| 1 | Oncofetal antigen glypican-3 as a promising early diagnostic marker for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND:Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is characterized by a multi-cause,multi-stage and multi-focus process of tumor progression.Its prognosis is poor and early diagnosis is of utmost importance.This study was undertaken to investigate the dynamic expression of oncofetal antigen glypican-3 (GPC-3) and GPC-3 mRNA in hepatocarcinogenesis and to explore their early diagnostic value for HCC.METHODS:A hepatoma model was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats with 0.05% 2-fluorenylacetamide and confirmed by hematoxylin and eosin staining and gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) expression.Total RNA was purified and transcribed into cDNA by reverse transcription.Fragments of the GPC-3 gene were amplified by nested RT-PCR,and confirmed by sequencing.GPC-3 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry,Western blotting or ELISA.RESULTS:Positive GPC-3 expression showed as brown granule-like staining localized in the cytoplasm.Histological examination of hepatocytes revealed three morphological stages of granule-like degeneration,atypical hyperplasia (precancerous),and cancer formation,with a progressive increase of liver total RNA and GGT expression.The incidence of liver GPC-3 mRNA and GPC-3,and serum GPC-3 was 100%,100% and 77.8% in the HCC group,100%,100%,and 66.7% in the precancerous group,83.3%,83.3%,and 38.9% in the degeneration group,and no expression in the liver or blood of the control group,respectively.There was a positive correlation between liver GPC-3 mRNA and total RNA level (r=0.475,P<0.05) or liver GPC-3 (r=1.0,P<0.001) or serum GPC-3 (r= 0.994,P<0.001).CONCLUSION:Abnormal oncofetal antigen GPC-3 and GPC-3 mRNA expression in hepatocarcinogenesis may be promising molecular markers for early diagnosis of HCC. | Research Center of Clinical Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,Nantong 226001,China (Yao M,Yao DF,Qiu LW,Wu W,Sai WL,Yang JL and Zhang HJ) Department of Oncology,Yancheng First People’s Hospital,Yancheng 224001,China (Bian YZ) Department of Oncology,Second Affiliated Hospital,Nanjing Medical University,Nanjing 210011,China (Zhang CG) | 2011 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2011,10,3: | 51 |

| 5 | Metamorphic Petrology of Clinopyroxene Amphibolite from the Xigaze Ophiolite,Southern Tibet: P-T Constraints and Phase Equilibrium Modeling显示文摘The clinopyroxene amphibolite from the Bailang terrane is located in the central section of the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone(YZSZ),southern Tibet.The study of it is expected to provide important clues for the subduction of the Neo-Tethyan Ocean below the Asian Plate and thus for better understanding of the development of the India-Asia collision zone.Based on integrated textural,mineral compositional,metamorphic reaction history and geothermobarometric studies of the clinopyroxene amphibolite within a serpentinite mélange,four overprinted metamorphic stages are established.They are the first metamorphic record of M1 stage indicated by a relict assemblage of plagioclase+clinopyroxene+amphibole,an early M2 stage characterized by an assemblage of medium-grained clinopyroxene+amphibole+plagioclase+quartz as well as rutile inclusion in titanite,which is formed during burial process,an isobaric cooling M3 stage which is characterized by an assemblage of clinopyroxene+amphibole+plagioclase+titanite,and a decomposing retrograde stage M4,which is represented by the amphibolite+plagioclase symplectite+titanite+rutile+quartz.By applying the THERMOCALC(versions 6.2 and 6.3)technique in the NCFMASHTO system,the P-T conditions estimated from M1 to M4 stages are ca.8.6 kbar/880℃,10.8–13.4 kbar/800–840℃,12.7–13.2 kbar/650–660℃ and<11.2 kbar/640℃,respectively.The mineral assemblages and their P-T conditions define a counterclockwise P-T path for the clinopyroxene amphibolite of the Xigaze ophiolite,suggesting that the rocks underwent a cooling process during burial from magmatic protolith,and a decompressing stage after the pressure peak metamorphic conditions,which implies that the Bailang terrane of the Xigaze ophiolite may have experienced subduction/collision-related tectonic processes.The peak metamorphism reaches to the transitional P-T conditions among amphibolite facies,granulite facies and eclogite facies with a burial depth of 30–40 km.After exhumation of the ophiolitic unit to the shallow crustal levels,the clinopyroxene amphibolite exposes to a high fO2 condition on the basis of the stable epidotebearing assemblage in the T-MO2 diagrams.A late subgreenschist facies overprinting subsequently occurs,the relevant mineral assemblage is prehnite+albite+chlorite+epidote+quartz. | Yancheng Zhang Xu-Ping Li Guangming Sun Zeli Wang Wenyong Duan | 2019 | Journal of Earth Science2019,30,3: | 7 |

| 10 | A Near Optimal Power Allocation Scheme for Cooperative Relay Networking with NOMA显示文摘In this paper, we propose cooperative relay networks with non-orthogonal multiple access in order to design a near-optimal power allocation strategy. Like other next generation wireless technologies, spatially multiplexed transmissions are achieved by relay nodes which enables decode-and-forward relaying of a new superposition code after reception from the source. It is worth noting that, since it is hard to exactly prove the proposed PA scheme, due the fact that it is one kind of the approximate conjectures. Therefore, mathematical and numerical methods have been used to clarify the feasibility of the proposal. | 11 | Petrology,Metamorphic P-T Paths and Zircon U-Pb Ages for Paleoproterozoic Mafic Granulites from Xuanhua,North China Craton显示文摘The studied mafic granulites are located at Xiwangshan,Xuanhua region in the north of the Trans-North China Orogen(TNCO),occurring as lens within tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite(TTG)gneisses in the eastern part of the Xiwangshan area.The rocks contain the representative granulite-facies minerals such as garnet,clinopyroxene,orthopyroxene,plagioclase,amphibolite,rutile and quartz,and also well-developed melt pseudomorph and antiperthite.Although the prograde metamorphic stage(M1)cannot be retrieved due to rare preservation of pre-peak-stage mineral associations,three distinct mineral assemblages that formed in different metamorphic stages can be identified,based on petrography and mineralogy characteristics.The peak stage(M2)is characterized by Grt2+Cpx2+Amp2+Pl2+Rt+melt pseudomorphs,and a post-peak decompression stage(M3)contains a mineral assemblage of Grt3+Opx3+Cpx3+Amp3+Pl3,while a later-retrogression stage(M4)is featured by coronas of Amp4+Pl4 surrounding garnet.By calculating metamorphic P-T conditions using THERMOCALC,stage M2 was constrained to be 13.2–14.8 kbar and 1050–1080℃,and M3 recorded P-T conditions of 5.7–7.3 kbar and 825–875℃,while M4 yielded P of^5 kbar and T of^660℃,consistent with amphibolite facies metamorphism.Taking into account of all these petrological data,we propose that the mafic granulite experienced a high-pressure(HP)and ultra-high temperature(UHT)granulite-facies metamorphism during the peak metamorphism,which was accompanied with a clockwise P-T path.U-Pb dating of metamorphic zircons in the granulites yields two groups of ages at 1853±14 and 1744±44 Ma,respectively.We suggest that the older age corresponded to the HP-UHT metamorphism,while the younger age represented an retrograde metamorphic event during cooling. | Guidong Wei Fanmei Kong Hao Liu Xiaoman Wang Yancheng Zhang Xiaohan Liu | 2019 | Journal of Earth Science2019,30,6: | 2 |
| 12 | Photosensitive damage of lysozyme caused by pazufloxacin and the protective effect of ferulic acid显示文摘Laser flash photolysis and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) experiments were carried out to study the photosensitive damage induced by pazufloxacin(PAX) and the protection of lysozyme(Lyso) by ferulic acid(FCA), an active antioxidant. Transient absorption spectra revealed electron transfer from Lyso and FCA to 3PAX*, with respective bimolecular reaction rate constants of 6.3×107 and 1.4×1010 dm3/(mol s). A pulse radiolysis study was also performed to investigate the formation of Lyso radical cations. Results showed that FCA effectively inhibited the cross-linking of protein induced by fluoroquinolones. | 18 | Detection and Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Chinese Chives and Risk Assessment of Dietary Intake显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to understand the status of pesticide residues and dietary intake risk of Chinese chives in Tangshan area. [Methods] Sixty eight kinds of pesticide residues in 415 Chinese chive samples collected from Tangshan area were qualitatively and quantitatively determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography(GC) in 2020. [Results] The results showed that 41 kinds of pesticide residues were detected in the 415 Chinese chive samples, and the detection rate was 69.4%(288/415), and there was a combination of pesticides in many samples. According to the National Food Safety Standard―Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food(GB 2763-2019), the residues of 12 pesticides exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRLs), and the unqualified rate was 38.07%(158/415). The highest detection rate of clothianidin was 41.20%(171/415), but there was no MRL in GB 2763-2019. The next was procymidone, the detection rate of which was 35.42%(147/415), and the over-standard rate was 30.12%(125/415). Forbidden and restricted pesticides were detected in some samples. According to the dietary exposure risk assessment, the NEDI/ADI values were all less than 1 and the intake risk was within acceptable range. In Tangshan area, the types of pesticides used in Chinese chive production are complex, and there are risks of multi-residue pollution and use of banned and restricted pesticides and unregistered pesticides. It is suggested that routine monitoring of pesticide residues and management of pesticide use should be strengthened to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
