2Evaluation on Tourism Ecological Security in Nature Heritage Sites——Case of Kanas Nature Reserve of Xinjiang,China显示文摘The nature heritages are the precious legacy of nature with outstanding scientific and aesthetic value. They are quite different from other common ecotourism areas, because of its original and unique system, sensitive and vulnerable landscape, and peripheral cultural features. Therefore, the tourism development in the nature heritage sites should be on the premise of ecological security. The evaluation index system of tourism ecological security in nature heritage sites was constructed in this article by AHP and Delphi methods, including nature ecological security, landscape visual security and local culture ecological security, and the security thresholds of indices were also established. In the indices' weights of the evaluation model, the nature ecological security ranked the highest, followed by tourist landscape visual security and culture ecological security, which reflected the influence degree of the limited factor to tourism ecological security. Then, this paper carried out an empirical study of Kanas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, which has the potential to be the World Nature Heritage. On the basis of the data attained from survey and observation on the spot, as well as questionnaire answered by tourists and local communities, the ecological security status in Kanas was evaluated. The result showed that the status of Kanas tourism ecological security was better, but there had some limiting factors. 3Estimation on Aesthetic Value of Tourist Landscapes in a Natural Heritage Site:Kanas National Nature Reserve,Xinjiang,China显示文摘Most world natural heritage sites are designated partly by reason of their prominent aesthetic values in accordance with Article Ⅶ of World Natural Heritage Convention.In this paper, the aesthetic values of Kanas National Nature Reserve, which has potential for such designation, was analyzed quantitatively using scenic beauty estimation(SBE).The landscapes of 19 representative scenic spots in the Kanas National Nature Reserve in summer and autumn were selected as the objects of evaluation.The contributions of different landscape factors to the aesthetic value of the Kanas National Nature Reserve were revealed using a multivariate quantitative model.The main factors affecting the aesthetic value were waterscapes, vegetation, mountains, folk culture and the tourist environment.The t-test and F-test results are extremely significant.According to the results, some suggestions were given for conserving the landscapes in the Kanas National Nature Reserve.DI Feng YANG Zhaoping LIU Xuling WU Jingrui MA Zhongguo 2010Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,1:11

6The relationships of vitamin D, vitamin D receptor gene polymorphisms, and vitamin D supplementation with Parkinson's disease显示文摘In recent years,many studies have investigated the correlations between Parkinson's disease(PD)and vitamin D status,but the conclusion remains elusive.The present review focuses on the associations between PD and serum vitamin D levels by reviewing studies on the associations of PD with serum vitamin D levels and vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene polymorphisms from PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,and Embase databases.We found that PD patients have lower vitamin D levels than healthy controls and that the vitamin D concentrations are negatively correlated with PD risk and severity.Furthermore,higher vitamin D concentrations are linked to better cognitive function and mood in PD patients.Findings on the relationship between VDR gene polymorphisms and the risk of PD are inconsistent,but the Fokl(C/M)polymorphism is significantly linked with PD.The occurrence of Fokl(CT)gene polymorphism may influence the risk,severity,and cognitive ability of PD patients,while also possibly influencing the effect of Vitamin D3 supplementation in PD patients.In view of the neuroprotective effects of vitamin D and the close association between vitamin D and dopaminergic neurotransmission,interventional prospective studies on vitamin D supplementation in PD patients should be conducted in the future.Lingling Lv Xuling Tan Xinke Peng Rongrong Bai Qile Xiao Ting Zou Jieqiong Tan Hainan Zhang Chunyu Wang 2020Translational Neurodegeneration2020,9,3:5

8Effects of complement inhibition on the ABC phenomenon in rats显示文摘Researchers reported that intravenously injected PEGylated colloidal drug carriers lose their long-circulating characteristic and accumulated extensively in liver when they are administrated twice in the same animal with certain intervals. This phenomenon was referred to as the 'accelerated blood clearance(ABC) phenomenon'. Some former studies had found that complement-mediated phagocytosis, activated by antigen–antibody complex, was responsible for inducing the phenomenon. According to the theory, we have used cobra venom factor to deplete complement in vivo and to investigate the effect of complement inhibition on the ABC phenomenon. Rats were administered by injection of cobra venom factor solution to build up the model of complement exhaustion/inhibition, and the effect of the inhibition of complement on ABC phenomenon was carried out. It seemed that inhibition of complement didn’t affect the pharmacokinetic of the first infection. By contrast, in rats of which complement had been depleted, the second dose of PEGylated nanoemulsions showed enhanced circulation time compared with normal rats in a complement inhibition-independent manner, but the ABC phenomenon was not completely eliminated. 9A New Indicator for Global Food Security Assessment: Harvested Area Rather Than Cropland Area显示文摘Cropland area has long been used as a key indicator of food security.However,grain yield is not solely controlled by the area of the cropland.Therefore,we proposed a new indicator to assess food security.Results show that from 1992 to 2004,the global cropland area increased by 840200 km^(2)(99.4%),but the grain yield increased only by 310 million t(29.1%);and from 2004 to 2015,the cropland area decreased by 39000 km^(2)(4.64%),but the grain yield increased by 370 million t(70.84%).This result showed that grain yield was not linearly correlated with cropland area,and delimiting the threshold of cropland protection may not guarantee food security.Combined with further correlation analysis,we found that the increase in the global grain yield was more closely related to the harvested area(R^(2)=0.94),which indicated that the harvested area is a more scientific and accurate indicator than cropland area in terms of guaranteeing food security.Therefore,if governments want to ensure the food security,they should choose a new and more accurate indicator:harvested area rather than cropland area.SONG Fengjiao WANG Shijie BAI Xiaoyong WU Luhua WANG Jinfeng LI Chaojun CHEN Huan LUO Xuling XI Huipeng ZHANG Sirui LUO Guofeng YAN Mengqi ZHEN Qingqing 2022Chinese Geographical Science2022,32,2:2

11Research and development of a novel subunit vaccine for the currently circulating pseudorabies virus variant in China显示文摘Pseudorabies(PR)is a devastating viral disease which leads to fatal encephalitis and respiratory disorders in pigs.Commercial gE-deleted live pseudorabies virus(PRV)vaccine has been widely used to control this disease in China.However,the new-emerging variants of PRV compromises the protection provided by current vaccines and lead to the outbreak of PR in vaccinated pig herds.Several killed and live vaccine candidates based on current PRV variants have been reported to be effective to control the disease.A subunit vaccine based on gB protein,one major PRV glycoprotein which elicits strong humoral and cellular immune responses,however,was never evaluated for protection against the current circulating PRV variants.In this study,full-length PRV gB protein was successfully expressed in baculovirus/insect cells in the soluble format and was tested on 3-week-old piglets as a subunit vaccine.Compared with unvaccinated pigs,the gB-vaccinated pigs developed specific antibody-mediated responses and were protected from the virulent PRV HN1201 challenge.All vaccinated pigs survived without showing any PRV-specific respiratory and neurological signs,but all unvaccinated pigs died within 7 days after HN1201 challenge.Hence,this novel gB-based vaccine could be applied as an effective subunit vaccine to control PRV variant in China.Yuzhou WANG Tongyan WANG He YAN Fanli YANG Linghua GUO Qingyuan YANG Xule HU Feifei TAN Yan XIAO Xiangdong LI Kegong TIAN 2015Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,3:2
12THEORIES AND METHODS OF STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT OF MODERN LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT——A Case Study of Dalian City, China显示文摘Modern logistics is a new industry during the construction of national economy. Based on analyzing the environmental problem that was led by the limitation of the strategy during enacting the program of the modern logistics, SEA for modern logistics was implemented. In this paper, procedure and indicator system in the SEA are constructed, and Environmental Check List to identify environmental impact factors of SEA for modern logistics is established. And a conception that indicates friendly degree of logistics system with resources and environment, degree of green, is introduced. With the example of modern logistics program of Dalian in China, two methods are applied, AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, in the implement of SEA for modern logistics development. It is concluded that degree of green of modern logistics in Dalian is high. 13Empirical Analysis of Xinjiang's Bilateral Trade: Gravity Model Approach显示文摘Based on the basic trade gravity model and Xinjiang's practical situation, new explanatory variables (GDP, GDPpc and SCO) are introduced to build an extended trade gravity model fitting for Xinjiang's bilateral trade. From the empirical analysis of this model, it is proposed that those three variables affect the Xinjiang's bilateral trade posi- tively. Whereas, geographic distance is found to be a significant factor influencing Xinjiang’s bilateral trade negatively. Then, by the extended trade gravity model, this article analyzes the present trade situation between Xinjiang and its main trade partners quantitatively in 2004. The results indicate that Xinjiang cooperates with its most trade partners successfully in terms of present economic scale and developing level. Xinjiang has established successfully trade part- nership with Central Asia, Central Europe and Eastern Europe, Western Europe, East Asia and South Asia. However, the foreign trade development with West Asia is much slower. 18Sinoatrial node pacemaker cells share dominant biological properties with glutamatergic neurons显示文摘Activation of the heart normally begins in the sinoatrial node(SAN).Electrical impulses spontaneously released by SAN pacemaker cells(SANPCs)trigger the contraction of the heart.However,the cellular nature of SANPCs remains controversial.Here,we report that SANPCs exhibit glutamatergic neuron-like properties.By comparing the single-cell transcriptome of SANPCs with that of cells from primary visual cortex in mouse,we found that SANPCs co-clustered with cortical neurons.Tissue and cellular imaging confirmed that SANPCs contained key elements of glutamatergic neurotransmitter system,expressing genes encoding glutamate synthesis pathway(G/s),ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors(Grina,Gria3,Grm1 and Grm5)t and glutamate transporters(Slc17a7).SANPCs highly expressed cell markers of glutamatergic neurons(Snap25 and S/-c17a7)t whereas Gad1,a marker of GABAergic neurons,was negative.Functional studies revealed that inhibition of glutamate receptors or transporters reduced spontaneous pacing frequency of isolated SAN tissues and spontaneous Ca2+transients frequency in single SANPC.Collectively,our work suggests that SANPCs share dominant biological properties with glutamatergic neurons,and the glutamatergic neurotransmitter system may act as an intrinsic regulation module of heart rhythm,which provides a potential intervention target for pacemaker cell-associated arrhythmias.Dandan Liang Zhigang Xue Jinfeng Xue Duanyang Xie Ke Xiong Huixing Zhou Fulei Zhang Xuling Su Guanghua Wang Qicheng Zou Yi Liu Jian Yang Honghui Ma Luying Peng Chunyu Zeng Gang Li Li Wang Yi-Han Chen 2021Protein & Cell2021,12,7:1
19Mechanical Properties of a new Dental all-ceramic Material-zirconia Toughened Nanometer-ceramic Composite显示文摘目的 :口腔全瓷修复体以其独特优越性受到医患青睐 ,但脆性问题一直限制其应用范围及使用可靠性。本研究旨在研制用于玻璃渗透全瓷修复的纳米氧化锆增韧陶瓷并全面检测评价其力学性能。方法 :采用化学共沉淀与球磨相结合的方法合成纳米氧化锆增韧陶瓷 (α -Al2 O3 /nZrO2 ceramicspowder ,W) ,扫描电镜评价陶瓷材料的粉体形态特征及粒度分布。预制氧化锆含量不同的陶瓷粉体 (5wt% ,10wt% ,15wt%and 2 0wt% ) ,采用粉浆涂塑技术将材料制成标准试件 ,并在不同温度下 (12 0 0~ 16 0 0℃ )烧结成型 ,用三点弯曲法及单边刀口梁法检测材料试件的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。结果 :1)α -Al2 O3 /nZrO2 材料粉体粒度分布范围大致为 0 .0 2~ 3.0 μm ,其中超细粉体 (低于 0 .1μm)占 2 0 % ;2 )不同烧结温度组试件的力学强度有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,14 5 0℃和 16 0 0℃组高于12 0 0℃组 ;3)相同烧结温度下不同氧化锆含量组材料强度有显著差异 ,一定范围内氧化锆含量增高有助于材料的增韧增强。结论 :本研究所研制的纳米氧化锆增韧陶瓷材料组分配比及微观特征能增韧增强材料 。CHAIFeng XULing CHAOYong-lie LIAOYun-mao ZHAOYi-min 2003口腔医学研究2003,19,6:1
