3E-cadherin gene C-160A promoter polymorphism and risk of non-cardia gastric cancer in a Chinese population显示文摘AIM: To test the hypothesis that E-cadherin gene (CDH1)C-160A promoter variant genotype is associated with an increased risk for developing gastric cancer.METHODS: In this population-based case-control study of gastric cancer in Jiangsu Province, China, we performed polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to genotype the C-160A polymorphism of CDH1 promoter in 206 non-cardia gastriccancer patients and 261 age- and sex-matched but unrelated cancer-free controls.RESULTS: The frequencies of genotypes CC, CA and AA were 57.8%, 36.4% and 5.8% in gasfric cancer cases,respectively, and 58.2%, 34.9% and 6.9% in controls respectively. The distributions of CDH1 genotypes were not significantly different between gastric cancer cases and controls (P = 0.87 for genotype frequency and P = 0.92for allele frequency). Compared with the CC genotype, the CA and AA genotypes were not associated with an increased risk for non-cardia gastric cancer (adjusted odds ratios (OR)= 1.15, and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) = 0.78-1.72for CA genotype, and OR = 0.90 and 95% CI = 0.42-2.01for AA genotype).CONCLUSION: E-cadherin gene C-160A promoter polymorphism may not play a major role in the etiology of non-cardia gastric cancer in Chinese population.YanLu Yao-Chuxu JingShen Rong-BinYu Ju-YinNiu Jian-TaoGuo XuHu Hong-BingShen 2005World Journal of Gastroenterology2005,11,1:8

5Trajectory tracking control of a bionic robotic fish based on iterative learning显示文摘A bionic robotic fish has great potential application prospect.High maneuverability swimming control of a bionic robotic fish has been one of the research hotspots in the robotic fish field.In this paper,an iterative learning method has been proposed to solve the trajectory tracking control problem of robotic fish swimming.First,a dynamic model of the multi-joint bionic robotic fish is established.By considering a three-joint robotic fish as an example,the unified expression of the dynamic equation of the three-joint bionic robotic fish is obtained by Lagrange method.Second,the iterative learning controller for controlling the bionic robotic fish is designed.Then the convergence of the iterative learning controller is proved.Finally,the trajectory tracking control simulation experiment based on iterative learning is conducted.The simulation results show that the trajectory tracking control method based on iterative learning for a bionic robotic fish is effective.Ming WANG Yanlu ZHANG Huifang DONG Junzhi YU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,7:7
6Geochronology and geochemistry of the Donglufang porphyry-skarn Mo-Cu deposit in the southern Yidun Terrane and their geological significances显示文摘The newly-discovered Donglufang Moe Cu porphyry-skarn deposit is located in the southern Yidun Terrane, southeast Tibet, with more than 80 million tonnes(Mt) of reserves(grading 0.15 wt.% Mo and0.48 wt.% Cu) hosted in Triassic strata and Late Cretaceous granodiorite porphyry. Ree Os dating of molybdenum ore yielded a weighted mean age of 84.9 ± 1.0 Ma and an isochron age of 85.2 ± 0.6 Ma.LA-ICP-MS Ue Pb dating of zircons from the granodiorite porphyry yielded206 Pb/238 U ages ranging from 87.4 Ma to 84.2 Ma with a weighted mean206 Pb/238 U age of 85.1 ±0.5 Ma, indicating a temporal linkage between granitic magmatism and Moe Cu mineralization. Geochemical analyses show that the granodiorite porphyries are I-type granites with Si O_2 contents of 64.3 -66.7 wt.%. These rocks are typically metaluminous with high K_2 O/Na_2 O ratios, low Mg O(1.32 -1.56 wt.%), Cr(5.6 -12.9 ppm), Ni(3.79 -10.81 ppm), Mg#(43 -52) values, and high Sr(304 -844 ppm), Sr/Y(21.2 -50.8) and La/Yb ratios(37.0 -60.1). They are enriched in light rare-earth elements(LREE) relative to heavy rare-earth elements(HREE), with slightly negative Eu anomalies, and are enriched in Th, U and large ion lithophile elements(LILE, e.g., K and Rb), and depleted in high field strength elements(HFSE, e.g., Nb, Ta, P and Ti). They also show negative zircon εHf(t) values(-6.7 to -2.3) and negative whole rock εNd(t) values(à5.2 to-4.3), as well as old Hfe Nd model ages, indicating the magmas were derived from a thickened ancient lower crust within the garneteamphibolite facies. Considering the tectonic evolution of the Yidun Terrane, geochemical characteristics of granodiorite porphyry, and the ages of mineralization obtained in this study. We suggest that the Donglufang deposit was formed in a post-collisional setting, which has a genetic relationship with the emplacement of the granodiorite porphyry. 7Pseudocapacitance boosted N-doped carbon coated Fe7S8 nanoaggregates as promising anode materials for lithium and sodium storage显示文摘Herein,the core-shell structured N-doped carbon coated Fe7S8 nano-aggregates(Fe7S8@NC)were controllably prepared via a simple three-step synthesis strategy.The appropriate thickness of N-doped carbon layer outside Fe7S8 nano-aggregates can not only inhibit the particle pulverization induced by the big volume changes of Fe7S8,but can increase the electron transfer efficiency.The hierarchical Fe7S8 nano-aggregates composed of some primary nanoparticles can accelerate the lithium or sodium diffusion kinetics.As anode materials for Li-ion batteries(LIBs),the well-designed Fe7S8@NC nanocomposites exhibit outstanding lithium storage performance,which is better than that of pure Fe7S8,Fe3O4@NC and Fe7S8@C.Among these nanocomposites,the N-doped carbon coated Fe7S8 with carbon content of 26.87 wt.%shows a high reversible specific capacity of 833 mAh·g^−1 after 1,000 cycles at a high current density of 2 A·g^−1.The above electrode also shows excellent high rate sodium storage performance.The experimental and theoretical analyses indicate that the outstanding electrochemical performance could be attributed to the synergistic effect of hierarchical Fe7S8 nanostructure and conductive N-doped carbon layer.The quantitative kinetic analysis indicates that the charge storage of Fe7S8@NC electrode is a combination of diffusion-controlled battery behavior and surface-induced capacitance behavior.Yanli Zhou Ming Zhang Qi Wang Jian Yang Xingyun Luo Yanlu Li Rong Du Xinsheng Yan Xueqin Sun Caifu Dong Xiaoyu Zhang Fuyi Jiang 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:4
8A new electrochemical preparation method for formation Sm-Al alloys on inert Mo electrode from Sm_2O_3 in LiCl-KCl-MgCl_2 -KF molten salts显示文摘This work presents a new method for preparation of samarium alloy. Using Al rod as anode, electrochemical formation of Sm-Al alloy on Mo electrode from Sm2O3 in LiCl-KCl-MgCl2-KF molten salts was investigated. Samarium mainly exists in the form of Al2 Sm in Li-Mg matrix, and the concentration of Sm in this alloy runs up to be as high as 34.7%. The reaction of samarium preparation appears like a replacement reaction. The new preparation method makes possible a high samarium content in electrochemical deposition of Sm-Al alloy. Using Al rod as anode consumedly decreased the electrolytic cell voltage, and facilitated Sm deposition from Sm2O3 . 9Signal characteristics of coal and rock dynamics with micro-seismic monitoring technique显示文摘In this study,differences of signal characteristics between mine shocks and coal and gas outbursts in coal mines were examined with the micro-seismic monitoring technique and time–frequency analysis.The duration of the mine shock is short while the coal and gas outburst lasts longer.The outburst consists of three stages:the pre-shock,secondary shock and main shock stage,respectively.The velocity amplitude of the mine shock is between 10^(-)5and 10^(-3)m/s,which is higher than that of the outburst with the same energy level.In addition,in both cases,the correlation between the velocity amplitude and energy is positive while the correlation between the signal frequency band distribution and energy is negative.The signal frequency band of the high energy mine shock is distributed between 0 and 50 Hz,and the low energy mine shock is between 50 and 100 Hz.The fractal characteristics of mine shocks were studied based on a fractal theory.The box dimensions of high energy mine shocks are lower than the low energy ones,however,the box dimensions of outbursts are higher than that of mine shocks with the same energy level.The higher box dimensions indicate more dangerous dynamic events.Ding Yanlu Dou Linming Cai Wu Chen Jianjun Kong Yong Su Zhenguo Li Zhenlei 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,4:2

11Electrical properties of yttrium calcium oxyborate crystal annealed at high temperature and low oxygen partial pressure显示文摘The yttrium calcium oxyborate crystal(YCa_(4)O(BO_(3))_(3),YCOB)has been actively studied for hightemperature piezoelectric sensing applications.In this work,the stability of electric properties of YCOB crystal annealed in critical conditions(high-temperatures of 900-1100℃ with a low oxygen partial pressure of 4×10^(-6) atm for 24 h)was investigated and the recovery mechanism for the electrical resisitivity,dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss were studied,taking advantage of the X-ray photoelectron spectra and the first principle calculations.The electrical resistivity of the annealed YCOB crystal was slightly decreased when compared to the pristine counterpart,being(2-5)×10^(7) Ω·cm at 850C.The dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss were found to increase after annealing,showing recoverable behaviours after thermal treatment above 650℃ in air.The calculated vacancy formation energy indicates that the oxygen vacancy is the dominant defects in YCOB.The formation of oxygen vacancy weakens the chemical bonding strength between B(Ca or Y)and O atoms,introduces extra donor levels in the band gap,which excites the electrons to conduction band more easily thus enhances the electrical conductivity and dielectric loss.The recovered electrical properties are believed to be associated with the reduced vacancy defects at elevated temperatures in air.Shiwei Tian Lili Li Feifei Chen Chao Jiang Fapeng Yu Yanlu Li Xiulan Duan Zhengping Wang Shujun Zhang Xian Zhao 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3:2
12Interwoven nickel(II)-dimethylglyoxime nanowires in 3D nickel foam for dendrite-free lithium deposition显示文摘Metal skeletons,such as Nickel Foam(NF) has attracted worldwide interests as stable host for lithium metal anode because of its high stability,large specific surface area and high conductivity.However,most metal skeletons have lithophobic surface and uneven current distribution that result in sporadic lithium nucleation and uncontrolled dendrites growth.Herein,we describe a sequential immersing strategy to generate interwoven Nickel(Ⅱ)-dimethylglyoxime(Ni-DMG) nanowires at NF to obtain composite skeleton(NDNF),which can be used as an stable host for Li metal storage.The Ni-DMG has proved effective to realize uniform lithium nucleation and dendrite-free lithium deposition.Combing with the three dimensional(3 D) hierarchical porous structure,the composite host shows a significantly improved coulombic efficiency(CE) than pristine commercial nickel foam.Moreover,the corresponding Li‖Li symmetrical cells can run more than 700 h with low voltage hysteresis 22 mV at 1.0 mA/cm^(2),and Li@NDNF‖LiFePO;full-cell exhibits a high capacity retention of 82.03% at 1.0 C during 630 cycles.These results proved the effectiveness of metal-organic complexes in governing Li metal growth and can be employed as a new strategy for dendrite-free Li metal anode and safe Li metal batteries(LMBs).Tianyi Zhou Yanlu Mu Jianyang Wu Bing Zhong Chengkai Yang Qian Wang Wen Liu Henghui Zhou Peng Jiang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,4:1
