2Drag prediction method of powered-on civil aircraft based on thrust drag bookkeeping显示文摘A drag prediction method based on thrust drag bookkeeping(TDB) is introduced for civil jet propulsion/airframe integration performance analysis.The method is derived from the control volume theory of a powered-on nacelle.Key problem of the TDB is identified to be accurate prediction of velocity coefficient of the powered-on nacelle.Accuracy of CFD solver is validated by test cases of the first AIAA Propulsion Aerodynamics Workshop.Then the TDB method is applied to thrust and drag decomposing of a realistic aircraft.A linear relation between the computations assumed free stream Mach number and the velocity coefficient result is revealed.The thrust losses caused by nozzle internal drag and pylon scrubbing are obtained by the isolated nacelle and mapped on to the in-flight whole configuration analysis.Effects of the powered-on condition are investigated by comparing through-flow configuration with powered-on configuration.The variance on aerodynamic coefficients and pressure distribution is numerically studied.Zhang Yufei Chen Haixin Fu Song Zhang Miao Zhang Meihong 2015Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4:11

4A Karman-Vortex Generator for passive separation control in a conical diffuser显示文摘Flow separation in a conical diffuser with large divergence angle(29.14°) and large area ratio(3.533) is eliminated by a novel passive flow control device called Karman-Vortex Generator(KVG).The effect of the KVG is verified and investigated by the URANS,DES and DDES methods based on the SST model.CFD results show that the performance coefficient of the diffuser can be doubled by the KVG,and the total pressure recovery coefficient can be improved by about 1.2%.DES and DDES results show that the KVG can introduce a Karman-vortex street frequency in the diffuser.This frequency decays rapidly,and could not be detected in the ending plane of the expansion section.Different KVG configurations with different locations and dimensions are numerically simulated and compared.Some suggestions are provided.ZHANG YuFei CHEN HaiXin FU Song 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,5:7
51-Naphthol induced PtsAg nanocorals as bifunctional cathode and anode catalysts of direct formic acid fuel cells显示文摘Developing highly efficient bifunctional cathode and anode electrocatalysts is very important for the large-scale application of direct formic acid fuel cells. However, the high-cost and poor CO-tolera nee ability of the most commonly used Pt greatly block this process. To in crease the utilizatio n efficie ncy and exte nd bifunctional properties of precious Pt, herei n, coral-like Pt3Ag nano crystals are developed as an excelle nt bifunctional electrocatalyst through a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The formation mechanism of Ptgg nanocorals has been elaborated well via a series of control experiments. It is proved that 1-naphthol serving as a guiding surfactant plays a key role in the formation of high-quality nano corals. Thanks to the unique coral-like structure and alloy effects, the developed Ptgg nano corals present sign ificantly enhanced electrocatalytic properties (including activity, stability and CO-toleranee ability) towards both the cathodic oxygen reduction and anodic formic acid oxidati on, as compared with those of commercial Pt black and Pt-based nan oparticles. 6Blocking the JAK2/STAT3 and ERK pathways suppresses the proliferation of gastrointestinal cancers by inducing apoptosis显示文摘Dysregulated crosstalk between different signaling pathways contributes to tumor development,including resistance to cancer therapy.In the present study,we found that the mitogen-activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MEK)inhibitor trametinib failed to suppress the proliferation of PANC-1 and MGC803 cells by activating the Janus kinase 2(JAK2)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)signaling pathway,while the JAK2 inhibitor fedratinib failed to inhibit the growth of the PANC-1 cells upon stimulation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)signaling.In particular,the most prominent enhancement of the anti-proliferative effect resulted from the concurrent blockage of the JAK2/STAT3 and ERK signaling pathways.Furthermore,the combination of the two inhibitors resulted in a reduced tumor burden in mice.Our evidence suggests novel crosstalk between JAK2/STAT3 and ERK signaling in gastric cancer(GC)and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)cells and provides a therapeutic strategy to overcome potential resistance in gastrointestinal cancer.Xi WANG Chunyan DAI Yifei YIN Lin WU Weiyang JIN Yufei FU Zhe CHEN Ke HAO Bin LU 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,6:4

10Fabrication of Cu/rGO/MoS2 nanohybrid with energetic visible-light response for degradation of rhodamine B显示文摘A novel visible-light-driven Cu/rGO/MoS2(CRM) ternary nanostructure as a photocatalyst with high catalytic activity towards environmental purification using solar energy was successfully synthesized through a facile solvothermal method.It was found that the nanoflower structure of MoS2 increased the number of its exposed edges.Meanwhile rGO as a catalytic substrate played a role of charge-carrier channel to improve the separation of holes and electrons,which originated from the band gap absorption of MoS2.The content of Cu in photocatalyst affected photocatalytic performance obviously.And the optimal 30% Cu/rGO/MoS2 possessed the highest photocatalytic performance,which could be attributed to the improved separation of charges and synergistic effects among Cu,rGO and MoS2.The removal efficiency of Rhodamine B(RhB) over CRM was up to 100% in 5 min.CRM as a photocatalyst maintained good reproducibility and stability during 3 times of the recycle experiments.These results indicate CRM is a promising photocatalyst for degrading organic pollutants in wastewater.Huanjing Liang Peng Hua Yufei Zhou Zhimin Fu Jiaoning Tang Junfeng Niu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:2
11An iterative data-driven turbulence modeling framework based on Reynolds stress representation显示文摘Data-driven turbulence modeling studies have reached such a stage that the basic framework is settled,but several essential issues remain that strongly affect the performance.Two problems are studied in the current research:(1)the processing of the Reynolds stress tensor and(2)the coupling method between the machine learning model and flow solver.For the Reynolds stress processing issue,we perform the theoretical derivation to extend the relevant tensor arguments of Reynolds stress.Then,the tensor representation theorem is employed to give the complete irreducible invariants and integrity basis.An adaptive regularization term is employed to enhance the representation performance.For the coupling issue,an iterative coupling framework with consistent convergence is proposed and then applied to a canonical separated flow.The results have high consistency with the direct numerical simulation true values,which proves the validity of the current approach.Yuhui Yin Zhi Shen Yufei Zhang Haixin Chena Song Fu 2022Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2022,12,5:1

20An integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression in the brains of Alzheimer's disease transgenic mice after real-world PM_(2.5)exposure显示文摘Fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))is associated with increased risks of Alzheimer's disease(AD),yet the toxicological mechanisms of PM_(2.5)promoting AD remain unclear.In this study,wildtype and APP/PS1 transgenic mice(AD mice)were exposed to either filtered air(FA)or PM_(2.5)for eight weeks with a real-world exposure system in Taiyuan,China(mean PM_(2.5)concentration in the cage was 61μg/m~3).We found that PM_(2.5)exposure could remarkably aggravate AD mice's ethological and brain ultrastructural damage,along with the elevation of the pro-inflammatory cytokines(IL-6 and TNF-α),Aβ-42 and ACh E levels and the decline of Ch AT levels in the brains.Based on high-throughput sequencing results,some differentially expressed(DE)m RNAs and DE mi RNAs in the brains of AD mice after PM_(2.5)exposure were screened.Using RT-q PCR,seven DE mi RNAs(mmu-mi R-193b-5p,122b-5p,466h-3p,10b-5p,1895,384–5p,and 6412)and six genes(Pcdhgb8,Unc13b,Robo3,Prph,Pter,and Tbata)were evidenced the and verified.Two mi RNA-target gene pairs(mi R-125b-Pcdhgb8 pair and mi R-466h-3p-IL-17Rα/TGF-βR2/Aβ-42/ACh E pairs)were demonstrated that they were more related to PM_(2.5)-induced brain injury.Results of Gene Ontology(GO)pathways and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathways predicted that synaptic and postsynaptic regulation,axon guidance,Wnt,MAPK,and m TOR pathways might be the possible regulatory mechanisms associated with pathological response.These revealed that PM_(2.5)-elevated pro-inflammatory cytokine levels and PM_(2.5)-altered neurotransmitter levels in AD mice could be the important causes of brain damage and proposed the promising mi RNA and m RNA biomarkers and potential mi RNA-m RNA interaction networks of PM_(2.5)-promoted AD.Pengfei Fu Yufei Zhao Chuan Dong Zongwei Cai Ruijin Li Ken Kin Lam Yung 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,12:0
