| 1 | Flexible rechargeable Ni//Zn battery based on self-supported NiCo_2O_4 nanosheets with high power density and good cycling stability显示文摘The overall electrochemical performances of Ni-Zn batteries are still far from satisfactory, specifically for rate performance and cycling stability Herein, we demonstrated a high-performance flexible Ni//Zn battery with outstanding durability and high power density based on selfsupported NiCo_2 O_4 nanosheets as cathode and Zn nanosheets as anode. This Ni//Zn battery is able to deliver a remarkable capacity of183.1 mAh g^(-1) and a good cycling performance(82.7% capacity retention after 3500 cycles). More importantly, this battery achieves an admirable power density of 49.0 kW kg^(-1) and energy density of 303.8 Wh kg^(-1), substantially higher than most recently reported batteries. | 2 | Post-transcriptional regulator Rbm47 elevates IL-10 production and promotes the immunosuppression of B cells显示文摘Regulatory B cells(Bregs)are a functionally defined B cell subset,and IL-10 is crucial for the suppressive functions of Bregs.However,little is known regarding how IL-10 production is regulated in B cells.To explore the mechanisms by which IL-10 is regulated in B cells,we used mRNA microarrays to screen for molecules that are upregulated in IL-10-producing B cells and identified RNA-binding motif protein 47(Rbm47)as a post-transcriptional regulator.Rbm47 was found to promote IL-10 production in B cells.We found that Rbm47 promotes the stability of IL-10 mRNA by binding to AU-rich elements in the 3′untranslated region of Il10 mRNA.In addition,we demonstrated that the overexpression of Rbm47 enabled B cells to facilitate Foxp3+regulator T-cell induction and reduce the severity of DSS-induced ulcerative colitis.Taken together,these results suggest that Rbm47 plays an important role in regulating IL-10 at the post-transcriptional level,thus promoting the regulatory functions of B cells.The findings presented in this study not only increase our understanding of the post-translational regulation of IL-10 in B cells but also identify a novel strategy for the potential application of Bregs. | Yinxiang Wei Fanghui Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoqian Wang Chen Xing Jing Guo Hui Zhang Zhimin Suo Yan Li Jianli Wang Renxi Wang Zhijian Cai | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6: | 2 |

| 7 | The Practice of Pharmacist-Driven Antimicrobial Stewardship Based on Value-Based Healthcare显示文摘Objective To evaluate the effect of pharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship based on value-based healthcare in a tertiary hospital in China.Methods The application of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle and antimicrobial stewardship(AMS)were respectively used to improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents in prophylactic and therapeutic.Data were collected and the effect was assessed during the management period(2016-2019).Results and Conclusion From 2016(before implementation)to 2019(after implementation),the rational use of antibiotics were obviously enhanced in outpatients,inpatients,and emergency department.For instance,the utilization rate in type I incision operation was decreased from 26.42%to 14.60%(P=0.000),the daily doses of antibiotic per 100 patient-days decreased from 49.34±2.97 to 35.89±4.96(P=0.000),and the average antibiotic expenditures dropped from 948.53 yuan to 526.30 yuan(P=0.000).There was no significant change in infection rate,nosocomial mortality rate,and the length of hospital stay.After the implementation of clinical pharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship based on value-based healthcare,the consumption and cost of antibacterial have been greatly reduced.Therefore,the pharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship increases its value。 | Sun Yinxiang Xu Chunhua Li Yong Huang Sichao Zhou Zhiling Cui Min | 2021 | Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2021,16,2: | 0 |
