1Reovirus,isolated from SARS patients显示文摘Beijing has been severely affected by SARS, and SARS-associated coronavirus has been confirmed as its cause. However, clinical and experimental evidence implicates the possibility of co-infection. In this report, reovirus was isolated from throat swabs of SARS patients, including the first case in Beijing and her mother. Identification with the electron microscopy revealed the characteristic features of reovirus. 24 of 38 samples from other SARS cases were found to have serologic responses to the reovirus. Primers designed for reovirus have amplified several fragments of DNA, one of which was sequenced (S2 gene fragment), which indicates it as a unique reovirus (orthoreovirus). Preliminary animal experiment showed that inoculation of the reovirus in mice caused death with atypical pneumonia. 2Percutaneous closure of ventricular septal defect associated with anomalous inferior vein cava drainage via transjugular approach显示文摘Transcatheter occlusion of ventricular septal defect (VSD) was first reported in 1987.1 Because of short recovery time and little distress, the method has been widely accepted. The most common approach of the procedure is via femoral vein. However, when the inferior vein cava is interrupted or obstructed, it is unfeasible to carry out the procedure via femoral vein. 3Analysis on thermophoretic deposit of fine particle on water wall of 10 MW high temperature gas-cooled reactor显示文摘The water wall is an important part of the passive natural circulation residual heat removal system in a high temperature gas-cooled reactor. The maximum temperatures of the pressure shell and the water wall are calcu- lated using annular vertical closed cavity model. Fine particles can deposit on the water wall due to the thermophore- sis effect. This deposit can affect heat transfer. The thermophoretic deposit efficiency is calculated by using Batch and Shen’s formula fitted for both laminar flow and turbulent flow. The calculated results indicate that natural convection is turbulent in the closed cavity. The transient thermophoretic deposit efficiency rises with the increase of the pressure shell’s temperature. 13Influences of drought on the stability of an alpine meadow ecosystem显示文摘Drought plays a prominent role in affecting ecosystem stability and ecosystem productivity.Based on eddy covariance and climatic observations during 2012-2020,the Fisher discriminant analysis method was employed to accurately detect drought occurrences.Furthermore,the ecosystem water sensitivity and its resistance to drought were quantified to evaluate the ecosystem stability.The results showed that the alpine meadow suffered drought most frequently at the beginning of the growing seasons.However,drought during the peak growing seasons reduced the gross primary productivity(GPP)the most,by 30.5±15.2%.In the middle of the peak growing seasons,the ecosystem water sensitivity was weak,and thus,the resistance to drought was strong,which resulted in high ecosystem stability.At the beginning and end of the peak growing seasons,the ecosystem stability was relatively weak.Ecosystem stability was positively related to the corresponding multiyear average soil water content(SWC_(ave)).However,drought occurring during high SWC_(ave)periods led to larger reductions in GPP,which indicated that the inhibitory effects of drought on ecosystems were more dependent on the occurrence time of droughts than on ecosystem stability.Tao Zhang Ximeng Ji Mingjie Xu Guang Zhao Zhoutao Zheng Yuanyuan Tang Ning Chen Juntao Zhu Yongtao He Yangjian Zhang 2022Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2022,8,1:0
14A correction technique for false topographic perception of remote-sensing images based on an inverse topographic correction techniqu显示文摘The false topographic perception phenomenon(FTPP)refers to the visual misperception in remote-sensing images that certain types of terrains are visually interpreted as other types in rugged lands,for example,valleys as ridges and troughs as peaks.For this reason,the FTPP can influence the visualization and interpretation of images to a great extent.To scrutinize this problem,the paper firstly reviews and tests the existing FTPP-correction techniques and identifies the inverse slope-matching technique as an effective approach to visually enhance remote-sensing images and retain the colour information.The paper then proposes an improved FTPP-correction procedure that incorporates other image-processing techniques(e.g.linear stretch,histogram matching,and flat-area replacement)to enhance the performance of this technique.A further evaluation of the proposed technique is conducted by applying the technique to various study areas and using different types of remote-sensing images.The result indicates the method is relatively robust and will be a significant extension to geovisual analytics in digital earth research.Donghai Zhang Wenquan Zhu Xiang Chen Zhoutao Zheng Xiafei Zhou Tao Jiang 2016International Journal of Digital Earth2016,9,10:0
15Isolating QTL controlling sugarcane leaf blight resistance using a two-way pseudo-testcross strategy显示文摘Sugarcane leaf blight(SLB),caused by Stagonospora tainanensis,is one of the most harmful fungal diseases,threatening the sugarcane industry and causing high losses of cane yield and sugar in susceptible cultivars.Using a two-way pseudo-testcross mapping strategy in combination with array genotyping,two high-density genetic maps were constructed for sugarcane cultivars YT93-159 and ROC22 with mean densities of respectively 3.0 and 3.5 cM per marker,and covering respectively 4485 and 2720 cM of genetic distance.The maps showed highly conserved colinearity with the genome of the ancestral species Saccharum officinarum,supporting the reliability of the linkage configurations of the maps.Quantitative trait loci(QTL)analysis of SLB resistance revealed six QTL(qSLB-1–qSLB-6).The major QTL qSLB-1 explaining 16.4%of phenotypic variance was assigned as the main QTL,and the total percentages of phenotypic variance explained in YT93-159 and ROC22 were 37.9%and 17.6%,respectively.Nine transcription factor and seven pathogen receptor genes lying in the qSLB-1 interval were highly expressed and are proposed as candidate causal genes for SLB resistance.Zhoutao Wang Guilong Lu Qibin Wu Aitian Li Youxiong Que Liping Xu 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,4:0
16Enhanced dominance of soil moisture stress on vegetation growth in Eurasian drylands显示文摘Despite the mounting attention being paid to vegetation growth and their driving forces for water-limited ecosystems,the relative contributions of atmospheric and soil moisture dryness stress on vegetation growth are an ongoing debate.Here we comprehensively compare the impacts of high vapor pressure deficit(VPD)and low soil water content(SWC)on vegetation growth in Eurasian drylands during 1982–2014.The analysis indicates a gradual decoupling between atmospheric dryness and soil dryness over this period,as the former has expanded faster than the latter.Moreover,the VPD–SWC relation and VPD–greenness relation are both non-linear,while the SWC–greenness relation is near-linear.The loosened coupling between VPD and SWC,the non-linear correlations among VPD–SWC-greenness and the expanded area extent in which SWC acts as the dominant stress factor all provide compelling evidence that SWC is a more influential stressor than VPD on vegetation growth in Eurasian drylands.In addition,a set of 11 Earth system models projected a continuously growing constraint of SWC stress on vegetation growth towards 2100.Our results are vital to dryland ecosystems management and drought mitigation in Eurasia.Yu Zhang Yangjian Zhang Xu Lian Zhoutao Zheng Guang Zhao Tao Zhang Minjie Xu Ke Huang Ning Chen Ji Li Shilong Piao 2023National Science Review2023,10,8:0
17干旱条件下蒸散变异由气象因子主控转变为生物因子主控显示文摘青藏高原被称为中国水塔,其蒸散(evapotranspiration,ET)影响着青藏高原的水分平衡及高寒草甸生态系统的稳定性。然而,全球变化进程对青藏高原蒸散的变异及其控制机制的影响尚不明晰。因此,本研究旨在明晰不同水分条件下,青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统蒸散变异受气象因子主控亦或是受生物因子主控。基于6年(2013-2018)的碳通量与气象因子和生物因子数据,采用线性扰动分析法量化了各气象因子和生物因子对蒸散变异的贡献。研究结果表明,在湿润年的生长旺季(7-8月),气象因子主控蒸散的变异。能量供应的不足限制了蒸散,因此净辐射和温度主控了蒸散的变异。在干旱年的生长旺季,蒸散变异由气象因子主控转变为生物因子主控,蒸散变异主要受到冠层导度和叶面积指数的控制。此时,生态系统受水分限制。本研究为深入研究不同水分条件下气象和生物因子如何控制蒸散变异提供了经验:有助于深刻理解水循环过程,可为未来气候变化条件下有效管理高寒草甸生态系统水资源提供理论基础。Mingjie Xu Tingting An Zhoutao Zheng Tao Zhang Yangjian Zhang Guirui Yu 2022Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,5:0
18Separation and identification of an abundant trigalloylglucose from special tea genetic resources显示文摘Galloylglucoses can extensively and intensively interact with proteins and possess many biological activities and exhibit optimal health benefits.A novel galloylglucose had been observed and separated from fresh shoots of some special tea genetic resources,and was characterized as a trigalloylglucose isomer with mass parent ion[M-H]−at m/z 635.10 and daughter ions at m/z 483.08,465.08,313.02 and 168.98 and with UV absorbance peaks at 221 nm and 278 nm after being measured with UPLC-DAD-MS/MS.The trigalloylglucose was highly purified by semipreparative chromatography and identified as 1,4,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-glucopyranose(1,4,6-TGG)by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,H1-H1 COSY and HMQC.Antioxidant capacity of the 1,4,6-TGG was 2.68−5.77μmol TEAC/μmol,and significantly higher(42.7%−419.4%)than that of ascorbic acid,but similar to another well-known powerful antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate in tea,indicating that 1,4,6-TGG could,in the future,be applied in the development of functional foods and pharmaceuticals.Yusi Yang Min Zhao Yang Liu Zhoutao Fang Qingsheng Li Xinqiang Zheng Yuerong Liang Jianliang Lu 2022Beverage Plant Research2022,2,1:0
19The Applications of Dexmedetomidine Given Composite Dezocine Spinal Anesthesia in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement Surgery显示文摘Objective:Objective:To evaluate the applications of dexmedetomidine given composite dezocine spinal anesthesia in patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery.Methods:120 cases ASAⅠ~Ⅱgrade elective surgery THA patients were divided into group A(n=40),group B(n=40),C group(n=40)from June 2015 to June 2016.Group A were routined with endotracheal intubation operation;Group B were gap into the line L2-3 spinal anesthesia,anesthesia after a fixed pumping 0.2 mg dezocine a mixture of 3 ml;Group C were threatmented with dextrose infusion 3μg Mi Ding mixture 3.5 ml.The levels of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SPO2),endtidal carbon dioxide(PETCO2)and other hemodynamic parameters and plasma epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),malondialdehyde(MDA)of three groups before and after 10 min of anesthesia 5min(T0),of anesthesia(T1),at the start of surgery(T2),1 Xiaoshi(T3)after completion of anesthesia,the end of the surgery(T4).The anesthetic complications occur of three groups were compared.Results:The levels of MAP,HR,SPO2,PETCO2,E,NE,MDA in T1~T4 time were increased than T0 stage(P<0.05).The levels of MAP,HR,SPO2,PETCO2,E,NE,MDA in T1~T4 time of Groups A were increased than Groups B,Group C(P<0.05).The levels of MAP,HR,SPO2,PETCO2,E,NE,MDA in T1~T4 time of Groups A and Groups B were compared.The cognitive disorders,nausea,vomiting,restlessness,chills,a high incidence of respiratory depression of Group A were higher than Group B,Group C(P<0.05),will high incidence of respiratory depression of Group B were higher than Groups C(P<0.05).Conclusion:dexmedetomidine given composite dezocine spinal anesthesia can effectively stabilize hemodynamics THA patients and reduce patient stress and blood vessels,its low incidence of postoperative complications,worthy of promotion application.Jiang Tingting Ma Xinghua Jia Hongfeng Wang Siyuan Zhoutao 2018Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2018,2,1:0
