| 1 | Inner wrinkling control in hydrodynamic deep drawing of an irregular surface part using drawbeads显示文摘Inner wrinkling phenomenon is more likely to develop during hydrodynamic deep drawing(HDD) of complicated component-forms due to the higher demand for controlling deformation sequences. Aiming at the problems in control of inner wrinkling for an irregular surface part featured with both concavity and convex, this research proposes an optimal design method of drawbead parameters to change the material flow. According to theoretical analysis of the mechanism of inner wrinkling, optimizing cavity pressure only is unreasonable to form a wrinkle-free deep-drawn part,so semi-circular drawbeads are employed. The effects of layout and height of drawbeads on forming results are discussed, and a process window is established based on evaluation indicators including the anti-wrinkle coefficient and the minimum wall thickness. Experiments are carried out to validate the process window, and the wall thickness and the wrinkle height are measured and compared with numerical findings. | 5 | Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). | 6 | Whole Genome Analyses of Chinese Population and De Novo Assembly of A Northern Han Genome显示文摘To unravel the genetic mechanisms of disease and physiological traits,it requires comprehensive sequencing analysis of large sample size in Chinese populations.Here,we report the primary results of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Precision Medicine Initiative(CASPMI)project launched by the Chinese Academy of Sciences,including the de novo assembly of a northern Han reference genome(NH1.0)and whole genome analyses of 597 healthy people coming from most areas in China.Given the two existing reference genomes for Han Chinese(YH and HX1)were both from the south,we constructed NH1.0,a new reference genome from a northern individual,by combining the sequencing strategies of PacBio,10×Genomics,and Bionano mapping.Using this integrated approach,we obtained an N50 scaffold size of 46.63 Mb for the NH1.0 genome and performed a comparative genome analysis of NH1.0 with YH and HX1.In order to generate a genomic variation map of Chinese populations,we performed the whole-genome sequencing of 597 participants and identified 24.85 million(M)single nucleotide variants(SNVs),3.85 M small indels,and 106,382 structural variations.In the association analysis with collected phenotypes,we found that the T allele of rs1549293 in KAT8 significantly correlated with the waist circumference in northern Han males.Moreover,significant genetic diversity in MTHFR,TCN2,FADS1,and FADS2,which associate with circulating folate,vitamin B12,or lipid metabolism,was observed between northerners and southerners.Especially,for the homocysteine-increasing allele of rs1801133(MTHFR 677T),we hypothesize that there exists a “comfort”zone for a high frequency of 677T between latitudes of 35–45 degree North.Taken together,our results provide a high-quality northern Han reference genome and novel population-specific data sets of genetic variants for use in the personalized and precision medicine. | Zhenglin Du Liang Ma Hongzhu Qu Wei Chen Bing Zhang Xi Lu Weibo Zhai Xin Sheng Yongqiao Sun Wenjie Li Meng Lei Qiuhui Qi Na Yuan Shuo Shi Jingyao Zeng Jinyue Wang Yadong Yang Qi Liu Yaqiang Hong Lili Dong Zhewen Zhang Dong Zou Yanqing Wang Shuhui Song Fan Liu Xiangdong Fang Hua Chen Xin Liu Jingfa Xiao Changqing Zeng | 2019 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019,17,3: | 4 |
| 7 | Multi-constellation GNSS precise point positioning with multi-frequency raw observations and dual-frequency observations of ionospheric-free linear combination显示文摘Precise point positioning(PPP)is famous for its capability of high-precision positioning with just one station as long as the receiver can receive global navigation satellite system(GNSS)signals.With the rapid development of BDS and Galileo,the number of available satellites for positioning has increased significantly.In addition,GPS III,GLONASS-K,BDS,and Galileo satellites can transmit triple-frequency signals.The potentials of multi-constellation GNSS PPP requires further analysis on a global scale.Therefore,we selected 96 multi-GNSS experiment(MGEX)stations with a global distribution and used 1 week’s data to assess the PPP performance.The results show that the PPP based on multi-frequency raw observations with spatial and temporal constraints has better performance than PPP using dual-frequency ionospheric-free observations.The main contribution of multi-constellation GNSS PPP is to shorten the convergence time.The convergence time for GPS PPP is approximately 40 min,which can be shortened to less than 20 min in multi-GNSS PPP.After convergence,the positioning accuracy of multi-GNSS PPP is improved by 0.5 to 1.0 cm compared with GPS or GLONASS PPP.The positioning accuracy of multi-GNSS could be further improved in the future with the BDS and Galileo precise products of orbits,clock and phase center offset/variation. | Xiangdong An Xiaolin Meng Weiping Jiang | 2020 | Satellite Navigation2020,1,1: | 3 |
| 8 | Room-temperature chlorine gas sensor based on CdSnO_(3) synthesized by hydrothermal process显示文摘The perovskite-structure CdSnO_(3) was obtained by calcinating CdSnO_(3)·3H_(2)O precursor at 550℃,which was synthesized by hydrothermal process at 170℃for 16 h.The phase and microstructure of the obtained CdSnO_(3) powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The CdSnO_(3) powders exhibit uniformly cubic structure with side length of about 100 nm.The effects of working temperature and concentration of detected gas on the gas response were studied.The selectivity of chlorine gas against other gases and response-recovery time of the sensor were also investigated.The results reveal that the CdSnO_(3) gas sensor has enhanced sensing properties to 1-10 ppm chlorine gas at room temperature;the value of gas response can reach 1338.9 to 5 ppm chlorine gas.Moreover,the sensor shows good selectivity and quick response behavior(23 s)to chlorine gas,indicating its application in detecting chlorine gas at room temperature in the future. | Xiaohua ZHAO Zhenzhen LI Xiangdong LOU Meng LI Ning ZHANG | 2013 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2013,2,1: | 3 |

| 10 | Rock Mass Characteristics in Beishan,A Preselected Area for China's High-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal显示文摘Geological and hydrological characteristics, joint geometric features, rock physical and mechanical properties and rock mass quality are studied in the Beishan area, preselected for China5 s high-level radioactive waste(HLW) disposal engineering. A comprehensive survey method is developed to study joint geometric features in the outcrop and samples from borehole BS06 into the Xinchang rock mass were tested. The optimal joint sets are determined by rose diagrams and equal-area lower hemisphere plots of joint poles. Results show that: 1) the distribution of joint occurrence obeys a normal distribution, while the distribution of joint spacing obeys a negative exponential distribution; 2) concentric circular and tangent circular sampling windows are applied to study the trace length and the trace midpoint density. Results indicate that tangent circular sampling window is more stable and reasonable; 3) Beishan granite shows high density, low porosity and high strength based on many laboratory tests and the physical properties and mechanical properties are closely related; and4) a synthesis index, Joint Structure Rating(JSR), is applied to evaluate the quality of rock mass. | 12 | Nanocrystalline La2Mo2O9 and Its Characterization显示文摘In this work, both the thermal expansion and electrical conductivity of nanocrystalline La2Mo2O9 were studied.The nanocrystalline powder of La2Mo2O9 was obtained by sol-gel method, and with the help of SHP (superhigh pressure)up to 4.5 × 104 atm at 700 ℃ for a short time, and the nanocrystalline powder was densified without obvious particle size growth. The electrical conductivity of nanocrystalline La2Mo2O9 was one orderof magnitude lower than that of the microcrystalline sample at the same temperature. Owing to the phase transition, the microcrystalline La2Mo2O9 has an abrupt increase of thermal expansion with a peak value of 48 × 10-6 K-1 at 556 ℃. For the nanocrystalline material, the peak value increases to 112 × 10-6 K-1 at 520 ℃.
