1The effects of air temperature and precipitation on the net primary productivity in China during the early 21st century显示文摘Research on how terrestrial ecosystems respond to climate change can reveal the complex interactions between vegetation and climate,net primary productivity (NPP),an important vegetation parameter and ecological indicator,fluctuates within any given ecological environment or regional carbon budget.In this study, spatial interpolation was used to generate a spatial dataset, with 1-km spatial resolution,with meteorological data from 736 observation stations across China.An improved CASA model was used to simulate NPP over the period of 2001-2013 by taking into account land-cover change in every year during the same period.We propose the grid- based spatial patterns and dynamics of annual NPP,annual average temperature,and annual total precipitation based on the model.We also used the model to demonstrate the spatial correlation between NPP,temperature,and pre- cipitation in the study area with special focus on the impact of climate change in the early 21st century.Results showed that the spatial pattern of NPP over all of China is characterized by higher values in the southeast and lower values in the northwest.The spatial pattern of temperature indicates substantial latitudinal differences across the country,and the spatial pattem of precipitation shows a ribbon of decline from the southeast coast to the northwest inland.Most areas show an upward trend in NPP. Temperatures appear to decrease across the country during the global warming hiatus (1998-2008),and are accom- panied by an increase in precipitation over most regions.The correlation between NPP and annual average temperature is weak.Alternatively,NPP and annual total precipitation are positively correlated in northern and central China at a coefficient above 0.64(p <0.01)yet negatively correlated in the eastem parts of the Qinghai- Tibet Plateau and Sichuan Basin.Results can provide useful information for improving parameters for calibra- tion of the terrestrial ecosystem process model.Qianfeng WANG Jingyu ZENG Song LENG Bingxiong FAN Jia TANG Cong JIANGs Yi HUANG Qing ZHANG Yanping QU Wnlin WANG Wei SHUI 2018Frontiers of Earth Science2018,12,4:6
2TiO_2/Schwertmannite nanocomposites as superior co-catalysts in heterogeneous photo-Fenton process显示文摘The heterogeneous photo-Fenton reaction is an effective technique in combating organic contaminants for both soil and water remediation,and extensive studies have focused on enhancing its efficiency and reducing its costs.In this work,we developed novel photoFenton catalysts by simply milling commercially available TiO_2(P25)with Schwertmannite(Sh),a natural iron-oxyhydroxysulfate nanomineral.We expect that the photo-generated electrons from TiO_2could continuously migrate to Sh,which then could enhance the separation of electron-hole pairs on TiO_2and accelerate the reduction of Fe(III)to Fe(II)on Sh,leading to high degradation efficiency of the target organic contaminants.SEM and TEM results showed the distribution of TiO_2on Sh surface for the nanocomposites(TiO_2/Sh).Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the much higher content of Fe(II)was determined on TiO_2/Sh than on Sh via a common method in the iron ore,and the consumption of H_2O_2and the production of·OH were more significant in the TiO_2/Sh system than those in the TiO_2and Sh systems.These results well support our hypothesis that the photo-generated electrons could migrate from TiO_2to Sh on the composites,and can also explain the much higher degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B(RhB)in the TiO_2/Sh system.Besides,TiO_2/Sh had lower Fe dissolution as compared with Sh,and retained high catalytic stability after four repeated cycles.Above merits of the TiO_2/Sh composites,in combining with their simple synthesis method and low-cost property,indicated that they should have promising applications as heterogeneous photo-Fenton catalysts.Yanping Zhu Chun Zeng Runliang Zhu Yin Xu Xingyan Wang Huijun Zhou Jianxi Zhu Hongping He 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,6:5
3A phenomenological constitutive equation for Rene 95 PM alloy and its application to isothermal forging process of turbine disk显示文摘The flow behavior of Rene 95 PM alloy was studied from 1050 to 1150℃with strain rate of 1€?10, 1€?10, 1€?10 and 1. At a given temperature and strain rate, flow curves exhibit a peak followed by flow softening up to a steady state. Moreover, at constant strain, flow stress increases with increasing strain rate and decreasing temperature. An equation relating hyperbolic sine of flow stress to hot working parameters, such as strain, strain rate and temperature, was established by using multiple nonlinear regression method. A very good agreement was found between predicted and experimental flow stress in all the strain range investigated. 4High-performance polarization-sensitive photodetector based on a few-layered PdSe2 nanosheet显示文摘The extraordinary optical and electronic properties of anisotropic two-dimensional materials,such as black phosphorus,ReS2,and GeSe,enable them a promising component of polarization-sensitive photodetectors.However,these applications are significantly limited by the challenges of air-stability,response time,and linearly dichroic ratio.Interestingly,palladium diselenide(PdSe2)with high air stability is an emerging material that has robust in-plane anisotropy induced by its asymmetric pentagonal lattice structure.We have successfully prepared a few-layer PdSe2 using micromechanical exfoliation,and here we demonstrate the strong linear dichroism behavior of PdSe2 by polarization-resolved absorption spectra measurements.Such unique linear dichroism,endows the PdSe2 photodetector powerful ability to detect polarized light.The photodetector based on 5L PdSe2,as tested with polarization-dependent photocurrent mapping,exhibited competitive capability to detect polarized light,achieving a significant photocurrent on/off ratio(>10^2),the quite fast response time(<11 ms)and robust linearly dichroic ratios(/max//min≈1.9 at 532 nm).These results are essential advance in the development of polarization-sensitive photodetector,a crucial step towards opening up a new avenue for the application of 2D optoelectronic devices.Jiahong Zhong Juan Yu Lingkai Cao Cheng Zeng Junnan Ding Chunxiao Cong Zongwen Liu Yanping Liu 2020Nano Research2020,13,6:4
5Observation of double indirect interlayer exciton in MoSe_(2)/WSe_(2) heterostructure显示文摘Interlayer excitons(IXS)are electron–hole pairs bound in the spatial separation layer by the Coulomb effect,and their lifetime is several orders of magnitude longer than that of direct excitons,providing an essential platform for long-lived exciton devices.The recent emergence of the van der Waals heterostructure(HS),which combines two layers of different transitional metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),has created new opportunities for IX research.Herein,we demonstrate the observation of double indirect interlayer excitons in the MoSe_(2)/WSe_(2)HS using photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy.The intensities of the two peaks are essentially the same,and the energy difference is 22 meV,which is perfectly in line with the calculation result of density functional theory.Furthermore,the experience of variable excitation power also proves that the splitting of the IXs originates from the conduction band spin-splitting of MoSe_(2).The observation results provide a promising platform for further exploring the new physical properties and optoelectronic phenomena of TMD HS.Biao Wu Yunpeng Wang Jiahong Zhong Cheng Zeng Yassine Madoune Wanting Zhu Zongwen Liu Yanping Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:3

7Crack initiation and propagation induced by inclusions in a nickel-base P/M superalloy under fatigue load显示文摘In situ fatigue tests in special designed SEM were conducted to trace the whole process of crack initiation andpropagation till to fracture in nickel-base P/M superalloy seeded inclusions. The experimental results show that non-metallicinclusions can induce crack initiation. When the inclusion size is larger than the critical one, the crack can propagate as themain crack that induces the specimen to fracture. 8Effect of HS2 and HS3 elements on erythroid-specific expression in transgenic mice显示文摘The expression plasmids CMV/GFP, HS2ALL, HS3ALL and HS23ALL were selected to investigate the effect of HS2 and HS3 element on erythroid-specific expression in transgenic mice. These plasmids were digested with restriction enzymes and purified. And five DNA fragments, CMV/GFP, HS2/GFP, CMV/HS2/GFP, HS23/GFP and HS3/GFP were obtained. After purification, the above DNA fragments were microinjected into the pre-nuclei of the mice fertilized eggs and transgenic mice were generated, with an integration rate of 10.89%. The green fluorescence protein(GFP) expression in many transgenic mouse tissues was determined by FACS analysis. The results showed that the HS2 and 1.7 kb of β-globin gene promoter were sufficient for the erythroid-specific expression of β-globin gene. The GFP expression of different recombinant constructs was also analyzed in blood of all the transgenic mice with FACS. The results indicated that HS2 and HS3 had the same enhancement activity on the regulation of β-globin gene expression. 9SEM in-situ investigation on fatigue cracking behavior of P/M Rene95 alloy with surface inclusions显示文摘The low-cycle fatigue behavior of powder metallurgy Rene95 alloy containing surface inclusions was investigated by in-situ observation with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The process of fatigue crack initiation and early stage of propagation behavior indicates that fatigue crack mainly occurs at the interface between the inclusion and the matrix. The effect of inclusion on the fatigue crack initiation and the early stage of crack growth was very obvious. The fatigue crack growth path in the matrix is similar to the shape of inclusion made on the basis of fatigue fracture image analysis. The empiric relation between the surface and inside crack growth length, near a surface inclusion, can be expressed. Therefore, the fatigue crack growth rate or life of P/M Rene95 alloy including the inclusions can be evaluated on the basis of the measurable surface crack length parameter. 16Correlates of extinction risk in Chinese endemic birds显示文摘Background: China has a relative high degree of endemism of birds due to its large area, diversified topography, and varied climates and habitats. Among the 77 Chinese endemic birds, 29 species are classified as threatened according to the officially released China Biodiversity Red List in 2015. Chinese endemic birds should be the focus of conservation because their local extinction in China means complete global extinction. However, to date, no study has explicitly examined the patterns and processes of extinction and threat in Chinese endemic birds. Methods: We obtained eleven biological traits and four extrinsic factors that are commonly hypothesized to influence extinction risk. After phylogenetic correction, these factors were used separately and in combination to assess their associations with extinction risk. Results: We found that 37.7% of Chinese endemic birds were listed as threatened (Vulnerable, Endangered and Critically Endangered). Small range size, high hunting vulnerability, and high human population density were important predictors of high extinction risk in Chinese endemic birds. Conclusions: Our study is the first to systematically investigate the patterns and processes of extinction risk in Chinese endemic birds. We suggest that endemic species with small range size and living in area with high human densities require conservation priorities.
