1Differential gene expression in proximal and distal nerve segments of rats with sciatic nerve injury during Wallerian degeneration显示文摘Wallerian degeneration is a subject of major interest in neuroscience. A large number of genes are differentially regulated during the distinct stages of Wallerian degeneration: transcription factor activation, immune response, myelin cell differentiation and dedifferentiation. Although gene expression responses in the distal segment of the sciatic nerve after peripheral nerve injury are known, differences in gene expression between the proximal and distal segments remain unclear. In the present study in rats, we used microarrays to analyze changes in gene expression, biological processes and signaling pathways in the proximal and distal segments of sciatic nerves undergoing Wallerian degeneration. More than 6,000 genes were differentially expressed and 20 types of expression tendencies were identified, mainly between proximal and distal segments at 7–14 days after injury. The differentially expressed genes were those involved in cell differentiation, cytokinesis, neuron differentiation, nerve development and axon regeneration. Furthermore, 11 biological processes were represented, related to responses to stimuli, cell apoptosis, inflammatory response, immune response, signal transduction, protein kinase activity, and cell proliferation. Using real-time quantitative PCR, western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry, microarray data were verified for four genes: aquaporin-4, interleukin 1 receptor-like 1, matrix metalloproteinase-12 and periaxin. 2Hundred-Joule-level,nanosecond-pulse Nd:glass laser system with high spatiotemporal beam quality显示文摘A 100-J-level Nd:glass laser system in nanosecond-scale pulse width has been constructed to perform as a standard source of high-fluence-laser science experiments. The laser system, operating with typical pulse durations of 3–5 ns and beam diameter 60 mm, employs a sequence of successive rod amplifiers to achieve 100-J-level energy at 1053 nm at3 ns. The frequency conversion can provide energy of 50-J level at 351 nm. 6Geochronological Framework of Paleoproterozoic Intrusive Rocks and Its Constraints on Tectonic Evolution of the Liao-Ji Belt,Sino-Korean Craton显示文摘The Liao-Ji belt(LJB)is one of the Paleoproterozoic tectonic belts located in the North China Craton.A large number of Paleoproterozoic meta-volcanic-sedimentary rock and intrusive rocks are preserved in the LJB,which provide reliable carriers for the study of the Paleoproterozoic tectonic evolution of the North China Craton.The Paleoproterozoic intrusive rock in the LJB can be divided into the following seven types:syenogranite,quartz diorite,porphyry granite,migmatitic granite,sye-nite,metamorphic plutonic rock,and granitic pegmatite and metagabbro(metamorphic diabase).Zir-con U-Pb dating of 15 samples from intrusive rocks was carried out in this study.The chronology framework of the Paleoproterozoic intrusive rock in the LJB was established,and the magmatism of intrusive rocks can be divided into three stages:2200 to 2110,2010 to 1937,1900 to 1820 Ma.The chronological framework supported the evolution model of subduction accretionary arc-continent colli-sion in the LJB effectively.Combined with previous geochemical work,it was a passive continental margin environment at approximately 2200 Ma,and then transformed into and active continental margin.The bimodal intrusive rocks between 2180 and 2150 Ma indicated a back-arc tension envi-ronment which lasted until approximately 2110 Ma with a large number of basic intrusive rocks.And then the back-arc basin began to contract and the magmatic activities were reduced,with only a small number of intrusive rock activities occurring at approximately 2040,2010 and 1937 Ma.After the orogenic activities,there was a post-orogenic extension stage from 1900 to 1820 Ma.Magmatic activi-ties caused by the environmental extension started to occur more frequently and subsequently resulted in the large-scale intrusive rocks in eastern Liaoning.Jingsheng Chen Zhongzhu Yang Dexin Tian Dehe Xing Lidong Zhang Fan Yang Bin Li Miao Liu Yi Shi Chao Zhang 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,1:1

8Tensor feature extraction of underwater passive sonar target based on auditory model显示文摘Feature extraction is a key step for underwater passive sonar target classification and recognition.A kind of tensor feature extraction method based on auditory PattersonHoldsworth cochlear model is proposed.First,the filter impulse response of the cochlear model is regarded as the basis function of signal decomposition,and the center frequency of different channels is determined according to the nonlinear scale or conventional linear scale of the auditory model.Then,the gain and bandwidth of the corresponding channel are calculated,and the order and phase parameters of the impulse response are quantified to obtain a relatively complete signal decomposition basis.And according to the principle of signal decomposition,the third-order tensor features of channel number-order number-phase number are obtained.Finally,the classification and recognition of the underwater passive sonar target is realized by calculating the similarity between the testing sample tensor feature and training sample tensor feature.The experiment on passive sonar target classification and recognition shows that the extracted tensor features have better classification and recognition performance,and the equivalent rectangular bandwidth scale of the auditory model is better than the linear scale to divide the center frequency,which can improve the target indication ability of passive sonar.KANG Chunyu XIA Zhijun ZHANG Xinhua ZHANG Yi GUO Dexin 2020Chinese Journal of Acoustics2020,39,3:0
