1Precipitation and responding damping behavior of heat-treated AZ31 magnesium alloy显示文摘Microstructure observation and dynamic mechanical analysis were carried out to in- vestigate the precipitation and responding damping behaviors of AZ31 magnesium alloy. All the strain amplitude-dependent damping curves of the aged alloys are located between the curves of solutionized and as-cast alloys, although they have different critical strain amplitudes. The G-L theory is employed to explain the damp- ing mechanism involving the interaction between the dislocation and the precipitated phase. 2The involvement of PybZIPa in light-induced anthocyanin accumulation via the activation of PyUFGT through binding to tandem G-boxes in its promoter显示文摘To gain insight into how anthocyanin biosynthesis is controlled by light in fruit,transcriptome and metabolome analyses were performed in the Chinese sand pear cultivar“Mantianhong”(Pyrus pyrifolia)after bagging and bag removal.We investigated transcriptional and metabolic changes and gene-metabolite correlation networks.Correlation tests of anthocyanin content and transcriptional changes revealed that 1,530 transcripts were strongly correlated with 15 anthocyanin derivatives(R2>0.9,P-value<0.05),with the top 130 transcripts categorized as being associated with flavonoid metabolism,transcriptional regulation,and light signaling.The connection network revealed a new photosensitive transcription factor,PybZIPa,that might play an important role during light-induced anthocyanin accumulation.The overexpression of PybZIPa promoted anthocyanin accumulation in pear and strawberry fruit as well as tobacco leaves.Dual luciferase and Y1H assays further verified that PybZIPa directly activated the expression of PyUFGT by binding to tandem G-box motifs in the promoter,which was key to differential anthocyanin accumulation in debagged pear skin,and the number of G-box motifs affected the transcriptional activation of PyUFGT by PybZIPa.The results indicate that the light-induced anthocyanin biosynthesis regulatory mechanism in pear differs from that described in previous reports suggesting that a bZIP family member co-regulates anthocyanin biosynthesis with other transcription factors in apple and Arabidopsis.It was found that,in response to light,PybZIPa promoted anthocyanin biosynthesis by regulating important transcription factors(PyMYB114,PyMYB10,and PyBBX22)as well as structural genes(PyUFGT)via binding to G-boxes within promoters.This activation was amplified by the self-binding of PybZIPa to activate its own promoter.Overall,we demonstrate the utility of a multiomics integrative approach for discovering new functional genes and pathways underlying light-induced anthocyanin biosynthesis.Hainan Liu Jun Su Yangfan Zhu Gaifang Yao Andrew C.Allan Charles Ampomah-Dwamena Qun Shu Kui Lin-Wang Shaoling Zhang Jun Wu 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3
3Polluted and Perspective Deformation Data Matrix Code Accurate Locating Based on Multi-features Fusion显示文摘In this paper we present a method for extracting the best candidate edge combination based on multi-features fusion, aiming at the challenges of accurately locating the Data Matrix(DM) code(hereinafter referred to as DM code) with pollution and perspective deformation. Firstly, DM code edges are transformed from image into Hough domain in which linear feature is more prominent. We are able to obtain the valid combinations of candidate marginal points after prior rules-based filtering. Then, we design and extract four boundary features of the finder pattern in image domain. Meanwhile, we establish the model of distorted DM code edge distribution in Hough domain and extract the corresponding features.Finally, we merge the multi-features according to the DS theory and make the final locating based on the fusion result. 10A pear S1-bZIP transcription factor PpbZIP44 modulates carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid, and flavonoid accumulation in fruits显示文摘Fruit quality is defined by attributes that give value to a commodity.Flavor,texture,nutrition,and shelf life are key quality traits that ensure market value and consumer acceptance.In pear fruit,soluble sugars,organic acids,amino acids,and total flavonoids contribute to flavor and overall quality.Transcription factors(TFs)regulate the accumulation of these metabolites during development or in response to the environment.Here,we report a novel TF,PpbZIP44,as a positive regulator of primary and secondary metabolism in pear fruit.Analysis of the transient overexpression or RNAi-transformed pear fruits and stable transgenic tomato fruits under the control of the fruit-specific E8 promoter demonstrated that PpZIP44 substantially affected the contents of soluble sugar,organic acids,amino acids,and flavonoids.In E8::PpbZIP44 tomato fruit,genes involved in carbohydrate metabolism,amino acid,and flavonoids biosynthesis were significantly induced.Furthermore,in PpbZIP44 overexpression or antisense pear fruits,the expression of genes in the related pathways was significantly impacted.PpbZIP44 directly interacted with the promoter of PpSDH9 and PpProDH1 to induce their expression,thereby depleting sorbitol and proline,decreasing citrate and malate,and enhancing fructose contents.PpbZIP44 also directly bound to the PpADT and PpF3H promoters,which led to the carbon flux toward phenylalanine metabolites and enhanced phenylalanine and flavonoid contents.These findings demonstrate that PpbZIP44 mediates multimetabolism reprogramming by regulating the gene expression related to fruit quality compounds.Hong Wang Kexin Xu Xiaogang Li Bárbara Blanco-Ulate Qingsong Yang Gaifang Yao Yiduo Wei Jun Wu Baolong Sheng Youhong Chang Cai-Zhong Jiang Jing Lin 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,8:0

12Solar Radio Burst Automatic Detection Method for Decimetric and Metric Data of YNAO显示文摘With the development of solar radio spectrometer, it is difficult to process a large number of observed data quickly by manual detection method. Yunnan astronomical observatories (YNAO) have two solar radio spectrometers with high time and frequency resolution. An automatic detection method of solar radio burst for decimetric and metric data of YNAO is proposed in this paper. The duration of solar radio burst was counted and analyzed. Channel normalization was used to denoise the original solar radio image. Through experimental comparison, Otsu method was selected as a binary method of solar radio spectrum, and open and close operations were used to smooth the binary image. 13Recent progress on DNA block copolymer显示文摘DNA has gained great attention because of its unique structure,excellent molecular recognition property,and biological functions.When married with versatile synthetic polymers,the DNA conjugated polymer hybrids,known as DNA block copolymers(DBCs),have been launched and well developed for the syntheses of new materials and nanostructures with different functions in the past several decades.Compared to conventional synthetic block copolymers,using DNA as a building block provides several advantages over other polymer candidates,such as molecular recognition,programmable self-assembly,biocompatibility,and sequence-encoded information.In this review,recent developments in this area will be summarized and meaningful breakthroughs will be highlighted.We will discuss representative examples of recent progress in the syntheses,structure manipulations,and applications of DBCs.Gaifang Pan Xin Jin Quanbing Mou Chuan Zhang 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,9:0
