| 1 | γ-MnO2 nanorods/graphene composite as efficient cathode for advanced rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion battery显示文摘Aqueous Zn//MnO2 batteries are emerging as promising large-scale energy storage devices owing to their cost-effectiveness,high safety,high output voltage,and energy density.However,the MnO2 cathode suffers from intrinsically poor rate performance and rapid capacity deterioration.Here,we remove the roadblock by compositing MnO2 nanorods with highly conductive graphene,which remarkably enhances the electrochemical properties of the MnO2 cathode.Benefiting from the boosted electric conductivity and ion diffusion rate as well as the structural protection of graphene,the Zn//MnO2-graphene battery presents an admirable capacity of 301 mAh g^-1 at 0.5 A g^-1,corresponding to a high energy density of 411.6 Wh kg^-1.Even at a high current density of 10 A g^-1,a decent capacity of 95.8 mAh g^-1 is still obtained,manifesting its excellent rate property.Furthermore,an impressive power density of 15 kW kg^-1 is achieved by the Zn//MnO2-graphene battery. | Chao Wang Yinxiang Zeng Xiang Xiao Shijia Wu Guobin Zhong Kaiqi Xu Zengfu Wei Wei Su Xihong Lu | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4: | 13 |
| 2 | Enhanced electromagnetic-interference shielding effectiveness and mechanical strength of Co-Ni coated aramid-carbon blended fabric显示文摘An efficient method was proposed to prepare high-performance conductive AramidCarbon Blend Fabrics(ACBF)with cobalt-nickel(Co-Ni)alloy coatings,which is conducive to industrial production.The grid-like substrate composed of aramid and carbon fibers was innovatively used in flexible Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)shielding materials.The natural network structure is advantageous to the uniform deposition of metal particles to the establishment of conductive pathways subsequently in order to improve conductivity.The induction of a synergistic effect from Electromagnetic(EM)wave-reflection and EM wave-absorption through the whole carbonCo-Ni-ternary system notably enhanced the EMI Shielding Effectiveness(SE)value to an average of 42.57 d B in the range of 30-6000 MHz.On the other hand,together with the inherent toughness of the alloy coatings,the tensile strength of the aramid fibers used for bulletproof made a significant contribution to the desired mechanical properties.The light weight of the resultant composite made it applicable to aerospace vehicles simultaneously.X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS)was conducted to investigate the variations of elements and groups on the sample surface in pretreating process.The elemental components and surface morphologies of fabric samples during different stages of the process were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and Energy Dispersive spectrometer(EDX)measurements.X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)results indicated that the obtained Co-Ni alloy coating had a combined Hexagonal Closed-Packed(HCP)and FacedCentered Cubic(FCC)crystalline phase.The relatively high corrosion resistance demonstrated in different acid and alkaline conditions was instrumental in more complex environments as well. | Qin WANG Yumeng XU Siyi BI Yinxiang LU | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,10: | 6 |

| 4 | Flexible rechargeable Ni//Zn battery based on self-supported NiCo_2O_4 nanosheets with high power density and good cycling stability显示文摘The overall electrochemical performances of Ni-Zn batteries are still far from satisfactory, specifically for rate performance and cycling stability Herein, we demonstrated a high-performance flexible Ni//Zn battery with outstanding durability and high power density based on selfsupported NiCo_2 O_4 nanosheets as cathode and Zn nanosheets as anode. This Ni//Zn battery is able to deliver a remarkable capacity of183.1 mAh g^(-1) and a good cycling performance(82.7% capacity retention after 3500 cycles). More importantly, this battery achieves an admirable power density of 49.0 kW kg^(-1) and energy density of 303.8 Wh kg^(-1), substantially higher than most recently reported batteries. | 6 | Preparation of CF/Ni-Fe/CNT/silicone layered rubber for aircraft sealing and electromagnetic interference shielding applications显示文摘To meet the needs of preventing information leakage in space engineering and military industry,an efficient method was introduced to obtain layered electromagnetic shielding sealing rubber.The carbon fiber,Ni-Fe coating,and Carbon Nano Tube(CNT)were combined by chemical plating and in-situ polymerization to obtain a lightweight(0.14 g/cm^(2))and thin(1 mm thick)Carbon fiber Fabric(CF)/Ni-Fe/CNT/silicone layered electromagnetic shielding composites.The layered material obtained by adjusting the electroless plating time exhibited a high Shielding Efficiency(SE)of 60.2–85.5 d B in the range of 0–4800 MHz,which can be used for aviation electromagnetic shielding.Carbon fibers and carbon nanotubes mainly attenuated electromagnetic waves through absorption loss,while the nickel-iron alloy coating through reflection loss interacted with the magnetic vector of incident Electro Magnetic(EM)radiation and magnetic dipoles,therefore,the EM Interference(EMI)shielding composite attenuated EM waves with the“absorptionreflection-absorption”cooperative interaction.Moreover,the flexible fabric substrate adhered with silicone rubber possessed a breaking elongation of 52.3%,which can be utilized as a good sealing material.Simultaneously,the outstanding exothermicity(67.2℃ under the applied voltage of 5 V)makes it possible to be applied in electric heating area.The electromagnetic shielding composites prepared in this paper have good potential in the fields of precision electronic equipment and aviation systems. | Wanying LUAN Qin WANG Qi SUN Yinxiang LU | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,10: | 3 |
| 7 | Post-transcriptional regulator Rbm47 elevates IL-10 production and promotes the immunosuppression of B cells显示文摘Regulatory B cells(Bregs)are a functionally defined B cell subset,and IL-10 is crucial for the suppressive functions of Bregs.However,little is known regarding how IL-10 production is regulated in B cells.To explore the mechanisms by which IL-10 is regulated in B cells,we used mRNA microarrays to screen for molecules that are upregulated in IL-10-producing B cells and identified RNA-binding motif protein 47(Rbm47)as a post-transcriptional regulator.Rbm47 was found to promote IL-10 production in B cells.We found that Rbm47 promotes the stability of IL-10 mRNA by binding to AU-rich elements in the 3′untranslated region of Il10 mRNA.In addition,we demonstrated that the overexpression of Rbm47 enabled B cells to facilitate Foxp3+regulator T-cell induction and reduce the severity of DSS-induced ulcerative colitis.Taken together,these results suggest that Rbm47 plays an important role in regulating IL-10 at the post-transcriptional level,thus promoting the regulatory functions of B cells.The findings presented in this study not only increase our understanding of the post-translational regulation of IL-10 in B cells but also identify a novel strategy for the potential application of Bregs. | Yinxiang Wei Fanghui Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoqian Wang Chen Xing Jing Guo Hui Zhang Zhimin Suo Yan Li Jianli Wang Renxi Wang Zhijian Cai | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6: | 2 |

| 10 | Development of fluorine-substituted NH_(2)-biphenyl-diarylpyrimidines as highly potent non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors:Boosting the safety and metabolic stability显示文摘Our recent studies for nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors identified a highly potent compound JK-4b against WT HIV-1(EC_(50)=1.0 nmol/L),but the poor metabolic stability in human liver microsomes(t_(1/2)=14.6 min)and insufficient selectivity(SI=2059)with high cytotoxicity(CC_(50)=2.08μmol/L)remained major issues associated with JK-4b.The present efforts were devoted to the introduction of fluorine into the biphenyl ring of JK-4b,leading to the discovery of a novel series of fluorine-substituted NH_(2)-biphenyl-diarylpyrimidines with noticeable inhibitory activity toward WT HIV-1 strain(EC_(50)=1.8–349 nmol/L).The best compound 5t in this collection(EC_(50)=1.8 nmol/L,CC_(50)=117μmol/L)was 32-fold in selectivity(SI=66,443)compared to JK-4b and showed remarkable potency toward clinically multiple mutant strains,such as L100I,K103N,E138K,and Y181C.The metabolic stability of 5t was also significantly improved(t_(1/2)=74.52 min),approximately 5-fold higher than JK-4b in human liver microsomes(t_(1/2)=14.6 min).Also,5t possessed good stability in both human and monkey plasma.No significant in vitro inhibition effect toward CYP enzyme and hERG was observed.The single-dose acute toxicity test did not induce mice death or obvious pathological damage.These findings pave the way for further development of 5t as a drug candidate. | Xin Jin Shuai Wang Limin Zhao Wenjuan Huang Yinxiang Zhang Christophe Pannecouque Erik De Clercq Ge Meng Huri Piao Fener Chen | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,3: | 1 |
