1Positioning accuracy assessment for the 4GEO/5IGSO/2MEO constellation of COMPASS显示文摘Determined to become a new member of the well-established GNSS family,COMPASS(or BeiDou-2) is developing its capabilities to provide high accuracy positioning services.Two positioning modes are investigated in this study to assess the positioning accuracy of COMPASS' 4GEO/5IGSO/2MEO constellation.Precise Point Positioning(PPP) for geodetic users and real-time positioning for common navigation users are utilized.To evaluate PPP accuracy,coordinate time series repeatability and discrepancies with GPS' precise positioning are computed.Experiments show that COMPASS PPP repeatability for the east,north and up components of a receiver within China's Mainland is better than 2 cm,2 cm and 5 cm,respectively.Apparent systematic offsets of several centimeters exist between COMPASS precise positioning and GPS precise positioning,indicating errors remaining in the treatments of COMPASS measurement and dynamic models and reference frame differences existing between two systems.For common positioning users,COMPASS provides both open and authorized services with rapid differential corrections and integrity information available to authorized users.Our assessment shows that in open service positioning accuracy of dual-frequency and single-frequency users is about 5 m and 6 m(RMS),respectively,which may be improved to about 3 m and 4 m(RMS) with the addition of differential corrections.Less accurate Signal In Space User Ranging Error(SIS URE) and Geometric Dilution of Precision(GDOP) contribute to the relatively inferior accuracy of COMPASS as compared to GPS.Since the deployment of the remaining 1 GEO and 2 MEO is not able to significantly improve GDOP,the performance gap could only be overcome either by the use of differential corrections or improvement of the SIS URE,or both.ZHOU ShanShi CAO YueLing ZHOU JianHua HU XiaoGong TANG ChengPan LIU Li GUO Rui HE Feng CHEN JunPing WU Bin 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,12:31

4Long- versus short-interval follow-up after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma: a retrospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Average postoperative follow-up intervals vary in patients undergoing hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)resection because of limited evidence regarding the optimal interval.We aimed to compare the associations of long-versus short-interval follow-up with survival and recurrence in risk-stratified HCC patients.Methods:We performed a retrospective cohort study between 2007 and 2014.In total,1227 patients treated by curative resection of Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage A or B HCC were stratified as having a low(n=865)or high(n=362)risk of early recurrence(within the first 2 years after resection)based on prognostic factors identified by the least absolute shrinkage and selection operation algorithm.Patients were further classified into long-interval(every 4-6 months)and short-interval(every 2-4 months)follow-up subgroups based on follow-up within 2 years after resection(low risk,long vs.short:n=390 vs.n=475;high-risk,long vs.short:n=149 vs.n=213).Results:The short-interval follow-up did not prolong overall survival in either the low-risk(hazard ratio[HR]=1.152;95%confidence interval[CI]0.720-1.843)or high-risk(HR=1.213;95%CI 0.702-2.094)patients.Early recurrence occurred in 401 patients.For high-risk patients,the short-interval follow-up subgroup exhibited smaller intrahepatic recurrence than did the long-interval group(2.6 vs.3.5 cm,respectively,P=0.045).However,no significant difference in the rate of Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage 0/A recurrence was found between the long-and short-interval follow-up groups in either low-or high-risk patients(63.1%vs.68.2%,respectively,P=0.580;31.3%vs.41.5%,respec-tively,P=0.280).The rate of curative intent treatment for recurrence(34.5%vs.39.7%,respectively,P=0.430;14.6%vs.20.3%,respectively,P=0.388)was also similar between the follow-up groups for low-and high-risk patients.Conclusions:Shortening the postoperative follow-up interval from every 4-6 months to every 2-4 months within the first 2 years after resection did not increase the rate of curative intent treatment or prolong the overall survival of patients with Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage A or B HCC.Wei He Yun Zheng Ruhai Zou Jingxian Shen Junping Yang Jiliang Qiu Qiang Tao Wenwu Liu Zhiwen Yang Yuanping Zhang Binkui Li Yunfei Yuan 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:2
5Physiological and anatomical changes in two rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) genotypes under drought stress conditions显示文摘Understanding the mechanisms of drought resistance in crop species is crucial for the selection and breeding of tolerant rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)varieties.The present study aimed to assess the physiological and anatomical responses of two rapeseed genotypes,P287(drought-tolerant)and T88(drought-sensitive)under three intensities of drought stress.All physiological and anatomical parameters related to drought acclimation were significantly altered in both genotypes under stress conditions.At the fourth-leaf stage,the relative water content,chlorophyll content,protein content,malondialdehyde content,and the activities of peroxidase and catalase in P287 were significantly higher than those in T88,particularly under severe drought conditions.After rehydration,all physiological indexes recovered rapidly,especially in P287.In addition,under drought stress,compared with T88,P287 had thicker palisade tissue,thinner spongy tissue,higher ratio of chloroplast length to chloroplast width,higher stomatal density and stomatal closure rate.Overall,the interaction between physiological and anatomical features improved the drought tolerance of P287 under drought stress conditions.Jiacheng Zhu Dongfang Cai Jianping Wang Jinhua Cao Yancheng Wen Junping He Lei Zhao Dongguo Wang Shufen Zhang 2021Oil Crop Science2021,6,2:2
6The Temporal Relation between Cardiomyopathy and LBBB and Response to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy:Case Series and Literature Review显示文摘Background:Left bundle branch block(LBBB)-induced cardiomyopathy has been proposed,but the association between LBBB and cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)response remains unclear and practical criteria for selecting CRT candidates are needed.Methods:One hundred and seventeen consecutive heart failure patients were reviewed,24 of whom received CRT.Only two patients had a clear temporal relation between cardiomyopathy and LBBB.Results:Compared with the patient with“cardiomyopathy-induced LBBB,”the patient with“LBBB-induced cardiomyopathy”had higher left ventricular(LV)wall thickness,higher LV wall thickening rate,higher peak circumferential strain,and longer peak circumferential strain delay.The LV deformation patterns in the two patients were obviously distinct on cardiovascular magnetic resonance tissue tracking.During follow-up,the patient with LBBB-induced cardiomyopathy had a good response to CRT(LV ejection fraction 23 before CRT vs.30%at 6 months vs.29 at 12 months vs.32%at 18 months;LV end-diastolic diameter 77 mm before CRT vs.66 mm at 6 months vs.62 mm at 12 months vs.63 mm at 18 months),and the other patient had no response to CRT(LV ejection fraction 29 before CRT vs.29%at 6 months vs.26 at 12 months vs.22%at 24 months;LV end-diastolic diameter 85 mm before CRT vs.88 mm at 6 months vs.85 mm at 12 months vs.84 mm at 24 months).Conclusion:The temporal relation between cardiomyopathy and LBBB could be a determinant for CRT response.Cardiovascular magnetic resonance tissue tracking may be a useful tool to identify the chronological order and a principal consideration for selecting candidates for CRT.Larger prospective clinical trials are needed to study the prevalence of,time course of,and risk factors for LBBB-induced cardiomyopathy.Sanshuai Chang Yi He Hui Wang Fei Guo Qiang Lv Junping Kang Rong Bai Xiaohui Liu Xin Du Changsheng Ma Jianzeng Dong 2020Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2020,,1:1

10Modified graphite filled natural rubber composites with good thermal conductivity显示文摘The rubber composites with good thermal conductivity contribute to heat dissipation of tires. Graphite filled natural rubber composites were developed in this study to provide good thermal conductivity. Graphite was coated with polyacrylate polymerized by monomers including methyl methacrylate, n-butyl acrylate and acrylic acid. The ratios between a filler and acrylate polymerization emulsion and those between monomers were varied. Eight types of surface modification formulas were experimentally investigated. Modification formula can affect coating results and composite properties greatly. The best coating type was achieved by a ratio of1:1 between methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate. The coating of graphite was thermally stable in a running tire. Filled with modified graphite, the tire thermal conductivity reached up to 0.517–0.569 W·m-1·K-1. 12JAG1 enhances angiogenesis in triple-negative breast cancer through promoting the secretion of exosomal lncRNA MALAT1显示文摘Despite significant improvements in five-year survival rates due to early diagnosis and combination therapy, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treatment remains a major challenge. Finding new and effective targets for diagnosis and drug therapy is urgent for TNBC patients. Jagged-1 (JAG1), one of the canonical ligands of the Notch signaling pathway, is involved in vascular budding and is a poor prognostic factor of TNBC. In this study, combined with quantitative real-time PCR, database analysis, animal experiments, and other means, JAG1 was confirmed to be related to the poor prognosis of TNBC patients. JAG1 was highly expressed in MDA-MB-231 Bone (231B) cells, with stronger invasion and metastasis ability than MDA-MB-231 (231) cells. Treatment of human vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC) with TNBC conditioned medium showed that TNBC JAG1 promoted the angiogenesis of HUVEC. Next, we detected the exosomes extracted from TNBC conditioned medium and found that JAG1 promoted the exosome secretion from 231 cells via ALIX-RAB11A/RAB35. In addition, we also found that the exosomes from JAG1 overexpressed TNBC cells contained more long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) MALAT1 , and MALAT1 promoted angiogenesis of HUVEC by targeting miR-140-5p . Finally, the angiogenesis-promoting effect of JAG1 in TNBC was further investigated by matrix gel assay. 13Optimum Application Time and Application Rate of Nitrogen Fertilizer in Brassica napus L.显示文摘To find proper nitrogen fertilizer application mode of rapeseed( Brassica napus L.),promote the high and stable yield of rapeseed,field experiment was carried out to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application modes on the yield and economic traits of Fengyou 10 rapeseed planted in two different fertility soils,and characteristics and differences of responses of different fertility soils to nitrogen fertilizer application modes were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the yield and related economic traits of rapeseed treated by nitrogen fertilizer were higher than the control group; in the nitrogen fertilizer treatment group,when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied as the base fertilizer and wintering fertilizer at the ratio of 7∶ 3,the rapeseed yield was higher than the control group and reached the highest; when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied as the base fertilizer,wintering fertilizer,and bud fertilizer at the ratio of 5∶ 3∶ 2,the rapeseed yield was significantly higher than the control group but was the lowest. These indicate that sufficient nitrogen supply is the basis for normal growth and development of rape seedlings. 14Electromagnetic Radiation Mechanism Analysis and Field Strength Prediction of an Elementary Digital Inverter with Cables显示文摘In this paper,common mode(CM)and differential mode(DM)far-field radiation models of a typical digital inverter with cables are built up to predict electromagnetic field strength and analyze field characteristics.The CM current model and its analyses are based on the imbalance difference method.It is found out that the voltage between the drain and the source electrodes of upper transistor is the key equivalent source of electromagnetic interference(EMI).Far-field radiation strength of the digital inverter in free space is predicted by using the asymmetrical antenna radiation method and current loop radiation method.The accuracy of these methods is verified by the CST electromagnetic simulation results in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 400 MHz.Furthermore,the radiation models are improved by using the mirror method,which enables to include the reflection effect of the metal ground plane at the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test site.Both the results of measurements in a semi-anechoic chamber and the simulation results confirm the proposed electromagnetic radiation prediction method.Junping He Xin Li Sili Tao Lingling Cao Xi Wang 2022Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2022,8,3:0

16Molecular detection of porcine circovirus type 3 in Shanxi Province,China显示文摘Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3),which was first detected in the United States of America in 2015,is a potential threat to the swine industry.However,the prevalence of PCV3 in Shanxi Province,China,is unclear.In this research,the prevalence and genetic diversity of PCV3 were investigated in above area.Lung tissue samples(n=491)from 19 pig slaughterhouses across 11 cities throughout Shanxi Province were analyzed for PCV3 infection by PCR in 2019.The results showed that PCV3 positive rates in slaughterhouses and individuals were 100%(19/19)and 86.76%(426/491),respectively.PCV2 and PCV3 double-positive rates in slaughterhouses and individuals were 100%(19/19)and 59.27%(291/491),respectively.PCR positive samples were further sequenced and 8 PCV3 isolates were identified.The nucleotide homology of these isolates with other PCV3 isolates in NCBI database was 97.45-99.90%.A phylogenetic analysis,based on the complete genomic sequence and ORF2,divided these PCV3 strains into 2 major groups.Based on A24A/and R27/K amino acid mutations of capsid protein,the 8 identified PCV3 strains were separated to 2 clades.This was the first detailed investigation into the epidemiology of PCV3 in Shanxi Province.Our findings enabled us to assess the possibility of widespread transmission from this region.Thus,current findings establish a basis for further studies of genetic variations in PCV3 strains circulating in China.Weidong Yue Yihui Liu Xinrong Zhang Haili Ma Junping He 2021Animal Diseases2021,1,2:0

19Nanoscale superconductivity of ?-Ga islands grown by molecular beam epitaxy显示文摘We report on the preparation and superconductivity of metastable γ-Ga islands on Si(111) substrate. The Ga grows in a typical Volmer-Weber mode at a low temperature of 110 K, resulting in formation of Ga nanoislands at various sizes with the identical γ-phase. In-situ low temperature scanning tunneling spectra reveal quantized electronic states in ultrathin Ga islands. It is found that both the lateral size and thickness of the Ga islands strongly suppress the superconductivity. 20Preliminary investigation and detection based on loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)of phytoplasmas associated with diseases in B.napus L.显示文摘In the last decade,some disease occurred on our experimental farms that had caused serious losses.They were not caused by fungi,bacteria or viruses.By loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)technique,the detection results pointed to the possible pathogen as phytoplasma.The investigation results implied that phytoplasmas could cause more than 13 kinds of symptoms in almost all parts of plants in B.napus L.,including witches’broom,multi-stems,aggregate main inflorescences,and flat stems.The incidences of these phytoplasma-associated diseases in our experimental farms rose from 1.61%in 2010 to 6.00%in 2021.Some phytoplasma infected plants died without any growing points.These studies would be helpful for detecting phytoplasmas diseases,selecting disease resistant germplasm and improving varieties with disease resistances in B.napus L.Yancheng Wen Shufen Zhang Junping He Dongfang Cai Jiacheng Zhu Jianping Wang Jinhua Cao Kun Hu Lei Zhao Dongguo Wang Yizi Liu 2022Oil Crop Science2022,7,4:0
