1Sequencing of Cultivated Peanut, Arachis hypogaea, Yields Insights into Genome Evolution and Oil Improvement显示文摘Cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is an allotetraploid crop planted in Asia, Africa, and America for edible oil and protein. To explore the origins and consequences of tetraploidy, we sequenced the allotetraploid A. hypogaea genome and compared it with the related diploid Arachis duranensis and Arachis ipaensis genomes. We annotated 39 888 A-subgenome genes and 41 526 B-subgenome genes in allotetraploid peanut. The A. hypogaea subgenomes have evolved asymmetrically, with the B subgenome resembling the ancestral state and the A subgenome undergoing more gene disruption, loss, conversion, and transposable element proliferation, and having reduced gene expression during seed development despite lacking genome-wide expression dominance. Genomic and transcriptomic analyses identified more than 2 500 oil metabolism-related genes and revealed that most of them show altered expression early in seed development while their expression ceases during desiccation, presenting a comprehensive map of peanut lipid biosynthesis. 2Microstructure,tensile properties and thermal stability of AlMgSiScZr alloy printed by laser powder bed fusion显示文摘The new generation of Sc and Zr modified Al alloys has been attracted wide concerns in aerospace industry,owing to the excellent mechanical performances and superior thermal stability than other normal Al alloys.By microalloying with Sc and Zr,the Al3(Sc,Zr)particle forms as the grain refiner during the solidification,which is extremely beneficial for the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)processed Al alloys.In this study,a new type Al-14.1 Mg-0.47 Si-0.31 Sc-0.17 Zr alloy was additively manufactured by LPBF,and the microstructure,tensile properties and thermal stability were studied in detail.By using a single melt-67°scanning strategy,the LPBF-processed specimen with a relative density of 99.4%and tensile strength of 487.7 MPa was obtained at 160 W-200 mm/s.And this AlMgSiScZr alloy can still exhibit an excellent tensile strength of 393.9 MPa at a moderate temperature of 473 K.After the aging treatment,the tensile properties further increased due to the precipitate hardening of Mg2Si and Al3(Sc,Zr),and the maximum value(580 MPa)was reached at an aging time of 10 h.The average crystal size was almost unchanged after aging treated at 325℃and 24 h,indicating this AlMgSiScZr alloy has an improved thermal stability.The AlMgSiScZr alloy is recommended to substitute some particular titanium alloys in aerospace field afterwards.Jiang Bi Zhenglong Lei Yanbin Chen Xi Chen Ze Tian Nannan Lu Xikun Qin Jingwei Liang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10:4
3Directional construction of Cu2S branch arrays for advanced oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Metal sulphide electrocatalyst is considered as one of the most promising low-cost candidates for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).In this work,we report a novel free-standing Cu2S branch array via a facile TiO2-induced electrodeposition-sulfurization method.Interestingly,cross-linked Cu2S nanoflake branch is strongly anchored on the TiO2 backbone forming high-quality Cu2S/TiO2/Cu2S core-branch arrays.The branch formation mechanism is also proposed.As compared to the pure Cu2S nanowire arrays,the asprepared Cu2S/TiO2/Cu2S core-branch arrays show much better alkaline OER performance with lower overpotential(284 mV at 10 mA cm^-2)and smaller Tafel slope(72 dec-1)as well as enhanced longterm durability mainly due to larger exposed area and more active electrocatalytic sites.Our work provides a new way for construction of advanced metal sulphide electrocatalysts for electrochemical energy conversion.Shengjue Deng Yanbin Shen Dong Xie Yangfan Lu Xiaolong Yu Liang Yang Xiuli Wang Xinhui Xia Jiangping Tu 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:3
4Overexpression of N-cadherin is correlated with metastasis and worse survival in colorectal cancer patients显示文摘N-cadherin is related to the progression and metastases of several solid carcinomas.However,it was still unclear whether N-cadherin is overexpressed in colorectal malignant tumors that have stronger malignant tendency.In this study,we used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression patterns of N-cadherin in both the primary tumors and their normal mucosa tissues of 120patients with colorectal cancer.We revealed that N-cadherin was expressed in 78.3%(94/120)of colorectal tumor tissues and in only 9.2%(11/120)of paired distant normal mucosa tissues with a significant difference(P=0.000).The low,moderate,and high expression of N-cadherin protein was 42.5%,30.8%,and 26.7%,respectively.N-cadherin overexpression was associated with advanced TNM stage,lymph nodes metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).Patients with N-cadherin overexpressed showed the obvious lower overall survival rate than those with moderate and low expression,and patients with low expression had a better survival rate than those with moderate and high expression(P<0.05).In conclusion,high N-cadherin expression may lead to tumor aggressiveness and metastatic potential in colorectal cancer,and may prove to be a possible prognostic factor.ZHUO HongQing JIANG KeWei DONG LingYi ZHU Yi Lü Liang Lü You ZHANG YanBin ZHANG Hui YE YingJiang WANG Shan 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,28:2
5Study on the SiN_x/Al rear reflectance performance of crystalline silicon solar cells显示文摘The performance of internal rear surface reflectance of crystalline silicon solar cells is becoming more and more important with the decrease of thickness of the silicon wafers. In this paper PC1D was used to simulate the correlations between the rear surface reflectance and the electrical as well as optical properties of the solar cells. The results showed that the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and quantum efficiency were all enhanced with the increase of the rear reflectance. When the rear reflectance increased from 60% to 100%, the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and maximum output power were improved by about 0.128 A, 0.007 V, and 0.066 W, respectively. The internal quantum efficiency was improved by 39.9%, the external quantum increased by 17.4%, and the efficiency of the solar cells was enhanced by 0.4% at 1100 nm wavelength. 11A FAULT DETECTION SENSOR FOR CIRCUIT AGING USING DOUBLE-EDGE-TRIGGERED FLIP-FLOP显示文摘In nanoscale technology, transistor aging is one of the most critical problems that impact on the reliability of circuits. Aging sensor is a good online way to detect the circuit aging, which performs during the operating time with no influence of the normal operation of circuits. In this paper, a Double-edge-triggered Detection Sensor for circuit Aging (DSDA) is proposed, which employs data signal of logic circuits as its clock to control the sampling process. The simulation is done by Hspice using 45 nm technology. The results show that this technique is not sensitive to the process variations. The worst case of the detection precision is more than 80% under the different process variations. 12Interaction between human serum albumin and cholesterol-grafted polyglutamate as the potential carriers of protein drugs显示文摘Currently there is no successful platform technology for the sustained release of protein drugs.It seems inevitable to specifically develop new materials for such purpose, and hence the understanding of protein–material interactions is highly desirable. In this study, we synthesized cholesterol-grafted polyglutamate(PGA-g-Chol) as a hydrophobically-modified polypeptide, and thoroughly characterized its interaction with a model protein(human serum albumin) in the aqueous solution by using circular dichroism, fluorescence methods, and light scattering. With the protein concentration fixed at 5 μmol/L,adding PGA-g-Chol polymers into the solution resulted in continuous blue shift of the protein fluorescence(from 339 to 332 nm), until the polymer molar concentration reached the same value as the protein. In contrast, the un-modified polyglutamate polymers apparently neither affected the protein microenvironment nor formed aggregates. Based on the experimental data, we proposed a physical picture for such protein–polymer systems, where the polymer first bind with the protein in a 1:1 molar ratio via a fraction of their hydrophobic pendant cholesterol resides along the polymer chain. In this protein/polymer complex, there are excess unbound cholesterol residues. As the polymer concentration increases, the polymers form multi-polymer aggregates around 200 nm in diameter via the same hydrophobic cholesterol residues. The protein/polymer complex also participate in the aggregation via their excess cholesterol residues, and consequently the proteins are encapsulated into the nanoparticles. 132-30 Production of Residual Nuclides in Pb Irradiated by 400 MeV/u Carbon Ions显示文摘Irradiation experiment was performed at the HIRFL-CSR in Lanzhou. A Pb foil with 100 mm diameter and0.15 mm thickness was used to measure the mass-yield distributions of induced radionuclides. A natural Pb cylinderwith 100 mm diameter and 250 mm length was used as the beam dump behind the Pb foil. An ionization chamberwas placed in front of the Pb foil to monitor the beam current. The carbon beam with an energy of 400 MeV/uwas stopped in the Pb cylinder after through the Pb foil. The irradiation was lasted about 20 h to make the beamfluence enough. 14Exploring the H-abstraction reactions of CHCl^(·-)/CCl_2^(·-) with CX_3H(X = F,Cl,Br and I) using the density functional theory method显示文摘Gas-phase hydrogen abstraction reactions have been compared using the popular density functional theory(DFT) functional BHandHLYP/aug-cc-pVTZ/RECP level of theory,on the basis of the model reaction CHCl·-/CCl2·-+ CX3H(X = F,Cl,Br and I).Our theoretical findings suggest the efficiency of the H-abstraction reactions induced by either CHCl·-or CCl2·-increases as the substrate is changed from CF3H to CI3H,and that CHCl·-has a higher activity in hydrogen abstraction than CCl2·-for a given substrate.The entropy effect at 298 K does not significantly change the trend in reactivity of the various reactions,which is in general controlled by the heights of activation energies △E≠.Therefore,we have explored the origin of the energy barriers △E≠ of the reactions using the activation strain model of chemical reactivity.LIANG JunXi WANG YanBin GENG ZhiYuan 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,7:0
15Terminal Sliding Mode Controllers for Hydraulic Turbine Governing System with Bifurcated Penstocks under Input Saturation显示文摘Terminal sliding mode controller method is introduced to enhance the regulation performance of the hydraulic turbine governing system(HTGS).For the purpose of describing the characteristics of controlled system and deducing the control rule,a nonlinear mathematic model of hydraulic turbine governing system with bifurcated penstocks(HTGSBF)under control input saturation is established,and the input/output state linearization feedback approach is used to obtain the relationship between turbine speed and controller output.To address the control input saturation problem,an adaptive assistant system is designed to compensate for controller truncation.Numerical simulations have been conducted under fixed point stabilization and periodic orbit tracking conditions to compare the dynamic performances of proposed terminal sliding mode controllers and conventional sliding mode controller.The results indicate that the proposed terminal sliding mode controllers not only have a faster response and accurate tracking results,but also own a stronger robustness to the system parameter variations.Moreover,the comparisons between the proposed terminal sliding mode controllers and current most often used proportional-integral-differential(PID)controller,as well its variant NPID controller,are discussed at the end of this paper,where the superiority of the terminal sliding mode controllers also have been verified.Ji Liang Zhihuan Chen Xiaohui Yuan Binqiao Zhang Yanbin Yuan 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,5:0

17The ternary combination of polymer gel, microsphere and surfactant for conformance control and oil displacement to improve oil recovery in strong heterogeneous reservoir显示文摘The reservoir heterogeneity of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield is very obvious,the average permeability reaches 2000mD.Long-term water injection development leads to serious water channeling in high permeability layers,resulting in ineffective circulation of injected water and reduction of oil recovery.It is urgent to form an effective EOR method.In this paper,the oil displacement effect of different combination slugs including polymer gel,polymer microsphere and surfactant is evaluated by means of conformance control and chemical flooding.Three-layer heterogeneous 3-D plate model is used for oil displacement experiment.The experimental results show that the combination slug sequentially composed of polymer gel,polymer microspheres and surfactant have the best oil displacement effect with the oil recovery increment by 21.2% after the first water flooding.In addition,using the best slug combination for two rounds flooding,the recovery factor increased by 28.2% compared with the first water flooding.This paper provides some new insights for enhanced oil recovery in strong heterogeneity reservoir.Siqi Liu Hu Jia Hongshen Wang Yanbin Liang Duansheng Shi Zhichong Lu Junyi Wu 2023Petroleum Research2023,8,2:0
