1Temporal and spatial cellular and molecular pathological alterations with single-cell resolution in the adult spinal cord after injury显示文摘Spinal cord injury(SCI)involves diverse injury responses in different cell types in a temporally and spatially specific manner.Here,using single-cell transcriptomic analyses combined with classic anatomical,behavioral,electrophysiological analyses,we report,with single-cell resolution,temporal molecular and cellular changes in crush-injured adult mouse spinal cord.Data revealed pathological changes of 12 different major cell types,three of which infiltrated into the spinal cord at distinct times post-injury.We discovered novel microglia and astrocyte subtypes in the uninjured spinal cord,and their dynamic conversions into additional stage-specific subtypes/states.Most dynamic changes occur at 3-days post-injury and by day-14 the second wave of microglial activation emerged,accompanied with changes in various cell types including neurons,indicative of the second round of attacks.By day-38,major cell types are still substantially deviated from uninjured states,demonstrating prolonged alterations.This study provides a comprehensive mapping of cellular/molecular pathological changes along the temporal axis after SCI,which may facilitate the development of novel therapeutic strategies,including those targeting microglia.Chen Li Zhourui Wu Liqiang Zhou Jingliang Shao Xiao Hu Wei Xu Yilong Ren Xingfei Zhu Weihong Ge Kunshan Zhang Jiping Liu Runzhi Huang Jing Yu Dandan Luo Xuejiao Yang Wenmin Zhu Rongrong Zhu Changhong Zheng Yi Eve Sun Liming Cheng 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:4

4Study on elastic modulus of individual ferritin显示文摘The mechanical property of individual ferritin was measured with force-volume mapping (FV) under contact mode of atomic force microscopy (AFM) in this work. The elastic modulus of individual ferritin was estimated by the Hertz mode. The estimated value of the elastic modulus of individual ferritin was about 250-800 MPa under a small deformation. 5聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子对乳腺癌化疗患者舒适度及护理的影响显示文摘目的:评价聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液(新瑞白,PEG-GCSF)应用于乳腺癌化疗对患者舒适度及护理的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年9月在浙江省肿瘤医院行乳腺癌含蒽环联合紫衫方案化疗的100例患者的临床资料,一组使用重组人粒细胞刺激因子(GCSF)共44例,一组使用PEG-GCSF共56例。比较2组药物反应、舒适度评分、抽血次数、护理次数、护理时间。结果:PEG-GCSF组在疼痛平均评分、人均失眠、精神不佳及消化道症状出现次数上均明显小于GCSF组(P <0. 05);在舒适度方面PEG-GCSF组总评分显著高于GCSF组,且PEG-GCSF组在舒适度的生理、精神心理、社会及环境舒适均优于GCSF(P <0. 05); PEG-GCSF组平均抽血次数、单日人均护理次数、人均单次护理时间均显著低于GCSF组(P <0. 05);结论:乳腺癌化疗后应用PEG-GCSF可明显提高患者的舒适度且可减少护理次数与护理时间,减轻护理工作的压力。章英 方群英 朱玲 沈芸 YU Xingfei 2018浙江医学教育2018,17,6:2

7Tea and Citrus maxima complex induces apoptosis of human liver cancer cells via PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in vitro显示文摘Objective:In this study,black tea and Citrus maxima(BT-CM),yellow tea and C.maxima(YT-CM),green tea and C.maxima(GT-CM)as subjects,the active ingredient content and antioxidant activity of three tea and C.maxima(T-CM)were analyzed.The effects of three T-CMs on apoptosis of liver cells in vitro and its mechanism were further explored.Methods:National standard method and HPLC were used for active ingredient analysis.MTT,cell fow cytometry and Western blot were used to analyze the effects of three T-CMs on cell proliferation,apoptosis,and its underlying molecular mechanism.Results:The content of tea polyphenols,free amino acids,ratio of polyphenols and amino acids,ester catechins,non-ester catechins and caffeine in YT-CM and GT-CM was significantly higher than that of BT-CM.The in vitro antioxidant capacity of YT-CM and GT-CM was also significantly stronger than that of BT-CM.Three T-CMs had the effects of inhibiting proliferation,arresting cell cycle and inducing apoptosis in HepG2 and Bel7402 cells,especially YT-CM and GT-CM.Western blot analysis showed three T-CMs activated PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and regulated the expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase-3/9.YT-CM and GT-CM had better ability to change the signal pathway than BT-CM.Conclusion:In short,T-CMs,which combined different degrees of fermentation tea with C.maxima,were rich in nutrients and biologically active substances.T-CMs,especially YT-CM and GT-CM,are healthy drinks that help to prevent and treat liver cancer.Shuai Wen Ran An Dongli Li Junxi Cao Zhigang Li Wenji Zhang Ruohong Chen Qiuhua Li Xingfei Lai Lingli Sun Shili Sun 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,3:1

12Model analysis and resonance suppression of wide-bandwidth inertial reference system显示文摘In the fields of earth observation,deep space detection,laser communication,and directional energyweapon,the target needs to be observed and pointed at accurately.Acquisition,tracking,and pointing(ATP)systems are usually designed to stabilize the line of sight(LOS)within sub-micro radian levels.In the case of an ATP system mounted on a mobile platform,angular disturbances experienced by the mobile platform will seriously affect the LOS.To overcome the problemthat the sampling frequency of detectors is usually limited and achieving several hundreds of hertz is difficult,thewide-bandwidth inertial reference system(WBIRS)and fast steeringmirror are usually integrated into ATP systems to mitigate these angular disturbances.To reduce the structural stress,a flexible support providing two rotational degrees of freedomis usually adopted for the system.However,the occurrence of resonant points within the bandwidthwill be inevitable.Measurements have to be taken to compensate these low-frequency resonant points to realize a wide bandwidth and high precision.In this paper,the lowfrequency resonant points of a systemwere simulated using finite element analysis and tested by a systemidentification method.The results show that the first-order resonance happened at 34.5 Hz with a gain of 28 dB.An improved double-T notch filter was designed and applied in a real-time system to suppress the resonance at 34.5 Hz.The experimental results show that the resonance was significantly suppressed.In particular,the resonance peak was reduced by 79.37%.In addition,the closed-loop system settling time was reduced by 36.2%.Dong Li TengfeiWu Yue Ji Xingfei Li 2019Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2019,2,4:1

14A new method for improving the inductively coupled data transmission rate of mooring buoy based on carrier signal frequency selection显示文摘In the inductively coupled data transmission system of the mooring buoy, the carrier signal frequency of the transmission channel is limited due to the inherent characteristics of the system, resulting in limited channel bandwidth. The limited channel bandwidth limits the increase in inductively coupled data transmission rate.In order to improve the inductively coupled data transmission rate of mooring buoy as much as possible without damaging the data transmission performance, a new method was proposed in this paper. The method is proposed to improve the data transmission rate by selecting the appropriate carrier signal frequencies based on the principle of maximizing the amplitude value of amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the system. Research has been done according to this method as follows. Firstly, according to the inductively coupled transmission mooring buoy structure, the inductively coupled data transmission circuit model was established. The binary frequency shift keying(2FSK) digital signal modulation mode was selected. Through theoretical analysis, the relation between the carrier signal frequency and the data transmission performance, the relation between the carrier signal frequency and the 2FSK signal bandwidth were obtained. Secondly, the performance and the bandwidth of the signal transmission were studied for the inherent characteristics of the actual inductively coupled data transmission system. The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the system was analyzed by experiments. By selecting the appropriate carrier signal frequency parameters, an excellent data transmission performance was guaranteed and a large 2FSK signal bandwidth was obtained. Finally, an inductively coupled data transmission rate optimization experiment and a bit error rate analysis experiment were designed and carried out.
