3Flue Gas Water Recovery by Indirect Cooling Technology for Large-Scale Applications: A Review显示文摘With social development and economic enhancement,energy is facing significant worldwide demand,and fossil fuels are the prime energy sources for various energy systems over past decades.Furthermore,among fuel-consumed applications,power plants are the primary source of energy consumption.There is a lot of waste heat and steam accompanied by the latent heat produced in the exhaust flue gas.Therefore,the latent heat recovery from the flue gas plays an important role in increasing the efficiency of the system and saving water.To recover the heat and mass in power plants,three primary methods are proposed to condense the vapor based on previous studies:(1)flue gas condensation technology,(2)liquid desiccant-based dehydration(LDD)technology and(3)membrane technology.This paper mainly reviews and summaries the indirect cooling technology in flue gas condensation technology.The numerical simulation and theory of flue gas condensation are introduced.Different heat exchanger types and conducted experiments are also summarized.The performance of the indirect cooling technology is affected not only by its own configuration and design but also by the flue gas inlet temperature,velocity,water vapor mass fraction,etc.The major concerns and outlook of practical applications for further study are attributed to the heat exchanger size and cost,acid corrosion,ash accumulation in flue gas,etc.ZHONG Wei JI Wenhui CAO Xiaoling YUAN Yanping 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,5:3

7On determination of the damping factor of linear viscoelastic materials using dynamic indentation:a theoretical study显示文摘In this study,we theoretically investigate the dynamic indentation for measuring the loss (damping) factor of a linear viscoelastic material from its indentation response.A rigid indenter with arbitrary tip profile is assumed to indent into a viscoelastic substrate with arbitrary shape.We perform a theoretical analysis and identify the conditions under which the loss factor of the material can be determined from the phase angle between the applied harmonic indentation load and the corresponding harmonic displacement,a directly measurable quantity in a dynamic indentation test.To validate the conclusion drawn from our theoretical analysis,a series of numerical experiments are performed,including the spherical indentation of a soft layer with irregular surface morphology bonded to a rigid substrate,a conical indenter with tip defects indenting into a half-spherical particle,and the indentation of porous materials.This study may facilitate the use of the dynamic indentation technique to evaluate the damping properties of linear viscoelastic materials,including some advanced polymers and biological soft tissues.CAO YanPing JI XiangYing FENG XiQiao 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,4:2
8High sensitivity SPR sensor for liquid phase sample with Ag/PbS/Graphene hybrid nanostructure显示文摘A surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor with Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure has been proposed for the diagnostics of liquid phase samples.Here Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure is designed as an asymmetric MIM waveguide for surface plasmon.Due to the guided wave SPR(GWSPR)modes,the index of the liquid phase samples can be measured more accurately than the conventional SPR sensors.Numerical simulation results show that the sensitivity of the sensor is about 5 times higher than the conventional SPR sensors.The origin of the enhancement mechanism is the combination of GWSPR in the Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure which enables the surface plasmon to spread along the PbS layer.In Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure,the electric field is concentrated mostly in the PbS layer,and the enhancement of the field intensity is nearly30%.Kexiu Dong Yanping Ji Jiajia Mi Xiaotong Zhao Bin Wu Wangxia Huang Jianping Shi 2017光电工程2017,44,2:2

11Scriptaid affects histone acetylation and the expression of development-related genes at different stages of porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer embryo during early development显示文摘Although the somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) technique has been used extensively for cloning and generating transgenic pigs,the cloning efficiency is still very low.It has been proposed that the low efficiency of this technique is the result of incomplete epigenetic reprogramming and abnormal gene expression during early embryonic development.In this study,we investigate the effect of Scriptaid,a low-toxicity histone deacetylase inhibitor,on the developmental competence of porcine SCNT embryos.We found that treating SCNT embryos with 500 nmol/L Scriptaid for 15 h after activation significantly enhanced the blastocyst formation rate(27.7%) compared with the untreated group(control)(12.2%,P<0.05).Using an immunofluorescence technique to measure the average fluorescence intensity,we also found that treating SCNT embryos with Scriptaid increased the level of histone acetylation on histone H3 at lysine 14(acH3K14).Furthermore,treating embryos with Scriptaid increased the expression level of three genes that play important roles during embryonic development(Oct4,Klf4 at the blastocyst stage and Nanog at the 4-cell stage).Moreover,the expression level of the apoptosis-related gene Caspase-3 was significantly lower in the Scriptaid-treated SCNT embryos compared with the control SCNT embryos at the 4-cell and blastocyst stages.In conclusion,these results indicate that Scriptaid treatment improves the development and nuclear reprogramming of porcine SCNT embryos.ZHOU Yan HUANG YongYe XIE WanHua SONG Qi JI Yuan ZHANG YanPing OUYANG HongSheng LAI LiangXue PANG DaXin TANG XiaoChun 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,18:1
