Effect of ultrasound-guided acupotomy vs electro-acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis:a randomized controlled study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of acupotomy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA),compared to electro-acupuncture(EA).METHODS:Sixty KOA patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:ultrasound-guided acupotomy group and EA group;each had 3 weeks' therapy. After the treatment,by contrast before and after therapy,by comparing curative effects among groups,we looked into disease improvement degree through activities of daily living score(ADL),hospital for special surgery index(HSS),visual analogue scales score(VAS) and knee joint's infrared thermal imaging detection.RESULTS:Graded by ADL,the excellent rate in acupotomy group was much higher than EA group;both acupotomy group and EA group had obviouschanges in HSS index before and after the therapy(P < 0.01).And there was remarkable difference in HSS index variation between the groups(P < 0.01).Acupotomy group and EA group showed big difference in pain index before and after treatment(P <0.01).Apparent difference also existed in the comparison among groups(P < 0.01).Both acupotomy group and EA group had apparent changes in infrared thermal imaging detection before and after the treatment(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:Acupotomy and EA both have significant effects in KOA treatment;the former is better than the latter in relieving pain and improving knee functions. | Ding Yu Wang Yuexiang Shi Xian Luo Yun Gao Yuhong Pan Jingkun | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 21
Effect of kidney-reinforcing,blood-activating and stasis-removing recipes on adhesion molecule expression of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from chronic aplastic anemia patients显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of kidney-reinforcing,blood-activating and stasis-removing recipes on adhesion molecule expression of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) from patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA).METHODS:We used threeTraditional Chinese Medicine recipes, namely a kidney-reinforcing recipe(KRR),blood-activating and stasis-removing recipe(BASRR),and kidney-reinforcing,blood-activating and stasis-removing recipe(KRBASRR),and a normal saline control to prepare herbal medicine serum in Sprague Dawley rats.Thirty CAA patients were enrolled in the experimental group, including 17 kidney-Yang deficient patients and 13 kidney-Yin deficient patients.Ten healthy individuals were included in the control group.MSCs were isolated from bone marrow samples, and the cell density was observed to measure their proliferation ability by microscopy on days 2,7,and 14 after isolation. In addition, the expression of adhesion molecules of bone marrow MSCs(CD106,CD49d,CD31 and CD44) were detected by flow cytometry after 48 h of treatment with the four different herbal medicine serums.RESULTS:The proliferation of MSCs from kidney-Yang deficient and kidney-Yin deficient patients was weaker than that of MSCs from the control group. The expression of all adhesion molecules of bone marrow MSCs from CAA patients was obviously lower than that in the control group(P< 0.01).The expression of CD49d and CD31 in MSCs from patients with a kidney-Yin deficiency was lower than in those with a kidney-yang deficiency(P< 0.05 and P<0.01,respectively).For kidney-Yang deficient patients,CD31 expression in the KRBASRR group was significantly higher than that in the BASRR group(P<0.01),while CD44 in the KRBASRR group was significantly higher than that in both KRR and BASRR groups(P<0.01).For kidney-Yin deficient patients,CD106 and CD49d expression in the KRBASRR group was obviously higher than that in the KRR group(P<0.05),while CD31 and CD44 expression in the KRBASRR group was significantly higher than that in both KRR and BASRR groups(P< 0.05 and P<0.01,respectively).CONCLUSION:The bone marrow microenvironment in CAA patients is abnormal. The effect of KRBASRR may be better than that of KRR and BASRR for kidney-Yang deficient and kidney-Yin deficient patients by improving the expression levels of MSC adhesion molecules. | Baodong Ye Dan Chen Dijiong Wu Xiangping Wu Xiang Zhang Yuhong Zhou Yiping Shen Keding Shao Qinhong Yu | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4: | 12
Higher PD-1 expression concurrent with exhausted CD8+ T cells in patients with de novo acute myeloid leukemia显示文摘Objective: To investigate the association between the T cell inhibitory receptor programmed death 1(PD-1)and T cell exhaustion status in T cells from patients with de novo acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and AML in complete remission(CR).Methods:Surface expression of PD-1 and the exhaustion and immunosenescence markers CD244 and CD57 on CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood samples from 20 newly diagnosed, untreated AML patients and 10 cases with AML in CR was analyzed by flow cytometry.Twenty-three healthy individuals served as control. Results:A significantly higher percentage of PD-1+ cells were found for CD3+ T cells in the de novo AML group compared with healthy controls. In addition,an increased level of PD-1+ CD8+ T cells, but not PD-1+ CD4+,was found for CD3+ T cells in the de novo AML and AML-CR samples.A higher percentage of CD244+ CD4+,CD244+ CD8+,CD57+ CD4+ and CD57+ CD8+ T cells was found in CD3+ T cells in samples from those with de novo AML compared with those from healthy controls.Strong increased PD-1+ CD244+ and PD-1+ CD57+ coexpression was found for CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in the de novo AML group compared with healthy controls. Conclusions:We characterized the major T cell defects, including co-expression of PD-1 and CD244,CD57-exhausted T cells in patients with de novo AML,and found a particular influence on CD8+ T cells, suggesting a poor anti-leukemia immune response in these patients. | Jiaxiong Tan Shaohua Chen Yuhong Lu Danlin Yao Ling Xu Yikai Zhang Lijian Yang Jie Chen Jing Lai Zhi Yu Kanger Zhu Yangqiu Li | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,5: | 10
Characterization and evaluation of rice blast resistance of Chinese indica hybrid rice parental lines显示文摘The development of resistant varieties and hybrid combinations has been the most effective and economical strategy to control blast disease caused by Magnaporthe oryzae. However, the distribution of major R genes and blast resistance characterization in hybrid rice parents has not been well investigated, resulting in their limited use in hybrid rice blast-resistance breeding. In the present study, 88 elite indica hybrid rice parental lines were evaluated with 30 isolates of M. oryzae collected from the main planting area of indica hybrid rice in China and were characterized for the presence of 11 major resistance genes using molecular markers. The pathogenicity assays showed that four types of hybrid rice parent line showed some resistance to M. oryzae. However, the proportions of highly resistant lines and the mean resistance frequency(RF) varied among the four types, with resistance in decreasing order shown by three-line restorer lines, three-line maintainer lines, two-line sterile lines, and two-line restorer lines. All 88 hybrid rice parental lines carried more than one R gene, but none carried the R genes Pi1 and Pi2. Although Pid3 and Pi9 were present only in three-line restorer lines and Pigm only in three-line maintainer lines, the remaining six R genes(Pib, Pid2, Pi5, Pia, Pi54, and Pita) were present in the four types of hybrid rice parent with significantly different distribution frequencies. The correlation between R genes and resistance reactions was investigated. The results are expected to provide useful information for rational utilization of major R genes in hybrid rice breeding programs. | Yunyu Wu Ling Yu Ning Xiao Zhengyuan Dai Yuhong Li Cunhong Pan Xiaoxiang Zhang Guangqing Liu Aihong Li | 2017 | The Crop Journal2017,5,6: | 10
Comparison analysis between haplo identical stem cell transplantation and matched sibling donor stem cell transplantation for high-risk acute myeloid leukemia in first complete remission显示文摘In order to compare the effect between haploidentical(HID) stem cell transplantation(HSCT) and matched sibling donor(MSD)stem cell transplantation for high-risk acute myeloid leukemia(AML) in first complete remission status(CR1), we retrospectively studied 170 cases who received stem cell transplantation from Jan 2008 to Jul 2015 in Peking University People's Hospital. We divided all cases into MSD group(43 cases) and HID(127 cases) group. Patients in HID and MSD group displayed similar baseline characteristics except for age distribution. There were no statistic differences for overall survival(OS), cumulative incidence of relapse, leukemia free survival(LFS), transplantation related mortality(TRM) between HID and MSD group. The 3-year OS, LFS for all patients was 63.9% and 59.7% respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that grade III-IV acute graft versus host disease(aGVHD) was an independent risk factor for treatment related mortality(HR=8.134, 95% CI:3.210–20.611, P<0.001), monosomy/complex chromosomal karyotype and white blood cell count more than 50×109 L-1 were two independent factors for relapse(HR=1.533, 95% CI: 1.040–2.260, P=0.031)(HR=1.004, 95% CI: 1.001–1.008, P=0.015).Grade III-IV aGVHD was an independent factor for mortality(HR=3.184, 95% CI: 1.718–5.902, P<0.001). These results demonstrated some risk factors for high-risk AML leukemia transplantation and indicated for AML patients in CR1 status, haplo stem cell transplantation could have the same therapeutic effect as MSD transplantation. | Yang Liu Xiaojun Huang Qian Fei Lanping Xu Xiaohui Zhang Kaiyan Liu Yuhong Chen Huan Chen Yu Wang | 2019 | Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,5: | 9
Rizatriptan benzoate influences the endogenous pain modulatory system in a rat model of migraine显示文摘The present study utilized a nitroglycerin-induced rat model of migraine to detect the effects of rizatriptan benzoate on proenkephalin and substance P gene expression in the midbrain using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and investigate whether rizatriptan benzoate can regulate the endogenous pain modulatory system. The results showed that rizatriptan benzoate significantly reduced expression of the mRNAs for proenkephalin and substance P. | 7 | Improved clinical outcomes of rhG-CSF-mobilized blood and marrow haploidentical transplantation compared to propensity score-matched rhG-CSF-primed peripheral blood stem cell haploidentical transplantation:a multicenter study显示文摘The effects of haploidentical rhG-CSF-mobilized blood and marrow transplantation(HBMT) on hematological malignances are well established. Previous prospective single-center studies have demonstrated better survival after HBMT versus haploidentical rhG-CSF-mobilized peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(HPBSCT) for acute leukemia(AL) not in remission(NR) or in more than the second complete remission(>CR2). To test the hypothesis that HBMT is still superior to HPBSCT for patients with AL, multiple myeloma(MM), or non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) in CR1/CR2 and for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in the first and second chronic phase lacking a matched donor, we designed a propensity score method-based multicenter study.Hematopoietic recovery, acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD), and chronic GVHD were comparable between the HBMT group(n=168) and the HPBSCT group(n=42). No significant differences were found in non-relapse mortality rate(20.17%±3.58%and 27.24%±7.16%, P=0.18) or relapse rate(19.96%±3.72% and 28.49%±8.25%, P=0.32) between the HBMT group and the HPBSCT group. HBMT recipients had better overall survival(65.0%±4.2% and 54.2%±8.3%, P=0.037) and disease-free survival(59.9%±4.6% and 44.3%±8.7%, P=0.051). Multivariate analysis showed that HPBSCT was associated with poorer DFS(HR(95%CI), 1.639(0.995–2.699), P=0.052). Our comparisons showed that HBMT was superior to HPBSCT as a post-remission treatment for patients lacking an identical donor. | Xiangyu Zhao Feng Gao Xiaohui Zhang Yu Wang Lanping Xu Kaiyan Liu Xiaosu Zhao Yingjun Chang Han Wei Huan Chen Yuhong Chen Zhengfan Jiang Xiaojun Huang | 2016 | Science China(Life Sciences)2016,59,11: | 7
Effects of Toutongning capsule on enkephalin expression in a rat migraine headache model显示文摘Toutongning capsule is used for the treatment of migraine headaches, and has yielded therapeutically beneficial effects. However, whether Toutongning capsule exerts its effects via endogenous opioid peptides remains poorly understood. This study investigated the effects of Toutongning capsule on enkephalin expression in the midbrain of rats with nitroglycerin-induced migraine headache at the mRNA and protein levels. Results confirmed that proenkephalin mRNA levels were significantly upregulated following treatment with Toutongning capsule. The numbers of methionine-enkephalin and leucine-enkephalin-positive cells were significantly greater in the migraine headache rats following treatment with Toutongning capsule compared with the model group.Taken together, these results show that Toutongning capsule exerts potentially beneficial effects by promoting enkephalin expression in nitroglycerin-induced migraine headache rats. | Gang Yao Yuhong Man Jingjing Qi Tingmin Yu Dihui Ma | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,9: | 7
Donor-Derived CD19-Targeted T Cell Infusion Eliminates B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Minimal Residual Disease with No Response to Donor Lymphocytes after Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation显示文摘Leukemia relapse is still the leading cause of treatment failure after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Relapsed patients with BALL after allo-HSCT have a very short median survival. Minimal residual disease (MRD) is predictive of forthcoming hematological relapse after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT);furthermore, eliminating MRD effectively prevents relapse. Donor lymphoblastic infusion (DLI) is the main established approach to treat B-ALL with MRD after allo-HSCT. However, about one-third of patients with MRD are non-responsive to DLI and their prognosis worsens. Although donor-derived cluster of differentiation (CD)19-directed chimeric antigen receptor-modified (CAR) T cells (CART19s) can potentially cure leukemia, the efficiency and safety of infusions with these cells have not yet been investigated in patients with MRD after HSCT. Between September 2014 and February 2018, six patients each received one or more infusions of CART19s from HSCT donors. Five (83.33%) achieved MRD-negative remission, and one case was not responsive to the administration of CAR T cells. Three of the six patients are currently alive without leukemia. No patient developed acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD), and no patient died of cytokine release syndrome. Donor-derived CAR T cell infusions seem to be an effective and safe intervention for patients with MRD in B-ALL after allo-HSCT and for those who were not responsive to DLI. | Yifei Cheng Yuhong Chen Chenhua Yan Yu Wang Xiangyu Zhao Yao Chen Wei Han Lanping Xu Xiaohui Zhang Kaiyan Liu Shasha Wang Lungji Chang Lei Xiao Xiaojun Huang | 2019 | Engineering2019,5,1: | 7
Interferon-α salvage treatment is effective for patients with acute leukemia/myelodysplastic syndrome with unsatisfactory response to minimal residual disease-directed donor lymphocyte infusion after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation显示文摘The efficacy of salvage interferon-α(IFN-α) treatment was investigated in patients with unsatisfactory response to minimal residual disease (MRD)-directed donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI)(n=24). Patients who did not become MRD-negative at 1 month after DLI were those with unsatisfactory response and were eligible to receive salvage IFN-α treatment within 3 months of DLI. Recombinant human IFN-α-2b injections were subcutaneously administered 2–3 times a week for 6 months. Nine (37.5%), 6 (25.0%), and 3 (12.5%) patients became MRD-negative at 1, 2, and>2 months after the salvage IFN-α treatment, respectively. Two-year cumulative incidences of relapse and non-relapse mortality were 35.9% and 8.3%, respectively. Two-year probabilities of event-free survival, disease-free survival, and overall survival were 51.6%, 54.3%, and 68.0%, respectively. Outcomes of patients subjected to salvage IFN-α treatment after DLI were significantly better than those with persistent MRD without IFN-α treatment. Moreover, clinical outcomes were comparable between the salvage DLI and IFN-α treatment groups. Thus, salvage IFN-α treatment may help improve the outcome of patients with unsatisfactory responses to MRD-directed DLI and could be a potential salvage treatment for these patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. | Xiaodong Mo Xiaohui Zhang Lanping Xu Yu Wang Chenhua Yan Huan Chen Yuhong Chen Wei Han Fengrong Wang Jingzhi Wang Kaiyan Liu Xiaojun Huang | 2019 | Frontiers of Medicine2019,13,2: | 6
Extraction of penicillin G by aqueous two-phase system of [Bmim]BF_(4)/NaH_(2)PO_(4)显示文摘A novel approach for the extraction of penicil-lin G by aqueous two-phase system comprised of hydrophilic ionic liquid [Bmim]BF4 (1-butyl-3- methylimidazolium tetra-fluoroborate) and NaH2PO4 is reported. The effects of some important parameters involving the concentration of NaH2PO4, the concentration of penicillin G, the amount of [Bmim]BF4 on the formation of aqueous two-phase system and the extraction yield of penicillin were investigated. | 13 | Protective effect of Jiaweibugan decoction against diabetic peripheral neuropathy显示文摘Oxygen free radical damage is regarded as a direct or indirect common pathway associated with diabetic neuropathy and is the main cause of complications in peripheral neuropathies. We speculate that Jiaweibugan decoction has a significant effect in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy through an anti-oxidative stress pathway. In this study, a diabetic rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Rats were treated with Jiaweibugan decoction via intragastric administration. The levels of malondialdehyde and glutathione, which are indirect indexes of oxidative stress, in serum were determined using a colorimetric method. The expression levels of nuclear factor kappa B p65 mRNA and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase, which are oxidative stress associated factors, in the dorsal root ganglion of spinal S 4-6 segments were evaluated by reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry. Results showed that, Jiaweibugan decoction significantly ameliorated motor nerve conduction velocity in diabetic rats, effectively decreased malondialdehyde levels in serum and the expression of nuclear factor kappa B p65 mRNA and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase mRNA in the dorsal root ganglion, and increased glutathione levels in serum. Therefore, our experimental findings indicate that Jiaweibugan decoction plays an anti-oxidative stress role in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy process, which has a protective effect on peripheral nerve injury. | Yu Wang Zeqi Chen Renqun Ye Yulei He Yuhong Li Xinjian Qiu | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,12: | 5

Spatiotemporal Evolution of Ecological Security in the Wanjiang City Belt,China显示文摘Ecological security is the foundation and guarantee of sustainable development, and its importance is increasingly widely recognized and valued by the world. The Yangtze River Basin is an important ecological security barrier in China and the Wanjiang City Belt(WCB)along the Yangtze River is directly related to the ecological security pattern of the entire basin.Based on the Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response(DPSIR)model and a geographical information system(GIS)platform,an ecosystem security evaluation index system was constructed to measure and evaluate the evolution of ecosystem security in the WCB,China. Results showed that:1)From 2000 to 2018,the overall level of ecological security in the study area was in a state of either early warning or medium warning, but the level of ecological security in each prefecture-level city was significantly different.2)From the perspective of the evolution of the ecosystem, the value of its comprehensive evaluation index dropped from 4.255 in 2000 to 3.885 in 2018.From the perspective of subsystems, the value of Pressure comprehensive evaluation index is much higher than that of other subsystems, indicating that during the rapid development of the social economy, the pressure on the natural environment tended to rise, and triggered changes in the State and Response subsystems.3)The coefficient of variation(CV)of the Driver was much higher than other factors influencing the ecological security system. There are large differences in the economic development and ecological evolution of the cities in the WCB.This study has improved the theoretical research on regional ecological security, and has certain practical guiding significance for building a beautiful, green and sustainable China and promoting global ecological security. | CAO Yuhong LIU Meiyun ZHANG Yu CHEN Chen CAO Weidong | 2020 | Chinese Geographical Science2020,30,6: | 4
MicroRNA-34c-5p provokes isoprenaline-induced cardiac hypertrophy by modulating autophagy via targeting ATG4B显示文摘Pathological cardiac hypertrophy serves as a significant foundation for cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. Recently, growing evidence has revealed that microRNAs(miRNAs) play multiple roles in biological processes and participate in cardiovascular diseases. In the present research, we investigate the impact of miRNA-34 c-5 p on cardiac hypertrophy and the mechanism involved. The expression of miR-34 c-5 p was proved to be elevated in heart tissues from isoprenaline(ISO)-infused mice. ISO also promoted miR-34 c-5 p level in primary cultures of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes(NRCMs). Transfection with miR-34 c-5 p mimic enhanced cell surface area and expression levels of foetal-type genes atrial natriuretic factor(Anf) and β-myosin heavy chain(β-Mhc) in NRCMs. In contrast, treatment with miR-34 c-5 p inhibitor attenuated ISO-induced hypertrophic responses. Enforced expression of miR-34 c-5 p by tail intravenous injection of its agomir led to cardiac dysfunction and hypertrophy in mice, whereas inhibiting miR-34 c-5 p by specific antagomir could protect the animals against ISO-triggered hypertrophic abnormalities. Mechanistically, miR-34 c-5 p suppressed autophagic flux in cardiomyocytes, which contributed to the development of hypertrophy. Furthermore, the autophagy-related gene 4 B(ATG4 B) was identified as a direct target of miR-34 c-5 p, and miR-34 c-5 p was certified to interact with 3’untranslated region of Atg4 b mRNA by dual-luciferase reporter assay. miR-34 c-5 p reduced the expression of ATG4 B, thereby resulting in decreased autophagy activity and induction of hypertrophy. Inhibition of miR-34 c-5 p abolished the detrimental effects of ISO by restoring ATG4 B and increasing autophagy. In conclusion, our findings illuminate that miR-34 c-5 p participates in ISO-induced cardiac hypertrophy, at least partly through suppressing ATG4 B and autophagy. It suggests that regulation of miR-34 c-5 p may offer a new way for handling hypertrophy-related cardiac dysfunction. | Yuhong Zhang Yanqing Ding Min Li Jing Yuan Youhui Yu Xueying Bi Huiqi Hong Jiantao Ye Peiqing Liu | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,5: | 4
Stainless steel corrosion scale formed in reclaimed water: Characteristics, model for scale growth and metal element release显示文摘Stainless steels generally have extremely good corrosion resistance, but are still susceptible to pitting corrosion. As a result, corrosion scales can form on the surface of stainless steel after extended exposure to aggressive aqueous environments. Corrosion scales play an important role in affecting water quality. These research results showed that interior regions of stainless steel corrosion scales have a high percentage of chromium phases. We reveal the morphology, micro-structure and physicochemical characteristics of stainless steel corrosion scales. Stainless steel corrosion scale is identified as a podiform chromite deposit according to these characteristics, which is unlike deposit formed during iron corrosion. A conceptual model to explain the formation and growth of stainless steel corrosion scale is proposed based on its composition and structure. The scale growth process involves pitting corrosion on the stainless steel surface and the consecutive generation and homogeneous deposition of corrosion products, which is governed by a series of chemical and electrochemical reactions. This model shows the role of corrosion scales in the mechanism of iron and chromium release from pitting corroded stainless steel materials. The formation of corrosion scale is strongly related to water quality parameters. The presence of HClO results in higher ferric content inside the scales. Cl-and SO_4^(2-) ions in reclaimed water play an important role in corrosion pitting of stainless steel and promote the formation of scales. | Yong Cui Shuming Liu Kate Smith Hongying Hu Fusheng Tang Yuhong Li Kanghua Yu | 2016 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,10: | 3

Effect of an eco-friendly o/w emulsion stabilized with amphiphilic sodium alginate derivatives on lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption-desorption on natural soil minerals显示文摘The effects of amphiphilic O/W emulsions, stabilized by the alkyl polyglycoside(APG)or cholesterol-grafted sodium alginate(CSAD)/APG systems,on lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption/desorption mechanisms on natural soil minerals(i.e.,illite and kaolinite)were investigated.Sorption and desorption of lambda-cyhalothrin onto soil minerals was studied via batch equilibration to give insight into the adsorption equilibrium, kinetics, and thermodynamics of lambda-cyhalothrin adsorption onto minerals. The results indicate the following:(i)The adsorption processes for the APG system and CSAD/APG system include:rapid adsorption, slow adsorption, and adsorption equilibrium. The adsorption kinetics of pesticide on illite and kaolinite are in accordance with the Ho and McKay model, and the adsorption isotherm conforms to the Freundlich model. In addition, the adsorption processes of pesticide for the two systems on minerals were spontaneous and feasible(ΔG^0<0),endothermic(ΔH^0>0),and mainly involved chemical bonding(ΔH^0>60).(ii)The equilibrium adsorption percentages of the pesticide on illite for the APG system and CSAD/APG system were 42.4%and 64.8%,and the corresponding equilibrium adsorption percentages on kaolinite were 40.8%and 61.8%,respectively.Moreover,the pesticide adsorption rate K_(2-CSAD/APG)was faster than K_(2-APG),and its adsorption capacity K_(f-CSAD/APG )was greater than K_(f-APG).Meanwhile,the pesticide desorption K_(fd)in the CSAD/APG system was smaller than that in the APG system. As a result, this eco-friendly O/W emulsion based on amphiphilic sodium alginate derivatives might provide a green pesticide formulation, since it could reduce the amount of lambda-cyhalothrin entering aquatic systems to threaten non-target fish and invertebrate species. | Yang Peng Dunchao Xiao Gaobo Yu Yuhong Feng Jiacheng Li Xinyu Zhao Yiyuan Tang Longzheng Wang Quan Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,4: | 3
