| 2 | Energy efficient downlink MIMO transmission with linear precoding显示文摘Energy efficiency (EE) is becoming increasingly important for wireless cellular networks. This paper addresses EE optimization problems in downlink multiuser MIMO systems with linear precoding. Referring to different active transmit/receive antenna sets and transmission schemes as different modes, we propose a joint bandwidth/power optimization and mode switching scheme to maximize EE. With a specific mode, we prove that the optimal bandwidth and transmit power is either full transmit power or full bandwidth. After deriving the optimal bandwidth and transmit power, we further propose mode switching to select the mode with optimal EE. Since the optimal mode switching, i.e. exhaustive search, is too complex to implement, an alternative heuristic method is developed to decrease the complexity through reducing the search size and avoiding the EE calculation during each search. | 8 | Induction and Identification of Polyploidy Plants from Superior Individuals of Wild Lonicera edulis Turcz. in Changbai Mountains显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to provide high-quality polyploid for returning the grain plots to forestry and promote the rapid development of Lonicera edulis Turcz. [Methods]With superior individuals of wild L. edulis in Changbai Mountains as experimental materials and colchicine as inducer,polyploid induction was performed twice on diploid plants by addition method,and 7 polyploidy plants were identified from 11 regenerated plantlets. [Results]Among the 7 polyploidy plants,four materials were tetraploid,the concentration and treatment time of which were 300 mg/L and 7 and 14 d,respectively; and three materials were octaploid,the concentrations and treatment time of which were 300 and 500 mg/L and 14 d,respectively. [Conclusions]The results of this study showed that colchicine had a higher polyploid induction rate for L. edulis with lower toxic and side effects,and the polyploidy plants could restore to normal growth state after several times of cubculture. | 9 | Study on Pollination Compatibility of Superior Lonicera caerulea Individuals显示文摘In order to solve the problems including low fruit-bearing rate and low yield caused by blind plantation in production,the medium formula for pollen germination of Lonicera caerulea L. var. edulis Turcz. ex Herd.,its pollination habit,self-compatibility and open pollination compatibility between different superior individuals were investigated with superior individuals from superior wild individuals of L. caerulea in Changbai Mountains as experimental materials. Self-compatibility and open pollination compatibility among different fine plants provide theoretical basis for its further application and further selection of new varieties. The results showed the optimal medium for germination of L. caerulea pollen was 27. 5% sucrose + 100 PPM boric acid with a pH value of 6. 0. On this medium,the superior individuals L1,L2 and L3 had the pollen germination rates of 53. 4%,50. 9% and 51. 6%,respectively. The three superior individuals had no significant differences in the quantity of germinated pollen tubes,which ranged from 1 to 4. The three excellent single plants were the most likely to germinate a single pollen tube,accounting for 83. 3% of the pollen germinated and 89. 6% of the pollen germinated. Therefore,in production,it is necessary to plant L1 with a certain amount of pollination trees or plant it together with multiple species,to improve its yield. | 11 | Effects of inorganic ions,organic particles,blood cells,and cyclic loading on in vitro corrosion of Mg–Al alloys显示文摘Recently,magnesium(Mg)alloys have attracted extensive attention as biodegradable implant materials.However,cyclic loading and the corrosive environment of the body are significant challenges for the practical use of alloys,and there are few studies on this topic.In this study,we conducted a four-point bending fatigue test for 86,400 cycles(12 h)in simulated body fluid(SBF),plasma,and whole blood with an AZ series alloy Mg-9Al-0.5Zn-0.27Mn-0.12Ag,to examine the effects of inorganic ions,organic particles,blood cells,and cyclic loading on Mg alloy corrosion.The Mg^(2+)concentration and solution pH were measured before and after experimentation,and the sample surfaces were characterized by 3D digital microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Our results showed that in the non-loading condition,a porous and weak inorganic product layer(mainly Mg/Ca phosphate and carbonate)formed on the surface of the Mg alloy sample immersed in SBF,which hardly had a protective effect on Mg alloy corrosion.For the samples immersed in plasma,the organic particles promoted the formation of an organic and more compact product layer,which protected the Mg alloy from severe corrosion.For the sample immersed in whole blood,the blood cells affected organic particle deposition on the product layer and thus interfered with the formation of an organic compact product layer,which slightly accelerated the corrosion process.Furthermore,cyclic loading damaged the layer integrity and significantly increased the corrosion rates of all the studied materials compared to the samples not subjected to cyclic loading.Nonetheless,under cyclic loading,blood cells adsorbed on the Mg alloy surfaces,and formed films,which protected the Mg alloy substrate and delayed Mg alloy corrosion. | Guanqi Liu Jianmin Han Ying Li Yuzhu Guo Xiaodong Yu Shenpo Yuan Zhihua Nie Chengwen Tan Chuanbin Guo | 2023 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,7: | 0 |
| 12 | Benefit of rituximab maintenance is associated with Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index in patients with follicular lymphoma显示文摘Rituximab maintenance(RM)prolongs the progression-free survival(PFS)of responding patients with follicular lymphoma(FL),but the maintenance efficacy in different Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index(FLIPI)risk group is still confusing.We performed a retrospective analysis of the effect of RM treatments in patients with FL responding to induction therapy based on their FLIPI risk assessment carried out prior to treatment.We identified 93 patients between 2013 and 2019 who received RM every 3 months for≥4 doses(RM group),and 60 patients who did not accept RM or received rituximab less than 4 doses(control group).After a median follow-up of 39 months,neither median overall survival(OS)nor PFS was reached for the entire population.The PFS was significantly prolonged in the RM group compared to the control group(median PFS NA vs 83.1 months,P=.00027).When the population was divided into the 3 FLIPI risk groups,the PFS differed significantly(4-year PFS rates,97.5%vs 88.8%vs 72.3%,P=.01)according to group.There was no significant difference in PFS for FLIPI low-risk patients with RM compared to the control group(4-year PFS rates,100%vs 93.8%,P=.23).However,the PFS of the RM group was significantly prolonged for FLIPI intermediate-risk(4-year PFS rates,100%vs 70.3%,P=.00077)and high-risk patients(4-year PFS rates,86.7%vs 57.1%,P=.023).These data suggest that standard RM significantly prolongs the PFS of patients assigned to intermediate-and high-risk FLIPI groups but not to low-risk FLIPI group,and pending larger-scale studies to validate. | Ru Li Tingyu Wang Rui Lyv Yi Wang Ying Yu Yuting Yan Qi Sun Wenjie Xiong Wei Liu Weiwei Sui Wenyang Huang Huijun Wang Chengwen Li Jun Wang Dehui Zou Gang An Jianxiang Wang Lugui Qiu Shuhua Yi | 2023 | Blood Science2023,5,2: | 0 |
