| 1 | Experimental forward and reverse in situ combustion gasification of lignite with production of hydrogen-rich syngas显示文摘This research focused on the feasibility of applying the forward and reverse combustion approach to the in situ gasification of lignite with the production of hydrogen-rich syngas(H_(2)and CO).The so-called forward combustion gasification(FCG)and reverse combustion gasification(RCG)approach in which oxygen and steam are simultaneously fed to the simulated system of underground coal gasification(UCG)was studied.A simulated system of UCG was designed and established.The underground conditions of the coal seam and strata were simulated in the system.The combustion gasification of lignite has been carried out experimentally for almost 6.5 days.The average effective content(H_(2)+CO)of syngas during the FCG phase was 62.31%and the maximum content was 70.92%.For the RCG phase the corresponding figures are 61.33%and 67.91%.Thus,the feasibility of using RCG way for UCG has been demonstrated.The temperature profiles have been provided by using of 85 thermocouples during the model experiment,which portrayed the several nephograms of thermal data in the gasifier were of significance for the prospective gasification processes. | Yong Cui Jie Liang Zhangqing Wang Xiaochun Zhang Chenzi Fan Xuan Wang | 2014 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2014,1,1: | 7 |
| 2 | Fault detection for nonlinear networked control systems based on fuzzy observer显示文摘Security and reliability must be focused on control systems firstly, and fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) is the main theory and technology. Now, there are many positive results in FDD for linear networked control systems (LNCSs), but nonlinear networked control systems (NNCSs) are less involved. Based on the T-S fuzzy-modeling theory, NNCSs are modeled and network random time-delays are changed into the unknown bounded uncertain part without changing its structure. Then a fuzzy state observer is designed and an observer-based fault detection approach for an NNCS is presented. The main results are given and the relative theories are proved in detail. | 4 | Tonoplast-associated calcium signaling regulates manganese homeostasis in Arabidopsis显示文摘Manganese(Mn)is an essential micronutrient in plants.However,excessive Mn absorption in acidic and waterlogged soils can lead to Mn toxicity.Despite their essential roles in Mn homeostasis,transcriptional and post-transcriptional modifications of Mn transporters remain poorly understood.Here,we demonstrated that high-Mn stress induces an obvious Ca^(2+) signature in Arabidopsis.We identified four calcium-dependent protein kinases,CPK4/5/6/11,that interact with the tonoplast-localized Mn and iron(Fe)transporter MTP8 in vitro and in vivo.The cpk4/5/6/11 quadruple mutant displayed a dramatic high-Mn-sensitive phenotype similar to that of the mtp8 mutant.CPKs phosphorylated the N-terminal domain of MTP8 primarily at the Ser31 and Ser32 residues.Transport assays combined with multiple physiological experiments on phospho-dead variant MTP8^(S31/32A)and phospho-mimetic variant MTP8^(S31/32D)plants under different Mn and Fe conditions suggested that Ser31 and Ser32 are crucial for MTP8 function.In addition,genetic analysis showed that CPKs functioned upstream of MTP8.In summary,we identified a tonoplast-associated calcium signaling cascade that orchestrates Mn homeostasis and links Mn toxicity,Ca^(2+) signaling,and Mn transporters.These findings provide new insight into Mn homeostasis mechanisms and Ca^(2+) signaling pathways in plants,providing potential targets for engineering heavy metal toxicity-tolerant plants. | Zhenqian Zhang Dali Fu Zhihui Sun Chuanfeng Ju Cuicui Miao Zhangqing Wang Dixiang Xie Liang Ma Zhizhong Gong Cun Wang | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,5: | 2 |
