1Transient Fault Locating Method Based on Line Voltage and Zero-mode Current in Non-solidly Earthed Network显示文摘为解决配电网小电流接地故障时故障点定位困难的问题,提出一种基于线电压和零模电流暂态分量的故障定位新方法。该方法借助馈线自动化(feeder automation,FA)系统实现,不需要额外增加设备。馈线终端检测线电压和零模电流信号,利用暂态线电压的希尔伯特变换与暂态零模电流的乘积计算故障方向参数,FA主站根据故障点前后方向参数极性相反的特征确定故障点所在的线路区段。介绍基于线电压的小电流接地故障检测和接地故障相确定的算法。数字仿真与试验结果表明该方法是正确可行的。ZHANG Linli XU Bingyin XUE Yongduan GAO Houlei 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:48
2Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 4Dephosphorylation of cardiomyocyte Cx43 is associated with myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury显示文摘Objective:Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury is the leading cause of death in the world. However,the details of the mechanism of its pathophysiology are still unknown. The present study was designed to investigate the role of connexin 43(Cx43) in acute models of myocardial I/R injury. Methods:Male C57BL/6 mice were subjected to myocardial ischemia(45 min) followed by reperfusion(4 hrs) in vivo. The whole operation was monitored using a two-lead ECG. Hearts were harvested and the level of protein was assessed by western blot analysis. Haematoxylin and Eosin(HE) staining was used to detect the extent of neutrophil infiltration. The expression level of IL-6 was detected by ELISA. Results:A murine myocardial I/R injury model was constructed successfully. Phosphorylated Cx43 decreased 83. 45% while non-phosphorylated Cx43 increased 1.62-fold in the myocardium after I/R injury. Neutrophil infiltration and the expression of the inflammatory cytokine IL-6 increased in the myocardium following I/R. 5Climatic characteristics of high temperature in East China during 1961-2005显示文摘Based on the daily maximum temperature data covering the period 1961-2005, temporal and spatial characteristics and their changing in mean annual and monthly high temperature days(HTDs)and the mean daily maximum temperature(MDMT)during annual and monthly HTDs in East China were studied.The results show that the mean annual HTDs were 15.1 and the MDMT during annual HTDs was 36.3℃in the past 45 years.Both the mean annual HTDs and the MDMT during annual HTDs were negative anomaly in the1980s and positive anomaly in the other periods of time,oscillating with a cycle of about 12-15 years.The mean annual HTDs were more in the southern part,but less in the northern part of East China.The MDMT during annual HTDs was higher in Zhejiang,Anhui and Jiangxi provinces in the central and western parts of East China.The high temperature process(HTP) was more in the southwestern part,but less in northeastern part of East China.Both the HTDs and the numbers of HTP were at most in July,and the MDMT during monthly HTDs was also the highest in July.In the first 5 years of the 21st century,the mean annual HTDs and the MDMT during annual HTDs increased at most of the stations,both the mean monthly HTDs and the MDMT during monthly HTDs were positive anomalies from April to October,the number of each type of HTP generally was at most and the MDMT in each type of HTP was also the highest.SHI Jun TANG Xu CUI Linli 2008Journal of Geographical Sciences2008,18,3:5

10Elevated nuclear PIGL disrupts the cMyc/BRD4 axis and improves PD-1 blockade therapy by dampening tumor immune evasion显示文摘To improve the efficacy of lenvatinib in combination with programmed death-1(PD-1)blockade therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),we screened the suppressive metabolic enzymes that sensitize HCC to lenvatinib and PD-1 blockade,thus impeding HCC progression.After analysis of the CRISPR‒Cas9 screen,phosphatidylinositol-glycan biosynthesis class L(PIGL)ranked first in the positive selection list.PIGL depletion had no effect on tumor cell growth in vitro but reprogrammed the tumor microenvironment(TME)in vivo to support tumor cell survival.Specifically,nuclear PIGL disrupted the interaction between cMyc/BRD4 on the distant promoter of target genes and thus decreased the expression of CCL2 and CCL20,which are involved in shaping the immunosuppressive TME by recruiting macrophages and regulatory T cells.PIGL phosphorylation at Y81 by FGFR2 abolished the interaction of PIGL with importinα/β1,thus retaining PIGL in the cytosol and facilitating tumor evasion by releasing CCL2 and CCL20.Clinically,elevated nuclear PIGL predicts a better prognosis for HCC patients and presents a positive correlation with CD8+T-cell enrichment in tumors.Clinically,our findings highlight that the nuclear PIGL intensity or the change in PIGL-Y81 phosphorylation should be used as a biomarker to guide lenvatinib with PD-1 blockade therapy.Hua Yu Tiezhu Shi Linli Yao Dongwei Xu Yufeng Ding Qiang Xia Wei Liu Xiongjun Wang 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,8:1
11Electron emission from La-doped Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O_3 antiferroelectrics by pulse electric field and the relevant physical mechanism显示文摘We investigate the characteristics of emission current waves of antiferroelectric cathode material lanthanum-doped lead zirconate stannate titanate (PLZST) triggered by pulse field, and analyze the relationship of the emission current waveforms with the extraction voltage. The close correlation between the triggering pulse polarity and emission current waveform observed evidences the relevant physical process of electron emission. 13Micromechanical simulation on strength and ductility of two kinds of Al-based nanostructural materials显示文摘The nanostructured Al-based composites possess the combination of high yield strength and good ductility. In this paper, a micromechanical model is presented to simulate the mechanical response of bimodal nanostructured Al and the particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composite(PAMC). The constitutive relations for different phases are addressed in the model, as well as the contribution of microcracks. Numerical results show that the model can successfully describe the enhanced strength and ductility of the bimodal nanostructured Al, and the predictions of the PAMC are in good agreement with the experimental data. It is worth noting that the strength and ductility are sensitive to the volume fraction of constituents and the distribution of microcracks in both bimodal nanostructured Al and PAMC. 15Phytohormones Accumulation and Distribution in Shoots and Roots of Haploid,Diploid and Tetraploid Barley Seedlings Derived from Microspore Culture显示文摘Phytohormones play important roles in plant growth and development,and polyploids are thought to be an important method for plant breeding.However,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone is still unclear.In this study,barley at three ploidy levels were produced by microspore culture.Therefore,we further analyzed the phytohormone content in the shoots and roots of the three kinds of barley materials to study the effect of ploidy on phytohormones accumulation and distribution.The results showed that Abscisic acid(ABA),gibberellin(GA),jasmonic acid(JA),auxin(IAA),salicylic acid(SA)and cytokinin(CTK)were successfully determined in shoots and roots using LC-MS(liquid chromatography mass spectrometry).By comparing the shoots of the haploid and diploid plants,it was found that the distribution trend of the six phytohormones was consistent,and another consistent trend was found in the roots of the diploid and tetraploid plants.In addition,we further analyzed the shoot/root ratio of the different phytohormones to identify the potential differences for haploid,diploid and tetraploid.Here,the relationship between ploidy and phytohormone we provided would provide new insights into understanding the new phenotypes that occur in polyploid species.Longhua Zhou Ting He Jing Li Guimei Guo Yingbo Li Hongwei Xu Runhong Gao Linli Huang Yifei Wang Ruiju Lu Zhiwei Chen Chenghong Liu 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,7:0
16RBM14 promotes DNA end resection during homologous recombination repair显示文摘DNA double-strand break(DSB)repair by homologous recombination(HR)is crucial for the maintenance of genome stability and integrity.In this study,we aim to identify novel RNA binding proteins(RBPs)involved in HR repair because little is known about RBP function in HR.For this purpose,we carry out pulldown assays using a synthetic ssDNA/dsDNA structure coated with replication protein A(RPA)to mimic resected DNA,a crucial intermediate in HR-mediated DSB repair.Using this approach,we identify RNA-binding motif protein 14(RBM14)as a potential binding partner.We further show that RBM14 interacts with an essential HR repair factor,CtIP.RBM14 is crucial for CtIP recruitment to DSB sites and for subsequent RPA coating and RAD51 replacement,facilitating efficient HR repair.Moreover,inhibition of RBM14 expression sensitizes cancer cells to X-ray irradiation.Together,our results demonstrate that RBM14 promotes DNA end resection to ensure HR repair and may serve as a potential target for cancer therapy.Zheng Li Yanting Liao Chen Tang Linli Xu Bin Peng Xingzhi Xu 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,12:0

18Characteristics of PM_(2.5) and Its Reactive Oxygen Species in Heating Energy Transition and Estimation of Its Impact on the Environment and Health in China——A Case Study in the Fenwei Plain显示文摘To reduce the adverse effects of traditional domestic solid fuel,the central government began implementing a clean heating policy in northern China in 2017.Clean coal is an alternative low-cost fuel for rural households at the present stage.In this study,18 households that used lump coal,biomass,and clean coal as the main fuel were selected to evaluate the benefits of clean heating transformation in Tongchuan,an energy city in the Fenwei Plain,China.Both indoor and personal exposure(PE)samples of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))were synchronically collected.Compared with the lump coal and biomass groups,the indoor PM_(2.5)concentration in the clean coal group is 43.6%and 20.0%lower,respectively,while the values are 16.8%and 21.3%lower,respectively,in the personal exposure samples.PM_(2.5)-bound elements Cd,Ni,Zn,and Mn strongly correlated with reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in all fuel groups,indicating that transition metals are the principal components to generate oxidative stress.Using a reliable estimation method,it is predicted that after the substitution of clean coal as a household fuel,the all-cause,cardiovascular,and respiratory disease that causes female deaths per year could be reduced by 16,6,and 3,respectively,in the lump coal group,and 22,8,and 3,respectively,in the biomass group.Even though the promotion of clean coal has led to impressive environmental and health benefits,the efficiencies are still limited.More environmental-friendly energy sources must be promoted in the rural regions of China.Zexuan WANG Hongmei XU Rong FENG Yunxuan GU Jian SUN Suixin LIU Ningning ZHANG Dan LI Tao WANG Linli QU Steven Sai Hang HO Zhenxing SHEN Junji CAO 2023Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2023,40,7:0

20Nuclear translocation of OsMADS25 facilitated by OsNAR2.1 in reponse to nitrate signals promotes rice root growth by targeting OsMADS27 and OsARF7显示文摘Nitrate is an important nitrogen source and signaling molecule that regulates plant growth and development.Although several components of the nitrate signaling pathway have been identified,the detailed mechanisms are still unclear.Our previous results showed that OsMADS25 can regulate root development in response to nitrate signals,but the mechanism is still unknown.Here,we try to answer two key questions:how does OsMADS25 move from the cytoplasm to the nucleus,and what are the direct target genes activated by OsMADS25 to regulate root growth after it moves to the nucleus in response to nitrate?Our results demonstrated that OsMADS25 moves from the cytoplasm to the nucleus in the presence of nitrate in an OsNAR2.1-dependentmanner.Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing,chromatin immunoprecipitation qPCR,yeast one-hybrid,and luciferase experiments showed that OsMADS25 directly activates the expression of OsMADS27 and OsARF7,which are reported to be associated with root growth.Finally,OsMADS25-RNAi lines,the Osnar2.1 mutant,and OsMADS25-RNAi Osnar2.1 lines exhibited significantly reduced root growth compared with the wild type in response to nitrate supply,and expression of OsMADS27 and OsARF7 was significantly suppressed in these lines.Collectively,these results reveal a new mechanismby which OsMADS25 interacts with OsNAR2.1.This interaction is required for nuclear accumulation of OsMADS25,which promotes OsMADS27 and OsARF7 expression and root growth in a nitratedependent manner.Junyu Wu Shuaiqi Yang Nana Chen Qining Jiang Linli Huang Jiaxuan Qi Guohua Xu Lisha Shen Hao Yu Xiaorong Fan Yinbo Gan 2023Plant Communications2023,4,6:0
