| 1 | The influence of water-based drilling fluid on mechanical property of shale and the wellbore stability显示文摘Because of high cost and pollution of oil-based drilling fluid,the water-based drilling fluid is increasingly used now.However,bedding planes and micro-cracks are rich in shale formation.When water-based drilling fluid contacts formation rock,it causes the propagation of crack and invasion of drilling fluid,which decrease shale strength and cause wellbore instability.In this paper,we analyzed influence of water-based drilling fluid on shale strength and failure mode by mechanics experiment.Based on those experimental results,considering the effect of bedding plane and drilling time,we established modeling of wellbore stability for shale formation.The result from this model indicates that in certain azimuth of horizontal well,collapsing pressure increases dramatically due to shale failure along with bedding plane.In drilling operation,those azimuths are supposed to be avoided.This model is applicable for predication of collapsing pressure in shale formation and offers reference for choosing suitable mud weight. | Shu He Lixi Liang Yinjin Zeng Yi Ding Yongxue Lin Xiangjun Liu | 2016 | Petroleum2016,2,1: | 6 |

| 3 | Comparative literature study between investigations in foreign Science Citation Index journals and Chinese core domestic journals in the treatment of low back pain with acupuncture显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the quality and methods of clinical research literature published in foreign Science Citation Index(SCI) journals studying the treatment of low back pain with acupuncture.To conduct a comparative study with clinical research literature published in Chinese core domestic journals,and to understand the prospects of current research trends of acupuncture clinical studies in Western countries and China.METHODS: Studies on clinical acupuncture treatment of low back pain in English SCI journals and four Chinese core domestic journals dated from 2002 to 2012 were sourced and summarized for this study. Objective analysis and evaluation on the differences in subject and scope of study on low back pain by foreign and Chinese researchers were conducted.RESULTS: Forty-seven English studies and 115 Chinese studies met our inclusion criteria. A keyword search revealed different kinds of low back pain related conditions in English and Chinese studies.The English studies were broad in scope, while the Chinese studies were more focused. | 4 | DNA damage stress induces the dissociation of Smurf1/2 from MDM2 in a slow manner显示文摘The tumor suppressor p53 locates at the key point of cell growth or apoptosis balance, and the expression level of p53 is tightly controlled by ubiquitin ligases including MDM2. Upon DNA damage stresses, p53 was accumulated and activated, leading to cell cycle arrest or apoptosis. We previously showed that Smad ubiquitylation regulatory factor 1/2 (Smurf1/2) promotes p53 degradation by interacting with and stabilizing MDM2, and consequently enhancing MDM2-mediated ubiquitylation of p53. However, it is unclear how the Smurf1-MDM2 interaction is regulated in response to DNA damage stress. Here, we show that in response to etoposide treatment Smurf1 dissociates from MDM2, resulting in MDM2 destabilization and p53 accumulation. The negative regulation of Smurf1 on apoptosis is released. Notably, this dissociation is a slow process rather than a rapid response, implicating high expression of Smurf1 might confer the resistance against p53 activation. | 5 | Strain rate sensitivity of tensile properties in high Nb containing TiAl alloys显示文摘The effect of strain rate on the yield strength of high Nb containing TiAl alloy was studied. The results show that the strain rate sensitivity varies with the test temperature, and the yield strength is not sensitive to the strain rate at room temperature but sig- nificantly sensitive to the strain rate at high temperature. An increase of the strain rate or a decrease of the temperature results in an obvious change of fracture mode. | 11 | Study on Extraction Process of Sipunculus nudus Polysaccharide and Its Antioxidant Activity显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to optimize the extraction process of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide. [Methods]S. nudus polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic water extraction,with the marine S. nudus as a raw material from Sanya City,Hainan Province,by single factor variable method,to find the optimal extraction conditions including ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction temperature,ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic extraction times and lye concentration. The absorbance of the polysaccharide was determined by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and polysaccharide yield were calculated. The antioxidant activity of scavenging hydroxyl and DPPH radicals was measured at different concentrations. [Results]The optimal extraction conditions for S. nudus polysaccharide were as follows: solid-liquid ratio at 1∶11 mg/ml,extraction temperature at 60 ℃,three times of ultrasonic extraction,ultrasonic power of 960 W,extraction time of 1. 5 h,and lye concentration of 5%,under which the polysaccharide yield was 3. 21%. The scavenging rates of hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical were 12. 58% at the concentration of 0. 20 mg/ml. Moreover,the scavenging rates increased significantly with the increase of concentration. | 12 | ω_o phase precipitation in annealed high Nb containing TiAl alloys显示文摘The ordered ω phases in high Nb containing Ti Al(Nb-Ti Al) alloys have been garnering increasing attention in the recent years. However, the investigations on the Nb dependence on the ωoprecipitation are scarce. In this study, the effect of Nb content on the ωoprecipitation in high Nb(6–10 at%) containing Ti Al alloys after long-time annealing at 850 1C has been studied. The results show that small ordered ω particles in the retained βophase cannot be discerned under scanning electron microscope(SEM) but can be observed using transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Although the Nb segregation can be eliminated after the homogenization heat treatment, the ωophase precipitated in all the alloys studied after annealing at 850 1C. TEM examination reveals that the orientation relationship between the ωoand α2phases can be derived as: [0001]ωo//[1120]α2;(1120)ωo//(0001)α2, which indicates that the ωophase is directly transformed from the parent α2phase. Small γ particles are also observed within the ωoareas. The α2-ωot γ decomposition process is expected during annealing. The genetic distance was calculated by sequencing 12S gene of the original Trimeresurus snakes,including 80 individuals of 33 species; and the molecular phylogenetic tree was established by taking Hypnale hypnale as the outgroup. The results showed that the topological structures of ME tree and ML tree were basically consistent,and all of the species in the molecular trees were divided into 8 branches;and the difference of T. albolabris between Hainan and other locations is not obvious. | 15 | A binary logistic regression model for discriminating real protein-protein interface显示文摘The selection and study of descriptive variables of protein-protein complex interface is a major question that many biologists come across when the research of protein-protein recognition is concerned. Several variables have been proposed to understand the structural or energetic features of complex interfaces. Here a systematic study of some of these 'traditional' variables, as well as a few new ones, is introduced. With the values of these variables extracted from 42 PDB samples with real or false complex interfaces, a binary logistic regression analysis is performed, which results in an effective empirical model for the evaluation of binding probabilities of protein-protein interfaces. The model is validated with 12 samples, and satisfactory results are obtained for both the training and validation sets. | 16 | Ultrasonic Microwave Assisted Extraction of Polysaccharides from Sipunculus nudus显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to optimize experimental conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Sipunculus nudus.[Methods]With the Sipunculus nudus from Sanya as the experimental material,S.nudus polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic microwave assisted method,during which univariate factors including solid-liquid ratio,time,temperature,ultrasonic power,microwave power were investigated,to select optimal extracting conditions,which were also demonstrated and optimized by variance and response surface analysis.The optimized conditions were adopted to carry out a test,in which the absorbance of S.nudus polysaccharide was measured with an ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer,followed by the calculation of the extracting amount of polysaccharide,and precision test and recovery test were also carried out to verify the experimental method.[Results]The standard solutions were determined at the maximum absorption wavelength of 486 nm,and the regression equation was A = 0.2677 C + 0.001 8,R^2= 0.999 8.Solid-liquid ratio,time,temperature,ultrasonic power and microwave power were investigated by univariate analysis and then optimized by response surface method as follows: solid-liquid ratio at 1:20( g/ml),time of 35 min,temperature at 50 ℃,ultrasonic power at 420 W and microwave power at 300 W,under which the measured extracting amount of S.nudus polysaccharide was1.37 mg/g.The RSD was 0.985% in precision experiment.In the repeatability test,the extracting amounts of polysaccharide were 1.41,1.43 and 1.38 mg/g for three parallel tests,respectively,with a RSD of 1.140%.The recovery test obtained following results: for group a( added with glucose standard) : the recovery of S.nudus polysaccharide was in the range of 100.3%-101.4%,RSD = 0.03%; and for group b( not added with glucose standard) : the recovery of S.nudus polysaccharide was in the range of 99.7%-100.3%,RSD = 0.02%.[Conclusions]The research method is stable and reliable.This study provides data basis and reference for follow-up study on S.nudus. | Wen CHEN Xiangjun WANG Yujie WANG Shunqi ZHANG Xu LIN Chenjia JIAO Congcong ZHANG | 2018 | Agricultural Biotechnology2018,7,6: | 0 |
