| 1 | 三峡水库运行条件下金乐滑坡稳定性评价显示文摘三峡水库运行后,水库水位每年将在145m~162m~175m间波动,库水位的浸泡软化作用及水位升降引起的地下水位的波动将会降低库岸岩土体的抗剪强度,影响已有滑坡的稳定性.因此,在实际水库运行条件下滑坡的稳定性是目前迫切需要研究的重要课题.针对库区大型复杂滑坡——金乐滑坡,分析了该滑坡的工程地质条件和形成机制;建立了二维有限元计算模型并选择合理的岩土力学参数;利用英国帝国理工学院ICFEP有限元软件,依据水库实际运行曲线,在一年时间内分7种不同的模拟状态进行了模拟.结果表明:(1)金乐滑坡在天然状态下处于稳定状态;(2)库水位上升状态下,滑坡前缘稳定性较相应的稳定水位状态较好;(3)水位下降状态,滑坡前缘将出现破坏,特别是162m下降至145m时,滑坡前缘出现破坏,存在中前部渐进破坏的可能;(4)金乐滑坡变形破坏形式为牵引渐进式,在一个水位波动周期内不存在整体滑移的危险.建议对滑坡前缘进行治理. | 胡新丽 David M.Potts Lidija Zdravkovic 王亮清 | 2007 | 地球科学(中国地质大学学报)2007，32，3： | 17 |
| 2 | Metabolic syndrome attenuates ulcerative colitis: Correlation with interleukin-10 and galectin-3 expression显示文摘BACKGROUND Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic disease characterized by inflammation of intestinal epithelium,primarily of the colon.An increasing prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MetS)in patients with UC has been documented recently.Still,there is no evidence that MetS alters the course of the UC.AIM To test the influence of the MetS on the severity of UC and the local and systemic immune status.METHODS Eighty nine patients with de novo histologically confirmed UC were divided in two groups,according to ATP III criteria:Group without MetS(no MetS)and group with MetS.RESULTS Clinically and histologically milder disease with higher serum level of immunosuppressive cytokine interleukin-10(IL-10)and fecal content of Galectin-3(Gal-3)was observed in subjects with UC and MetS,compared to subjects suffering from UC only.This was accompanied with predomination of IL-10 over pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the sera as well as Gal-3 over TNF-αand IL-17 in feces of UC patients with MetS.Further,the patients with both conditions(UC and MetS)had higher percentage of IL-10 producing and Gal-3 expressing innate and acquired immune cells in lamina propria.CONCLUSION Local dominance of Gal-3 and IL-10 over pro-inflammatory mediators in patients with MetS may present a mechanism for limiting the inflammatory process and subsequent tissue damage in UC. | Marina Jovanovic Bojana Simovic Markovic Nevena Gajovic Milena Jurisevic Aleksandar Djukic Ivan Jovanovic Nebojsa Arsenijevic Aleksandra Lukic Natasa Zdravkovic | 2019 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2019，25，43： | 5 |
| 3 | 利拉鲁肽与格列美脲在单药治疗2型糖尿病中的比较(LEAD-3 Mono):一项随机、双盲、平行分组、52周的Ⅲ期临床试验显示文摘背景 2型糖尿病新的治疗策略,需要针对胰岛素-葡萄糖的相互作用,且同时要降低体重增加和发生低血糖的风险。本文作者旨在调查利拉鲁肽单药治疗2型糖尿病的安全性与有效性。
方法 采用双盲、双模拟、治疗一对照、平行分组的研究,746例早期2型糖尿病患者被随机分配到1次/d利拉鲁肽组[1.2mg(n=251)或1.8mg(n=247)]或格列美脲8mg组(n=248),分别治疗52周。主要结局指标为糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的改变程度。采用意向性治疗进行分析。该试验在ClinicalTrials.gov网站的注册编码为NTC00294723.
结果52周时,格列美脲组HbA,。下降了0.51%(s=1.20),而利拉鲁肽1.2mg组下降了0.84%(s=1.23)(差值为-0.33.95%CI-0.53~-0.13;P=0.0014),利拉鲁肽1.8mg组下降了1.14%(S=1.24)(差值为-062,95%CI-0.83—-0.42;P〈0.0001)。利拉鲁肽1.2mg组和1.8mg组各有5例和1例患者因呕吐停止治疗,而格列美脲组未出现这种情况。

| 4 | Problems in screening colorectal cancer in the elderly显示文摘AIM: To explore the problems in the screening of colorectal carcinoma in the elderly.METHODS: Three models of colorectal cancer prevention were examined: standard screening, active check-up of suspected cases and summons to have endoscopic checkup for previously diagnosed colorectal polyps. The study was performed among three groups of elderly individuals:Group 1 (167 cases), hospitalized asymptomatic individuals without symptoms in large intestines. Group 2 (612 cases):old individuals at home for the aged, out of which 32 showed symptoms of colon disorders; Group 3 (44 cases): elderly people with diagnosed polyps. As a result of 1788rectosigmoidoscopies, we identified 61 individuals with polyps, out of which 44 patients were over 65 years old.However, only 9 of these 44 individuals agreed to have the endoscopy performed again.RESULTS: One cancer and 13 polyps were detected in Group 1, and two polyps in Group 2. However, it should be noted that only eleven individuals from Group 2 agreed to have the endoscopy. In Group 3, there were no relapses of the polyps among the nine individuals who came back for the endoscopy.CONCLUSION: Poor understanding of the screening procedures is one of the greatest problems in early detection of the cancer in the aged. | 5 | Cardiac autonomic dysfunction in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease显示文摘AIM: To investigate autonomic nervous function in patients with a diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).METHODS: The investigation was performed on 29patients(14 men), aged 18-80 years(51.14 ± 18.34),who were referred to our Neurocardiology Laboratory at the Clinical and Hospital Center 'Bezanijska Kosa'with a diagnosis of GERD. One hundred sixteen healthy volunteers matched in age and sex with the examinees served as the control group. The study protocol included the evaluation of autonomic function and hemodynamic status, short-term heart rate variability(HRV) analysis, 24 h ambulatory ECG monitoring with long-term HRV analysis and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.RESULTS: Pathologic results of cardiovascular reflex test were more common among patients with reflux compared to the control group. Severe autonomic dysfunction was detected in 44.4% of patients and in7.9% of controls(P < 0.001). Parameters of short-term analysis of RR variability, which are the indicators ofvagal activity, had lower values in patients with GERD than in the control group. Long-term HRV analysis of time-domain parameters indicated lower values in patients with reflux disease when compared to the control group.
