1Spectral clustering based on matrix perturbation theory显示文摘This paper exposes some intrinsic characteristics of the spectral clustering method by using the tools from the matrix perturbation theory. We construct a weight ma- trix of a graph and study its eigenvalues and eigenvectors. It shows that the num- ber of clusters is equal to the number of eigenvalues that are larger than 1, and the number of points in each of the clusters can be approximated by the associated eigenvalue. It also shows that the eigenvector of the weight matrix can be used directly to perform clustering; that is, the directional angle between the two-row vectors of the matrix derived from the eigenvectors is a suitable distance measure for clustering. As a result, an unsupervised spectral clustering algorithm based on weight matrix (USCAWM) is developed. 2Jurassic Hornblende Gabbros in Dongga,Eastern Gangdese,Tibet:Partial Melting of Mantle Wedge and Implications for Crustal Growth显示文摘The Gangdese batholith, more than 2500 km in length, is composed mainly of JurassicMiocene igneous rocks. This batholith is one of the most important constituents of the Tibetan orogenesis and provides an ideal place for study of Neo-Tethyan ocean geodynamic evolution and plateau uplift. Recent studies on the Gangdese Jurassic felsic magmatism highlight its juvenile source. However, important aspects concerning the genesis of the juvenile magmatism and related deep geodynamic evolution are still unclear. Here, we report detailed petrological, geochronological, geochemical, whole-rock Sr-Nd isotopic, and in situ Sr-Hf isotopic data for a recently identified hornblende gabbro in the Dongga area, southern Lhasa sub-block. This hornblende gabbro is dominated by hornblende and plagioclase, dated at Early Jurassic(ca. 180–190 Ma), and characterized by a narrow compositional range in SiO_2(49.38wt%–52.27wt%), MgO(4.08wt%–7.00wt%), FeO(10.43wt%–11.77wt%), Na_2O(2.58wt%–3.51wt%), and K_2O(0.48wt%–1.53wt%). It has depleted isotopic signatures, with whole-rock(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i ratios of 0.7033–0.7043, ε_(Nd)(t) values of +4.90 to +6.99, in situ plagioclase(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i ratios of 0.7034–0.7042, and zircon ε_(Hf)(t) of +12.2 to +16.8. Our results integrated with published data suggest a model of Gangdese juvenile crustal growth by a subduction-related water-enriched mantle wedge. The hydrous partial melting of the lithosphere mantle was triggered by the dehydration of a Neo-Tethyan oceanic slab. 3TCP7 functions redundantly with several Class Ⅰ TCPs and regulates endoreplication in Arabidopsis显示文摘TCP(TEOSINTE BRANCHED1/CYCLOIDEA/PROLIFERATING CELL FACTOR) proteins, a family of plantspecific transcription factors, play important roles in many developmental processes. However, genetic and functional redundancy among class I TCP limits the analysis of their biological roles. Here, we identified a dominantnegative mutant of Arabidopsis thaliana TCP7 named leaf curling-upward(lcu), which exhibits smaller leaf cells and shorter hypocotyls than the wild type, due to defective endoreplication. A septuple loss-of-function mutant of TCP7, TCP8, TCP14, TCP15, TCP21, TCP22, and TCP23 displayed similar developmental defects to those of lcu.Genome-wide RNA-sequencing showed that lcu and the septuple mutant share many misexpressed genes.Intriguingly, TCP7 directly targets the CYCLIN D1;1 (CYCD1;1) locus and activates its transcription. We determined that the C-terminus of TCP7 accounts for its transcriptional activation activity. Furthermore, the mutant protein LCU exhibited reduced transcriptional activation activity due to the introduction of an EAR-like repressive domain at its C-terminus. 5Assessing changes in extreme precipitation over Xinjiang using regional climate model of PRECIS显示文摘In this paper, an analysis, with the simulation of PRECIS(Providing Regional Climate for Impact Studies), was made for future precipitation extremes, under SRES(Special Report on Emission Scenarios) A2 and B2 in IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) AR4. The precipitation extremes were calculated and analyzed by ETCCDI(Climate Change Detection and Indices). The results show that:(1) In Present Scenario(1961–1900), PRECIS could capture the spatial pattern of precipitation in Xinjiang.(2) The simulated annual precipitation and seasonal precipitation in Xinjiang had a significantly positive trend and its variability had been deeply impacted by terrain. There was a strong association between increasing trend and the extreme precipitation's increase in frequency and intensity during 1961–2008. Under SRES A2 and B2, extreme precipitation indicated an increasing tendency at the end of the 21 st century. The extreme summer precipitation increased prominently in a year.(3) PRECIS's simulation under SRES A2 and B2 indicated increased frequency of heavy precipitation events and also enhancement in their intensity towards the end of the 21 st century. Both A2 and B2 scenarios show similar patterns of projected changes in precipitation extremes towards the end of the 21 st century. However, the magnitude of changes in B2 scenario was on the lower side. 7Ceria supported Ru^(0)-Ru^(δ+) clusters as efficient catalyst for arenes hydrogenation显示文摘Selective hydrogenation of aromatic amines,especially chemicals such as aniline and bis(4-aminocyclohexyl)methane for non-yellowing polyurethane,is of particular interests due to the extensive applications.To conquer the existing difficulties,in selective hydrogenation,,the Ru^(0)-Ru^(δ+)/CeO2 catalyst with solid frustrated Lewis pairs was developed for aromatic amines hydrogenation with excellent activity and selectivity under relative milder conditions.The morphology,electronic and chemical properties,especially the Ru^(O)-Ru^(δ+) clusters and reducible ceria were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),sca nning electronic microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron sp ectroscopy(XPS),CO_(2) tempe rature programmed deso rption(CO_(2)-TPD),H_(2) tempe rature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),H_(2) diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(H_(2)-DRIFT),Raman,etc.The 2% Ru/CeO_(2) catalyst exhibited good conversion of 95% and selectivity greater than 99% toward cyclohexylamine.The volcano curve describing the activity and Ru state was found.Owning to the 'acidic site isolation' by surrounding alkaline sites,condensation between the neighboring amine molecules could be effectively suppressed.The catalyst also showed good stability and applicability for other aromatic amines and heteroarenes containing different functional groups.Yanwei Cao Huan Zheng Gangli Zhu Haihong Wu Lin He 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,2:2
8Insulin sensitivity,βcell function,and adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with gestational diabetes显示文摘Background: The potential impact of β cell function and insulin sensitivity on adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) remains uncertain. We aimed to investigate the association between β cell dysfunction, insulin resistance, and the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods: This observational study included 482 women diagnosed with GDM during pregnancy. Quantitative metrics on β cell function and insulin sensitivity during pregnancy were calculated using traditional equations. The association of β cell dysfunction and insulin resistance with the risk of the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes was investigated using multivariable-adjusted logistic regression models.Results: Multivariable-adjusted odds ratios (ORs) of adverse pregnancy outcomes across quartiles of homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were 1.00, 0.95, 1.34, and 2.25, respectively (P for trend = 0.011). When HOMA-IR was considered as a continuous variable, the multivariable-adjusted OR of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 1.34 (95% confidence interval 1.16-1.56) for each 1-unit increase in HOMA-IR. Multivariable-adjusted ORs of adverse pregnancy outcomes across quartiles of homeostatic model assessment for β cell function (HOMA-β) were 1.00, 0.51, 0.60, and 0.53, respectively (P for trend = 0.068). When HOMA-β was considered as a continuous variable, the multivariable-adjusted OR of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 0.57 (95% CI 0.24-0.90) for each 1-unit increase in HOMA-β. However, other quantitative metrics were not associated with the composite adverse pregnancy outcomes.Conclusions: We demonstrated a significant association of β cell function and insulin sensitivity with the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes. 15Weight-based sparse coding for multi-shot person re-identification显示文摘Person re-identification(Re-ID) is the problem of matching a person from different cameras based on appearance. It has interesting algorithm challenges and extensive practical applications. This paper presents a weight-based sparse coding approach for person re-identification. First, three hypotheses are introduced to achieve a linear combination of images based on sparse coding. Then, we convert the person re-identification problem into an optimization problem with sparse constraints. To reduce the influence of abnormal residuals caused by occlusion and body variation, a weight-based sparse coding approach is proposed to achieve the optimal weights by the ordering statistics of square residuals iteratively. 16Fabrication of ZIF-8 membranes on dual-layer ZnO-PES/PES organic hollow fibers by in-situ crystallization显示文摘Compared to inorganic supports, polymeric supports can offer additional benefits, e.g., easier processing and cheaper. However, the organic surface has weak adhesion to the zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs) membrane layer, which usually requires complex surface modification or seeding. Herein, we demonstrate that a dual-layer asymmetric polymer support prepared by a simple spinning process is a good candidate for the preparation of ZIF-8 membrane. The inner layer of the support is an organic hollow fiber(PES) with finger-like pores, and the outer layer is a ZnO-PES composite layer with finger-like pores also. The ZnO-PES composite layer is expected to contain uniform ZnO crystals in the polymer matrix, i.e., the ZnO particles in the skin layer of the support are not easy to fall off. Under the induction of ZnO particles in the outer layers, continuous ZIF-8 membranes can be prepared by single in-situ crystallization, showing good adhesion to the supports. The obtained ZIF-8 membranes show a H_(2) permeance of 8.7 × 10^(-8)mol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)·Pa^(-1) with a H_(2)/N_(2) ideal separation selectivity of 18.0. 20Finite element modal analysis and experiment of rice transplanter chassis显示文摘The vibration problem during the operation of rice transplanters is the most common phenomenon.In order that the static and dynamic characteristics of the rice transplanter chassis can meet the requirements of more stable operation,the research took the 2ZG-6DK rice transplanter as the research object to carry out a vibration reduction optimization study.In the research,the Pro/Engineer 5.0 software was first used to model the chassis of the rice transplanter.The constructed finite element model was revised by using the structural parameter revision method and the mixed penalty function method.The model was imported into ANSYS Workbench to solve the modal frequency and vibration shape of the rice transplanter chassis.Based on the MAC(modal assurance criterion)criterion,modal tests were carried out to verify the accuracy of the finite element theoretical analysis.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the external excitation frequency,the chassis is structurally optimized to avoid resonance caused by the natural frequency of the chassis falling within the road excitation frequency range.The final optimization results showed that the first four orders of modal frequencies of the chassis were adjusted to 32.083 Hz,33.751 Hz,42.517 Hz,and 50.362 Hz,respectively,in the case that the chassis mass was increased by 6.714 kg(8.8%).They all avoid the range of road excitation frequency(10-30 Hz)so that the rice transplanter can effectively avoid the resonance phenomenon during operation.This study can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the chassis structure of transplanter.Kaikang Chen Yanwei Yuan Bo Zhao Xin Jin Yi Lin Yongjun Zheng 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,5:0
