2Formation condition of deep gas reservoirs in tight sandstones in Kuqa Foreland Basin显示文摘Due to the high expense of deep oil and gas exploration,prediction of gas-bearing properties before drilling is crucial for deep gas reservoir of tight sandstone.Deep tight sandstone gas fields in Kuqa Foreland Basin are characterized by high abundance,high gas saturation,high pressure,high and stable yield,which belong to high-efficiency tight gas reservoir.Based on theoretical analysis of controlling factors and mechanisms of gas-bearing properties for tight sandstone gas reservoir,and taking tight sandstone gas fields with high effectiveness such as Dibei,Keshen and Dibei gas fields in Kuqa Foreland Basin as examples,formation condition and mechanism of high-efficiency tight sandstone gas reservoir in Kuqa area are studied through a comparative analysis of typical tight sandstone gas reservoir in Sichuan Basin and Ordos Basin.The results show that the formation condition of deep gas reservoir of tight sandstone in Kuqa foreland basin includes four factors:i.e.,overpressure gas charging,fracture development,“early-oil and late-gas”accumulation process and favorable preservation condition.The overpressure gas charging and fracture development are the most important factors for formation of high-efficiency tight gas reservoirs in Kuqa Foreland Basin.High-quality source rocks,high sourcereservoir pressure difference,and overpressure filling induced thereby are preconditions for formation of tight sandstone with high gas saturation.The fracture development controls gas migration,accumulation,and high yield of tight sandstone gas reservoir.The reservoir wettability changed by the early oil charging is beneficial to late natural gas charging,and the preservation condition of high-quality gypsum cap rocks is the key factor for gas reservoirs to maintain overpressure and high gas saturation.Matching of above four favorable factors leads to the tight sandstone gas reservoir with high abundance,high gas saturation and high gas production in Kuqa Foreland Basin,which is very different from other basins.Under the condition of little difference in physical property of tight sandstone reservoir,excessive source-reservoir pressure difference,facture development,preservation condition and current formation overpressure are the most significant factors to be considered in exploration and evaluation of deep tight sandstone gas.Xuesong Lu Mengjun Zhao Keyu Liu Qingong Zhuo Junjia Fan Zhichao Yu Yanjie Gong 2018Petroleum Research2018,3,4:4

4Detection of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus in Guangxi Province from 2011 to 2014 and Sequence Analysis of Its M Gene显示文摘Detection of pigs epidemic diarrhea virus( PEDV) was conducted on 331 piglets diarrhea fecal samples collected in Nanning,Yulin and other 12 areas of Guangxi Province from January of 2011 to April of 2014 by the method of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR). The results showed that the positive samples of PEDV were 210 and the positive rate was 63. 44%. The clone and sequencing of M gene was carried out on 25 positive samples. PEDV reference strains were selected from Gene Bank to conduct the sequence homology alignment analysis and the phylogenetic tree of M gene. The M gene homology and amino acid sequence identity between 25 isolated strains and 51 reference strains were 96. 0%- 99. 6% and 94. 3%- 99. 6%,respectively. The genetic variation analysis of M gene showed that the genetic relationship of PEDV prevalent strains in Guangxi Province from 2013 to 2014 was close to that of the prevalent strains in Beijing,Anhui,Wuhan,Hebei and Guangdong from 2010 to 2013,and which were far from that of the Chinese early isolates CH / S( Gen Bank number: JN547228),vaccine strain CV777( Gen Bank number: AF353511) and Attenuated DR13( Gen Bank number: JQ023162). 7A multifunctional electrolyte with highly-coordinated solvation structure-in-nonsolvent for rechargeable lithium batteries显示文摘Rechargeable lithium-based battery is hailed as next-generation high-energy-density battery systems.However, growth of lithium dendrites, shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides intermediates and unstable interphase of high-voltage intercalation-type cathodes largely prevent their practical deployment.Herein, to fully conquer the three challenges via one strategy, a novel electrolyte with highlycoordinated solvation structure-in-nonsolvent is designed. On account of the particular electrolyte structure, the shuttle effect is completely suppressed by quasi-solid conversion of S species in Li-S batteries,with a stable cycle performance even at lean electrolyte(5μL mg^(-1)). Simultaneously, in-situ-formed highly-fluorinated interphases can not only lower Li+diffusion barrier to ensure uniform nucleation of Li but also improve stability of NCM cathodes, which enable excellent capacity retention of Lik LiNi(0.5)Co(0.2)Mn(0.3)O2 batteries under conditions toward practical applications(high loading of 2.7 m Ah cm^(-2) and lean electrolyte of 5 m L Ah^(-1)). Besides, the electrolyte is also nonflammable. 9Magnetic properties and giant magneto-impedance effect study of Fe-based nanocry-stalline powder显示文摘The macroscopic and microscopic magnetic properties for amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3-Si13.5B9 powder have been investigated and their giant mag-neto-impedance (GMI) effect is reported for the first time. The experimental results show that powder sample annealed at 510℃ possesses the optimum soft magnetic properties. However, the maximum longitudinally driven GMI (LDGMI) ratio (about 52%) is found in the sample annealed at 600℃. 11Uniform-dispersed ZnS quantum dots loading on graphene as a promising anode for potassium-ion batteries显示文摘The potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)have become the promising energy storage devices due to their relatively moderate cost and plenteous potassium resources.Whereas,the main drawback of PIBs is unsatisfacto ry electrochemical perfo rmance induced by the larger ionic radius of potassium ion.Herein,we report a well-designed,uniform-dispersed,and morphology-controllable zinc sulfide(ZnS)quantum dots loading on graphene as an anode in the PIBs.The directed uniform dispersion of the in-situ growing ZnS quantum dots(~2.8 nm in size)on graphene can mitigate the volume effect during the insertionextraction process and shorten the migration path of potassium ions.As a result,the battery exhibits superior cycling stability(350.4 mAh/g over 200 cycles at 0.1 A/g)and rate performance(98.8 mAh/g at2.0 A/g).We believe the design of active material with quantum dot-minimized size provides a novel route into PIBs and contributes to eliminating the major electrode failure issues of the system.Yaqin Qi Yong Yang Qian Hou Kun Zhang Hui Zhao Haijun Su Lijiao Zhou Xingrui Liu Chao Shen Keyu Xie 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,3:1

13SEDIMENT MANAGEMENT IN NANQIN RESERVOIR显示文摘In order to preserve the storage capacity of the Nanqin Reservoir for long-term service, several remedial measures have been worked out: (a) measures to control the upstream extension of backwater deposits and to prevent gravel bed load from entering into the reservoir, so that no armour layer will be formed; (b) sediment sluicing by density current to reduce deposits of suspended load; (c) periodical sediment flushing by emptying reservoir to restore the effective storage capacity. 15Superior lithium storage performance in MoO_(3) by synergistic effects:Oxygen vacancies and nanostructures显示文摘Molybdenum trioxide(MoO_(3))has recently attracted wide attention as a typical conversion-type anode of Li-ion batteries(LIBs).Nevertheless,the inferior intrinsic conductivity and rapid capacity fading during charge/discharge process seriously limit large-scale commercial application of MoO_(3).Herein,the density function theory(DFT)calculations show that electron-proton co-doping preferentially bonds symmetric oxygen to form unstable HxMoO_(3).When the-OH-group in HxMoO_(3) is released into the solution in the form of H_(2)O,it is going to form MoO_(3-x)with lower binding energy.By the means of both electron-proton co-doping and high-energy nanosizing,oxygen vacancies and nanoflower structure are introduced into MoO_(3) to accelerate the ion and electronic diffusion/transport kinetics.Benefitting from the promotion of ion diffusion kinetics related to nanostructures,as well as both the augmentation of active sites and the improvement of electrical conductivity induced by oxygen vacancies,the MoO_(3-x)/nanoflower structures show excellent lithium-ion storage performance.The prepared specimen has a high lithium-ion storage capacity of 1261 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and cyclic stability(450 cycle),remarkably higher than those of previously reported MoO_(3)-based anode materials.Xueyang Hou Miao Ruan Lijiao Zhou Jianchun Wu Bicheng Meng Wenlong Huang Kenan Zhong Kai Yang Zhao Fang Keyu Xie 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0
16Isolation of Swine Corynebacteria and Analysis of 16S rDNA Gene显示文摘A strain of gram-positive bacillus was isolated from suppurative lung organs of nursery pigs in a pig farm,which was further characterized by morphological observation,cultivation test,biochemical test,drug sensitivity test,pathogenicity test and 16 S rDNA gene cloning and sequence analysis. The results showed that the isolate grew well in rabbit blood agar plate and horse serum tryptone soybean agar( TSA) plate under aerobic condition,which could lead to mortality of mice and were susceptible to cephalosporin antibiotics and fluoroquinolone antibiotics. 17Regulating electrodeposition behavior through enhanced mass transfer for stable lithium metal anodes显示文摘Electrode process kinetics is a key part that determines the morphology of metal electrodeposition.However,the liquid-phase mass transfer process and its effect on lithium(Li)metal electrodeposition are still poorly understood.Herein,the effect of mass transfer on the electrodeposition behavior of Li metal is explored.Experiments and COMSOL Multiphysics simulations reveal that the enhanced mass transfer,which is induced by ultrasonic wave,can homogenize the ion flow on the surface of electrode to obtain uniform Li nucleation.Meanwhile,the rapid mass transfer of Li^(+)provides sufficient cations around the germinated Li to avoid preferential growth of Li in a specific direction.Based on the simultaneous regulation of nucleation and growth behavior,a smooth and compact Li deposits can be achieved,which exhibit a small polarization voltage during repeated Li plating/striping and a considerably enhanced cyclability.This work enriches the fundamental understanding of Li electrodeposition without dendrite structure and affords fresh guidance to develop dendrite-free metal anodes for metal-based batteries.Yuliang Gao Fahong Qiao Jingyuan You Chao Shen Hui Zhao Jinlei Gu Zengying Ren Keyu Xie Bingqing Wei 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:0

The excellent optoelectronic properties and defect tolerance feature allow metal halide perovskite to be employed in a wide variety of applications. 19Comparative study on isolation forest, extended isolation forest and generalized isolation forest in detection of multivariate geochemical anomalies显示文摘It is not easy to construct a model to describe the geochemical background in geochemical anomaly detection due to the complexity of the geological setting.Isolation forest and its improved algorithms can detect geochemical anomalies without modeling the complex geochemical background.These methods can effec-tively extract multivariate anomalies from large volume of high-dimensional geochemical data with unknown population distribution.To test the performance of these algorithms in the detection of mineralization-related geochemical anomalies,the isolation forest,extended isolation forest and generalized isolation forest models were established to detect multivariate anomalies from the stream sediment survey data collected in the Wu-laga area in Heilongjiang Province.The geochemical anomalies detected by the generalized isolation forest model account for 40%of the study area,and contain 100%of the known gold deposits.The geochemical anomalies detected by the isolation forest model account for 20%of the study area,and contain 71%of the known gold deposits.The geochemical anomalies detected by the extended isolation forest algorithm account for 34%of the study area,and contain 100%of the known gold deposits.Therefore,the isolation forest mo-del,extended isolation fo-rest model and generalized isolation forest model are comparable in geochemical anomaly detection.ZHENG Chenyi ZHAO Qingying FAN Guoyu ZHAO Keyu PIAO Taisheng 2023Global Geology2023,26,3:0
20Feature extraction of gear-localized defect using adaptive lifting scheme and local gradient maps显示文摘In this paper,the adaptive lifting scheme (ALS) and local gradient maps (LGM) are proposed to isolate the transient feature components from the gearbox vibration signals. Based on entropy minimization rule,the ALS is employed to change properties of an initial wavelet and design adaptive wavelet. Then LGM is applied to characterize the transient feature components in detail signal of decomposition results using ALS. In the present studies, the orthogonal Daubechies 4 (Db 4) wavelet is used as the initial wavelet. The proposed method is applied to both simulated signals and vibration signals acquired from a gearbox for periodic impulses detection. The two conventional methods (cepstrum analysis and Hilbert envelope analysis) and the orthogonal Db4 wavelet are also used to analyze the same signals for comparison.
