| 1 | Service-aware 6G:An intelligent and open network based on the convergence of communication,computing and caching显示文摘With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network. | Yiqing Zhou Ling Liu Lu Wang Ning Hui Xinyu Cui Jie Wu Yan Peng Yanli Qi Chengwen Xing | 2020 | Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,3: | 57 |

| 5 | Initial virtual flight test for a dynamically similar aircraft model with control augmentation system显示文摘To satisfy the validation requirements of flight control law for advanced aircraft,a wind tunnel based virtual flight testing has been implemented in a low speed wind tunnel.A 3-degree-offreedom gimbal,ventrally installed in the model,was used in conjunction with an actively controlled dynamically similar model of aircraft,which was equipped with the inertial measurement unit,attitude and heading reference system,embedded computer and servo-actuators.The model,which could be rotated around its center of gravity freely by the aerodynamic moments,together with the flow field,operator and real time control system made up the closed-loop testing circuit.The model is statically unstable in longitudinal direction,and it can fly stably in wind tunnel with the function of control augmentation of the flight control laws.The experimental results indicate that the model responds well to the operator's instructions.The response of the model in the tests shows reasonable agreement with the simulation results.The difference of response of angle of attack is less than 0.5°.The effect of stability augmentation and attitude control law was validated in the test,meanwhile the feasibility of virtual flight test technique treated as preliminary evaluation tool for advanced flight vehicle configuration research was also verified. | Guo Linliang Zhu Minghong Nie Bowen Kong Peng Zhong Chengwen | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2017,30,2: | 12 |

| 7 | A practical nonlinear robust control approach of electro-hydraulic load simulator显示文摘This paper studies a nonlinear robust control algorithm of the electro-hydraulic load simulator(EHLS). The tracking performance of the EHLS is mainly limited by the actuator's motion disturbance, flow nonlinearity, and friction, etc. The developed controller is developed based on the nonlinear motion loading model. The problems of the actuator's disturbance and flow nonlinearity are considered. To address the friction problem, the friction model of the loading motor is identified experimentally. The friction disturbance is compensated using the obtained friction model. Therefore, this paper considers the main three factors comprehensively. The developed algorithm is easy to apply since the controller can be obtained just with one step back-stepping design. The stability of the developed algorithm is proven via Lyapunov analysis. | 8 | Screening of flocculant-producing strains by NTG mutagenesis显示文摘Screening of new microorganism being able to produce efficiently flocculants was carried out. A new model for screening efficient flocculant-producing strains was designed and tested. The results showed that this model for screening efficient flocculant-producing strains is very reliable and can greatly shorten the screening period. 13 flocculant-producing strains were isolated from activated sludge by conventional method. A strain, designated as HHE6, produced the bioflocculant with the turbidity removal 98% for kaolin suspension. Six of 13 strains selected as the original strains were treated with NTG as mutagen, and five mutant strains(HHE-P7, HHE-A8, HHE-P21, HHE-P24, HHE-A26) with high flocculation efficiency was obtained by selection, which exhibited the flocculation rate for kaolin suspension above 90%. Strains HHE6, HHE-P7, and HHE-P24 were classified as Penicillium purpurogenum, HHE-P21 as Penicillium cyclopium, HHE-A26 as Aspergillus versicolor and HHE-A8 as Aspergillus fumigatus, and it is hitherto unreported for biofloccutant-producing strains of Penicillium. The growth of the six strains(HHE6, HHE-P7, HHE-A8, HHE-P21, HHE-P24, HHE-A26) had similar curves, i.e. firstly increasing rapidly, keeping relatively constant then and finally decreasing gradually with cultivation time. | 9 | Ergodic secrecy rate of two-user MISO interference channels with statistical CSI显示文摘This paper considers a two-user multiple-input single-output(MISO) interference channel with confidential messages(IFC-CM), where the beamforming vectors at the two transmitters are jointly optimized using the closed-form Pareto-optimal parameterization. We prove that artificial noise cannot improve the secrecy rate performance, and coordinated beamforming is secrecy-rate optimal which is achieved by agreeing on the parameters between the two transmitters. We analyze the feasible set of the beamforming parameters that guarantees positiveness of the secrecy rates when the transmitters know only statistical CSI, and then analysis in the ergodic secrecy rate region is discussed. | 10 | Fuzzy robust nonlinear control approach for electro-hydraulic flight motion simulator显示文摘A fuzzy robust nonlinear controller for hydraulic rotary actuators in flight motion simulators is proposed. Compared with other three-order models of hydraulic rotary actuators, the proposed controller based on first-order nonlinear model is more easily applied in practice, whose control law is relatively simple. It not only does not need high-order derivative of desired command,but also does not require the feedback signals of velocity, acceleration and jerk of hydraulic rotary actuators. Another advantage is that it does not rely on any information of friction, inertia force and external disturbing force/torque, which are always difficult to resolve in flight motion simulators. Due to the special composite vane seals of rectangular cross-section and goalpost shape used in hydraulic rotary actuators, the leakage model is more complicated than that of traditional linear hydraulic cylinders. Adaptive multi-input single-output(MISO) fuzzy compensators are introduced to estimate nonlinear uncertain functions about leakage and bulk modulus. Meanwhile, the decomposition of the uncertainties is used to reduce the total number of fuzzy rules. Different from other adaptive fuzzy compensators, a discontinuous projection mapping is employed to guarantee the estimation process to be bounded. | 11 | Biogeographic characteristics of Zhesi brachiopod fauna and reconstruction of tectonopaleogeography of Jiamusi-Mongolia Block显示文摘The Kungurian-Capitanian ( Permian) Zhesi branchiopod fauna is mainly composed of cold-water typed taxa with high diversity and abundance. This fauna is similar with the coeval brachiopod faunas from Timan-Pechora,Svalbard,and Queen Elizabeth Islands of the Boreal Realm,with no real'warm-water'species. Zhesi brachiopod fauna is a cold-water fauna and should be assigned to the Boreal Realm. Considering the paleogeographic characteristics of this fauna and the basic rationale of paleobiogeographic provinces being controlled by latitude-temperate,and that the above areas were located at 50°N 70°N in the global paleoclimate reconstruction map compiled by Boucot et al. ,the paleo-latitude of the southern margin of Jiamusi-Mongolia Block,where developed the Zhesi brachiopod fauna,is suggested ranging from 40°N to 60°N. Zhesi brachiopod fauna is an endemic fauna,containing more than 75% endemic species and self-grouped as a biogeographic province,termed Inner Mongolia Province. These characteristics indicate that this area was closed or semiclosed at that time. On the Jiamusi-Mongolia Block,the Herlen-Jiamusi Old-land as an obvious 'continental barrier'hindered the northward migration of the Zhesi brachiopod fauna and the immigration of brachiopod species from other areas. The Tarim plate has collided with the Kazakhstan plate and the western part of South Tianshan-Beishan-Xar Moron Ocean has been closed. At the same time,the western margin of Jiamusi-Mongolia Block was joined with the Tarim plate. The Xar Moron Ocean in south of Jiamusi-Mongolia Block was wide enough and the ocean temperature rose gradually southward,so that it is not suitable for the cold-water brachiopods to survive and thrive on the northern margin of the North China plate. Using practical channel estimation algorithms, the statistic model of the channel estimation error is first derived. Then based on the channel error model, the resource allocation scheme aims at maximizing the sum rate of the overall network. Specifically, both subcarrier allocation and power allocation are taken into account. In the subcarrier allocation, a realistic problem of the power leakage between neighboring subcarriers is also addressed. Furthermore, based on Lagrange dual-decomposition algorithm, a practical power allocation algorithm is proposed. | 16 | Resource Allocation for Physical Layer Security in Heterogeneous Network with Hidden Eavesdropper显示文摘The tremendous performance gain of heterogeneous networks(Het Nets) is at the cost of complicated resource allocation. Considering information security, the resource allocation for Het Nets becomes much more challenging and this is the focus of this paper. In this paper, the eavesdropper is hidden from the macro base stations. To relax the unpractical assumption on the channel state information on eavesdropper, a localization based algorithm is first given. Then a joint resource allocation algorithm is proposed in our work, which simultaneously considers physical layer security, cross-tier interference and joint optimization of power and subcarriers under fairness requirements. It is revealed in our work that the considered optimization problem can be efficiently solved relying on convex optimization theory and the Lagrangian dual decomposition method is exploited to solve the considered problem effectively. Moreover, in each iteration the closed-form optimal resource allocation solutions can be obtained based on the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions. | 19 | Mechanism on bipolar distribution of Permian brachiopods显示文摘By reasearch on geographic distribution,nine genera in bipolar distribution are selected from Permian brachiopods.These taxa originated from middle-high latitude areas in the boreal realm,of which five genera were derived from Late Carboniferous,and other four genera originated from Permian.They were all in bipolar distribution during some different stages in Permian.Specific diversity for each genus was high in the boreal realm,whereas in the Gondwana realm was very low.Perdurability was long in the boreal realm,and short in the Gondwana realm.It was the time when these nine genera came to their maximum diversity that these genera appeared in the Gondwana and formed bipolar distribution;while they also migrated to the low latitude from high latitude.This shows very close relationship between several main cooling events in Permian and the migration of genera from the boreal realm to the Gondwana realm through the Tethys.Therefore,the cooling events might be the main drive which caused these cold-water-type brachiopods migrated to the Gondwana realm and being bipolar distribution.In this process,the planula tolerance to warm water would be another important factor. | Chengwen WANG Songmei ZHANG | 2008 | Global Geology2008,11,2: | 4 |
| 20 | The role of bone marrow-derived cells in the origin of liver cancer revealed by single-cell sequencing显示文摘Objective:Epithelial cancers often originate from progenitor cells,while the origin of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is still controversial.HCC,one of the deadliest cancers,is closely linked with liver injuries and chronic inflammation,which trigger massive infiltration of bone marrow-derived cells(BMDCs)during liver repair.Methods:To address the possible roles of BMDCs in HCC origination,we established a diethylnitrosamine(DEN)-induced HCC model in bone marrow transplanted mice.Immunohistochemistry and frozen tissue immunofluorescence were used to verify DENinduced HCC in the pathology of the disease.The cellular origin of DEN-induced HCC was further studied by single cell sequencing,single-cell nested PCR,and immunofluorescence-fluorescence in situ hybridization.Results:Studies by using single cell sequencing and biochemical analysis revealed that HCC cells in these mice were coming from donor mice BMDCs,and not from recipient mice.Furthermore,the copy numbers of mouse orthologs of several HCC-related genes previously reported in human HCC were also altered in our mouse model.DEN-induced HCCs exhibited a similar histological phenotype and genomic profile as human HCCs.Conclusions:These results suggested that BMDCs are an important origin of HCC,which provide important clues to HCC prevention,detection,and treatments. | Lu Chen Xianfu Yi Piao Guo Hua Guo Ziye Chen Chunyu Hou Lisha Qi Yongrong Wang Chengwen Li Peng Liu Yucun Liu Yuanfu Xu Ning Zhang | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,1: | 4 |
