135°. Between the main sand waves, secondary sand waves develop with heights of 0.1–5.0 m and lengths of 10–100 m, which are difficult to detect by satellite remote sensing. By comparing the evolution structures of the secondary and main sand waves, we identified three evolution modes of the secondary sand waves: parallel, oblique, and divergent modes according to the relative crest directions. Suitable water depth, reciprocating current speeds between 40 and 100 cm/s, and abundant sediment supply create favorable conditions for the formation of linear sand waves. 3PSA controls hepatic lipid metabolism by regulating the NRF2 signaling pathway显示文摘The activity of proteinase is reported to correlate with the development and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase(PSA/NPEPPS)is an integral nontransmembrane enzyme that functions to catalyze the cleavage of amino acids near the N-terminus of polypeptides.A previous study suggested that this enzyme acts as a regulator of neuropeptide activity;however,the metabolic function of this enzyme in the liver has not been explored.Here,we identified the novel role of PSA in hepatic lipid metabolism.Specifically,PSA expression was lower in fatty livers from NAFLD patients and mice(HFD,ob/ob,and db/db).PSA knockdown in cultured hepatocytes exacerbated diet-induced triglyceride accumulation through enhanced lipogenesis and attenuated fatty acid β-oxidation.Moreover,PSA mediated activation of the master regulator of antioxidant response,nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(NRF2),by stabilizing NRF2 protein expression,which further induced downstream antioxidant enzymes to protect the liver from oxidative stress and lipid overload.Accordingly,liver-specific PSA overexpression attenuated hepatic lipid accumulation and steatosis in ob/ob mice.Furthermore,in human liver tissue samples,decreased PSA expression correlated with the progression of NAFLD.Overall,our findings suggest that PSA is a pivotal regulator of hepatic lipid metabolism and its antioxidant function occurs by suppressing NRF2 ubiquitination.Moreover,PSA may be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for treating NAFLD.Bangliang Huang Xin Xiong Linlin Zhang Xiufei Liu Yuren Wang Xiaoli Gong Qian Sang Yongling Lu Hua Qu Hongting Zheng Yi Zheng 2021Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,7:4

10Characteristics of the Submarine Topography and its Profile Type of the Coast of China显示文摘Based on the latest submarine topography data of the China 908 Project(China offshore marine environmental comprehensive investigation and assessment),we analyzed the general China offshore submarine topographical characteristics and the factors influencing its development.The submarine topography off the coast of China follows the NW-SE trend of the land topography.The gradient of the submarine topography ranges from 0.2%to 1.6%with an average gradient of about0.8%.The depth contours run mostly parallel to the coast,and extend out to sea in estuary areas.The submarine topography is dominated by the geological structure,which shows the typical characteristics of two uplifts and two subsidence events from north to south.The geological structure combined with the different sedimentary environments and complex hydrodynamic conditions produced topography that can be characterized by three types:sedimentary basins,compressionuplift,and transition form.In the sedimentary basin and compression-uplift regions,the topographical undulation is small,sediments are fine-grained,and the currents flow in a single direction,leading to bays with sedimentary plains and underwater accumulation slopes,which are of the same tectonic origin.Transition-type topography is characterized by strong undulations and mixed-size sediment particles,terraces and scarps inshore and shelf plains and erosion-deposition landforms offshore.This is a result of incomplete fault block development and repeated transgressions.In the deposition reformation regions(transition form type),the topography has strong undulations,the sediments are coarse,tidal sand ridges are well-developed at terrigenoussupplied estuaries and convergence zones,and the Holocene sediments are thick,transformed by tides,river runoff,and currents.CAO Chao CAI Feng LI Yan ZHENG Yongling WU Chenqiang LU Huiquan BAO Jingjing XU Yan 2013Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2013,87,6:1

17BP neural network model for material distribution prediction based on variable amplitude anti-blocking screening DEM simulations显示文摘The material feeding changing of combine harvester is easy to cause accumulation and blockage of the vibrating screen,which seriously affects the harvest operation.In order to alleviate such accumulation and blockages on the vibrating screen surface,the guide chute rotation angle of the improved variable amplitude screening mechanism was selected as the target variable,and EDEM-RecurDyn was employed to simulate the anti-blocking process of the variable amplitude under a changing feeding quantity(0.5 kg/s abnormal,0.2 kg/s normal)of materials(rice grain and stem mixture).A BP(an error back propagation algorithm)neural network was designed and the prediction model of the material distribution was subsequently constructed on the variable screening surface under different chute angles during abnormal feeding.The results revealed a continuous decrease in the quality and time of the material blockage at the front end of the screen surface with the increasing guide chute angle.At the guide chute angle of 20°-45°and adjustment time of 3-6 s,the blocked and accumulated materials at the front-end screen surface was be moved back to Grid 6 for screening.However,overtime,the screen surface materials continued to move back under the chute angle of 40°-45°,which had a great impact on the screening performance.At the guide chute angle of 30°-35°and adjustment time of 4 s,the materials on the screen surface were evenly distributed in Grid 1-6.This was able to alleviate the accumulation and blockage of the screen surface materials.The R of the material distribution prediction model(BP neural network)on the screen surface was determined as 0.97,indicating the high reliability and accuracy of the material distribution model on the screen surface based on the BP neural network.This work provides an important reference for the variable amplitude intelligent control of screen surface material anti-blocking.Zheng Ma Yongle Zhu Zhiping Wu Souleymane Nfamoussa Traore Du Chen Licheng Xing 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,4:0
