1Maneuvering Target Tracking in Dense Clutter Based on Particle Filtering显示文摘An improved particle filtering(IPF) is presented to perform maneuvering target tracking in dense clutter.The proposed filter uses several efficient variance reduction methods to combat particle degeneracy,low mode prior probabilities and measure-ment-origin uncertainty.Within the framework of a hybrid state estimation,each particle samples a discrete mode from its poste-rior distribution and the continuous state variables are approximated by a multivariate Gaussian mixture that is updated by an unscented Kalman filtering(UKF).The uncertainty of measurement origin is solved by Monte Carlo probabilistic data associa-tion method where the distribution of interest is approximated by particle filtering and UKF.Correct data association and precise behavior mode detection are successfully achieved by the proposed method in the environment with heavy clutter and very low mode prior probability.The performance of the proposed filter is examined and compared by Monte Carlo simulation over typical target scenario for various clutter densities.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed filter.YANG Xiaojun XING Keyi FENG Xingle 2011Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,2:8
2Determination of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol in human plasma by HPLC–MS/MS:application to a pharmacokinetic study显示文摘A rapid,specific and sensitive HPLC-MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol(PPD)in human plasma.PPD and the internal standard PD were extracted from plasma by liquid-liquid extraction with cyclohexane-methylene dichloride(2:1,v/v).The separation was performed on a HyPURIYTY C18 column using methanol-5 mM ammonium formate(90:10,v/v)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.35 mL/min.Mass spectrometric detection was carried out by electrospray ionization(ESI)in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The monitored transitions were m/z 425.4-217.2 for PPD and at m/z 461.4-425.5 for PD.The method was linear over the range 0.512-100 ng/mL with a lower limit of quantification(LLOQ)of 0.512 ng/mL.The mean extraction recovery of PPD was greater than 78.2%and no significant matrix effect was detected.The intra-and inter-day precisions were less than 10%and the biases below 4%for PPD.The validated method was applied to a three-level single-dose clinical pharmacokinetics study of 12 healthy Chinese volunteers and the main pharmacokinetic parameters of PPD were obtained.Feifan Xie Sanwang Li Zeneng Cheng Xingling Liu Hong Zhang Peijiong Li Zhi Liu Xin Guo Peng Yu 2013Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2013,3,6:3
3Bibliometric Analysis on Pennisetum Sinese Roxb. in China during 2006-2016显示文摘The development prospect of Pennisetum Sinese Roxb. is receiving much concern of domestic researchers. In this paper,literature of Pennisetum Sinese Roxb. was taken as basis,and bibliometric analysis method was used to make statistics of distribution of years,research institutions,authors,and research fields. The results showed that research fields of Pennisetum Sinese Roxb. in China were mainly ecological restoration,accounting for 13. 27% of the total literature; the research took on dynamic and diversified cooperation trend. In recent 5 years,the number of papers significantly increased,accounting for 93. 04% of the total literature. 4Adenovirus-mediated expression of pig α(1,3) galactosyltransferase reconstructs Gal α(1,3) Gal epitope on the surface of human tumor cells显示文摘Gal α(1, 3) Gal (gal epitope) is a carbohydrate epitope and synthesized in large amount by α(1, 3) galactosyltransferase [α(1, 3) GT] enzyme on the cells of lower mammalian animals such as pigs and mice. Human has no gal epitope due to the inactivation of α(1, 3) GT gene but produces a large amount of antibodies (anti-Gal) which recognize Gal α(1, 3) Gal structures specifically. In this study, a replication deficient recombinant adenoviral vector Ad5sGT containing pig α(1, 3) GT cDNA was constructed and characterized. Adenoviral vector-mediated transfer of pig α(1, 3) GT gene into human tumor cells such as malignant melanoma A375, stomach cancer SGC-7901, and lung cancer SPC-A-1 was reported for the first time. Results showed that Gal epitope did not increase the sensitivity of human tumor cells to human complement-mediated lysis, although human complement activation and the binding of human IgG and IgM natural antibodies to human tumor cells were enhanced significantly after Ad5sGT transduction. Appearance of gal epitope on the human tumor cells changed the expression of cell surface carbohydrates reacting with Ulex europaeus I (UEA I) lectins, Vicia villosa agglutinin (VVA), Arachis hypogaea agglutinin (PNA), and Glycine max agglutinin (SBA) to different degrees. 5Solid-state NMR for metal-containing zeolites:from active sites to reaction mechanism显示文摘Metal-containing zeolite catalysts have found a wide range of applications in heterogeneous catalysis.To understand the nature of metal active sites and the reaction mechanism over such catalysts is of great importance for the establishment of structure-activity relationship.The advanced solid-state NMR(SSNMR)spectroscopy is robust in the study of zeolites and zeolite-catalyzed reactions.In this review,we summarize recent developments and applications of SSNMR for exploring the structure and property of active sites in metal-containing zeolites.Moreover,detailed information on host-guest interactions in the relevant zeolite catalysis obtained by SSNMR is also discussed.Finally,we highlight the mechanistic understanding of catalytic reactions on metal-containing zeolites based on the observation of key surface species and active intermediates.Xingling Zhao Jun Xu Feng Deng 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,2:3
6TRANSMIT ANTENNA SELECTION IN V-BLAST SYSTEM显示文摘In order to reduce the cost of Radio Frequency (RF) chains in the spatial multiplexing systems with Vertical-Bell Labs Layered Space-Time (V-BLAST) nonlinear receiver, a novel transmit antenna selection cri-terion is proposed with the motivation of minimizing the Vector Symbol Error Rate (VSER). In the proposed scheme, both the number of substreams and the mapping of substreams to antennas are dynamically adjusted based on the knowledge of channel. 7High Capacity Spectrum Sensing Framework Based on Relay Cooperation显示文摘In order to reduce interference to primary users and provide better performance of detection probability and channel capacity in multi-user cooperative spectrum sensing networks, a high capacity spectrum sensing framework is proposed based on the analysis of amplification factors on the performance of detection probability and channel capacity. Thanks to the energy concentration property of chirp signals in the Fractional Fourier Transform(Fr FT) domain, sinusoidal signal and different chirp signals are utilized for primary user and cognitive users, respectively. Hence, spectrum sensing and signal transmission can be performed simultaneously in our proposed framework. Simulation results show that compared with the previous relay-based framework, the modified cooperative spectrum sensing framework can improve the detection probability significantly, and the channel capacity can also be improved. 19Intracellular pharmacokinetic study of zidovudine and its phosphorylated metabolites显示文摘Zidovudine(AZT), the first drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection, is metabolized in the host cells to 5′-AZT triphosphate(AZT-TP) which inhibits HIV reverse transcriptase. As the pharmacokinetics of AZT and its phosphorylated metabolites in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(h PBMCs) is limited, the aim of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of AZT and its phosphorylated metabolites in h PBMCs from 12 healthy Chinese male subjects after a single oral dose of 600 mg of AZT. Blood samples were collected prior to drug administration, then at 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 h after drug administration. Mononuclear cells collected by Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation were used for determination of AZT and metabolites [AZT monophosphate(AZT-MP), AZT diphosphate(AZT-DP) and AZT-TP] and the plasma was used to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of AZT. Plasma concentration of AZT peaked within 0.583 h and intracellular concentrations of AZT, AZT-MP, AZT-DP and AZT-TP peaked within 1.083, 1.500, 1.417 and 1.583 h, respectively. AZT in plasma was eliminated rapidly with t1/2of 2.022 h, and AZT-MP, AZT-DP and AZT-TP were eliminated with t1/2of 13.428,8.285 and 4.240 h, respectively. 20Regional Economic Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitans in China Based on a Heterogeneity Stochastic Frontier Model显示文摘Using a heterogeneity stochastic frontier model(HSFM),we empirically investigated the economic efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2003 to 2016 and its influencing factors.The key findings of the paper lie in:1)in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the overall economic and technological efficiency tended to increase in a wavelike manner,economic growth slowed down,and there was an obvious imbalance in economic efficiency between the different districts,counties and cities;2)the heterogeneity stochastic frontier production functions(SFPFs)of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei were different from each other,and investment was still an important impetus of economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei;3)economic efficiency was positively correlated with economic agglomeration,human capital,industrial structure,infrastructure,the informatization level,and institutional factors,but negatively correlated with the government role and economic opening.The following policy suggestions are offered:1)to improve regional economic efficiency and reduce the economic gap in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,governments must reduce their intervention in economic activities,stimulate the potentials of labor and capital,optimize the structure of human resources,and foster new demographic incentives;2)governments must guide economic factors that are reasonable throughout Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and strengthen infrastructure construction in underdeveloped regions,thus attaining sustainable economic development;3)governments must plan overall economic growth factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promote reasonable economic factors(e.g.,labor,resources,and innovations)across different regions,thus attaining complementary advantages between Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.HUANG Xingling LIU Jianguo 2020Chinese Geographical Science2020,30,1:1
