2A Deep Adaptive Learning Method for Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis Using Immunity显示文摘The extraction of rolling bearing fault features using traditional diagnostic methods is not sufficiently comprehensive and the features are often chosen subjectively and depend on human experience. In this paper, an improved deep convolutional process is used to extract a set of features adaptively. The hidden multi-layer feature of deep convolutional neural networks is also exploited to improve the extraction features. A deterministic detection of low-confidence samples is performed to ensure the reliability of the recognition results and to decrease the rate of false positives by evaluating the diagnosis of the deep convolutional neural network. To improve the efficiency of the continuous learning elements of the rolling bearing fault diagnosis, a clone learning strategy based on cloning and mutation operations is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed deep convolutional neural network model can extract multiple rolling bearing fault features, improve classification and detection accuracy by reducing the false positive rate when diagnosing rolling bearing faults, and accelerate learning efficiency when using low-confidence rolling bearing fault samples.Yuling Tian Xiangyu Liu 2019Tsinghua Science and Technology2019,24,6:18
3The changing regional distribution of grain production in China in the 21st century显示文摘This paper examines the changing regional distribution of grain production in China. Based on the analysis of data from county statistics for the period 2000–2003, major differences in the main grain-output regions in China can be observed. The main grain-producing areas have shifted from the south to the north of China. New grain production regions have been also added to western China since the late 1990s. The per capita grain consumption in one third of China’s main grain-producing counties has fallen below 400 kg; most of these areas are located in southern China. In the new millennium, Northeast China, the central-south North China, and the arid and semi-arid regions of Northwest China produced three quarters of the surplus grains. Most of these areas are located in regions susceptible to environmental change. The amount of grain production in these regions shows high fluctuations. 4Effect of organic amine alkali and inorganic alkali on benzotriazole removal during post Cu-CMP cleaning显示文摘Benzotriazole(BTA), an anticorrosion agent of slurry, is the main organic pollutant remaining after CMP of multilayer copper wiring, and also the main removal object of post CMP cleaning. The adsorption of BTA onto the copper could form a dense Cu-BTA film, which makes the copper surface strongly passivated. According to this characteristic, quantitative analysis of BTA residue after cleaning is carried out by contact angle measurement and electrochemical measurement in this paper. A scanning electron microscope(SEM) with EDX was used to observe and analyze the BTA shape and elements. The efficiencies of organic alkali and inorganic alkali on the removal of BTA were studied. The corresponding reaction mechanism was also analyzed. The results show that the adsorption structure of Cu(I)-BTA cannot be destroyed in an alkaline environment with a pH less than 10; the effect of BTA removal by inorganic alkali is worse than that of the organic amine alkali with the coordination structure under the same pH environment; the FA/O Ⅱ chelating agent with the fraction of 200 ppm can effectively remove BTA residue on the surface of copper wafer.Liu Yang Baimei Tan Yuling Liu Baohong Gao Yilin Liu Chunyu Han Qi Wang Siyu Tian 2018Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,12:6

6Experimental investigations on the fluid flow mechanism in porous media of enhanced oil recovery by alkli/surfactant/polymer flooding显示文摘The fluid flow mechanism in porous media of enhanced oil recovery by Alkli/ Surfactant/ Polymer (ASP) flooding is investigated by measuring production performance, pressure distribution and saturation distribution through installing differential pressure transducers and saturation measuring probes in a physical model of vertical heterogeneous reservoir. The fluid flow variation in porous media is the main reason of enhanced oil recovery of ASP flooding. The pressure field and saturation field are nonlinearly coupled together and the interaction between them results in the fluid flow variation in the reservoir. In a vertical heterogeneous reservoir, the ASP agents initially flow in the high permeability layer, and fluid changes the flow direction toward the low and the middle permeability layers because the resistance in the high permeability layer is increased under the physical and chemical action of adsorption, retention and emulsion. 7The stability of a novel weakly alkaline slurry of copper interconnection CMP for GLSI显示文摘Chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) is one of the important machining procedures of multilayered copper interconnection for GLSI, meanwhile polishing slurry is a critical factor for realizing the high polishing performance such as high planarization efficiency, low surface roughness. The effect of slurry components such as abrasive(colloidal silica), complexing agent(glycine), inhibitor(BTA) and oxidizing agent(H_2O_2) on the stability of the novel weakly alkaline slurry of copper interconnection CMP for GLSI was investigated in this paper. First, the synergistic and competitive relationship of them in a peroxide-based weakly alkaline slurry during the copper CMP process was studied and the stability mechanism was put forward. Then 1 wt% colloidal silica, 2.5 wt% glycine,200 ppm BTA, 20 m L/L H_2O_2 had been selected as the appropriate concentration to prepare copper slurry, and using such slurry the copper blanket wafer was polished. 8Discovery and demonstration of small circular DNA molecules derived from Chinese tomato yellow leaf curl virus显示文摘Tomato yellow leaf curl viruses belong to Begomoviruses of geminiviruses. In this work, we first found and demonstrated that the small circular DNA molecules were derived from Chinese tomato yellow leaf curl viruses (TYLCV-CHI). These small circular DNA molecules are about 1.3 kb, which are half the full-length of TYLCV-CHI DNA A. It was shown by sequence determination and analysis that there was unknown-origin sequence insertion in the middle of the small molecules. These sequences of unknown-origin were neither homologous to DNA A nor to DNA B, and were formed by recombination of virus DNA and plant DNA. Although various defective molecules contained different unknown-origin sequence insertion, all the molecules contained the intergenic region and part of the AC1 (Rep) gene. 9RNA Methylome Reveals the m^(6)A-mediated Regulation of Flavor Metabolites in Tea Leaves under Solar-withering显示文摘The epitranscriptomic mark N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),which is the predominant internal modification in RNA,is important for plant responses to diverse stresses.Multiple environmental stresses caused by the tea-withering process can greatly influence the accumulation of specialized metabolites and the formation of tea flavor.However,the effects of the m^(6)A-mediated regulatory mechanism on flavor-related metabolic pathways in tea leaves remain relatively uncharacterized.We performed an integrated RNA methylome and transcriptome analysis to explore the m^(6)Amediated regulatory mechanism and its effects on flavonoid and terpenoid metabolism in tea(Camellia sinensis)leaves under solar-withering conditions.Dynamic changes in global m^(6)A level in tea leaves were mainly controlled by two m^(6)A erasers(CsALKBH4A and CsALKBH4B)during solar-withering treatments.Differentially methylated peak-associated genes following solarwithering treatments with different shading rates were assigned to terpenoid biosynthesis and spliceosome pathways.Further analyses indicated that CsALKBH4-driven RNA demethylation can directly affect the accumulation of volatile terpenoids by mediating the stability and abundance of terpenoid biosynthesis-related transcripts and also indirectly influence the flavonoid,catechin,and theaflavin contents by triggering alternative splicing-mediated regulation.Our findings revealed a novel layer of epitranscriptomic gene regulation in tea flavor-related metabolic pathways and established a link between the m^(6)A-mediated regulatory mechanism and the formation of tea flavor under solar-withering conditions.Chen Zhu Shuting Zhang Chengzhe Zhou Caiyun Tian Biying Shi Kai Xu Linjie Huang Yun Sun Yuling Lin Zhongxiong Lai Yuqiong Guo 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,4:2

17Effect mechanism of nonane-1,1-bisphosphonic acid as an alternative collector in monazite flotation:Experimental and calculational studies显示文摘Monazite((Ce,La)PO_(4))is one of the major types of light rare earth minerals from which the light rare earth elements cerium(Ce)and lanthanum(La)are economically extracted.Flotation is extensively used to recover fine-grained monazite.Sodium oleate(NaOL)is considered as the collector with strong collecting ability for monazite flotation.However,this study shows that its collecting ability is still limited.In this paper,a phosphonic acid,nonane-1,1-bisphosphonic acid(C9-BPA),was employed as the novel collector in place of NaOL.Flotation experiments show that even when the C9-BPA dosage is less than one-fifth of the NaOL dosage,the monazite recove ry using C9-BPA as the collector is approximately 22 wt%higher than that using NaOL.The mechanism by which C9-BPA adsorbs on monazite was investigated using zeta potential,infrared(IR)spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)measurements as well as first-principles calculations.Zeta potential measurements show a more significant decrease in the zeta potentials of monazite after the addition of C9-BPA compared to those after the addition of NaOL.For C9-BPA-treated monazite,the characteristic peaks of C9-BPA are observed in the IR and C 1 s XPS spectrum,whereas for monazite treated by NaOL,no characteristic peak of NaOL was observed.Experimental results show that C9-BPA has a stronger affinity towards the monazite surface than NaOL as confirmed by the higher adsorption energy of CP-BPA on the monazite surface(-204.22 kJ/mol)than NaOL(-48.48 kJ/mol).This study demonstrates an extensive application value and prospect of C9-BPA in monazite flotation and helps design novel collectors with strong collecting ability for monazite flotation.Zhao Cao Xu Wu Sultan Ahmed Khoso Wenbo Zhang Yuling Liu Mengjie Tian Jieliang Wang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5:1
18Body weights in Han Chinese populations显示文摘The body weights of 26,954 Han Chinese adults in 67 areas(16,503 in rural areas and 10,451 in urban areas) across China were measured from 2009 to2013.The results showed that in China,the three areas(north China,northeast China,and Jianghuai Plain) were with the greatest body weight.Northwest Han Chinese populations were heavier.Southwestern dialect groups were at the middle level and lighter than northern Han Chinese populations,but were heavier among southern Han Chinese populations.Chinese Han who located in areas of Hangjiahu were the general level,and similar to southwestern dialect groups.The mean values of body weight in Hunan Han and Fujian Han were greater than other Han groups in southern China.Gan dialect groups and Cantonese dialect groups showed the minimum body weightvalue in all Chinese Han groups.Besides,the mean body weight of Hakka was heavier than Gan dialect groups and Cantonese dialect groups which were adjacent to Hakka.Body weight increases with an increase in height,bone diameter,subcutaneous fat on the limbs and trunk,chest circumference,and abdomen circumference.This study revealed that northern Han men were heavier than southern Han men,because the former were taller and had a larger waist circumference as well as thicker subcutaneous fat on their backs.Among women,height,bone diameter of the upper limbs,chest and abdomen circumferences,and subcutaneous fat on the limbs and trunks of northern Han exceeded those of rural southern Han.Consequently,body weight values of northern Han women were higher than those of southern Han women.While a significant difference in these values was found between urban and rural men,no significant difference occurred between urban and rural women.Body weight was associated with age in urban and rural men only in the case of minority groups.However,there was a positive correlation between body weight and age in the majority groups of both urban and rural women.The particular composition of genes involved in body weight traits of Han populations across the country has created a genetic foundation accounting for varying body weights of different Han populations.Environmental factors also play a role.As the Han are widely dispersed,their habitation areas vary according to factors such as topography,temperature,precipitation,humidity,and light.Moreover,labor intensity,food composition,and the intake of various nutrients also differ across Han populations.All of these factors have affected the development of body weight in Han populations living in different locations.Yonglan Li Lianbin Zheng Huanjiu Xi Keli Yu Shunhua Lu Jinyuan Tian Xue Song Jinping Bao Yuling Li Xinghua Zhang Youfeng Wen Fu Ren 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,35:1
