1Porous Si/C composite as anode materials for high-performance rechargeable lithium-ion battery显示文摘A novel porous silicon was synthesized through a magnesiothermic reduction method of molecular sieve for the first time, Si/C composite was synthesized by using pitch as carbon source. The porous Si/C composite shows a high initial specific capacity of 2018.5 mAh/g with current density of 0.1 A/g. When the current density increases to 2 A/g, it still exhibits high average specific capacity of 640.3 mAh/g. The porous structure can remit the Si particle pulverization during the lithiation/delithiation process. 2A Self-Powered Nanogenerator for the Electrical Protection of Integrated Circuits from Trace Amounts of Liquid显示文摘With the increase in the use of electronic devices in many different environments,a need has arisen for an easily implemented method for the rapid,sensitive detection of liquids in the vicinity of electronic components.In this work,a high-performance power generator that combines carbon nanoparticles and TiO2 nanowires has been fabricated by sequential electrophoretic deposition(EPD).The opencircuit voltage and short-circuit current of a single generator are found to exceed 0.7 V and 100μA when 6μL of water was applied.The generator is also found to have a stable and reproducible response to other liquids.An output voltage of 0.3 V was obtained after 244,876,931,and 184μs,on exposure of the generator to 6μL of water,ethanol,acetone,and methanol,respectively.The fast response time and high sensitivity to liquids show that the device has great potential for the detection of small quantities of liquid.In addition,the simple easily implemented sequential EPD method ensures the high mechanical strength of the device.This compact,reliable device provides a new method for the sensitive,rapid detection of extraneous liquids before they can impact the performance of electronic circuits,particularly those on printed circuit board.Zhuang Hui Ming Xiao Daozhi Shen Jiayun Feng Peng Peng Yangai Liu Walter WDuley YNorman Zhou 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1:2
3Corrosion Resistance of Plasma Sprayed Ceramic Composite Coatings on Q235 Substrate显示文摘The corrosion resistance of SiO2/A12O3, TiO2/Al2O3 and (SiO2+TiO2)/Al2O3 ceramic composite coatings on Q235 substrate fabricated by means of plasma spraying was investigated. The results show that A12O3+13 wt pct TiO2 ceramic coating has the highest density, the lowest connected porosity and the best corrosion resistance. 6Electrolyte additive maintains high performance for dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘Because of their high capacity and low potential,lithium metal anodes are considered to be promising candidates for next generation electrode materials.However,the safety concerns and limited cycling life associated with uncontrollable dendrite growth hamper practical applications.In this work,the acidified cellulose ester,which is a mixed fiber microporous membrane film,was used as a novel electrolyte additive that effectively improves the cycle stability of the lithium metal anode and inhibits dendrite growth.The focus of this paper is on inhibiting the formation and growth of lithium dendrites.The coulombic efficiency of a Li|Cu battery with this acidified cellulose ester additive remains stable at 99%after 500 cycles under a current density of 1 mA/cm^2.Symmetric batteries also remain stable after 500 cycles(1000 h)under a current density of 1 mA/cm^2.These superior properties can be ascribed to the induced nucleation and the uniform distribution of lithium ion flux.This study uncovers an approach for effectively enabling stable cycling of dendrite-free lithium metal anodes.Manshu Zhang Renjie Liua Zekun Wang Xiyuan Xing Yangai Liu Bingbing Deng Tao Yang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5:1

13Phase Composition Analysis of TiN-AI_2O_3Synthesized from Aluminum-containing Dross and Rutile by Aluminothermic Reductionnitridation Method显示文摘TiN- Al2O3 composite powder was prepared by aluminothermic reduction- nitridation method with starting materials of aluminum-containing dross and rutile,and metallic aluminum in the aluminum-containing dross as reducer. The influences of synthesis temperature(600-1 400 ℃) and aluminum-containing dross addition(20% lower than theoretical value,theoretical value,20% higher than theoretical value,and 50% higher than theoretical value) on phase compositions and microstructure of the composites were investigated,and the reaction mechanism was analyzed. 14Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mica Glass-Ceramics Prepared by Pressureless Sintering a Phlogopite and Various Additives显示文摘Mica glass-ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering with a phlogopite and various additives as raw materials. The effects of CaF2 content, Li2O content, ZrO2 content, and sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the mica glass-ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and mechanical testing, respectively. The results show that the additive of ZrO2 has the best reinforcing effect on the flexural strength of the mica glass-ceramics. The smaller powder particles and the larger forming pressure result in the larger bulk density of the mica glass-ceramics samples. The main crystallite phases of samples with ZrO2 as additive were phlogopite and quartz with sintering temperature lower than 1120 ℃. The crystal phase of glass ceramics appeared fiberform and cross arranges with good lap. 17A high-tortuosity holey graphene in-situ derived from cytomembrane/cytoderm boosts ultrastable potassium storage显示文摘The sluggish K^(+)kinetics and structural instability of the generally-used graphite and other carbon-based materials hinder the development of potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)for high-rate capability and long-term cycling.Herein,inspired by the unique flake structure and chemical composition of cytomembrane and cytoderm,we design high-tortuosity holey graphene as a highly efficient anode for PIBs.The flake cytomembrane and cytoderm shrink into wrinkled morphology during drying and sintering and then convert into high-tortuosity graphene after oxidative exfoliating and thermal reducing process.Mean-while,the proteins,sugars,and glycolipids embedded in cytomembrane and cytoderm can in-situ form nanoholes with highly abundant oxygenic groups and heteroatoms around,which can be easily removed and finally the high-tortuosity holey graphene is obtained after a thermal reducing process.The stress distribution after K^(+)intercalation confirms the optimized release of strain caused by the volume change through the finite element method.Benefiting from the unique nanoholes shortening the ion-diffusion length,the synergy of wrinkled and holey structure stabilizing volume fluctuation,and the enhanced electronic conductivity and specific surface area,the high-tortuosity holey graphene demonstrates high reversible capacities of 410 mAh g^(-1)at 25 mA g^(-1)after 150 cycles and retains 91.5%at 2 A g^(-1)after 2500 cycles.Jun Xiao Xin Min Yue Lin Qiyao Yu Wei Wang Xiaowen Wu Yangai Liu Zhaohui Huang Minghao Fang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,8:0
18Strength Acquisition Mechanism of High Temperature Resistant Materials Prepared by Waste Architectural Ceramics显示文摘In order to realize the large-scale and high-value utilization of waste architectural ceramics,high-temperature resistant materials based on waste architectural ceramics were prepared with sodium silicate as the binder,clay/bauxite and metakaolin/bauxite as coating materials,and the cold strength obtaining mechanism was explored.The phase composition,the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the high temperature resistant materials based on waste architectural ceramics were tested and analyzed.The results showed that when the heat treatment temperature was between 110-1000℃,the strength of the samples mainly came from the physical adhesion of sodium silicate and fine powder.When the temperature rose to 1100℃,the strength of the sample was improved since the internal low-melting-point components melted and promoted sintering.The addition of clay and bauxite can effectively enhance the flexural strength of the samples when the heat treatment temperature is 1000℃.When the heat treatment temperature rises from 900 to 1000℃,the flexural strength of the samples will be enhanced owing to the formation of silica alumina spinel and mullite from metakaolin.HUANG Zhaohui SHI Tengteng LIU Yangai WU Xiaowen LIU Xianjie LIN Fankai LENG Gouqin ZHAN Huasheng LI Yanjing GAO Changhe 2022China's Refractories2022,31,1:0
19Enhanced luminescence efficiency and thermal stability via introduction of non-rare earth Bi^(3+)in Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+)显示文摘A series of Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+)and non-rare earth Bi^(3+)ions doped Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+)phosphors was successfully synthesized via high-temperature solid-state method,and the as-obtained phosphors were studied on their phase structures,luminescence characteristics,thermal stability and luminescence lifetime.Transient fluorescence spectroscopy data show that the addition of Bi^(3+)can obviously enhance the emission intensity of Eu^(3+)in the near-ultraviolet band owing to energy transfer from Bi^(3+)to Eu^(3+).Besides,the addition of Bi^(3+)can improve the thermal stability of a single-doped phosphor Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):0.35Eu^(3+)from 70.33%to 87.45%at 150℃and the quantum yield from 58.80%to 78.61%at room temperature.Finally,Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)was used to encapsulate white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)with green((Ba,Sr)_(2)SiO_(4):Eu^(2+))and blue(BaMgAI_(10)O_(17):Eu^(2+))commercial phosphors.The color rendering index of WLEDs was calculated to be larger than 90,and the color temperature was estimated to be 4300-4500 K,which demonstrate that Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)can be regarded as a red phosphor with great potential application.This paper can provide a new insight into design of high-efficiency phosphors by introducing non-rare earth Bi^(3+)ions via energy transfer from Bi^(3+)to Eu^(3+).Yukun Liu Yangai Liu Haojun Yu Chenguang Yang Cian Xie Jian Chen 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,7:0
