1Differential gene expression analysis of ‘Chili’ (Pyrus bretschneideri) fruit pericarp with two types of bagging treatments显示文摘Preharvest bagging is a simple,grower-friendly and safe physical protection technique commonly applied to many fruits,and the application of different fruit bags can have various effects.To explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the fruit quality effects of different bagging treatments,digital gene expression(DGE)profiling of bagged and unbagged‘Chili’(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.)pear pericarp during development was performed.Relative to unbagged fruit,a total of 3022 and 769 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were detected in the polyethylene(PE)-bagged and non-woven fabric-bagged fruit,respectively.DEGs annotated as photosynthesis-antenna proteins and photosynthesis metabolism pathway were upregulated in non-woven fabric-bagged fruit but downregulated in the PE-bagged fruit.Non-woven fabric bagging inhibited lignin synthesis in‘Chili’pear pericarp by downregulating DEGs involved in phenylpropanoid biosynthesis;consequently,the fruit lenticels in non-woven fabric-bagged fruit were smaller than those in the other treatments.The results indicate that the non-woven fabric bagging method has a positive effect on the appearance of‘Chili’pear fruit but neither of the two bagging treatments is conducive to the accumulation of soluble sugar.Yuling Wang Xinfu Zhang Ran Wang Yingxin Bai Chenglian Liu Yongbing Yuan Yingjie Yang Shaolan Yang 2017Horticulture Research2017,4,1:6

7Effect of Yinlai Decoction on the metabolic pathways in the lung of high-calorie diet-induced pneumonia rats显示文摘Objective:To search for specific metabolites in the lungs of pneumonia rats fed with a high-calorie diet,as well as explore the changes in the lung metabolites of young rats treated with Yinlai Decoction(YD)and its effects on inflammation-related metabolic pathways.Methods:Lipopolysaccharides(LPS)and a special high-calorie diet were used to induce Sprague Dawley(SD)rats to simulate the intestinal state of infant pneumonia.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology(LC-MS/MS)was used to detect metabolites in each group.Supervised orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)model values were used for the detection results to find the differential metabolites.The metabolic pathways that are involved with the differential metabolites were clarified through enrichment analysis and topological analysis.Finally,the T cell receptor signaling pathway(TCR)signal conversion was analyzed by the network pharmacology method.Results:In the high-calorie diet combined with pneumonia group(M3),a total of 55 metabolites were determined to be different from the normal group(N).A total of 36 metabolites were determined to be different from those in the lung metabolites of the YD treatment group(T1).YD had a regulatory effect on glutathione metabolism,arginine and proline metabolism,ascorbic acid and aldehyde metabolism and phenylalanine metabolism.And the small molecule metabolites could act on the FYN and lymphocytespecific protein tyrosine kinase(LCK)target proteins in the TCR signaling pathway,thereby affecting the immune function of the lungs.Conclusion:A high-calorie diet can cause abnormal sphingolipid metabolism in the lungs of young rats,thereby creating chronic lung inflammation in young rats.YD has a beneficial effect when used to treat young rats with LPS-induced pneumonia fed on high-calorie diets.Its mechanisms of action may affect the body’s immune pathways by regulating the oxidative stress pathway affected by glutathione metabolism.Fuyang Xian Tiegang Liu Chen Bai Guannan Yang Xueyan Ma Bochuan Wang Ling Huang Shaoyang Liu Jianhua Zhen Jianzhen He He Yu Yuling Ma Taiyi Wang Xiaohong Gu 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,1:1
8Expression and role of PTV1 lncRNA in glioma cells progression显示文摘Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of PTV1 lncRNA in gliomas and themechanism of its interaction with miR-203a.Methods U87 and U251 cells were cultured stably and transfected with sh-PTV1 or ov-PTV1, respectively.The proliferative activity of U87 and U251 cells was detected and the transplanted tumor model nude micewere divided into U87 and U251 groups. U87-sh and u251-ov cells were injected into the armpit, thenmiR-203a mic and miR-203a inhibitors were administered to detect the changes in the expression of tumorrelatedproteins.Results The relative expression of PTV1 in gliomas was significantly higher than that in normal braintissues, while in GBM it was significantly higher than that in low-grade gliomas. Knockdown of PTV1significantly inhibited the proliferation of U87 cells, resulting in fewer cell clones;overexpression of rPTV1significantly promoted the proliferation of U251 cells, resulting in more cell colonies. The dual LuciferaseReporter assay showed that SP2 was a potential target of miR-203a. When U87 cells were treated with amiR-203a mimic, the expression of SP2 decreased;and when U251 cells were treated with a miR-203ainhibitor, the expression of SP2 increased significantly. SP2 was overexpressed in u87-sh cells and theproliferation, migration, and invasion of u87-sh cells were significantly enhanced. U251-ov cells showedthe opposite trend. Compared with the control group mice, the tumor volume in u87-sh group mice wassignificantly smaller and the positive rate of SP2 in tumor tissue was significantly lower. 10Fashion Shopping Value in WeChat Moments显示文摘Fashion shopping in WeChat(微信)Moments(朋友圈)has become an important new channel because of the rapid development and broad application of the smart phone technology.The purpose of the paper is to test a model dealing with direct effects of shopping values on purchase intention.The research model was tested using smart phone in a survey of 276 respondents.The results as follows:First,higher shopping value perceived consumers have more purchase intention of fashion products in WeChat.Second,utilitarian shopping value play more positive impact on purchase intention than hedonic shopping value.Additional managerial implications are discussed.Yuhua Cui Yuling Bai 2018经济管理学刊(中英文版)2018,7,2:0
11Study on Control Effect of Invasive Banana Fusarium Disease(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense tropical race 4)by Different Varieties and Fertilization Treatments显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the field resistance performance of different banana varieties and the prevention and control ef-fect of different fertilizers,so as to provide technical reference for the prevention and control of Fusarium wilt.[Method]Field trials were set up with three treatments:shrimp peptide organic fertilizer+shrimp peptide special protection+shrimp peptide fruit Yekang(simplified as shrimp peptide organic fertilizer treatment),conventional organic fertilizer+microbial preparations(simplified as microbial treatment),and conventional or-ganic fertilizer(simplified as control).Four different banana varieties of Brazilian banana,Guijiao No.1,Nantianhuang,and Yunjiao No.1 were se-lected for the field trial.The disease incidence of Fusarium wilt and the control effects of three fertilizers were investigated during four time periods.[Result]The disease incidence of four varieties in three treatments varied.The disease incidence of Nantianhuang and Yunjiao No.1 were signifi-cantly lower than that of other two varieties.There was also significant difference in disease incidence of three treatments.The disease incidence from high to low was control>shrimp peptide organic fertilizer treatment>microbial treatment.The average monthly TR4 pathogen content in heavily infected banana plantation was more than 2000 copies,while the highest one reached 15148.9 copies.[Conclusion]Microbial agents reduced the disease incidence of Fusarium wilt to some content.Nantianhuang and Yunjiao No.1 showed the highest disease resistance compared with other varieties.However,their resistance needs to be further improved before practical application.Long Yuan Yang Baoming Huang Yuling Bai Tingting Xu Shengtao Yin Kesuo Fan Huacai Zeng Li Li Xundong Guo Zhixiang Li Yongping Yang Derong Li Jinping Zheng Sijun 2020Plant Diseases and Pests2020,11,1:0

13黄瓜CsaDMR6-2基因的克隆及特征分析显示文摘通过系统进化树和黄瓜霜霉病主效QTL分析,确定了与拟南芥抗霜霉病突变基因DMR6同源性较高的Csa DMR6-2基因为黄瓜霜霉病感病候选基因。以15份不同遗传背景的抗病和感病黄瓜自交系为材料克隆了Cs DMR6-2基因,经过与已知功能的拟南芥基因DMR6、DLO1和DLO2的氨基酸进行多序列比对、蛋白质二级和三级结构的预测,结果显示:欧洲温室型的抗病材料K15和K58的Csa DMR6-2的CDS序列在856bp处有1个碱基的突变,引起相应氨基酸由丝氨酸(TCA)变成丙氨酸(GCA),进而引起其部分蛋白质二级和三级结构的变化;Csa DMR6-2与拟南芥的DMR6、DLO1和DLO2基因具有很高的同源性,且同属于一类氧化酶,两者具有相同的结构域,而抗病材料的变异位点均发生在催化区。试验结果为进一步研究Csa DMR6-2的基因功能和利用感病基因获得霜霉病持久广谱抗性打下了良好的基础。谢笑笑 顾兴芳 Yuling Bai 苗晗 张圣平 闫滋福 2016中国蔬菜2016,,6:0

15Geochronology,Eruption Sequence and Geochemistry of Mid-Late Jurassic Volcanics South of Manzhouli:Petrogenesis and Implications for Mesozoic Tectonic Regime Transformation显示文摘To the south of Manzhouli,Hulunbuir,Inner Mongolia,experienced a tectonic regime transformation from compression to extension in the mid-Mesozoic.Based on systematic research of the volcanics,petrology,volcanic facies,chronology and geochemistry of rocks in the Buridun area,two stages of volcanics are identified.The first stage named the trachyte series was formed in the late Middle Jurassic(167-163 Ma),its eruption rhythm is pyroxene trachyandesite-trachyandesite-trachyte,and its origin rock is basic volcanics from thickened lower crust,with a tectonic setting in the collision orogeny after the closure of the Mongolia Okhotsk Ocean(MOO).The second stage is a bimodal volcanic rock,formed in the early Late Jurassic(163-160 Ma).The eruption rhythm of basic volcanics in this stage is basaltic andesite-basalt-olivine basalt,which comes from the metasomatized lithospheric mantle,the acidic volcanics of which being characterized by the eruption rhythm of sedimentary-explosive-overflow facies,which came from the partial melting of newly formed lower crust,and this shows the characteristics of A-type granite;the tectonic setting is extension of the lithosphere after collision and closure of the MOO.The changes in the formation age and tectonic setting of the two stages of volcanics demonstrate that the transition time from the compressive system to the extensional system south of Manzhouli is about 163 Ma.BAI Yuling WANG Tao WANG Zongqi YAN Jie ZHANG Ai 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,4:0
16iTRAQ-based proteomics reveals the mechanism of action of Yinlai decoction in treating pneumonia in mice consuming a high-calorie diet显示文摘Objective:To uncover the underlying mechanisms of action of the Yinlai decoction on high-calorie dietinduced pneumonia through proteomics analysis.Methods:Based on the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database,lung tissue samples from normal and high-fat diet(HFD)fed mice in the GSE16377 dataset were selected as test cohorts to identify differentially expressed genes and conduct bioinformatics analyses.In the animal experiments,mice were randomly divided into the control(N),high-calorie diet pneumonia(M),and Yinlai decoction treatment(Y)groups.Mice in the M group received high-calorie feed and a 0.5 mg/mL lipopolysaccharide solution spray for 30 min for 3 d.The mice in the Y group were intragastrically administered 2 mL/10 g Yinlai decoction twice daily for 3 d.Pathological evaluation of the lung tissue was performed.Differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)in the lung tissue were identified using quantitative proteomics and bioinformatics analyses.The drug-target relationships between Yinlai decoction and core DEPs in the lung tissue were verified using AutoDock Vina and Molecular Graphics Laboratory(MGL)Tools.DEPs were verified by western blot.Results:GEO data mining showed that an HFD altered oxidative phosphorylation in mouse lung tissue.The Yinlai decoction alleviated pathological damage to lung tissue and pneumonia in mice that were fed a high-calorie diet.A total of 47 DEPs were identified between the Y and M groups.Enrichment analysis revealed their association with energy metabolism pathways such as the tricarboxylic acid cycle(TCA)and oxidative phosphorylation.The protein-protein interaction network revealed that Atp5a1,Pdha1,and Sdha were the target proteins mediating the therapeutic effects of Yinlai decoction.Molecular docking results suggested that the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of Yinlai decoction involves the binding of brassinolide,praeruptorin B,chrysoeriol,and other components in Yinlai decoction to Atp5a1.Conclusion:The Yinlai decoction alleviated lung tissue damage and pneumonia in mice that were fed a high-calorie diet by regulating the TCA and oxidative phosphorylation.Our study highlights the importance of a healthy diet for patients with pneumonia and provides a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of pneumonia through dietary adjustments.Qianqian Li Tiegang Liu Chen Bai Xueyan Ma Hui Liu Zi’an Zheng Yuxiang Wan He Yu Yuling Ma Xiaohong Gu 2024Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2024,11,1:0
17Breeding melon(Cucumis melo)with resistance to powdery mildew and downy mildew显示文摘Melon(Cucumis melo L.)production is often restricted by a plethora of pests and diseases,including powdery mildew and downy mildew caused respectively by the fungal species Podosphaera xanthii/Golovinomyces orontii and oomycete species Pseudoperonospora cubensis.Many efforts have been directed on identification of resistant sources by screening(wild)melon germplasm.In the current review,we summarized such efforts from various publications of the last 50 plus years.Resistance to powdery mildew has been identified in 239 melon accessions and downy mildew resistance in 452 accessions of both C.melo and the wild relative species C.figarei.Among the resistance sources,C.melo var.cantalupensis accessions PMR 45,PMR 5,PMR 6,and WMR 29 as well as C.melo var.momordica accessions PI 124111,PI 124112,and PI 414723 have been considered as the most valuable germplasm because multiple resistance genes have been identified from these accessions and are widely used in melon resistance breeding.Further genetic mapping in a number of resistant sources has enabled identification of 25 dominant genes,two recessive genes and seven QTLs conferring powdery mildew resistance,as well as eight dominant genes and 11 QTLs for downy mildew resistances.Based on the reported sequences of associated markers,we anchored physically(many of)these genes and QTLs to chromosomes of the melon cv.DHL92 genome.In addition to presenting a comprehensive overview on powdery mildew and downy mildew resistance in(wild)melon germplasm,we suggest strategies aiming at breeding melon with durable and broad-spectrum resistance to pathogens and pests.Lei Cui Lampros Siskos Chen Wang Henk J.Schouten Richard G.FVisser Yuling Bai 2022Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,5:0
