3RTRC:A Reputation-Based Incentive Game Model for Trustworthy Crowdsourcing Service显示文摘The ubiquity of mobile devices have promoted the prosperity of mobile crowd systems, which recruit crowds to contribute their resources for performing tasks. Yet, due to the various resource consumption, the crowds may be reluctant to join and contribute information. Thus, the low participation level of crowds will be a hurdle that prevents the adoption of crowdsourcing. A critical challenge for these systems is how to design a proper mechanism such that the crowds spontaneously act as suppliers to contribute accurate information. Most of existing mechanisms ignore either the honesty of crowds or requesters respectively. In this paper, considering the honesty of both, we propose a game-based incentive mechanism, namely RTRC, to stimulate the crowds to contribute accurate information and to motivate the requesters to return accurate feedbacks. In addition, an evolutionary game is designed to model the dynamic of user-strategy selection. Specially, the replicator dynamic is applied to model the adaptation of strategy interactions taking into account the dynamic nature in time dependence and we also derive the evolutionarily stable strategies(ESSs) for users. 4Credit-based scheme for security-aware and fairness-aware resource allocation in cloud computing显示文摘Cloud computing systems include different types of participants with varied requirements for resources and multiple tasks; these varying requirements must be considered in the design of fairness-aware resource allocation schemes for better resources sharing. However, some participants may be malicious with a goal to damage the resource allocation fairness and increase their own utility. Hence, the resource scheduling policy must guarantee allocation fairness among the participants; further, it must ensure that fairness is not affected by the malicious usage of resources, that could cause resource exhaustion and lead to denial of service. In order to address this challenge, we propose a credit-based mechanism for resource allocation that will avoid the malicious usage of resources and, simultaneously, guarantee allocation fairness. In our scheme, a credit factor is introduced for each participant in order to evaluate the history of resource utilization and determine future resource allocation. Our model encourages a participant to release the occupied resources in timely manner after the completion of a task and imposes a punishment for malicious occupation of resources. We prove the fairness of our model and provide linear and variable gradient approaches to determine the credit factor for different scenarios. We simulate our model and perform experiments on a real cloud computing platform. 5The Impact of Population Aging on Housing Demand in China Based on System Dynamics显示文摘In recent years, the proportion of China's elderly population is gradually increasing, and the real estate market is changing dramatically. Consequently the impact of population aging on housing demand has become increasingly prominent. On the theoretical basis of the relationship between population aging, family structure and housing demand, this paper firstly constructs a system dynamics model of the impact of population aging and family structure on housing demand in China. Then,the model is simulated, and several scenarios of population, family structure, and real estate policies are set up. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: China's population will rise at first and then decrease, reaching a peak of 1.401 billion by 2023. As the proportion of elderly population increases, the degree of population aging is becoming increasingly serious. The size of the family will gradually shrink to 2.39 people per household in 2050. The housing demand will increase first and then decrease. 6APPLET:a privacy-preserving framework for location-aware recommender system显示文摘Location-aware recommender systems that use location-based ratings to produce recommendations have recently experienced a rapid development and draw significant attention from the research community.However, current work mainly focused on high-quality recommendations while underestimating privacy issues,which can lead to problems of privacy. Such problems are more prominent when service providers, who have limited computational and storage resources, leverage on cloud platforms to fit in with the tremendous number of service requirements and users. In this paper, we propose a novel framework, namely APPLET, for protecting user privacy information, including locations and recommendation results, within a cloud environment. Through this framework, all historical ratings are stored and calculated in ciphertext, allowing us to securely compute the similarities of venues through Paillier encryption, and predict the recommendation results based on Paillier,commutative, and comparable encryption. We also theoretically prove that user information is private and will not be leaked during a recommendation. 7Effect of the chlortetracycline addition method on methane production from the anaerobic digestion of swine wastewater显示文摘Effects of antibiotic residues on methane production in anaerobic digestion are commonly studied using the following two antibiotic addition methods:(1) adding manure from animals that consume a diet containing antibiotics, and(2) adding antibiotic-free animal manure spiked with antibiotics. This study used chlortetracycline(CTC) as a model antibiotic to examine the effects of the antibiotic addition method on methane production in anaerobic digestion under two different swine wastewater concentrations(0.55 and 0.22 mg CTC/g dry manure). The results showed that CTC degradation rate in which manure was directly added at 0.55 mg CTC/g(HSPIKE treatment) was lower than the control values and the rest of the treatment groups. Methane production from the HSPIKEtreatment was reduced(p < 0.05) by 12% during the whole experimental period and 15% during the first 7 days. The treatments had no significant effect on the pH and chemical oxygen demand value of the digesters, and the total nitrogen of the0.55 mg CTC/kg manure collected from mediated swine was significantly higher than the other values. Therefore, different methane production under different antibiotic addition methods might be explained by the microbial activity and the concentrations of antibiotic intermediate products and metabolites. 8The flexural property and its synergistic mechanism of multibody molded beetle elytron plates显示文摘To improve the applications of beetle elytron plates(BEPs,which are biomimetic sandwich plates inspired by beetle elytra),the flexural performance and its synergistic mechanism of multibody molded BEPs were investigated via cantilever testing and finite element method(FEM).The results are summarized as follows.(1)Although debonding damage causes failure of the multibody molded BEPs and honeycomb plate and the reasonable range of trabecular size for BEPs is narrow,both the optimal loading capacity per mass and failure deformation of the BEPs are over two times those of the honeycomb plate.(2)A flexural synergistic mechanism is revealed in the trabecular-honeycomb core structure of BEPs;this mechanism causes the maximum deformation of core structure to gradually transfer from the honeycomb wall to the trabeculae with the increase inη(the ratio of the trabecular radius to the distance between the center points of two trabeculae),which means the different stretching behaviors in these core structures.(3)Unlike the compressive mechanism of BEPs,by controlling and balancing the deformation degrees of the trabeculae and honeycomb walls,the flexural mechanism achieves a minimum core deformation and an optimal flexural performance.These results suggest a qualitative relationship between the deformation behavior of trabecular-honeycomb core structure and bending performance of the whole BEP,and provide a solid foundation for subsequent research and the considerable application potential of this biomimetic sandwich structure in many fields.YU XinDi ZHANG XiaoMing CHEN JinXiang ZHAO CaiQi ZHAO TiDong FU YaQin 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,5:2

10An approach to quality assessment for web service selection based on the analytic hierarchy process for cases of incomplete information显示文摘Since web services intended for the same application environment tend to be functionally homogeneous, researchers have turned to their non-functional aspects in order to constructively compare web services and choose an appropriate one. In general, quality of service is very important to users. Many schemes that consider quality assessment have been proposed for web service selection. With the increasing number of qualityrelated attributes, an effective quality assessment method needs satisfactory scalability. Schemes based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) meet this requirement. However, prevalent methods in this vein overlook the fact that the traditional AHP needs a complete judgment matrix. In practice, all the information needed to construct a judgment matrix is often unavailable for a variety of reasons, due to which certain judgments cannot be made. In this paper, for an incomplete judgment matrix, we propose an improved AHP approach to consistency verification and the subsequent ordering. Our method can deal with situations where information is insufficient,and inherits all the merits of the traditional AHP approach. 11Image texture smoothing method by a novel L0-norm optimization model显示文摘Texture smoothing is a fundamental tool in various applications. In this work, a new image texture smoothing method is proposed by defining a novel objective function, which is optimized by L0-norm minimization and a modified relative total variation measure. In addition, the gradient constraint is adopted in objective function to eliminate the staircase effect, which can preserve the structure edges of small gradients. 12Nitraria sibirica cell suspension culture:establishment,characterization and application显示文摘Nitraria sibirica Pall.is a shrub that grows in saline-alkali soil and has traditional medicinal value and potential commercial value.The objectives of this study include induction and multiplication of callus,establishment of a suspension cell line,and isolation of protoplasts from cell suspensions.Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium was used for callus induction from mature seeds of N.sibirica.Seed-derived calluses were further multiplied on MS medium augmented with 0.5 mgL^(-1) 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA) and 1.0 mgL^(-1) 2,4-dichlorophenoxy(2,4-D) acetic acid.Suspension cultures of N.sibirica were initiated by transferring friable calli to the same liquid multiplication medium.Characterization of the suspension culture was assessed based on fresh mass,dry mass,cell viability and p H value of the culture.A typical growth curve was observed after inoculating 1.5 g of callus in 40 mL liquid medium,including a lag phase,an exponential growth phase,a stationary phase,and a negative acceleration phase.The effect of factors such as pre-plasmolysis,enzyme combination,enzymolysis time and mannitol concentration,on the isolation of cell-derived protoplasts were evaluated to determine the usefulness of suspension cultures.The maximum yield(9.79 9 106 cells/g) and highest viability(79.97%) of protoplast were reached when approximately 1 g of cell suspension(cultured for 6 days) was inoculated for 12 h in cell and protoplast washing solution made of 0.8 molL^(-1) mannitol mixture solution,cellulose onozuka R-10 2%(w/v),hemicellulose 0.2%,macerozyme R-10 1%,and pectolyase Y-23 0.5%.Protoplast yield was significantly influenced by pre-plasmolysis and cellulose onozuka R-10(P<0.05).Xindi Mei Yingbai Shen 2017Journal of Forestry Research2017,28,5:1

15Integrated photonic RF self-interference cancellation on a silicon platform for full-duplex communication显示文摘In-band full-duplex(IBFD) technology can double the spectrum utilization efficiency for wireless communications,and increase the data transmission rate of B5G and 6G networks and satellite communications. RF self-interference is the major challenge for the application of IBFD technology, which must be resolved. Compared with the conventional electronic method, the photonic self-interference cancellation(PSIC) technique has the advantages of wide bandwidth, high amplitude and time delay tuning precision, and immunity to electromagnetic interference.Integrating the PSIC system on chip can effectively reduce the size, weight, and power consumption and meet the application requirement, especially for mobile terminals and small satellite payloads. In this paper, the silicon integrated PSIC chip is presented first and demonstrated for IBFD communication. The integrated PSIC chip comprises function units including phase modulation, time delay and amplitude tuning, sideband filtering, and photodetection, which complete the matching conditions for RF self-interference cancellation. Over the wide frequency range of C, X, Ku, and K bands, from 5 GHz to 25 GHz, a cancellation depth of more than 20 dB is achieved with the narrowest bandwidth of 140 MHz. A maximum bandwidth of 630 MHz is obtained at a center frequency of10 GHz. The full-duplex communication experiment at Ku-band by using the PSIC chip is carried out. Cancellation depths of 24.9 dB and 26.6 dB are measured for a bandwidth of 100 MHz at central frequencies of 12.4 GHz and14.2 GHz, respectively, and the signal of interest(SOI) with 16-quadrature amplitude modulation is recovered successfully. The factors affecting the cancellation depth and maximum interference to the SOI ratio are investigated in detail. 17Nutrition-Associated Processes Govern Fungal Pathogenicity显示文摘Fungal pathogens present a major common threat across human communities:they cause disease and death in humans,animals,and global food crops.The development of anti-fungal therapies is hampered primarily by the lack of knowledge about the molecular mechanisms of fungal pathogenicity at the host-pathogen axis.Many studies have shown that nutrition-associated processes such as autophagy and metal homeostasis play essential roles in fungal virulence during systemic infection.During infection,the host immune system often employs nutrition restriction mechanisms to limit microbial proliferation and facilitate the killing and elimination of invading pathogens.Therefore,fast sensing and adaptation to the levels of environmental nutrients are critical if the fungal pathogen is to survive,replicate,and colonize in the host.Fungal cells have evolved numerous precise mechanisms to respond to various levels of nutrient availability.Studies show that fungal cells manipulate the expression of genes involved in nutrient acquisition,autophagosome formation,toxic nutrient detoxification,or cell morphological transition to counter the anti-fungal strategies of the host.This review of the most recent studies of nutrition-related pathways focuses primarily on autophagy,metal homeostasis,and the nutrition-driven morphological switches found in two major human fungal pathogens,Cryptococcus neoformans and Candida albicans.It is a systematic comparison of the functional divergence of nutrition-related genes in the fungal pathogenicity of these evolutionarily distinct but related fungal species.Xindi Gao Yi Fu Chen Ding 2021Infectious Microbes & Diseases2021,3,2:1
