| 1 | Al-Si-P master alloy and its modification and refinement performance on Al-Si alloys显示文摘An Al-Si-P master alloy has been developed by an in-situ reaction and the electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) results show that there are many pre-formed AlP particles contained in the master alloy. Silicon introduced into the system plays an important role in remarkably improving the distribution and content of AlP particles due to their similar crystal structure and lattice parameters. ZL109 alloys have shown fast modification response to the addition of 0.5% Al-15Si-3.5P master alloy at 720°C, with a mass of primary Si precipitating in size of about 15 μm. Also, coarse primary Si grains in Al-30Si alloy can be refined dramatically from 150 μm to 37 μm after the addition of 2.0% Al-15Si-3.5P master alloy at 850°C. | 3 | Circulating exosome-like vesicles of humans with nondiabetic obesity impaired isletβ-cell proliferation,which was associated with decreased Omentin-1 protein cargo显示文摘The regulation ofβ-cell mass in the status of nondiabetic obesity remains not well understood.We aimed to investigate the role of circulating exosome-like vesicles(ELVs)isolated from humans with simple obesity in the regulation of isletβ-cell mass.Between June 2017 and July 2019,81 subjects with simple obesity and 102 healthy volunteers with normal weight were recruited.ELVs were isolated by ultra-centrifugation.The proliferations ofβ-cells and islets were measured by 5-ethynl-2′-deoxyuridine(EdU).Protein components in ELVs were identified by Quantitative Proteomic Analysis and verified by Western blot and ELISA.The role of specific exosomal protein was analyzed by gain-of-function approach in ELVs released by 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.Circulating ELVs from subjects with simple obesity inhibitedβ-cell proliferation in vitro without affecting its apoptosis,secretion,and inflammation.The protein levels of Rictor and Omentin-1 were downregulated in circulating ELVs from subjects with simple obesity and associated with the obesity-linked pathologic conditions.The ELV-carried Omentin-1 and Omentin-1 protein per se were validated to increaseβ-cell proliferation and activate Akt signaling pathway.Moreover,Omentin-1 in ELVs was downregulated by insulin.The circulating ELVs may act as a negative regulator forβ-cell mass in nondiabetic obesity through inhibitingβ-cell proliferation.This effect was associated with downregulated Omentin-1 protein in ELVs.This newly identified ELV-carried protein could be a mediator linking insulin resistance to impairedβ-cell proliferation and a new potential target for increasingβ-cell mass in obesity and T2DM. | Qian Ge Xinxin Xie Xiangjun Chen Rongfeng Huang Cheng-Xue Rui Qianna Zhen Renzhi Hu Min Wu Xiaoqiu Xiao Xi Li | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,4: | 1 |
| 4 | Assessment of Different Instruments and Methods for Detecting Pollution Share Rate of Heavy Metals in Water Samples显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the impacts of different instruments and methods on detection of water samples and evaluate the detection results and pollution share rate. [Method]Concentrations of six heavy metals in three surface water samples and three underground water samples were detected by AAS and ICP-AES to analyze the differences in detection results and calculate the pollution share rate of heavy metals. [Result]As a result,the pollution share rate of six heavy metals varied significantly. Calculation results of comprehensive pollution share rate based on the lower pollution index of the same heavy metal in the same water sample detected by two methods were different from the results using either method. Due to different detection limits of instruments,detection results of heavy metals in the same water sample were different,which affected the accuracy of environmental quality assessment. [Conclusion] The detected pollution share rate varies with different detection limits. Therefore,instruments and methods with lower detection limit should be used. | 6 | CBERS-02 Application Assessment显示文摘As the successor of CBERS-01, CBERS-02 was launched successfully on 21October 2003 and transmitted its first downlink data the next day. According to the OBT (On Board Test) outline, CRESDA cooperated with CAST and many remote sensing organizations in China in implementing the test of the satellite payloads, ground processing system and data application. In this paper, the test is briefly illustrated in three parts: Ⅰ. Satellite Parameters Test (especially the test for payloads), Ⅱ. Payload Image Quality Assessment, and Ⅲ. Data Application Assessment. | 7 | Investigation on step overcharge to self-heating behavior and mechanism analysis of lithium ion batteries显示文摘To obtain intrinsic overcharge boundary and investigate overcharge mechanism,here we propose an innovative method,the step overcharge test,to reduce the thermal crossover and distinguish the overcharge thermal behavior,including 5%state of charge(SOC)with small current overcharge and resting until the temperature equilibrium under adiabatic conditions.The intrinsic thermal response and the self-excitation behaviour are analysed through temperature and voltage changes during the step overcharge period.Experimental results show that the deintercalated state of the cathode is highly correlated to self-heating parasitic reactions.Before reaching the upper limit of Negative/Positive(N/P)ratio,the temperature changes little,the heat generation is significantly induced by the reversible heat(endothermic)and ohmic heat,which could balance each other.Following that the lithium metal is gradually deposited on the surface of the anode and reacts with electrolyte upon overcharge,inducing selfheating side reaction.However,this spontaneous thermal reaction could be“self-extinguished”.When the lithium in cathode is completely deintercalated,the boundary point of overcharge is about 4.7 V(~148%SOC,>40℃),and from this point,the self-heating behaviour could be continuously triggered until thermal runaway(TR)without additional overcharge.The whole static and spontaneous process lasts for 115 h and the side reaction heat is beyond 320,000 J.The continuous self-excitation behavior inside the battery is attributed to the interaction between the highly oxidized cathode and the solvent,which leads to the dissolution of metal ions.The dissolved metal ions destroy the SEI(solid electrolyte interphase)film on the surface of the deposited Li of anode,which induces the thermal reaction between lithium metal and the solvent.The interaction between cathode,the deposited Li of anode,and solvent promotes the temperature of the battery to rise slowly.When the temperature of the battery reaches more than 60℃,the reaction between lithium metal and solvent is accelerated.After the temperature rises rapidly to the melting point of the separator,it triggers the thermal runaway of the battery due to the short circuit of the battery. | Fengling Yun Shiyang Liu Min Gao Xuanxuan Bi Weijia Zhao Zenghua Chang Minjuan Yuan Jingjing Li Xueling Shen Xiaopeng Qi Ling Tang Yi Cui Yanyan Fang Lihao Guo Shangqian Zhao Xiangjun Zhang Shigang Lu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4: | 0 |
