| 1 | Review of the Metallogenic Regularity of Magnesite Deposits in China显示文摘China has abundant reserves of magnesite, making it the world's leading source of this strategic mineral.Sparry magnesite is the main type of magnesite deposit, and is easy to exploit.It occurs mainly as the sedimentary-metamorphic type.Production is centred on eastern Liaoning Province, where a world-class large to super large magnesite ore processing and production facility has been developed.Hydrothermal metasomatic deposits, associated with ultramafic complexes and eluvial deposits produced by weathering, are two other important types found in China.The Western section of the Bangonghu-Nujiang metallogenic belt is an important target region for prospecting lake-sedimentary magnesite deposits.Based on a systematic analysis of material from 62 magnesite production areas, this study investigated the metallogeny of magnesite and delineated 13 magnesite metallogenic belts.Maps were produced showing metallogenic regularities in magnesite deposits, the metallogenic system of the magnesite deposits, and the distribution of the metallogenic belts of Chinese magnesite deposits.It provides a theoretical basis for forecasting the location of potential magnesite resources in China.Finally, it explores some key scientific issues, including the formation processes of ultra magnesite ore-concentrated areas, and their sources of magnesium. | ZHAO Zheng CUI Xiaolin WANG Denghong CHEN Yuchuan BAI Ge LI Jiankang LIU Xinxing | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5: | 3 |
| 2 | Expression pattern and regulation of head-to-head genes Vps36 and Ckap2 during chicken follicle development显示文摘Vacuolar protein sorting 36(VPS36),a protein primarily known for its role in the Endosomal Sorting Complex Required for Transport pathway,has recently been shown to be linked to chicken reproduction.Previous research showed that Vps36 is significantly downregulated in sexually mature chicken ovaries compared to immature ones.In this study,using real-time quantitative RT-PCR,we investigated the expression pattern of Vps36 and its head-to-head gene Ckap2 mRNA in chicken follicles.Small white follicles were found to have significantly higher expression of Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA than any other sized follicles(P<0.05).The expression of Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA were detected in both granulosa and theca layers of pre-ovulatory follicles,the expression of Ckap2 in theca layers was slightly higher than in granulosa cells.Treatment of small yellow follicles with folliclestimulating hormone and estradiol resulted in a marked decrease of both Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA(P<0.05);however,progesterone,transforming growth factor-β1 and luteinizing hormone induced no significant changes in Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA expression in these follicles.These results indicate that the head-to-head genes of Vps36 and Ckap2 exhibit similar expression in chicken follicles and are involved in chicken follicle development. | Xinxing CUI Chunhong YANG Li KANG Guiyu ZHU Qingqing WEI Yunliang JIANG | 2014 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,2: | 1 |

| 6 | ADAP restraint of STAT1 signaling regulates macrophage phagocytosis in immune thrombocytopenia显示文摘Heightened platelet phagocytosis by macrophages accompanied by an increase in IFN-γplay key roles in the etiology of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP);however,it remains elusive how macrophage-mediated platelet clearance is regulated in ITP.Here,we report that adhesion and degranulation-protein adaptor protein(ADAP)restrains platelet phagocytosis by macrophages in ITP via modulation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1)-FcγR signaling.We show that ITP was associated with the underexpression of ADAP in splenic macrophages.Furthermore,macrophages from Adap^(−/−)mice exhibited elevated platelet phagocytosis and upregulated proinflammatory signaling,and thrombocytopenia in Adap^(−/−)mice was mitigated by the depletion of macrophages.Mechanistically,ADAP interacted and competed with STAT1 binding to importinα5.ADAP deficiency potentiated STAT1 nuclear entry,leading to a selective enhancement of FcγRI/IV transcription in macrophages.Moreover,pharmacological inhibition of STAT1 or disruption of the STAT1-importinα5 interaction relieved thrombocytopenia in Adap^(−/−)mice.Thus,our findings not only reveal a critical role for ADAP as an intracellular immune checkpoint for shaping macrophage phagocytosis in ITP but also identify the ADAP-STAT1-importinα5 module as a promising therapeutic target in the treatment of ITP. | Yiwei Xiong Yanli Li Xinxing Cui Lifeng Zhang Xiaodong Yang Hebin Liu | 2022 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,8: | 0 |
| 7 | On the thermo-mechanical properties of unsaturated soils显示文摘The establishment of energy balance equation is necessary to study the thermo-mechanical properties of unsaturated soils.To solve this equation,the determination of two fundamental parameters as volumetric specific parameter and thermal conductivity coefficient is essential.In this paper,the effective thermal conductivity coefficient of dry soil grain is analyzed for soils with different compositions,and the thermo-mechanical properties of porous media with water and gas are studied by considering the soil water retention curve(SWRC).Different methods,i.e.volumetric average method,self-consistent method,Hashin-Strikman method,are employed to calculate thermal conductivity coefficients,and a new method is proposed to determine the thermo-mechanical parameters.Comparison of the results obtained by different methods shows that the proposed method is in a good agreement with the experimental results and is suitable for describing the main properties of the thermo-mechanical behaviors of soils.The relationship between the SWRC and the seepage curve is further studied by the natural proportional rule.The characteristics of the SWRC,its differential coefficient and the seepage curve,are investigated by considering the physico-mechanical mechanism;the limit scopes of the indices of the SWRC and the seepage curve are also given. | Yingfa Lu Xinxing Wu Yujun Cui | 2010 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2010,2,2: | 0 |
| 8 | Large-area(64 × 64 array) inkjet-printed high-performance metal oxide bilayer heterojunction thin film transistors and n-metal-oxide-semiconductor(NMOS) inverters显示文摘It is a big challenge to construct large-scale,high-resolution and high-performance inkjet-printed metal oxide thin film transistor(TFT)arrays with independent gates for the new printed displays.Here,a self-confined inkjet printing technology has been developed to construct large-area(64×64 array),high-resolution and high-performance metal oxide bilayer(In_(2)O_(3)/IGZO)heterojunction TFTs with independent bottom gates on transparent glass substrates.Inkjet printing In_(2)O_(3) dot arrays with the diameters from 55 to 70μm and the thickness of~10 nm were firstly deposited on UV/ozone treated AlO_(x) dielectric layers,and then IGZO dots were selectively printed on the top of In_(2)O_(3) dots by self-confined technology to form In_(2)O_(3)/IGZO heterojunction channels.When the inkjet-printed IO layers treated by UV/ozone for more than 30 min or oxygen plasma for 5 min prior to print IGZO thin films,the mobility of the resulting printed In_(2)O_(3)/IGZO heterojunction TFTs are correspondingly enhanced to be 18.80 and 28.44 cm^(2) V^(-1) s^(-1) with excellent on/off ratios(>10^(8))and negligible hysteresis.Furthermore,the printed N-Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor(NMOS)inverter consisted of an In_(2)O_(3)/IGZO TFT and an IGZO TFT has been demonstrated,which show excellent performance with the voltage gain up to 112.The strategy demonstrated here can be considered as general approaches to realize a new generation of high-performance printed logic gates,circuits and display driving circuits. | Shuangshuang Shao Kun Liang Xinxing Li Jinfeng Zhang Chuan Liu Zheng Cui Jianwen Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,22: | 0 |
| 9 | Oleophobic interaction mediated slippery organogels with ameliorated mechanical performance and satisfactory fouling-resistance显示文摘Owing to their inherent semi-solid property and lubricant ability,organogels manifest various unique characteristics and serve as promising candidates for antifouling.However,the poor mechanical properties of organogels often limit their practical applications.Herein,we report a simple and effective method to prepare organogels with reinforced mechanical performance and surface lubricant ability with the synergistic roles played by oleophobic and oleophilic chains.The rigid oleophobic chains have a poor affinity to lubricating solvent,which gives rise to high oleophobic interactions between polymer networks;the soft oleophilic chains possess a high affinity to the low surface energy solvent,which lead to high solvent content to maintain the satisfactory lubricant capacity.The organogel of oleophobic methyl methacrylate(MMA)and oleophilic lauryl methacrylate(LMA)is chosen as a representative example to illustrate this concept.With the optimal composition,the as-prepared organogels offer satisfactory tensile fracture stress,fracture strain,Young’s modulus,toughness,and tearing fracture energy of 480 k Pa,550%,202 k Pa,1.14 MJ m,and 5.14 k J m,respectively,which are far beyond the classical PLMA organogels.Furthermore,the biofouling resistance tests demonstrate 4 to 9-fold reduction of protein and bacteria adhesion on the reinforced organogels surface in comparison to the glass substrate and solvent-free dry organogels.This simple and effective approach to toughen organogels,we hope,can be applied in various fields with different practical functional requirements in the future. | Liangpeng Zeng Hongyuan Cui Huilan Peng Xiaohang Sun Yi Liu Jingliang Huang Xinxing Lin Hui Guo Wei-Hua Li | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,26: | 0 |
