| 1 | An Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance Algorithm for Unmanned Surface Vehicle in Complicated Marine Environments显示文摘Unmanned surface vehicles(USVs) are important autonomous marine robots that have been studied and gradually applied into practice. However, the autonomous navigation of USVs, especially the issue of obstacle avoidance in complicated marine environment, is still a fundamental problem. After studying the characteristics of the complicated marine environment, we propose a novel adaptive obstacle avoidance algorithm for USVs,based on the Sarsa on-policy reinforcement learning algorithm.The proposed algorithm is composed of local avoidance module and adaptive learning module, which are organized by the “divide and conquer” strategy-based architecture. The course angle compensation strategy is proposed to offset the disturbances from sea wind and currents. In the design of payoff value function of the learning strategy, the course deviation angle and its tendency are introduced into action rewards and penalty policies. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparative experiments of simulations and sea trials in three sea-state marine environments. | 2 | Productivity matching and quantitative prediction of coalbed methane wells based on BP neural network显示文摘It is a great challenge to match and predict the production performance of coalbed methane (CBM) wells in the initial production stage due to heterogeneity of coalbed, uniqueness of CBM production process, complexity of porosity-permeability variation and difficulty in obtaining some key parameters which are critical for the conventional prediction methods (type curve, material balance and numerical simulation). BP neural network, a new intelligent technique, is an effective method to deal with nonlinear, instable and complex system problems and predict the short-term change quantitatively. In this paper a BP neural model for the CBM productivity of high-rank CBM wells in Qinshui Basin was established and used to match the past gas production and predict the futural production performance. The results from two case studies showed that this model has high accuracy and good reliability in matching and predicting gas production with different types and different temporal resolutions, and the accuracy increases as the number of outliers in gas production data decreases. | 5 | Engineering of dendritic dopant-free hole transport molecules:enabling ultrahigh fill factor in perovskite solar cells with optimized dendron construction显示文摘Developing dopant-free hole-transporting materials(HTMs)for high-performance perovskite solar cells(PVSCs)has been a very active research topic in recent years since HTMs play a critical role in optimizing interfacial charge carrier kinetics and in turn determining device performance.Here,a novel dendritic engineering strategy is first utilized to design HTMs with a D-A type molecular framework,and diphenylamine and/or carbazole is selected as the building block for constructing dendrons.All HTMs show good thermal stability and excellent film morphology,and the key optoelectronic properties could be fine-tuned by varying the dendron structure.Among them,MPA-Cz-BTI and MCz-Cz-BTI exhibit an improved interfacial contact with the perovskite active layer,and non-radiative recombination loss and charge transport loss can be effectively suppressed.Consequently,high power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 20.8%and 21.35%are achieved for MPA-Cz-BTI and MCz-Cz-BTI based devices,respectively,accompanied by excellent long-term storage stability.More encouragingly,ultrahigh fill factors of 85.2%and 83.5%are recorded for both devices,which are among the highest values reported to date.This work demonstrates the great potential of dendritic materials as a new type of dopant-free HTMs for high-performance PVSCs with excellent FF. | Wei Chen Yang Wang Bin Liu Yajun Gao Ziang Wu Yongqiang Shi Yumin Tang Kun Yang Yujie Zhang Weipeng Sun Xiyuan Feng Frédéric Laquai Han Young Woo Aleksandra B.Djurisic Xugang Guo Zhubing He | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Delivery of an Rhs-family nuclease effector reveals direct penetration of the gram-positive cell envelope by a type VI secretion system in Acidovorax citrulli显示文摘The type VI secretion system(T6SS)is a double-tubular nanomachine widely found in gram-negative bacteria.Its spear-like Hcp tube is capable of penetrating a neighboring cell for cytosol-to-cytosol protein delivery.However,gram-positive bacteria have been considered impenetrable to such T6SS action.Here we report that the T6SS of a plant pathogen,Acidovorax citrulli(AC),could deliver an Rhsfamily nuclease effector RhsB to kill not only gram-negative but also gram-positive bacteria.Using bioinformatic,biochemical,and genetic assays,we systematically identified T6SS-secreted effectors and determined that RhsB is a crucial antibacterial effector.RhsB contains an N-terminal PAAR domain,a middle Rhs domain,and an unknown C-terminal domain.RhsB is subject to self-cleavage at both its N-and C-terminal domains and its secretion requires the upstream-encoded chaperone EagT2 and VgrG3.The toxic Cterminus of RhsB exhibits DNase activities and such toxicity is neutralized by either of the two downstream immunity proteins,RimB1 and RimB2.Deletion of rhsB significantly impairs the ability of killing Bacillus subtilis while ectopic expression of immunity proteins RimB1 or RimB2 confers protection.We demonstrate that the AC T6SS not only can effectively outcompete Escherichia coli and B.subtilis in planta but also is highly potent in killing other bacterial and fungal species.Collectively,these findings highlight the greatly expanded capabilities of T6SS in modulating microbiome compositions in complex environments. | Tong-Tong Pei Yumin Kan Zeng-Hang Wang Ming-Xuan Tang Hao Li Shuangquan Yan Yang Cui Hao-Yu Zheng Han Luo Xiaoye Liang Tao Dong | 2022 | mLife2022,1,1: | 1 |
