2A new electrochemical preparation method for formation Sm-Al alloys on inert Mo electrode from Sm_2O_3 in LiCl-KCl-MgCl_2 -KF molten salts显示文摘This work presents a new method for preparation of samarium alloy. Using Al rod as anode, electrochemical formation of Sm-Al alloy on Mo electrode from Sm2O3 in LiCl-KCl-MgCl2-KF molten salts was investigated. Samarium mainly exists in the form of Al2 Sm in Li-Mg matrix, and the concentration of Sm in this alloy runs up to be as high as 34.7%. The reaction of samarium preparation appears like a replacement reaction. The new preparation method makes possible a high samarium content in electrochemical deposition of Sm-Al alloy. Using Al rod as anode consumedly decreased the electrolytic cell voltage, and facilitated Sm deposition from Sm2O3 . 3Switchable half-metallicity in A-type antiferromagnetic NiI_(2)bilayer coupled with ferroelectric In_(2)Se_(3)显示文摘Electrically controlled half-metallicity in antiferromagnets is of great significance for both fundamental research and practical application.Here,by constructing van der Waals heterostructures composed of two-dimensional(2D)A-type antiferromagnetic NiI_(2)bilayer(bi-NiI_(2))and ferroelectric In_(2)Se_(3)with different thickness,we propose that the half-metallicity is realizable and switchable in the bi-NiI_(2)proximate to In_(2)Se_(3)bilayer(bi-In_(2)Se_(3)).The polarization flipping of the bi-In_(2)Se_(3)successfully drives transition between half-metal and semiconductor for the bi-NiI_(2).This intriguing phenomenon is attributed to the joint effect of polarization field-induced energy band shift and interfacial charge transfer.Besides,the easy magnetization axis of the bi-NiI_(2)is also dependent on the polarization direction of the bi-In_(2)Se_(3).The half-metallicity and magnetic anisotropy energy of the bi-NiI_(2)in heterostructure can be effectively manipulated by strain.These findings provide not only a feasible strategy to achieve and control half-metallicity in 2D antiferromagnets,but also a promising candidate to design advanced nanodevices.Yaping Wang Xinguang Xu Xian Zhao Weixiao Ji Qiang Cao Shengshi Li Yanlu Li 2022npj Computational Materials2022,,1:1
4Magmatic hydrothermal fluid genesis of zeolite in the Paleogene Kongdian Formation of Zaoyuan oilfield,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘Electronic probe,fluid inclusion homogenization temperature,Raman spectroscopy and laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were utilized to identify the hydrothermal fluid-rock interactions in the second member of the Paleogene Kongdian Formation of Zaoyuan oilfield in Bohai Bay Basin(Kong 2 Member for short)of Well Z56 to find out the relationship between zeolite and hydrothermal fluid.The experimental results show that:(1)Pyrobitumen coexists with hydrothermal fluid characteristic minerals such as chlorite,barite,chalcopyrite,pyrite,natrolite and analcime in mudstone fractures.(2)The temperatures calculated from laser Raman spectrum of pyrobitumen,from the chlorite geothermometer and from measured homogenization temperature of natrolite inclusions are 324-354℃,124-166℃ and 89-196℃,respectively;although vary widely,all the temperatures are obviously higher than the normal geothermal temperature.(3)The positive Eu anomaly of chlorite and barite,and the similar distribution pattern in rare earth elements between natrolite and basalt indicate they are from magmatic hydrothermal fluid.Moreover,drilling data shows that the Kong 2 Member in Well Z56 has several sets of basalt interlayers,suggesting there was geologic base of magmatic hydrothermal fluid activity.The magmatic hydrothermal fluid-rock interaction may be one of the reasons for the abnormal enrichment of zeolite in Kong 2 Member of the Cangdong Sag.HAN Guomeng WANG Li XIAO Dunqing LOU Da XU Muyue ZHAO Yonggang PEI Yanlu GUO Xiaowen TENG Jiancheng' HAN Yuanjia 2021Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,5:0
5Exploitable magnetic anisotropy and half-metallicity controls in multiferroic van der Waals heterostructure显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)XY ferromagnets have drawn pronounced interest in recent years,but the characteristic of easy-plane magnetization restricts their application in spintronics to some extent.Here,we propose a general strategy for constructing multiferroic van der Waals heterostructures,aiming to achieve electrical control over the magnetic anisotropy in 2D XY ferromagnets.The validity of this strategy is verified by the heterostructure composed of ferromagnetic VBi_(2)Te_(4) and ferroelectric In_(2)Se_(3) monolayers.By manipulating the polarized states of In_(2)Se_(3),the VBi_(2)Te_(4) can be reversibly transformed between 2D XY and Heisenberg ferromagnets,characterized by the switching of easy magnetization axis between in-plane and out-of-plane directions.More interestingly,accompanied by the changes in magnetic anisotropy,the VBi_(2)Te_(4) also demonstrates a phase transition from a semiconductor to a half-metal state,which can be ascribed to the band alignment and interfacial charge transfer.The switchable magnetic and electronic properties enable the heterostructure to be utilized in nonvolatile memory and logic devices.Additionally,the half-metallicity and magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy of the heterostructure can be effectively tuned by biaxial strain.These findings not only pave the way for electrically nonvolatile control of 2D XY ferromagnet,but also facilitate the development of interfacial magnetoelectric physics and applications.Yaping Wang Xinguang Xu Weixiao Ji Shengshi Li Yanlu Li Xian Zhao 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0
6Potential glioblastoma biomarkers identified by mass spectroscopy and iTRAQ labeling显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system.Grade IV GBM is lethal,and has a high rate of relapse despite aggressive therapy.The prognosis is poor because of therapeutic resistance and tumor relapse.1 Very low rates of clinical responses and frequent treatment failures are common.Previous studies have focused on identifying genetic alterations in GBM that have diagnostic and prognostic values and may help to define the subclasses of the GBM patients,2,3 including mutations in isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1),amplification of epidermal growth factor receptors(EGFR),and mutations and polymorphisms of telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT)promoter.These markers are useful for identifying the pathogenesis of malignant glioma formation,but they are all associated with tumorigenesis and do not currently influence the treatment of most GBM patients.Ruili Feng Mingyu Chen Guanghong Luo Yanlu Chen Jiao Wang Jian Xu Ming Xu Ping Zhong Tieqiao Wen 2023Genes & Diseases2023,10,5:0
