| 1 | Unexpected guests in the tumor microenvironment:microbiome in cancer显示文摘Although intestinal microbiome have been established as an important biomarker and regulator of cancer development and therapeutic response, less is known about the role of microbiome at other body sites in cancer. Emerging evidence has revealed that the local microbiota make up an important part of the tumor microenvironment across many types of cancer, especially in cancers arising from mucosal sites, including the lung, skin and gastrointestinal tract. The populations of bacteria that reside specifically within tumors have been found to be tumor-type specific, and mechanistic studies have demonstrated that tumor-associated microbiota may directly regulate cancer initiation, progression and responses to chemo- or immuno-therapies. | 2 | Adaptive decision-level fusion strategy for the fault diagnosis of axial piston pumps using multiple channels of vibration signals显示文摘An axial piston pump is a key component that plays the role of the 'heart' in hydraulic systems. The pump failure will lead to an unexpected breakdown of the entire hydraulic system or even economic loss and catastrophic safety consequences. Several vibration-based machine learning methods have been developed to detect and diagnose faults of axial piston pumps. However,most of these intelligent diagnosis methods use single-sensor vibration data to monitor the pump health states. Additionally, the diagnostic accuracy is unacceptable in most situations due to the complex pump structure and limited sensor information.Therefore, this study proposes a multi-sensor fusion method to improve the fault diagnosis performance of axial piston pumps.The convolutional neural network receives three channels of vibration data and makes the final diagnosis through information fusion at the decision level. The proposed decision fusion method is evaluated on the classification task of leakage levels of an actual axial piston pump. | 12 | Divergent chondro/osteogenic transduction laws of fibrocartilage stem cell drive temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis in growing mice显示文摘The anterior disc displacement(ADD)leads to temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA)and mandibular growth retardation in adolescents.To investigate the potential functional role of fibrocartilage stem cells(FCSCs)during the process,a surgical ADDTMJOA mouse model was established.From 1 week after model generation,ADD mice exhibited aggravated mandibular growth retardation with osteoarthritis(OA)-like joint cartilage degeneration,manifesting with impaired chondrogenic differentiation and loss of subchondral bone homeostasis.Lineage tracing using Gli1^(-)CreER^(+);Tm^(fl/-)mice and Sox9-CreER^(+);Tm^(fl/-)mice showed that ADD interfered with the chondrogenic capacity of Gli1+FCSCs as well as osteogenic differentiation of Sox9+lineage,mainly in the middle zone of TMJ cartilage.Then,a surgically induced disc reposition(DR)mouse model was generated.The inhibited FCSCs capacity was significantly alleviated by DR treatment in ADD mice.And both the ADD mice and adolescent ADD patients had significantly relieved OA phenotype and improved condylar growth after DR treatment.In conclusion,ADD-TMJOA leads to impaired chondrogenic progenitor capacity and osteogenesis differentiation of FCSCs lineage,resulting in cartilage degeneration and loss of subchondral bone homeostasis,finally causing TMJ growth retardation.DR at an early stage could significantly alleviate cartilage degeneration and restore TMJ cartilage growth potential. | Ruiye Bi Qianli Li Haohan Li Peng Wang Han Fang Xianni Yang Yiru Wang Yi Hou Binbin Ying Songsong Zhu | 2023 | International Journal of Oral Science2023,15,3: | 0 |

| 16 | Comparative metabolomics provides novel insights into the basis of petiole color differences in celery(Apium graveolens L.)显示文摘Plant metabolites are important for plant development and human health.Plants of celery(Apium graveolens L.)with different-colored petioles have been formed in the course of long-term evolution.However,the composition,content distribution,and mechanisms of accumulation of metabolites in different-colored petioles remain elusive.Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS),1159 metabolites,including 100 lipids,72 organic acids and derivatives,83 phenylpropanoids and polyketides,and several alkaloids and terpenoids,were quantified in four celery cultivars,each with a different petiole color.There were significant differences in the types and contents of metabolites in celery with different-colored petioles,with the most striking difference between green celery and purple celery,followed by white celery and green celery.Annotated analysis of metabolic pathways showed that the metabolites of the different-colored petioles were significantly enriched in biosynthetic pathways such as anthocyanin,flavonoid,and chlorophyll pathways,suggesting that these metabolic pathways may play a key role in determining petiole color in celery.The content of chlorophyll in green celery was significantly higher than that in other celery cultivars,yellow celery was rich in carotenoids,and the content of anthocyanin in purple celery was significantly higher than that in the other celery cultivars.The color of the celery petioles was significantly correlated with the content of related metabolites.Among the four celery cultivars,the metabolites of the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway were enriched in purple celery.The results of quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR)suggested that the differential expression of the chalcone synthase(CHS)gene in the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway might affect the biosynthesis of anthocyanin in celery.In addition,HPLC analysis revealed that cyanidin is the main pigment in purple celery.This study explored the differences in the types and contents of metabolites in celery cultivars with different-colored petioles and identified key substances for color formation.The results provide a theoretical basis and technical support for genetic improvement of celery petiole color. | Mengyao LI Jie LI Haohan TAN Ya LUO Yong ZHANG Qing CHEN Yan WANG Yuanxiu LIN Yunting ZHANG Xiaorong WANG Haoru TANG | 2022 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,4: | 0 |

| 20 | Analysis of Autocorrelation Associated with Spatial Sampling Estimation on Urban Greenland Coverage显示文摘By taking the urban greenland as testing objective,the GeoEye-1 fusion image as background, and using Moran’s index,the correlativity of greenland units has been measured.Then,the presampling was conducted based on the measured correlativity,the systematic sampling design has been carried out at the precision 95%and 85%.By using of Kriging interpolation method,the weight of different type of greenland has been divided into the stratifications.Through the stratified sampling,the estimation of greenland coverage has been obtained. The results show that the urban greenland coverage area is 14.81 km^2,accounting for 27.73%of all urban land areas.Compared with the common sampling method,the precision of that increased about 3%.
