1Toluene decomposition performance and NOx by-product formation during a DBD-catalyst process显示文摘Characteristics of toluene decomposition and formation of nitrogen oxide(NOx) by-products were investigated in a dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) reactor with/without catalyst at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Four kinds of metal oxides, i.e., manganese oxide(Mn Ox), iron oxide(Fe Ox), cobalt oxide(Co Ox) and copper oxide(Cu O), supported on Al2O3/nickel foam, were used as catalysts. It was found that introducing catalysts could improve toluene removal efficiency, promote decomposition of by-product ozone and enhance CO2 selectivity. In addition, NOx was suppressed with the decrease of specific energy density(SED) and the increase of humidity, gas flow rate and toluene concentration, or catalyst introduction. Among the four kinds of catalysts, the Cu O catalyst showed the best performance in NOx suppression. The Mn Ox catalyst exhibited the lowest concentration of O3 and highest CO2 selectivity but the highest concentration of NOx. A possible pathway for NOx production in DBD was discussed. 2Flow Boiling of Ammonia in a Diamond-Made MicroChannel Heat Sink for High Heat Flux Hotspots显示文摘To solve the heat dissipation problem of electronic devices with high heat flux hotspots,a diamond microchannel heat sink consisting of 37 parallel triangular microchannels with channel lengths of 45 mm and hydraulic diameters of 280|im was designed.The flow boiling heat transfer characteristics of ammonia in the microchannels were investigated under high heat fluxes of 473.9-1000.4 W/cm^2.Saturated flow boiling experiments with saturation temperatures of 25℃,30℃,and 35℃ and mass fluxes of 98-1200 kg/m^2s were conducted,as well as subcooled flow boiling with inlet subcooling of 5℃ as a comparison.The temperature and pressure drop measurements were analyzed.The main conclusions below can be drawn.(1)At a given heat flux,the heat source temperature first decreased and then increased with the mass flux,and there existed an optimum mass flux to optimize the cooling performance of the heat sink.(2)The heat transfer performance under the saturated inlet condition was obviously better than that under the subcooled inlet condition.(3)A larger saturation temperature leaded to weakening of both the heat transfer capacity and the stability of the microchannel heat sink.Notably,with the high heat diffusion ability of the diamond substrate and the great heat transfer capacity of ammonia flow boiling in microchannels,the heat sink can achieve a heat removal capacity of up to 1000.4 W/cm^2.YANG Qi MIAO Jianyin ZHAO Jingquan HUANG Yanpei FU Weichun SHEN Xiaobin 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,5:4
3Mineralogy of Chang’e-4 landing site:preliminary results of visible and near-infrared imaging spectrometer显示文摘The exploration of mafic anomaly in South Pole-Aitken(SPA,the largest confirmed)basin on the Moon provides important insights into lunar interior.The landing of Chang’e-4(CE-4)and deployment of Yutu-2 rover on the discontinuous ejecta from Finsen crater enabled in-situ measurements of the unusual mineralogy in the central portion of SPA basin with visible and near-infrared imaging spectrometer(VNIS).Here we present detailed processing procedures based on the level 2B data of CE-4 VNIS and preliminary mineralogical results at the exploration area of Yutu-2 rover.A systematic processing pipeline is developed to derive credible reflectance spectra,based on which several spectral and mineral indices are calculated to constrain the mafic mineralogy.The mafic components in the soils and boulder around CE-4 landing site are concluded as clinopyroxene-bearing with intermediate composition and probably dominated by pigeonite although the possibility of mixing orthopyroxen(OPX)and calcic clinopyroxene(CPX)also exists.These mineralogical results are more consistent with a petrogenesis that the CE-4 regolith and rock fragment are derived from rapid-cooling magmatic systems and we interpret that the materials at the CE-4 landing site ejected from Finsen crater are probably recrystallized from impact melt settings.Jian CHEN Zongcheng LING Le QIAO Zhiping HE Rui XU Lingzhi SUN Jiang ZHANG Bo LI Xiaohui FU Changqing LIU Xiaobin QI 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,4:2

5Synthesis,Bioactivity Evaluation,3D-QSAR,and Molecular Docking of Novel Pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as Potential Fungicides Targeting Succinate Dehydrogenase显示文摘To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.Jian Jiao Min Chen Shengxin Sun Weijie Si Xiaobin Wang Weijie Ding Xincan Fu An Wang Chunlong Yang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,2:1

13SENP5 deteriorates traumatic brain injury via SUMO2- dependent suppression of E2F1 SUMOylation显示文摘Traumatic brain injury(TBI)represents a main public health concern during the past decade,attracting considerable interest because of its rising prevalence,wide-ranging risk factors and lifelong familial and societal influence.SUMO2 can conjugate to substrates upon various cellular stresses.Nevertheless,whether and how SUMO2-specific proteases partake in TBI is less understood.The aim of this study is to dissect the effects of SUMO-specific peptidase 5(SENP5)on accentuating TBI in rats in an effort to unveil its underlying mechanism.SENP5 is overexpressed in hippocampal tissues of TBI rats,and inhibition of SENP5 reduces neurological function scores,decreases brain water content,inhibits apoptosis in hippocampal tissues,and attenuates brain injury caused in rats.Moreover,SENP5 inhibits the SUMOylation level of E2F transcription factor 1(E2F1)and increases the protein expression of E2F1.Silencing of E2F1 blocks the p53 signaling pathway.Overexpression of E2F1 partially reverses the protective effect of sh-SENP5 on TBI in rats.These findings reveal an essential role of SENP5 and the SUMOylation status of E2F1 in the TBI development.Yanfu Ding Feifei Chen Weitao Yang Xiaobin Fu Yuanyuan Xie 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,8:0
14Novel 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives containing a hydrazide moiety:Design, synthesis and bioactive evaluation against phytopathogenic fungi in vitro and in vivo显示文摘A series of novel 1,3,5-thiadiazine-2-thione derivatives bearing a hydrazide moiety were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their antifungal activities against Rhizoctonia solani (Rs), Fusarium graminearum (Fg), Botrytis cinerea (Bc) and Colletotrichum capsici (Cc). The in vitro antifungal bioassays indicated that most of title compounds displayed good selectivity and specificity aganist Rs relative to Fg, Bc and Cc. Strikingly, the title compound N'-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(5-phenyl-6-thioxo-1,3,5-thiadiazinan-3-yl)acethydrazide (5b) obviously inhibited the Rs growth in vitro with the EC50 value of 0.24μg/mL, which is approximately 2-folds more effective than the commercialized fungicide carbendazim (0.55 μg/mL). The in vivo anti-Rs effects of title compound 5b were further evaluated on rice leaves with control efficacies of 98.58% at 200 μg/mL and 61.27% at 100 μg/mL. 15On-chip bias circuit for W-band silicon–germanium power amplifier显示文摘The performance of the power amplifier determines the detection capability of 77 GHz automotive radar, and the bias circuit is one of the most important parts of a silicon-germanium power amplifier. In this paper,we discussed and designed an on-chip bias circuit based on a silicon-germanium heterojunction bipolar transistor,which is used for the W-band silicon-germanium power amplifier. Considering the low breakdown voltage and the correlation between characteristic frequency and bias current density of the silicon-germanium heterojunction bipolar transistor, the bias circuit is designed to improve the breakdown voltage of the power amplifier and meet the W band characteristic frequency at the same time. The simulation results show that the designed bias circuit can make the amplifier operate normally from-40 to 125 ℃. 16WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)heterojunction embedded in N,P co-doped hierarchical carbon enables rechargeable/flexible Zn-air battery显示文摘Rational design and synthesis of bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts with high activity and stability are key challenges in the development of rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZABs).In this paper,tungsten carbide(WC)and Co_(7)Fe_(3)embedded in N,P co-doped hierarchical carbon(WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC)was prepared by using zeolite imidazolate frameworks as precursor.Density functional theory demonstrates that the mutual adjustment among the WC,Co_(7)Fe_(3),and N,P co-doped carbon at the three-phase heterojunction interface makes the catalyst possess moderate adsorption strength,and greatly improves the conductivity and electron transfer rate of the catalyst.As a result,the WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC exhibits a low overall oxygen redox potential difference of 0.72 V,while the ZAB assembled by WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC as an air cathode exhibits ultra-long cycle stability of over 550 h.Futhermore,WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC can keep good charge and discharge stability at different bending angles when applied to flexible solid ZAB.Huimin Mao Xiaobin Liu Siqi Wu Yixin Fu Guishan Liu Guizhong Zhou Lei Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
17Research on Energy Radiation Characteristics of an Airgun Source Excited in Land Reservoir显示文摘The energy radiation process of an airgun seismic source in land reservoir is studied based on the underwater wavelet data collected in the airgun excitation experiments in Binchuan, Yunnan, China. The empirical formula for calculating the bubble pulsation period and the maximum radius of the underwater airgun seismic source is obtained. The results show that: ① The energy radiation efficiency is higher vertically than horizontally. ② The vertical bubble energy radiation efficiency increases with the increase of the air supply pressure. ③ The vertical energy radiation efficiency of the airgun seismic source is 9.4% when the air supply pressure is 15 MPa. ④ The higher the air supply pressure, the further the propagating distance of the superposition-enhanced pressure wave of an airgun source.DONG Mingrong FU Liyun XING Chao YANG Shaodong YANG Jun LI Xiaobin 2019Earthquake Research in China2019,33,1:0
