| 1 | Composition and structure design of three-layered composite phosphors for high color rendering chip-on-board light-emitting diode devices显示文摘A three-layered phosphor structure was designed and prepared by the spin coating of BaSi_(2)N_(2)O_(2):Eu(cyan-emitting)and(Sr,Ca)AlSiN_(3):Eu(red-emitting)phosphor films on the yellowemitting Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12):Ce(YAG:Ce)phosphor ceramic synthesized by the solid-state reaction under vacuum sintering.In order to achieve high color rendering lighting,the influence of the composition and structure of the three-layered phosphors on the optical,thermal,and electrical properties of the chip-on-board(COB)packaged white-light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)was studied systematically.The WLED with the structure of“red+cyan+yellow”(R+C+Y)three-layered phosphor generated neutral white light and had a luminous efficacy of 75 lm/W,the fidelity index(R_(f))of 93,the gamut index(R_(g))of 97,and the correlated color temperature(CCT)of 3852 K.Under the excitation of laser diode(LD),the layer-structured phosphor yielded the white light with a luminous efficacy of 120 lm/W,color rendering index(CRI)of 90,and CCT of 5988 K.The result indicates that the three-layered phosphor structure is a promising candidate to achieve high color rendering and high luminous efficacy lighting. | Xin LIU Xinglu QIAN Peng ZHENG Xiaopu CHEN Yagang FENG Yun SHI Jun ZOU Rongjun XIE Jiang LI | 2021 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4: | 5 |

| 3 | Effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis:a multi-center,double-blind,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis.METHODS:This was a multi-center,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-controlled,parallel randomized controlled clinical trial with 1∶1 allocation.We recruited 404 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis(blood stasis symptom pattern)in 10 hospitals in China.GBE50 group received GBE50 and Naoxinqing tablet(NXQ)of mimetic agent,control group received NXQ and GBE50 of mimetic agent.The main outcome was Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score of blood stasis after 6 weeks.The secondary outcomes were changes in the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,vertigo visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the university of California vertigo questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)score and single-item symptom score of TCM from baseline to 2,4 and 6 weeks.Safety indicators included the incidence of adverse events,severe adverse events and laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,and so forth.RESULTS:The total effective rate of TCM symptom pattern score in the GBE50 group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference in rate was statistically significant(92.67%vs 83.07%,P=0.004).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(9.95%vs 14.85%,P=0.136).CONCLUSION:The treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis with GBE50 is effective,safe and reliable. | SHA Rina TANG Lu DU Yawei WU Shengxian SHI Huawei ZOU Hongxin ZHANG Xuran DONG Xinglu ZHOU Li | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1: | 5 |
| 4 | Development of optical-thermal coupled model for phosphor-converted LEDs显示文摘In this review, first, we discussed the effect of phosphor features on optical properties by the software simulation in detail. A combination of these parameters: phosphor material, phosphor particle size and particle distribution, phosphor layer concentration, phosphor layer thickness, geometry, and location of the phosphor layer, will result in the final optical performance of the phosphor layer. Secondly, we introduced how to improve light extraction efficiency with various proposed methods. Thirdly, we summarized the thermal models to predict the phosphor temperature and the junction temperature. To stabilize the optical performance of phosphor-converted light emitting diodes (PC-LEDs), much effort has been made to reduce the junction temperature of the LED chips. The phosphor temperature, a critical reliability concern for PC-LEDs, should be attracted academic interest. Finally, we summed up optical-thermal coupled model for phosphors and summarized future optical- thermal issues exploring the light quality for LEDs. | 8 | Pore structure and mechanical properties of directionally solidi ed porous aluminum alloys显示文摘Porous aluminum alloys produced by the metal-gas eutectic method or GASAR process need to be performed under a certain pressure of hydrogen, and to carry over melt to a tailor-made apparatus that ensures directional solidif ication. Hydrogen is driven out of the melt, and then the quasi-cylindrical pores normal to the solidif ication front are usually formed. In the research, the effects of processing parameters(saturation pressure, solidif ication pressure, temperature, and holding time) on the pore structure and porosity of porous aluminum alloys were analyzed. The mechanical properties of Al-Mg alloys were studied by the compressive tests, and the advantages of the porous structure were indicated. By using the GASAR method, pure aluminum, Al-3wt.%Mg, Al-6wt.%Mg and Al-35wt.%Mg alloys with oriented pores have been successfully produced under processing conditions of varying gas pressure, and the relationship between the f inal pore structure and the solidif ication pressure, as well as the inf luences of Mg quantity on the pore size, porosity and mechanical properties of AlMg alloy were investigated. The results show that a higher pressure of solidif ication tends to yield smaller pores in aluminum and its alloys. In the case of Al-Mg alloys, it was proved that with the increasing of Mg amount, the mechanical properties of the alloys sharply deteriorate. However, since Al-3%Mg and Al-6wt.%Mg alloys are ductile metals, their porous samples have greater compressive strength than that of the dense samples due to the existence of pores.
